“They have you show up 15 mins for your appointment then take you back 10 minutes after your appointment time. All to wonder why you are upset with the situation. It's supposed to be a quick 15 minute consultation but it takes way longer than that. When the consultant feels they need to justify that they are supposed to take you during that time frame and say they are not comfortable with you being upset. It's best to end the appointment. I respected their time frame twice only for them to not respect mine at all. The other time was a week ago and I was told my consultant was going to be 20-30 minutes late. There are way more places out there that I'm sure will respect my time and have a mutual benefit for me and a positive out come.”

She convinced me to pay for my entire package upfront instead of financing, which is no easy feat. I do believe that the price could be lowered, as it may attract more potential customers to the business. I believe that the pricing should take into account the different amounts being taken from each area. The abdomen, hips, and waist could be grouped together for pricing, and a separate pricing scale could be created for the arms. This would reflect the varying amounts being treated in a more fair and accurate manner.

If individuals are unable to get approved for CareCredit and do not have a major credit card, there should be alternative options available for them to utilize your services. Implementing a monthly payment plan or another form of financing could make the services more accessible to a wider range of people who may not have traditional forms of credit. This would help accommodate those who require more flexible payment options.

I live in the Des Moines, Iowa area and would need to travel 4 hours to Omaha to have the procedure. The thought of traveling by car 4 hours after having a procedure wasn't appealing. And then there is the inconvenience of asking someone to take time to take me to Omaha. If they find a doctor that is experienced in my area I would be very interested in having my abdominal area treated.”
