“Just had my procedure 2 weeks ago and has been hell ..Nothing positive. I have 2nd and 3rd degree burns and left with open wounds and no call backs or checkupsl..Dr mccahan did my procedure and even didn't care to take a look at my wounds and burns when I came for my post op care..the nurse wasn't even helpful..i insisted on seen a doctor to look at my wound till they brought in another doctor... I asked for Liz to give me a call back and till date .no call back...well I don't want to post horrifying pictures of my wound but I guess this is the only way to get sonobellos attention...
If you want to get it any procedure done..please do your research well..I guess I expected soo much...I am really disappointed...I won't be using dr mcahan again...basically you are on your own after the surgery ...post op care is zero...massages promised not till 3 months post op and have been spending alot of money for wound care and massages”

“The lady acted very much as if she was not interested in helping me at all. The last time I was here the lady was way more attentive. Once we discussed price she offered me a discount and then told me that price was based on my bmi and once i lost weight it would be much less. Liz did not have any interest in helping me but I was ready to put my deposit down today. Someone followed up with me saying they would have a manager contact me and that never happened.”

Customer satisfaction is not their number one goal. My stomach still looks as if I'm 5 months pregnant. The bottom part you can see results. I complained from the very 1st doctor's visit after having my procedure done. Once you pay your money they don't care. If you want it fixed you have to pay all over again. Please read the reviews. I hope my review can help someone who has tirelessly saved there monies and hoping to see good results. Lipo was NEVER performed on me AT ALL! Sono Bello plays with your emotions and sanity. I have my day 1 picture(s) -vs- my so called procedure pictures and nothing has changed. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed. “My arm look horrible. I wish I would’ve save my money or have it to the homeless. My arms were better off left alone. I figured it was a simple liposuction producer of the arms so how can you screw that up. I have fat pockets on the proximal ends of my arms. This makes my arms look very displaced. “When I first came to Sonobella everybody was friendly and Liz the consultant that waited on me I was very good. Since then I have tried to get in touch with Liz five or more times by phone was put on hold for extended amounts of time because she wouldn’t come to the phone and also told that my problem could be handled when I come in for surgery. My issue was some health concerns that I needed to discuss and also to change my plan. The fact that she did not return one call was really a red flag for me. I also made an appointment to go and see her at 11 AM on a Tuesday and I stayed until 1 PM and never saw her nor did she come out to say I’m busy or acknowledge that I was there. No one acknowledged until I wanted to cancel so I did When I called back to check on the status of the refund I was told that Liz will give me a call back within the hour. She never called back I ended up calling back six hours later and spoke with her but her attitude was condescending as if it was a problem for her to speak to me. If I had to rate Sonobella I would rate the customer service of the representatives who represent these accounts mainly Liz zero because she doesn’t have customer service after she makes the sale. I advise anyone coming in to make sure that you feel comfortable even if you’ve paid for it because your life could depend on it. A thumbs up to the customer service team at the front desk I know you all work hard I can see it on your faces but you’re doing a good job covering up for those representatives that don’t want to deal with their customers.”

Frist appointment was cancelled day of - about 1 hr before. Second appointment, after waiting almost 30 mins past my "appointment time" (not including the extra 15min they require to complete paper work) they told me I'd probably have to wait an additional 10-15min! Esto es impactante considerando la importancia del drenaje linfático para una curación rápida y adecuada. Una vez más, tuve que gastar fondos aparte para buscar masajes linfáticos fuera de la empresa la doctora Dr Valladolid me hizo la cirugía y me dejo demasiada grasa arriba del vientre que se me formaba una bolsita me dijeron que me arian un retoqueque que llamarian y aun nadie me llama tengo grasa que se suponía que me arreglarian estoy muy triste porque pagué demasiado y no me gustó la verdad no RECOMENDARÍA SONOBELLO A NADIR 😔😔😔MAL SERVICIO NO ESTOY FASTIFECHA...eliminarse en mi abdomen, la parte inferior del vientre y el área del sostén. Pagué más de lo acordado nunca mire cual fue la cantidad de grasa que sacaron y estaba muy disgustado porque mis resultados no eran visibles y tengo la piel dura ya que tampoco me informaron que necesitaba”

My lipo 360 was not worth the 14k I paid. The only thing different is the scar. At first it seemed like there was a difference but once you stop wearing the garment there is nothing different. The initial garment i received was too big. I ended up having to purchase my own garments. For the money i paid here, i feel like the results should have been better.

I purchased the venus treatment package based on my consultation and who were going to perform the treatments. I was lied to and this place is not consistent. I was told the same person could not perform the treatments after she told me she would. They also did not provide a refund. I had to drive almostv2 hours to this place and the service was not worth it. Never again.”

“Unfortunately I did not listen to the negative reviews when I should have. The claims about the employees luring you in with niceness is true (everyone was very pleasant to speak with up to the procedure), but what I was told during my consultation was a lie. Everything that was supposed to be removed was not as I had a few areas worked on. The follow up communication is non existent unfortunately especially for post op which I find terrible. I still have fat that was supposed to be removed in my abdomen, lower belly & bra role area. I paid over 7k & I was very unpleased that my results were no where near visible and I have hard skin since I was not informed of needing post massages afterwards either. The garments given do not fit people of color as I eventually had to buy & have my own customized since the ones provided were cutting off circulation to my legs. I went in a week later and spoke to a nurse about it & she even told me these aren’t for women of color and had to cut one up for me to barely fit into. I now have 3 garnets from you all that don’t fit in different sizes. If I’m paying for a service and post op care I expect things to fit properly as that’s included in the payment. My doctor was very knowledgeable & nice but I’m starting to see the common thing here is you guys not removing all of the fat & causing folks to go through the financial & physical pain again…that’s just criminal. I find it unbelievable after putting that type of stress on my body that there are no visible changes from since before & now 7 months after surgery. I am not one to sit around, this is me working out more & changing my diet. I honestly feel robbed & lied to. Especially since when showed pictures from my consultation and told this is what I can expect are false, I still look the same when I walked in as I do now. The only difference is now I have incision scars all over my body. Unless they fix management & truly start giving satisfactory work and learn this is not an one size fits all situation I would never refer this place.”

“So far so good. My lipo procedure was as expected, and just how they informed me it would be. Doctor Betuzzi was amazing, and checked on me the same night following procedure. She has been more than helpful at answering all my questions.
I do pest control and went back to work on the 5th day. I’m back at the gym doing low impact stuff.
I’m only one week post lipo, so I can’t give a review of my results. I’ve been told what to expect, and I’m hoping that stays true. I’m kinda nervous after reading some of the reviews. I’ll update everyone in 3 months, and then 6months.”

“It's really easy for any medical staff, who performs many procedures each week to treat their patients like a number. However, at Sonobello this is not the case! From the moment you walk in or call to schedule an appointment to meeting with your consultant, nurses, and Doctor, you are treated like you are the only person in the world! Everyone is patient, kind, respectful, and caring. They allow you to ask all the questions that you need to ask and in most cases they anticipated my questions before I could ask.

My experience with Dr. V, Nurse Chinience, Consultant Liz was absolutely amazing. What impressed me the most is how familiar Dr V was working with my body type. Seriously, I never knew what my body looked like under all the extra I had going on because I carried it for so long. I had back issues from all the weight of the skin. Dr V and her team helped make my dream come true.

“Sono Bello pays it patients to remove bad reviews. The high rating is false!
Please read all of the reviews regarding this organization on other platforms such as BBB and Yelp. I received Liposuction in October of 2021 and my mother in September of 2021 and our experi are identical.

The procedure I am 70% happy with. The surgeon and nurse were nice during the procedure and accommodating. I feel I have physically not recovered as I would like but the procedure is the least of my complaints. Administratively the team and the corporate organization are terrible.

Pre operatively: The wait times are insane. For a 30 second covid test I waited 45 mins. The consultation is speedy and informative, but of course that is to get you signed up and scheduled. Everything else is downhill.
Post operatively: The wait is the same, I waited almost 53 mins for a 5 minute visit of pictures only. The appointment times will be secured before you leave but I was rescheduled 5 times due to the lack of staff and organization. I received one appointment at the front desk and then the text confirmation would be different and the actual time would be completly different than both.

The most disgusting part is that I provided a review of my experience at the staff's request and received a call from a rep from SonoBello names Lisa. Lisa is nice generally and listens to your complaints, however, they attempt to later "resolve" it by offering you something free if you remove your honest and "negative" review. This is upsetting because if you truly cared about your patient's the review wouldn't be the concern. I refuse to sign the legal document and remove the review so now they are not offering the free service. Correlation there.
Not to mention, my mother was diagnosed with an infection post operatively which resulted in her spending a half day in the ER to resolve it. When she communicated this with the Sono Bello as instructed the doctor felt it was no concern and said it's probably the flu.

If you care at all about your health and a decent customer experience please go somewhere else.”

“Here is my review:

After doing lots of research on liposuction surgery, I decided on Sono Bello Atlanta, with the expectation of getting the best for my investment.

While the surgery itself was bearable, my concerns mostly revolves around the aftercare.

I believe Sono Bello has dropped the ball. Upon my 1 week post op I was informed that the garment I was provided was too big for me, I was told this was an issue that happened often for women of color. It was not providing the proper support and compression I needed for after my surgery. This made sense as the pain I experienced the first week was quite intense. The second garment provided was still in my opinion too big for my torso, yet it was too tight for my thighs. This resulted in my having to spend additional funds (several hundred dollars) trying to find a garment that meets my physical needs, which I have been unsuccessful. This is something I believe should have been the responsibility of Sono Bello, to ensure the proper garments are provided. I was also not shown the before and after pictures to ensure the areas I paid for were successfully treated (that’s still up for debate, I’m not sure if one of the areas was actually touched).

During my appointment, I also inquired about the lymphatic drainage massages (which I was told was included at consultation)… I was informed that they were not available until after 3 months. This is shocking considering the importance of lymphatic draining for rapid and proper healing. Again, I had to spend additional funds to seek lymphatic massages outside of the Sono Bello company.

All in all, I am disappointed at the level of care provided post operation. I invested a lot of money for this procedure and I do not believe Sono Bello is interested in protecting the patients investment or making sure that each patient gets the proper post op care, but only securing its bottom line.

I insist that Sono Bello (Atlanta) rectify these concerns and that they consider reevaluating post op care for their current and future patients.”

“My experience has been pretty positive. Dr. Bettuzi is extremely thorough and personable. The first few weeks were really difficult as far as pain, but Dr. Bettuzi was encouraging. She checked on me quite often and explained what I should expect along the way. During my first week post surgery follow-up, Nurse Toni took really good care of me. I saw her again for the one month post surgery visit and she was the nurse who assisted me again. Nurse Toni knowledge and helped me locate the best garment for my body. At first they treat you well as long as you have not paid, then on the day of the surgery they told me that I would have the surgery at one hour and I spent a long time waiting for my surgery, they did not do it at the time they said and when I returned for a consultation From then on, the nurse did not want to help me, although I was all sore and seeing the test results, I liked my surgery. I paid a lot for the test results that left me aside, they mistreated me a lot, it hurt a lot and I did not see that they took out the fat that they said 😞 and they give you an appointment for follow-up but it is only to take photos my experience was horrible. “My daughter Lorraine had a liposuction by Dr. Villadolid at the Atlanta Sono Bello on January 8, 2022 within 5 hours after her surgery my daughter had a cardiac arrest and later pronoun died. Dr.. Villadolid did not requested my daughter recent blood work and medical records. She simply asked the health questions but did not verified my daughter medical history. Although,
Paulding Hospital stated my daughter had a good heart. She should have not had a cardiac arrest. Dr..Villadolid completed her general cosmetic surgery in 2019. A doctor who has little experiences. Sono Bello should demand all patients recent blood work and medical records before conducting any liposuction and plastic surgery! More importantly, Sono Bello should have more experience doctors!!! However, this will not bring my daughter back to life but it can help others to think twice before getting liposuction at Sono Bello”

Everyone is patient, kind, respectful, and caring. They allow you to ask all the questions that you need to ask and in most cases they anticipated my questions before I could ask.
My experience with Dr. V, Nurse Monique, Consultant Liz was absolutely amazing. What impressed me the most is how familiar Dr V was working with my body type. For so long I've wanted to remove the excess skin that drooped below my private area. Seriously, I never knew what my body looked like under all the extra I had going on because I carried it for so long. I had back issues from all the weight of the skin and fat. Dr V and her team helped make my dream come true.

Sonobello Team, I am so grateful for everything! You guys are absolutely amazing! I give it 2 thumbs up! Thank you for helping me along this journey! You're forever family!

Dr. Betuzzi was very thorough and patient during my pre op and the surgery. She explained everything very well and checked on me personally after I got home.
I am very disappointed in administration. I’ve been rescheduled over 5 times in 5 months just because of the staffing issues with the aesthetician. It’s very disappointing and frustrating because each time I’m taking off work and readjusting my schedule. My appointments via text would say one thing but then when I call to confirm it always different. Clinically I am very pleased but administratively and managerially I am disappointed.”

“I had my surgery two days ago
I made an appt several times and then canceled after reading the negative reviews. This time I decided to go to my appt.
During the consultation, all of my questions were answered. Dr Betuzzi and her staff were awesome. Dr Betuzzi even told me that everyone pain levels are different, so I may experience some pain. During the surgery I did experience some pain but it was short lived. It was like a pinch here and there. Before I knew it, the procedure was over and my fiancée was taking me home. The first night the pain was the worst. The second night wasn’t as bad. Dr Betuzzi, texted me the next day to see how I was doing. I’ve learned that having liposuction has very different variables for it to completely work. You have to follow the Drs orders for sure. The belt feels very tight but that’s to keep the swelling down. I slept the whole day of surgery once I was home but the very next day, I start walking around. I’m sure that weight is a factor as well. As I read about liposuction, it’s not supposed to be a weight loss procedure nor is it supposed to be an instant results. It takes months for a complete heal. Im 5’ 4” and weight 138 pds. I didn’t have the surgery for the weight loss, I had it do to body showing the results of me having 3 kids. I had the muffin top as well as the bra rolls and stomach. I’ll check in in a few months to see how my healing process is going. Keep in mind that it’s hard to go by reviews because every body bodies are different.

I NEVER had a weight problem in all of my 60+ years and I guickly knew I wanted to do something about it. Spoke to three different companies before settling on Sonobello. Told me she could achieve the goals I wanted and well 8 months post op I don't see much difference. Definitely could've taken out more fat on my upper and lower abdomen and sides. Well for the one's they said ok to they either called well after my schedule appointment time or just didn't call at all. “I had a few procedures at this business when I didn't know better, few years ago. They purposely take out only a little fat so you would have to come back and pay for a "discounted revision" surgery. Total different experience when I went to another doctor years later as well as my friend who did her procedure around the same time as me, and had same issues with sonobello. Dr. Bedford was very impersonal did not care that I was unhappy with my results. They did not even inform me about the importance of lymphatic massages post op to prevent fibrosis. I could literally go on and on about how terrible their practices are. They also pay and give incentives for positive Google reviews, it was offered to my friend but obviously not me since I expressed I was unhappy. If you really want to go with them, ask them how much CCs of fat they are removing and confirm it after the procedure, the lawful limit is 5000 CCs at a time, get your moneys worth, every body type is different but you know how much fat you want removed, pretty much all of it for your area of concern. Long story short, just do your RESEARCH!! This company is just another rip off franchise that contracts random doctors to come and perform procedures. Your much better off going to the doctor who has their own practice and brand to be concerned with, and always research them thoroughly there are forums and a lot of information out there to help you understand who they are and their experience. The doctors contracted to sonobello probably treat patients at their own practice a lot better. Either way if you have to be affiliated with a brand like sonobello on the side then something must be wrong with you and your practice period. When you have a consult with them it's usually not a doctor, it's just a salesperson trying to get you to pay as much as possible for your procedure. BE CAREFUL, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!”

I brought this up at my 1,2 and 3rd apt. We scheduled to see a surgeon (after me insisting l need to be seen) and they had to squeeze me in to see one of their surgeons. The nurses and surgeon all looked disappointed and embarrassed each time l came in because even they could see nothing changed. The dr approved me for revision. Took another month for sono bello to approve and l was scheduled for my revision in June. Surprise, i apparently had a pre op on May 26th l knew nothing about (a month before the procedure? My last one was a day before) and I’m not in the country. I come back in 2 days. The manager emails me to tell me they’re cancelling my appointments because they couldn’t reach me, but no one emailed me?? I immediately call and tell them no l want to keep my surgery date but move the pre op for when l come back. I have an entire 3 weeks until my apt. The woman said she would call back after finding a day for me to reschedule pre op. Surprise again, manager emails me saying l cancelled my surgery and apts per my request. I did NOT authorize to cancel my surgery dates and am now awaiting them to find a date for my surgery. At this point l would no longer like to deal with them. Either l receive my revision or l want a full refund and l will be contacting the BBB as well as sono bello HQ. The only good side of this entire experience was the nurse during my first surgery. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get anything out of them to still look the complete same. (If not worse) DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO LOOK THE SAME.”

I’m plus sized and only had 2.6 liters removed my second round . The legal is 5 liters. I think that’s why I’m not fully happy with the aesthetic. Wish they’d be more aggressive with bigger girls. Although I’m not completely satisfied I’m not completely dissatisfied either. Just wish I made better decision on shopping for my surgeon. Not worth 7500 by far. I was told by another doctor they should’ve at least did upper bra roll for that price regardless of weight. He said most doctors do and some will do a bbl for that price. I got upper lower hips waist. So for the price I paid noooo not happy with results. The 3 stars is strictly for friendliness and the fact I wasn’t in dire pain the second round. Maybe if you are plus sized u should find a doctor that SPECIALIZES in your body type. I appreciate that this experience has motivated me to work out though”

“The initial surgery was amazing, and the surgeon was even more amazing, however, after the surgery I heard from no one. I received text messages every few weeks generally stating what to look for after surgery, but I had no idea what to expect had I not done my own extensive research. “I have been honestly looking for references before my surgery and going into a deep dive of the better business bureaus reviews of very scary experiences. Every one told me I shouldn’t do this... but with the pandemic and moving to Georgia I gained over 60 pounds!! and did not feel like my self.
Everyone I knew asked if I as pregnant and was convinced!!! from the fast weight gain. But only 5 days post surgery and I feel like my old self!!! Even better actually. I have my flat stomach and back rolls are going down, I am seeing improvements already:)
Dr. Gellis is amazing and really secured my crazy jitters beforehand and during the procedure.
The worst part honestly is the anxiety before. Once I started the process Dr. Gellis was easy to talk too and listened to me, especially when I had a specific request or something felt uncomfortable.
I tell you I am so thankful I received a Doctor that cared like he did and made me feel confident again in such a short period. I did not expect to see results so fast!!! “I had my surgery on 8/1/20 it was suppose to be done on 7/23/20 @the Atlanta office
My consultation went great. My appointment was for a certain time 2 weeks prior, once I got there the reception told me a different time over the phone. I checked my email and my time was correct so after driving an hour I also had to wait an hour and I let them know I wasn't happy about that but as I came to learn they smile and dismiss everything like it's no big deal. Liz was very helpful all the way to end she does her job well.GET THE MONEY. She is very nice, sweet and helpful if I couldn't speak with anyone I could always speak with Liz. She could make you think you were being helped even when you weren't. I can go on but let me fast forward. The first surgery didn't happen because I was unaware that I couldn't smoke for 30 days prior the stomach removal and instead of telling me that after I told the nurse the last time I had smoked hookah the Dr. came in to tell me after my photos and all that she wouldn't do the surgery and they said they were sorry and someone would be in touch to refund me my down payment. They never tried to offer me anything else an alternative not anything the Dr. MOODY AND NURSE said so sorry both left me in the room to get dressed and leave on my own.. Leaving all paperwork behind and everything and this was my pre op for my surgery on 7/23/20. I left very disappointed.The next day I called Liz who said she had no idea what happened she was out of town family emergency. I explain what happened she said we talked about the smoking But I told her I didn't recall her saying and that I would have compllied because I thought I only had to stop for a week according to the pre op paperwork and pamphlet and that's what I did but that's neither here nor there what can we do now, can forget the stomach removal can we just do ab lipo can we do something? Liz said I will see what I can do, she did and that brought us to Aug 1. Abs uper, lower, braw waist, great drugs didn't feel nothing don't remember nothing not too much pain... Sent me home with drugs. This dang garment I am to try to put on won't go over my thighs, so we traded for a knowing it was to
a big in th ab and foam. I don't know how these garments are supposed to fit if I have it on correctly Nothing. They said they ordered me one to my home been 3 weeks nothing. I watch YouTube and learned Sono Bello didn't tell me nothing but the same stuff that's in the post op pamphlet. The Dr did call to check on me the next day and they do say if you have questions please call... You get one time to call because after that onetime of reaching someone in that office that's it. I did get my post op call the 1 week or 2 week I tried to ask question but I really didn't know what to ask over the phone. I went in for a massage right after that on 8/17/20 to get a massage which is normally given at one month post op but the head nurse said she would have me do one because I was leaving to fly back overseas the following night. That was fine but I had mentioned to the nurse I have had a foul smell coming from my belly button and a little ozzing she said OK I do see it. Nothing else was said about it. I was concerned so I called on 8/18/20 that afternoon hoping I could speak to my nurse before I flew about my belly button because I was concerned it was an infection or something, someone answered the phone I was like thank God, can I speak to the head nurse please, the lady says OK hold please a voice comes on the phone I say hey this Michele Wilson, she says hey Michele how are you I'm like good and I said where you there yesterday when I came for my message... And she said yes but I was in a consult... I said huh? Is this Liz? She says yes but I asked for a nurse, Liz says she wasn't even in the office at that time. she ask me did I have a fever or anything and she would have the nurse call. No call .I am overseas.With no garnet that fit and a smelly belly button. ”

“I have to share my experience from start to present. I went in for my FREE consultation and was greeted by a friendly front desk. The woman that conducted my consult I believe was Vanessa and she was really nice and honest which I appreciated. She showed me alot of before and after pictures. After the first visit, I knew exactly what I needed done and how much the cost. Fast forward to the procedure. I booked the procedure and was given a pre op date for five days later and surgery two days after that. Pre op was great. I met Dr Lissa Bootstaylor, she was an absolutely a pleasure, she took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was more than prepared. Now day of procedure, I am greeted pleasantly as always, taken to my room and prepped. The procedure was amazing. I was awake but felt NO PAIN. Dr Bootstaylor talked to me throughout the procedure to make sure I remained at ease. Her bedside manner is stupendous. I am one week out and I am absolutely elated with my results. I feel great and although I still have swelling and minimal bruising, I LOOK GREAT. I cant sing the praises of this place enough. They are not miracle workers, so if your going in here thinking they are going to take you from a size 20 to a 9, not going to happen. But if you are wanting to loose stubborn areas of fat and improve how you look in your clothes (and out of them) this is your place. If I could give more stars I would!!!”

“This visit was by far the last straw for me and I will not be returning to Sono Bello again. I tell everyone to do their research before deciding on something so life changing. The friend that referred me did review the doctors but not this facility. When I arrived on 8/24/19, I was late because of a detour and had trouble finding my way(I live 5.5 hours away). I called to let them know why I was late. When I arrived there was one employee and one other person that presented just in front of me. I was there for the Venus Legacy introduction only which, I thought, was a treatment that was included and a part of the process. Katuria(the technician) told me this was only to introduce this and that it was needed to achieve the final results that I am looking for. It lasted all of 5 minutes and she only applied it to my stomach and sides. I had 4 areas done upper/lower stomach, bra roll, and waist. I told her I still massage everyday but still have areas that are hard. She told me unless I have the VL, those hard areas could stay there for years. I told her that this needed to he disclosed in the beginning so people would know that there is an added expense to achieve expected results so they can decide BEFOREHAND whether to proceed. She tells me all about the different people who come for this treatment even without the procedures. I have not spent 13,000 dollars only to have to spend another 2500 (she said I would need 8 treatments to reach desired results). She goes as far to say that "People come up with it some kind of way". Really!!! I'm not coming up with another dime to Sono Bello because it seems they are clearly all about making a sell. Dr Bedford, I suppose, with her terrible mannerism, tried to warn me. I don't know if the liposuction was minimal or what, but I still have a considerable amount of flab. The Venus Legacy needs to be emphasized as an added expense during the consultation. I am not one to complain and I'm a Registered Nurse. I could not work for a place like Sono Bello. Not everyone, but it lacks in Professionalism and Customer Service skills. If I was not a good candidate for the procedures I had, it should have been said in the consultation.”

“I had lipo completed on my upper and lower abdomen as well as waist September 2018 with a doctor (not named for this review) at the Atlanta location and returned August 30, 2019 for a revision on my lower abdomen. I've had 2 children (which changes your body) and needed a little extra removed on the lower abdomen as well as a few irregularities corrected from the first surgery. Dr. Bedford completed my revision surgery today and she is AMAZING! Dr. Bedford did my husband's lipo of the same areas in October 2018. His results look absolutely perfect so I knew when I returned for the revision that Dr. Bedford was the one I wanted handling my revision. She is so personable, listens very carefully to what you are wanting to accomplish and is very detail oriented. Today's procedure was awesome. I've rested most of the day but have been able to get up and move around with ease and very little discomfort. Many, many thanks to Dr. Bedford!! Melissa was the assistant that dealt with me through my pre-op and procedure today who is AWESOME! Melissa's personality is great and she truly cares about making you comfortable and giving you peace of mind. Dr. Bedford and Melissa answered all of my questions at the pre-op and NEVER made me feel rushed. They were very thorough and detailed. Kylie is the nurse who worked with me today and is so very sweet. Vanessa has been my consultant through all of this and truly wants the best for you. She has made me feel so welcome and confident. If she isn't busy and knows I'm in the office then she makes a point to come see me and give hugs! Chae has the best personality and handles the scheduling for me. Vivian has handled all my issues with getting this revision taken care of and has quickly responded to every email or phone call. She has made sure I've been taken care of completely. The facility and surgical suites are extremely neat and clean! I just can't say enough about the entire staff at Sonobello Atlanta!! These guys are amazing! Every last person I have dealt with during this revision process has been confident and extremely competent! Thank you Dr. Bedford for giving me my confidence back and working your magic to make my abdomen beautiful! I know the end result is going to make me feel 20 again!!”

“Hello everyone...……. My name is Frederick. I had a tri-sculpt ( three areas which include the stomach area and both sides ( love handles ) done on May 3rd, 2019. And I must say, I am very pleased with my results thus far. Although the healing process and transformation is different for everyone, my journey has been quite pleasant. Everyone on the Sono Bello team has done an outstanding job, from Ms. Vanessa, who done my consultation, the doctor who performed my surgery, her assistant, the pre-op nurses to the post-op nurses of making my visit to their facility an awesome experience. And I cannot forget the front desk staff who greets you everytime you enter into the office and their smiles are so warm and inviting. And last, but not least, I cannot forget one of their Aesthetician, Katuria Bankston. I have regular post-op visits to see her once a week for my Venus Massages. Let me tell you, she is such an angel. She is such a sweetheart. She comes to the waiting area to get me and I am greeted with the most capitivating smile. She makes every one of my visits the most pleasant you could ever experience. She is very skilled when it comes to doing her job and also very professional and also very thorough. I am always asking her questions about my healing process and she always has an answer to my question. If she does not know, she would say hold, let me find out and make sure. I really appreciate that because most people would either tell you what they think you want to hear or just simply say I don't know and to me, that is lousy customer service because you never suppose to tell a customer you don't know. They then will convince you to do laser lipo and not even complete procedure correctly or make sure all the holes they put in you are stitched correctly to where you bleed out in your kitchen floor and call an ambulance to save you.
