As a healthy young man fresh out of graduate school, Matt was in a good place in his life. He had lots of friends, a loving family, and excellent career prospects. The only thing that he was consistently unhappy with – the only thing really holding him back from living his life to the fullest – was his weight.
Matt had struggled to keep his body fat under control for years. Excess fat around his abdomen and chest caused “love handles” and “man boobs” which were understandably embarrassing especially given their names.
