“First experience is everything. Upon arriving, I met with Mary who was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile! Her instructions before I met. The next person were very clear and understandable, and I appreciate that there was no guesswork to what I needed to do before the next step.

Next, I met with Audrey who was very pleasant also. Audrey was very knowledgeable and very clear and asking what I expected and wanted to get out of the surgery. I appreciate it Audrey‘s knowledge and information she provided about what I was asking and I felt like I can trust the doctors for my upcoming surgery, whom I haven’t even met yet; but in Audrey’s explanation, I feel safe with my decision.

Although I have not have my surgery, yet, based upon this initial impression, I would most definitely recommend the services to others.”

The gals at the desk were pleasant when greeting you and patient and kind. The reception area had comfortable seating. The entire place was very nice decor and clean. Even had Water available while you fill out your paperwork and a clean restroom facility for clients if needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. “This company attempted to pacify me with a scant $1000 (no where near the actual cost of surgical correction) and then raised it to $3400 but under the terms of this NDA that releases them from all claims and requires all bad reviews be taken down on any internet or social media platform. Now I know how all of their centers maintain an excellent rating and I feel that I chose them with a false sense of security because of this inaccurate rating. I can only assume they do this to all of their customers they don’t want reviews from. You’re only seeing what they want you to see. My experience was through the Dayton and Columbus offices, but looking at other location reviews, this appears to be a company wide practice. Beware of this company. I regret trusting them with my body and $3400 certainly isn’t worth my silence.”

Ive had my first surgery and I’m so satisfied with the results, that I’ve added 3 more areas to the 5 that I had initially scheduled. I got the ABEX. Let me tell you, it has been instant life changing. I’m 1 week post op AND swollen and my body is still amazingly transformed! Honestly— don’t think about it, just do it. If you feel it’s expensive— take in to consideration that people, maybe even you, that spend money on things that you doing have to show for it. It’s a monthly payment. I’ve paid LESS than my car for everything. YOU deserve it. YOU, if anything like me, feel “bad” For spending money on yourself. I promise you that I’ve spent more money on the food and calories that it took for me to get so out of shape!! Again, it’s a payment— it’s a couple hundred dollars per month you spend per month anyway—and the results are forever, spend it on something that makes you as happy as it makes it. I’m 5’10. 44 yo., bigger built and 225#, 3 kids, and this stubborn subq fat was literally altering my life even more negatively than I knew.. this 1st 4 hour surgery has changed my life more than I could explain in words!

“The beginning of this experience was exciting and pleasant however it quickly turned into a disappointing experience. Your Free consultation is not with a surgeon, it is with a patient consultant who most likely is paid commission or bonuses for scheduling clients for procedures. I left the consultation having great expectations about results based on what me and her discussed. You meet the surgeon at pre-op. Had I met him at the consultation I would’ve never moved forward with this. By the time I went to preop I was told by the surgeon himself that I would not be a good candidate for this procedure I signed up for and I would not be happy with the results most likely. The surgeon did try to get me to go an alternative route that I am uncomfortable with and so I decided to go with his word and no longer move forward with this procedure. I honestly left pre op feeling discouraged, unhappy, and feeling bamboozled. When I talked to Mary about canceling I was told since I went to pre op and I am close to my surgery date the entire procedure cost is non refundable. She also tried to get me to go an alternative route making me even more uncomfortable. My Sonobello experience feels like this is more about financial gain for the company over true customer satisfaction. It feels like a unfavorable business transaction. I feel like I’m now going to undergo a surgery that I am unhappy about or want at all which is unfortunate. I wanted to share my experience because people deserve to be totally happy throughout the process of surgery especially if your spending a pretty penny and that unfortunately is not the case for me. It would be great if Sonobello considered different terms for people who opt to cancel that seem less binding because the entire procedure cost being non refundable is bizarre to me. All I can do at this point is hope for the best however, hearing from the surgeon that most likely won’t be the case doesn’t leave much hope for this to be a good experience.”

“I went to SonoBello and had the TriSculpt EX procedure about 9 months ago. My experience started in the Dayton office with a consultation with Mary. She was very kind and informative. I will say however, that after I signed up and paid the money to have the surgery in the Cincinnati office, I never, ever heard from the Dayton office again. They were texting/calling me constantly before I made my final decision about how great I would look and how awesome it would be to have the TriSculpt done. Once the money was paid they vanished. That should have been my first sign.

My procedure day came and Dr. Maier was very kind. Caution: You will not meet the doctor until the day of surgery! Sign number 2. He did let me know that most of what the consultation had told me was incorrect. This procedure would certainly help contour my body but it would not be anything close to a tummy tuck or like the few before/after pictures I saw.

The procedure itself was not too bad and the nurses were very nice. It does HURT. There is pain involved so be aware of that!

The after: I give Sono Bello 2 stars because I did thin out. My sides and lower part of my stomach do look better, so part of the goal was accomplished. If you are looking for a flat stomach, however, you need to get a tummy tuck. This only really impacts the lower half of your stomach. You will still have stretch marks. You will still have some extra skin. I work out daily and really only I can tell that I had this procedure done. This is not everything they tell you it will be, which is really really sad for the amount of money you pay. Even at my 6 month check up they told me I was still "healing" and it would get better over the next few months. Totally not true. I think even some of the nurses there know this place is not all it is cracked up to be. They sell you, make you feel like they are your best friends and in this journey with you, and you will never hear from them again. Save your time. Do your research. The recovery is tough- so you might as well do a full tummy tuck and stay away from the scam.”

“I met with Mary yesterday in consultation for the procedure and found her to be very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions about the procedure. Mary was also very thorough as she went over my health history and we came to the mutual conclusion that I am ineligible for the procedure at this time. Nonetheless, she was unhurried and gracious even though others were waiting. Aimee also checked on me while I was waiting and apologized for the wait as did Mary. Though I am not having the procedure done at this time, I would feel very comfortable doing at a later time as Mary forwarded the reviews for all 3 locations and I found them to be quite complimentary.”

“Positive Post: I read the reviews. The negative ones I am sorry to see. I have had 2 surgeries of multiple procedures. Both the Dayton Office and the Cincinnati Surgical Office have been fantastic. Monday, June 29, 2020 was the day of my consultation. All Staff have been great.

“This is by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had yet . I was scheduled for a consultation at 1:15. I arrived at 1:10. Was taken back to a small room to fill out paper work , where there was another patient who was also scheduled at 1:15 (She told me) She finished her paper work before I did , and was helped immediately, whereas I sat and waited , for TWO HOURS. So not only did they over schedule and double book themselves , instead of letting me know the situation they had me wait an hour before apologizing for the wait and saying that I would be seen ‘soon’, so then after two hours , I had to track down the receptionist myself to ask what was going on. And she said sorry and that sometimes it takes a while to go over financing . Two hours ??? And didn’t even bother to let me know they were overbooked or what kind of wait I could actually expect . I wasted two hours of a beautiful day off work for absolutely nothing . The disregard for my time was not only extremely unprofessional but offensive . So really a waste of time when there are so many reputable offices offering similar procedures for similar prices .”

“Monday, I had my consultation at the Dayton Sono Bello. From the start to the finish the staff was friendly, professional, focused on "me" as to why I want this procedure. I do follow good eating and drinking habits most of the time. Unfortunately, I like to eat and to have cocktails on occasion.
