She will be and honest and truthful with you when it comes to what your expectations may be and what the reality will be. She takes her time with you and pays attention to detail, which is an important trait in this line of work.
Char is a great nurse and really puts you at ease during the visit. She is very attentive and explains the process and answers all your questions, no matter how many questions you throw at her. She’s easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor.

“I can’t thank enough Kayla, Nurse Char, and Dr. Cooper for their service. I’m very happy with my results and can’t wait to complete the rest of my procedure. The only thing I complained was the initial garment I received. It was too big and unfortunately, they won’t replace it. Nevertheless, i was able to shrink it enough thru the dryer. Now, the garment gives me a perfect snag fit. Overall, sono bello was great experience for me.”

“Received lipo on lower and upper abdomen on 9/16/22. I am really impressed with the results thus far. My tummy is really flat after looking as if though I was in my 2nd trimester. My consultant Kayla was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. What I respect the most is that she and her directors was able to reason and work something out with me regarding my rates. The procedure itself was painful to me. I don't believe I was given enough anesthesia locally to not feel anything thats why i gave 4 stars. But overall, I would recommend anyone to Sono Bello in San Diego!”

“I want to first start off by saying Sono Bello San Diego ROCKS...!!! Nurse Jen G. and Dr. Guttikonda have been awesome. Office staff has been amazing as well. It was an interesting start to my first procedure as it got canceled because of my high blood pressure. I was so excited yet so sad that day. Dr. Guttikonda was very concerned not to proceed with the procedure. I must say that I felt like I was really a true patient of his and not just a number. He told me to take a few weeks and work on lowering my BP so he could safely perform my procedure and get the best results possible. A few weeks later I returned with a lower BP after starting medication and Dr. G was ready for me. My upmost respect to him for that. I'm six days in from my ChestEX, waist and hips lipo and feeling great !!! What a life changing experience. You guys are the BEST.”

“BEWARE-- these people are shysters and grifters! Their salesperson Kayla gave me false information and told me lies of omission, then when their surgeon told me she would not do the procedure on me the following day as scheduled, they refused to give back my $6000. First they told me they would refund all but the surgical fee of $2195, then when I asked for the rest to be refunded, she refused to do that either. Now I have to fight it out with the credit card company and/or in court. The Doctor I met with was also very condescending, kept calling me "sweetie" or "honey". The information she gave me was very different than what the salesperson told me, I learned that the surgery can be very painful, might rupture adjacent organs, would result in 1" scars all over my body which might not heal well, and that I would be swollen for 3-4 months. News to me! Also that I'd have to take 5 or 6 medications for several weeks. STAY AWAY from this business, they are extremely shady and will do anything to keep your money once they have it!”

“I had 2 procedures done at Sonobello. The first procedure went very well and I’m happy with the results. The second procedure didn't go well at all. In fact I believe they missed areas that I paid for or weren't done properly.
I contacted Sonobello liposuction San Diego continue to enforce their six month rule even though I've screen that they missed areas that I paid for. He got to the point where the manager of the facility would not return my call. In order to move things forward I had to contact corporate and even that resulted in not being seen for over a month to point out my concerns.
At this point I retained an attorney tell me sort out this issue. I'll update this review based on how SonoBello handles this going forward.”

“Post surgery… and after I paid for services, was treated like less than worthy of a freaking email response. I sent 2 emails, 8/10 days after my fitting asking about my level 2 garment? Because I was told I would have it in 5 business days. It helps in recovery etc. Nothing… no reply so on day 14 I call. I spoke with the front desk… who said they would find out and get back to me…. Nothing. I guess I’m not worthy of a phone call either. I call again the next day and they say, oh sorry we reordered it… soonest I will have is Possible Friday. 3 weeks later! But, I am also out of town that week, so really it’s 4 weeks later. Too soon to speak on results.”

From Dr Cooper who performed my surgery to the nurses who guided me throughout the procedure were all absolutely superb.
There was minimal pain during the liposuction procedure, a 2 on a 10 scale. They even allowed me to choose my genre of music to help keep me relaxed during the entire procedure. And the nurse called me the following morning to check on me to see if I needed anything.
If you are considering liposuction or any other cosmetic procedure, with Sonobello you are making the right decision and you'll be glad that you did.
They are a world-class operation. More than likely the best in the business in my opinion.”

“So I had Sono bello procedure done about 6 months ago now at the La Jolla location I have had my 6 month fallow which I thought I would see the Dr regarding my progress. I didn’t see that dr and was made another apt to see him about 1 month later then they called to reschedule my apt again and I have been hoping to see the Dr to discuss a revision . So by the time you have your procedure wait then “mandatory”6 months then see a nurse, not the actual Surgeon! This was not what I was told and not what I expected I waited so long to and did my part in working out and results are still not satisfactory to me and I still am yet to see the surgeon! This is not what they tell you when you pay!
Recovery wise it’s exactly as they say pretty much, but results is what you go through it all for and if it takes almost a year later to see a dr then I can’t say I would recommend this.
I have pockets of fat left behind that just looks like swollen fat that was left behind, it constantly looks puffy and where I was told my sides would be snatched they indeed are not.
I fallow sono bellow Facebook page support group which I highly suggest to any one looking into getting this procedure. And I see people who started out with what looks like more body fat then me and they look great.So while they say they guarantee your satisfaction it’s getting there that is the hard part. I will be almost 8 months out from my surgery and since I saw the Surgean last. If my results were 100% it wouldn’t matter but because they are not I will say be careful because after you pay and they get there money getting you back in to confirm your results with the Dr is hard!”

“The Sonobello team is always professional and courteous. They listen to you regarding your desired outcome and advise accordingly what can be done. Always know there are no promises and you must be patient for your results. Although the procedure is done in a day it will take quite some time for the swelling and bruising to subside to see your new body. Plan on 6 months and do your part by wearing your compression garment and light exercise. There is quite a bit of discomfort but you should be able to manage your pain. Good luck!”

“I am an RN and was initially skeptic when I heard of Sono Bello. My initial visit was with a non clinical person and that feed into my negative thoughts because I wanted to meet with the MD or someone with more clinical expertise. The specialist who met me during this visit was very informative and full of knowledge. After a year of my first consultation, I decided to move forward with a procedure. My mind was blow after my pre-op appt. The nurses that guided me through what to expect were phenomenal. The visit was clear, concise, informative, reassuring and full of patience. The day of my procedure, my nurse Eli was amazing. It was professional and the care plan was perfect for me. “Unorganized office? Poor communication to clients/staff? Bad day? Hot mess office? I don’t know… After waiting almost 30 minutes, I asked how long the wait was. The nice lady behind the counter tells me they were running 30-60 minutes late. I don’t have time for that plus one patient ahead of me. She was nice and apologetic, I must say. I was mad they wasted my lunch hour, my gas and money paying for parking. I’m not going back to this place. Value other peoples time by communicating you are running late so they can adjust accordingly. Things get delayed, call your clients and tell them… takes 30 seconds. ”

Had to pick it up on our way home from the Procedure which I was very sore and wanted to lay down. The last part of the procedure was extremely pain full. I think I heard the doctor say they ran out of numbing meds. Wasn’t very happy with that part.
So far it looks great. It’s been just over a week pain and the pain isn’t too bad. If a friend was to ask I would tell them to go have it done.”

“I was entering the Genesee location in February of this year. My husband dropped me at the door but I forgot my face mask. I entered the building, realized masks were required and people were wearing masks. I quickly darted into the Sonobello office and saw there were no patients in the lobby. It was about 11:00 am and I went to the reception desk. I asked the woman if she would please give me a mask as I left mine in the car. She said no, they are for their patients. I could not believe she would not give me one mask to protect herself and those around me. I rushed upstairs to my appointment. I asked for a mask before I even stated I was there for my appointment. The receptionist gave me a mask right away. I explained what happened at Sonobello. She stated she was sorry I had experienced this negative response and stated they would never deny anyone who needed a mask. It is for my own protection and the public. Perhaps Sonobello should do some education with their staff regarding masks. Also, this was an example of very poor public relations.”

I walked out of this place in tears. My husband thought it was very impersonal to meet the doctor the day before the surgery. The security of your information (i.e. your identification and social etc. is asked to be submitted via text message) there were more than three payments processed. After extensive conversations with Kayla, we decided not to go with Sono Bello and Kayla said she would only refund me my full amount if I took down my Yelp reviews. I'm very concerned with the security of our information and our ability to finally be done with this location. I wanted to believe at the very least that this office had a receptive staff member ( Kayla who is in the procedure with the doctor)
Kayla was the person to look at my body first (she's in charge of the financial portion only). It was absolutely horrible and to end on the note of Kayla threatening not to refund unless we take down the Yelp review is insane. We spoke with the customer service number and they stated that we should have our refund in its entirety. This felt like a third world country experience. We are military and they took advantage of our time and money. No respect for people.”

“My consultation appt. was with Miss Kayla Albney, at the SanDiego Office in La Jolla, Ca. I had already visited Sono Bello, years before, and Miss Albney was who I spoke with then as well. Only today, I actually paid to have the procedure done on me.
I will be getting Micro-Laser Lipo (Body Contouring) on three areas as well as taking off some skin. I would not have been able to go ahead with this, if it wasn't for Miss Albney's help in explaining the procedure to me and scheduling me with a doctor that she felt would, work on me, with special care...
Miss Albney remembered me from two years earlier. And she understood how important it is to me, to have this procedure done, on me. Only money was a problem for me.... So she went out of her way to help me get the best, for the lowest cost, possible!

“This consultation was traumatizing this morning. After coming down the five freeway with a tire blown out and traffic. I called to make sure I was still going to be taken and she said yes come on In. construction was taken place around the office, And the road was closed. I called again letting her know, and she said yes still come on in. Parking was underground. The office itself was difficult to find. I was 10 minutes late..... and the office would not take me. She said sorry, you only get a 15 minute window and that’s it!!!!!
I spoke to the manager (america) and she said so sorry, that’s the way it is. You can wait to see if the next person does not show up. Now I am skeptical about even getting any work done by this office. Even though Dr. Guttikonda was was specifically recommended to me. I’m not sure I want to go back.”

“I've wanted to have this done for a while, but now something that I should feel great about has caused me more anxiety than i can put into words. I had my appointment with Kayla yesterday. When I was making my payment an issue came up with my card and I had to leave and go to my bank. I found out due to family reasons I could no longer afford to do this at this time. I didn't go straight back, I was hungry and I needed to try to run thru numbers in my head. But I did return around 2 hours later. When I got back I looked at my bank info on my phone again, and noticed sonobello had been doing transactions in my account while I wasn't there. I went in and told Kayla I couldn't go forward with the procedure at this time and was told I would be refunded all but $1,995. I think this is way wrong. I never finished making the transaction cuz of the issue with my card. And why would you force something on someone knowing they can't afford it. She offered to remove some of the services I wanted to lower the price to return a small amount of my money. I wouldn't go to have these services done partially so I'm extremely unhappy. Everyone I think about yesterday I get bad anxiety. I feel like I've been ripped off and I'm not looking forward to the procedure at all. I want a full refund. I really feel I'm entitled to it cuz I never made payment in full. There was no payment arrangements. I just want my money back. It took me a really long time to save that money.”

“I absolutely love my results and I'm only at week two! I had a tummy tuck 10 years ago and was never satisfied with my results. I always had a pooch in my lower belly that never went away even with the tummy tuck. At sono bello I felt comfortable from the beginning talking about finance all the way through my post op appointment. My stomach is flatter than it has ever been and I'm only at week two. Another plus is they didn't use the harsh anesthesia like when I got my tummy tuck! The pain was minimal. I only used the pain meds through the night and was up and walking the next day. I recommend taking at minimum seven days to recover. I was back at work by day 5 but was still very stiff. No pain just very swollen and stiff. By day 7 I was pretty much running up the stairs again with ease. I'm at week 2 now and there is zero pain, the stiffness has gone away and I only have a few spots that are tender. I am running up and down the stairs with ease and able to pick my kids up with no issues. I look in the mirror and love what I see and I'm not even done healing!!! Drink plenty of water and follow their instructions pre and post op and this will be the best decision ever!!!!!! ”

“I have to admit when I went to my first week post op appointment I weighed the same and I was very swollen so the results weren’t as visible as I thought they’d be... It didn’t seem to be worth it. Literally 4 days later I saw a drastic difference in swelling and my waist was SNATCHED. I am currently at week 3 post op and have zero complaints. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I have no discomfort. I had almost NO bruising the entire time. The compression garment is very comfortable.
Staff was extremely helpful, available for any questions I had from the time I scheduled my procedure to weeks later when I called and asked about the massages I should get.

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the Staff at Sono Bello in La Jolla (San Diego). From the minute I first met with Kayla my coordinator, she continued to follow up with me consistently which I felt was very professional. I also want to complement Dr. G for not only his bedside manner, but for going to town on me with my body sculpting. I was fairly out of it during the procedure, but remember his hip music which made me relax and especially remember him working vigorously to get the 1.5 liters of fat out of my body that he did. The healing process has been a lot more painful than I thought it would be, but RX prescribed seemed to be more than adequate. I also want to mention both Amanda and Andrea were terrific to me as well. Over all my experience at La Jolla Sono Bello has been a 5 STAR experience so far. Now, I am getting sessions with the Venus on my chin and underneath areas. I am excited about my new body going into 2020 and just thought I’d take a moment to give thanks to those who have taken such great care of me. After getting my procedure I brought up concerns that i didnt see a difference and my concerns were ignored. I asked what I be doing excercise wise and I was advised to continue with my routine which included weight training. After a few months I began to put on muscle mass which meant I gained weight. I was told that was the reason I didn't see the results I paid for. Its been 6 months and i look the same. My concerns have been ignored and no one there seems to care. My sides look exactly the same. In short I don't recommend this place I would say take your business elsewhere because theres a good chance you won't be happy going here.”

I did the procedure over the long weekend and while tracking my recovery was freaking out about what procedure was actually done , was wondering if I what I did was really minimally invasive or more like traditional lipo (cause it does hurt a day later). But despite the long weekend my physician called within 10 minutes of my call to their answering service and explained exactly what I had done , what the terms mean and how everyone is different with respect to amount of pain etc. He also seemed honest and straight forward during and before the surgery with his explanations and was patient with all my questions. I will see what kind of post op care and customer service I get and how the results look. So far I don't see any negatives other than some bruising and swelling that I was informed about. I hope to see the results of in a week or two. I do think they should fix their sales and marketing to be more professional. This is a big medical decision and not giving refunds if someone has second thoughts about going through does not seem right. I hope all their medical staff is as professional as my doctor was. It is painful but not unbearable and I would recommend as long as folks can afford it and have realistic expectations. ”

“I am so excited about my results with my laser lipo procedure. I had fat removed form my upper and lower abdomen, side flanks (waist), lower back, bra roll, and upper hip area (to get rid of those hip dips). I’m almost 6 weeks post op. My results fluctuate because I’m still early in the healing process. It’s said that optimal results are seen between 2 and 6 months. I notice that I experience more swelling when I don’t drink enough water. I have started back with some light biking and hiking. I try to eat right, but must admit that I’ve slipped a few times (especially when tequila is involved. Lol). The first week after my procedure, I had lost 1 inch under my rib cage, 2 inches in my waist, and 3 inches in my hips. I’m super excited with my results and this procedure was DEFINITELY worth it. “The overall experience of working with the staff at Sono Bello was wonderful. The nurses attended to my needs, the follow up call by the doctor after surgery was appreciated, and the receptionist was always attentive and made sure that my appointments were scheduled and my parking was validated. I am going into my third week of recovery and I feel great. Most of the swelling has gone down and the bruises are all but gone. It's exciting to know that my results are sill not complete and that the areas that bothered me so much will vanish by summer. My surgery, combined with a new diet have already contributed to 7 pounds lost since I first weighed in at center. I'm excited to see where I will be at my next visit in May. I was very impressed with the staff and would highly recommend this them to anyone who was to consider a similar procedure.”

“My second time around hasn't been that great...I felt like they where trying to sell me a use car ...my appointment had to be rescheduled, however, I was required to make my 1st payment "not sure this is even legal". I was required to pay a 1,000 dollars deposit, 900.00 dollars additional for my procedure plus my 1st payment 355.00 for service I have not received. Not once has anyone offered me a refund. No follow up call or even a simple hello. My 1st procedure, I was excited and enjoyed the service I received from their staff. New staff less personal and more about making their quota or their money. Very unhappy client”

“My experience from the consultation to the follow-up appointment has been phenomenal. Having this particular procedure has been something I've been wanting to do for quite some time. I was initially seen by Kayla, and she couldn't have made me feel more comfortable so much so that I wasn't self-conscious when taking off my shirt, which I haven't done outside of my home in years. Natasha was also someone whom I had to take my shirt off for, and she made me feel awesome. I then was met by Dr. Guttikondra and his confidence and professionalism is probably what set me at ease and help make me commit to having this done.
During the procedure Dr. Guttikondra kept me informed and at ease during the entire procedure. His assistant was Joy, and she too has amazing before, during, and after the procedure. I have only just had the procedure done and the pain has been surprisingly minimal. The change in body composition is already obvious to me (I was stoked to be shown the actual fat removed after the procedure), but I know it will be even better after several weeks when the swelling has subsided.
I can't thank the Sono Bello in San Diego from top to bottom enough for all they have done so far. Looking forward to the 2019 Summer when I will be confident to take my shirt off at the beach for the first time in years!”

“So Far, So Good! I have no complaints or regrets. My Consultant, Lindsay took the time to explain what would happen and what to expect. She also returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner. I met with my doctor (Dr. G) the same day and he explained the entire procedure to me. He was nice and professional. He made no promises, but gave me clear information. I got 4 areas done (one free) and saw results immediately. I lost 8 pounds and several inches in my arms, waist & belly when I went in for my first check in 10 days after the procedure. And-I was still very swollen! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Thank you to all the nurses and staff that helped make me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. “First, I am not a customer. I am writing a review on behalf of a friend that is a customer and where I was the ride for this person to and from a procedure. The staff seem to have forgotten how to talk to customers. My friend was not politely asked to fill out paperwork but was told to do so "I need you to fill this out". I was told to leave a room instead of being politely asked such as "sir, we request that you please wait in the waiting area".
It would be unfair to not acknowledge this is an unfortunate epidemic in our culture and sometimes I feel alone in demanding polite customer service. Nevertheless I demand it and ensure I get it. I'm not special, we all deserve to be treated like we matter and that we are not there for the service but that the service is there for us, right? Just like dinning; half of the experience is being served. This is how the tips are earned.... yup, I went there. Tips are earned and should only be expected if the service was at least adequate. Poor service means poor tip. If you work hard then you will be reciprocated with a well deserved tip; at least from me.
Back to the review: Once I brought to there attention that I don't take my orders from them and that if they asked me politely and say please I would happily comply. They did, and I did too. This review was written before the procedure occured, I will update it accordingly if things get better or worse.
Now more ranting.. My biggest irritation is when I pay for something with a card and the cashier says "sign this".... then I come unglued! When did this become okay? I have had many retail jobs before making a career in the armed forces and I never said that to a customer. It was always "please sign here and have a wonderful day". Okay, my rant is complete. Loved it excellent experience and worth the money I looked around multiple places Sono bello just seemed like the rite fit it was my choice because of how positive their reviews were and how clean and professional their building was.The nurses were very informative and my DR.Guttikonda was the best he explained everything and even took off the perfect amount of fat from my hips even though all I cared about was my belly. The procedure was painless and I saw big results rite after the surgery. I am very happy with the results and it's only been 2 weeks I'm a very picky person and I admit I looked into cheaper options but cheaper isn't always better and you don't wanna risk it being uneven, lumpy or done by some one who's not an actual surgeon highly recommend very satisfied sorry this is so long but I wanted to give a detailed review.”

“Went to sono bello for lipo suction. A month before I would have never imagined doing something like that until a month prior. The process was quick and the people were informative and helpful. I felt no pain during the procedure other than feeling a weird pain/tickling sensation in my ribs. I talked to the doctor and LVN almost the entire time which helpful with the nerve and helped pass time. I felt as if the doctor was very thorough & i am excited to see the final results. “I had Lipo done on my Abs, love handles and flanks. I am very unhappy with the results as well as with the follow up by Sono Bello. I have expressed that the results were minor, if any, multiple times with no one from Sono Bello following up. I finally spoke to someone who told me after my 6 month appointment I could be evaluated only if I was at the weight I was prior to the procedure. I gained 5 pounds since the procedure that I have not lost. I became so frustrated I went and got a second opinion which confirmed that only 1 of the 3 areas I paid for actually looks like something was done. It is apparent where Sono Bello stopped and is obvious the only area treated was my abs. I paid a lot of money and feel like I received nothing, not even good treatment as a patient. I would not recommend Sono Bello to anyone. They have done nothing to try and rectify this situation. It was a complete waste of $5500. They do not do what they advertise or charge you for.”

Do it right away!!! Do not wait another day and miss out on life! I had my procedure done 11 weeks ago now. I wanted to wait to provide feedback because I wanted to be closer to my end results. I still have some time to go to see the final results but I am beyond words with the results I have thus far. I had the majority of my procedure done on my abdomen. I carried a very large portion of my weight in my mid section and the lower portion of my belly. For most of my life I lead a very healthy and active lifestyle but in the past 8 years that has not been the case. I took for granted being in shape and I gained a large amount of weight. I did not worry about it too much because I figured I could just work it off. I was wrong! After years of on and off healthy eating and hours of exercise my belly was not budging. I had accumulated so many fat cells in my belly that it was going to take years to work off (I have a background in nutrition as well). I then also experienced an injury that was going to limit my ability to do any type of cardio exercise. I decided to look into Sono Bello because I thought if I could have a portion of my belly removed that it could kick start more weight loss for me. I am so happy that I made the decision. I was assigned one of the most aggressive surgeon's they have and he was very realistic with me on what to expect. During the procedure he talked to me the entire time and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself was not tremendously painful but more some discomfort at times. My surgeon talked to me the entire time to make sure the pain level was something I could handle. My surgeon really made the entire procedure one I would do again in a heart beat! Immediately following the procedure they checked on me to make sure I was ok and I was able to go home quickly. I received a call that evening from my surgeon to follow up and the staff followed up with me for weeks after. The procedure has been very successful for me with the inches I have lost in my abdomen. It also has helped kick off a more permanent healthy lifestyle. It not only changes your appearance but it can change your entire mindset if you take full advantage of it. Prior to having the procedure a cheeseburger did not sound that bad when eating out but after the procedure and seeing instant results you just know that if you get the salad instead your results are going to continue to be that much better. This is how my procedure has changed my life. You want to make the right food choices all the time because of your new body and wanting to see more results. If you are even considering doing this, I highly recommend that you do not waste another day thinking about it and make today the day you change your life permanently! “Waste of my money! Not happy with the results. The stars are only for the friendliness of the staff. It does not take a few days to recover, as they lead you to believe. I was in pain, discomfort & had difficulty sitting, walking and getting up for weeks after the procedure. It took months before I could comfortably shower or even wear any clothing at my waist line (like jeans and pants) because it hurt to touch my sides and upper & lower abs. I patiently waited the 6 mos they tell you it could take to see maximum results but still no improvement. I'm embarrassed for anyone to see me undressed including my partner. It really did a number on my already low self esteem. He only took out 5lbs when there was clearly at least 15 lbs that should have been removed from my stomach and waist. I look square with no curve at my waist. However, even though I am not happy with the results, I must say the staff & Dr are awesome and have wonderful customer service. He made me feel very comfortable at the preop appointment and the day of surgery. He is very personable with excellent bedside manner. The office is nice as well. I just am not happy with results. If I would've known he was only taking 5 lbs and I would look deformed I would have not done it! I could have dieted and excercised and lost that amount in 2 weeks for free! I'm very disappointed and wish I could get my money back because it didn't work for me. Make sure you do your research before electing to have this procedure done. You might be better off eating right and excercising than any Lipo. This is not a quick fix and not worth the pain.”

“To me this was such a worthwhile procedure. The process was thoroughly explained, I had reminders preprocedure and post. All staff are professional and kind, I never felt like a question was silly or too repetitive. There is some discomfort which passes quickly and I was back to work with my compression garment on under my uniform and no one was the wiser. I had abdomen upper and lower and waist done. The bruising is gone 3 weeks after. The lumpiness and swelling is minimal and is lessening each day. I am told the optimum results will be showing in 6 mos. Just in time for summer!”

I was referred to Sono Bello by my sister, whom had already completed a procedure with exciting results. I could have visited a closer office, but with the high recommendation, I chose to drive the two hours to the San Diego location. I've not been disappointed. The staff is great, friendly and is helping me to understand the process of my procedures , recovery and my own responsibilities for the best results. What I may have missed in one conversation, another staff member covered . This continues to be the case and I look forward to my next visit. All the staff members are welcoming and are helping me through each step. “It has been a month since my Body Contour. Absolutely love it and wish I did it sooner. The fat around my stomach is completely gone. At first before the procedure, I was very apprehensive as of not knowing what to expect. My initial visit was with the sale consultant, Marin, very sweet lady, who detailed me the pricing. The second visit was with the nurse and Doctor S******, very professional with a great sense of humor, who thoroughly explained to me what was going take place and how. I asked all the questions I had and he answered all of them nicely. And finally, the third time was my surgery day. During the surgery, everything was calm. I had a wonderful experience. Not kidding! I had no pain, in fact, I was listening to Country Music and sang along. Doctor S****** and Nurse Dawn made me extremely comfortable. They were both extremely attentive during the procedure. Dr. S****** did a fantastic job. Now, the bruises are gone; lost the fat and just waiting for the bumps to go away for my complete healing. The whole team is just wonderful, from the front desk to everyone. That is my experience.”

“I had the Lifestyle Lift in early January. The end result - getting rid of "my Mother's jowls" - has made me so happy. I would tell prospective clients that there is definitely a period of "buyer's remorse" during the recovery stage, when there's swelling and bruising for a few days, but that passes quickly. Day 3 was when I looked in the mirror and almost cried. But 2 days later I was so happy as my face got it's contours back. I would have been ready to go back to work after one week with just minor bruising left, but had a little "glitch" and some subcutaneous bleeding in the right side of my neck. Dr Bonillas, Tao, his medical staff, and ALL the ladies at the front desk, were wonderful! I received so much care and concern and follow up. That did set me back about a week in recovering,. However, I can honestly say that at no time did I experience much pain. I took the pain meds for just 2 days. There was some discomfort from the bandaging, and the numbness around surgical areas takes getting used to. As does sleeping at an incline to minimize swelling. But I was back at work the second week, just kind of still wrapped up around my neck On January 30, my birthday, just 19 days after my procedure, I went out to lunch with friends and they were all amazed. Bruising and swelling all gone, and my face looking just as I had anticipated. My results get better all the time, as I approach 6 months post-op. Dr. Bonillas is an artist and the incisions that were hidden in my hairline and around my ears have left no visible scars. Almost all the numbness is gone and surgical areas "softened up" quickly. I would say Go For It to anyone contemplating this procedure!”

“I struggled with this decision for 2 years. This was not my first choice. I interviewed multiple offices and different procedures. I was tremendously nervous. First, I met Marin at my consultation. What an amazing help she was explaining to me the differences of procedures and then asked me about my goals. At my pre-op, I met Dr. Case and Belinda their RN. My mind was put to ease and I felt good about the decision I made. They took the time to discuss what I wanted, all of my concerns and give me the appropriate expectations. I was having my upper & lower abdomen, waist and inner thighs done. I am 11 days from having my tri-sculpting done on my abs and waist. I couldn't be more pleased. The lower "pouch" I had was no longer there when I took off my garment the next day. I know I have a long way to go yet in my healing but am so happy with the results thus far. My experience with Sono Bello has been a wonderful experience for me. Everyone from Colleen explained the procedure to me on my first visit and had Dr Fink come in and explain what we were going to be doing. Jennifer the assistant was great very professional and kind. Yes I would recommend it to my friends and I havet. Being 75 it was not an easy decision to make but I'm very happy that it turned out the way it did I feel very pretty and and believe it made a big difference in my appearance and it has only been 8 days since the surgery.. As with any procedure there is a level of discomfort to be expected. If you follow the instructions the discomfort is minimal, I was able to participate in the holiday gatherings without becoming exhausted by following the instructions and pacing myself. “I went in for some lipo, I was so nervous I almost cancelled my appointment. I'm glad I went through with it, I felt no pain during the procedure had a little discomfort the following day. But the days after I was up and moving around. I was pleased with service the moment I went in for my consultation with Marin and the dr. She choose to do my procedure was an excellent choice. Dr. Case was upfront and listened and answered to my questions and concerns I had. He took time completing my procedure, I did not feel rushed whatsoever. In the near future if I decide to go in for more work I will return to Sono Bello.”
