“Deceptive. Inferior results. Unethical. Extremely overpriced. They lied and said I was approved for a line of credit, but wasn't. They also lied and said the deposit was refundable, which it wasn't. Then at the pre-op when I gently mentioned that I couldn't afford all the procedures that were originally planned (due to the companies' strategic misleading), doctor Johnson threw a temper tantrum and refused to perform the remaining potion of the procedure. Google before and afters. 40% more expensive than average prices, hardly noticeable results.”

“What a terrible terrible and unsafe place. I went to pick my mom up after her procedure. She was basically moderately sedated still, no monitor, Head constantly falling back asleep, barely woke up to voice. I had to keep stimulating and talking to her to keep her head from falling back and snoring. When I asked the girls if they send their patients home like this often? and if they’re comfortable sending people home with this level of sedation, she told me my mom was able to stand and help dress herself, which is probably a stretch from truth. They could tell I was concerned and honestly on my part, a bit irritated about them trying to shove her out the door this way, they went to get the doctor. He didn’t come in with any beside manner. Normally the conversation should go “hi, I’m Dr. so&so I heard you have some concerns, let’s talk” no! He came in and said “so what’s the problem here?” When I expressed my concerns, he was very dismissive and shook my mom’s shoulder. When she opened her eyes he said “see, she’s awake.” He a gave basic and short explanation of what I assumed he was talking about was the Aldrete score, which, I’m very familiar with in my own career and she did not meet that criteria then he left the room without saying anything else. On our drive home, her breathing was so shallow I almost took her to the ER, thinking back now, I honestly should have. I could barely get her in and out of the car, I had to roll her in with a chair. I’m very disappointed with how unprofessional the provider was and how little the nurses or techs do to advocate for their patients.”

“Initially, I was very scared when I signed up for my procedure. First, I was following a TV commercial, and then I dished out a big chunk of money. I eased up when I finally met Doctor Johnson and his nurse. The clinic looked very clinical and that eased my fears. Everything began to feel comfortable because of the professionalism.

I was given clear instructions where a cocktail of pills and a local would be given to me. My husband picked me up about 4 hours later and I went home to recover. There was a lot of drainage which was a bit alarming. I slept a lot till the next morning when I received a phone call from Dr. Johnson checking on my progress. He assured me that as long as the coloring of the drainage was lighter in color, I was on the mend. By the third day, there was minimal drainage. The garments provided were helpful with the healing. I had a follow-up a week later and several after that first with the nurse that assisted Dr. Johnson then I met several time with Jackie. I don’t know why they had a nurse change. But both were excellent.

Then I went for my first Venus treatment which was complimentary. There I met Reina and we formed a warm friendship since I signed up for the package of 8 plus 2 complimentary Venus Treatments. I looked forward to my meetings with Reina who always made me feel comfortable and was very professional. I highly recommend the Sonobello doctors, nurses, front desk personnel and their fully equipped facility.”

They lady I dealt with was very nice but wasn’t allowed to answer a lot of my questions.

Was only given “August” price which is only 3 more days, wouldn’t provide “September” price or a flat price. I don’t like that sales tactic, she didn’t pressure but that type of ‘this price won’t last long’ type of sale doesn’t make me want to give my business.

It’s hard to justify $15.5-$20k without any sort of minimum removal. I was told the maximum is 70%/5 liters, but that’s with a higher bmi (google says 5 liters= 10lbs). I’ll do more research but without Sono Bello being more upfront like I said hard to justify 10’s of thousands of dollars. When companies aren’t upfront it feels like they are hiding something or being shady, wether they are or not. I understand you can’t guarantee but even offering ballpark figures would help ease the feeling of your company’s possible lack of integrity.”

I have reallly appreciated her care and going the extra mile to ensure I was okay from beginning to end. Dr. Reiter explained everything he was going to do and what I was going to experience. Shannon returned my call in a timely manner, answered my question and made sure I was ok. Nursing staff checked in with me to ensure I was healing ok, incision were not infected. I really love the staff and Dr Reiter at SonoBello.”
