Cara manages a lot day-to-day. With a husband who has a demanding job, she is left in charge of managing her household and acting as mother, teacher, caretaker, and everything in between to her two children.
“I had my kids really close together,” Cara said. “It felt like my life went from all about myself and my husband to all about the kids and I left myself behind.”
With pregnancy and motherhood came many body changes for Cara; she noticed fat beginning to collect through her midsection that was never there before. Along with the weight gain came a new, round shape across her stomach that she felt embarrassed about. “It looked like I was still pregnant even long after I had my kids,” Cara said.
After months of research, Cara decided to invest in herself and visit Sono Bello to learn about her options. “I chose Sono Bello because of the minimal downtime,” Cara said. “With my two kids, it’s not really an option for me to be in bed for days.”
The Transformation
Cara worked with the Sono Bello Westchester, NY team to devise a plan to tackle the stubborn fat around her midsection. Together, they decided TriSculpt micro-laser liposuction could give her the results she wanted and get her back to chasing her little ones in no time.
Cara had TriSculpt on her full abdomen and waist to contour her midsection and use micro-laser assisted lipo to help tighten skin and stimulate collagen growth to give her the hourglass figure she knew was hiding under her stubborn fat.
“My team and my procedure was great – I went home that same day and it was like magic,” she said. “I feel like there were results immediately and it just kept getting better and better as the weeks went on.”
Three months after TriSculpt, Cara lost 5 inches on her waist and about 10 pounds. She is excited to enjoy her life without constantly covering up or worrying about how she looks. Instead, she’s been able to enjoy all the little moments with her family and be truly present.
If there was any advice Cara could give to other mothers, it would be to invest in themselves. “I want to show other women that it’s worth it,” she said. “As moms, we put so many other things ahead of ourselves and it’s easy to get lost in it all, but there’s happiness in feeling confident and investing in yourself.”
