“The staff is very professional and friendly. Everything was going well until after the surgery. I was on my way home and became unconscious. My driver pull over and called 911. She explained that I had just come from surgery. I was given several doses of narcan. The ER doctor said i had overdosed on all the narcotics they had given me. I called to inform Sonobello and everything been quiet ever since. I never received a call from my surgeon Dr. Flagg or anyone else for that matter. When I went back for my follow up I asked to speak with the manager. My nurse said she would call me once she get my hospital records. Until this day I haven’t heard from anyone. I could have lost my life and they didn’t have the courtesy to at least call and see how I was doing.”

“I went here 6yrs ago. Just wanted to see if they had gotten any better than what they did to me. After the procedure they tried to correct it with a few sessions applying a serum and with a small machine trying to even it out. It somewhat worked so I settled. However the dents came right back. I still have dents on my chin. Im looking for corrective surgery as well. Obviously somewhere else. Seems like things are still bad here.”

“I do not normally review but with all of the commercials that Sono Bello puts out and not completely truthful.
I have always complained about my belly since I was 14. I finally decided to get it done this year and almost 50. I was told I was perfect candidate and my skin was perfect. I had no stretch marks just c-section scars. I had it done, went back, they said I was looking good. I had my 4 month check up, which was really 5 and nothing much had changed. I was told I would follow up with my dr at the 6 month and frankly, the nurse seemed annoyed with my unhappiness. I scheduled an appointment only for it to be cancelled twice. When I finally did see the Dr, he said "you need to lose weight" (I went in a size 6). I said I lost 10 lbs. He said Oh ok. He looked at my stomach and asked what was wrong with it. I told him, it was all wavy and my bellybutton was squished. I told him that I was comfortable in a bikini before and now I dont want anyone to see my stomach. He said there wasnt much he could do because there wasnt much fat to take but he could try. I told him that didnt seem like a good choice as its not feasible for me to take time off and do all over again for a "maybe". The dr. said, "lose 5 lbs and come back Ill see if there is anything to be done" Really?? Again, I was a 6 now i am a 2/4 and you made me feel like it was something I did wrong!
I will never go back to him and so anxious about what I look like now.”

“Had an AWFUL experience. I ended up with so many dents that I looked like a potato! I had to go to another doctor for corrective liposuction and now I look GREAT. I do not recommend Sono Bello. They are only about money as each section costs more money. My lower waist was liposuctioned, which left me with a very obvious muffin top...and it definitely showed when I tried to wear form fitting clothes. Instead of Sono Bello wanting you to look good, they charge more for each section. I went to another doctor who corrected all of the mistakes that Sono Bello made AND he also did my back for no extra charge. The staff at Sono Bello overall is very nice, professional and friendly. But I had an experience with one of the nurses who disrobed me while a male nurse was in the room and I was too out of it to complain. He at least had the decency to turn his head. Find you a doctor who wants you to look good and won't nickle and dime you for each section. Sono Bello is only about money and you will definitely have to go back to get corrective surgery! Also, they do the procedure while you are awake and aware. The new place I went to put me under 100% so he can get more done. I wish I had not gone to Sono Bello in the first place.”

“Honesty is a rarity, especially in the medical field. The procedure they could have talked me into would’ve actually made my situation worse. Instead of trying to sell it to me anyway, I was told that it was not in my best interest to do it. There is nothing I can appreciate more than being told the truth, especially when my money and body are both on the line. The ladies here are so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. “Staff and doctors are very professional and friendly, and I absolutely adored Lucy! The problem is that Sono Bello is out to make money over you looking good. I had a procedure done on my abdomen a few years ago and the doctor did my lower waist, stating my upper waist would be an additional cost. Fast forward, I now have a muffin top because the fat was removed from my lower waist only (which honestly makes no sense) and left in my upper waist. I am having another liposuction procedure done at a different facility. The place that I am going to doesn't charge "per section" like Sono Bello does. They're going to take care of the front, back, sides (including the muffin top) at no additional cost per area. If Sono Bello REALLY wanted you to look good, they would stop being so concerned about the additional cost of the areas and include all areas that matter as long as it isn't in a completely different part of your body. My advice would be to skip Sono Bello and find a place that won't nickel and dime you. The overall goal should be to make you look good. Do your research! I wish I had, and I would not have gone to Sono Bello.”

I have had to wait over a year after being promised a revision procedure to correct issues from my first experience. Now I learn through the reviews that Sonobello management lied about my surgeon leaving to avoid having to do another procedure on their dime (they told me my surgeon was no longer with Sonobello a year ago, however I see reviews from 4 months ago). I would highly recommend and advise anyone considering Sonobello to evaluate your other options as this is not worth the price and they don’t honor their own terms. But I was very disappointed in the lack of communication before my appt- no touching base, no appt confirmation until the day before trying to change my appt time and zero follow up. Dr. Flagg said he was going to call me that night to check on me and he did not. I started my relationship with the Brookfield, WI office but decided to go to Oak Brook because there was an opening for the day that I was interested in but all communication, videos, text messages to check in on me beforethe procedure, follow up emails, etc and then finally the follow up call from a nurse in Brookfield on Monday (my procedure was Friday). Overall, I am over the moon with my results so would recommend Sono Bello to anyone but was really turned off by the lack of communcation on Oak Brook office staff as a whole.”

I would first like to start off and say my consult was fantastic, and my consultant Lindsey was amazing and answered everything I needed. I then had my preop appointment with Chelsea, and let me tell you that she’s someone to get to know. She is straight to the point but also very personable, even though we wear a mask you can tell she has a beautiful smile and she lights up their room , her energy is through the roof, and I asked her everything I needed to know about surgery she answered perfectly as the doctor confirmed everything she said was correct. I also asked if she would be in my surgery and she said unfortunately the way it works is we don’t know what surgery they would be in until that day, but truth be told she went and asked if she could be in my surgery and I will tell you my nerves Were gone. When I tell you they are about their patients and comfortability they are about their patients and comfortability. My doctor was Dr. Khawaja, also the best doctor I have ever met. Such a sweet man, and you could tell by the way he talks he cares. They make a great team, as they were in my surgery together and they made sure that I was comfortable that I was laughing and talking, there were times I fallen asleep but I will wake up with a smile on my face and laugh. “I am soooo happy i decided to get laser-lipo. My doctor was Dr. Flagg. He is amazing 👏🏾. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The nurse was extremely helpful as well. I’m very petite and have very little fat. My pricing was the same as a woman 3 times taller and 4x more fat that I. No matter what you’ll pay $1795 per section. They give extra discounts and try to make you feel as if they’re doing it just for you when in fact it’s standard procedure. The discounts offered to me amounted to $1700. “Last year 2020, I consulted with Sheana who scheduled my two part procedure with Dr Bose, which she said was the best. A week before my first procedure Dr Bose wasn’t available, I was given another doctor, Dr P! I’m had a son and then twin girls so I really wanted to remove the stretched skin on my stomach and sides. After first procedure I felt something wasn’t right. I had a pooch above my navel and flat below. Every follow up appointment I keep saying I don’t like the pooch. The staff kept telling me you have a lot of swelling. I wanted my stomach flat above and below my navel. My hopes & dreams was to look like the ladies in the SONOBELLO. I went in for second procedure to remove back & side love handles. Long story short, Love handles are smaller but still there. My surgeon Dr P, said he can correct what I don’t like at his office and gave me his business card on my last visit. I Would Not Recommend this place to any mother who has had twins, triplets etc. My hopes were very high to finally get my body back to how it looked after my first born. I was hoping to be a model for them and show the world my before and after pictures. I’m out of a lot of money and need to go to a real plastic surgeon to do what I thought Sonobello was going to do for me. I’m so disappointed and couldn’t get any money back.”

“I had a procedure done and was unsatisfied with the results. They tell you one year satisfaction but it’s a money grabbing tack-tick. I was rushed out of my apt. I called and asked to speak to the manager she called me back and told me nothing was wrong. Believe her name is Natalie. Assured me that she would talk to someone and call me back. I spoke to her once again and she told me she will consult another physician. I have now called 3 times and she is always at another location. Fails to return any of my calls. Would not recommend it !”

“I had my procedure done I was treated with great care .Dr Dillon answered all questions and concerns my husband had before the surgery was done.Dr Dillon did not rush us he took time and explained everything . After the procedure the Nurse helped me and made sure I was ok before leaving .

“Everyone is very nice.
I just have 2 suggestions. I was shown the wrong garment for woman to wear after surgery so when I asked again if they had a sleeveless and better cut for tops for spring, the gal I saw when I met with the Dr told me that’s what I would be getting the other with sleeves was for the men.
The 2nd is when I made my appt for the surgery. Not realizing it was 2 days before Easter! As I realized this I asked if I should reschedule for the following wk and was assured by 3 different people that I would not be in an uncomfortable situation physically to go out to dinner with family who don’t know I’m doing this. I was told on my last visit that the swelling and uncomfortable physical soreness happens more on the 3rd day.
Looking bk I should have insisted on moving the date to the following wk.
Otherwise thank you for all your help and I’m hoping it will all work out over the weekend.”

“Had my procedure in November. For most of my experience, it was great. I can see results in my treated areas. Went in for my 3 month check up and told them I wasn't happy with my hip area. Thinking that was part of my procedure. Didnt know that it was a different area.. My problem is that I told my consultant my problem areas from stomach to thighs. She helped me figure out what to get done and said this is what I should have done, never said anything about my hips. I did what she said I should do. I had 5 areas done, upper and lower stomach, waist, inner and outer thighs, and paid $7000. They told me if I want to fix that area I would have to pay 3500 more. So now I have to hate how I look. I can't even change pant sizes because I have fat there.”

The doctor that performed my surgery seemed to be put off by how much pain I was in and instead of chosing to make me more comfortable he did more on one leg than the other. They did not communicate with my reg doctor about my psin meds and it became unnecessary drama. Then the pandemic came and I feel like I was dropped like a hot potato. They got their money. On top of it they say if you are not satisfied they will fix it. Once the procedure is over and you have paid the service goes into the toilet. They always have new Doctors and their staff is extremely unprofessional. The client consultant Shana Monsori berated my wife and yelled at her. No one calls you back when they say they will call you back and on top of it you have to chase them down. “Well first off i scheduled my consultation for 11:00am and it was confirmed! The morning of my consultation I received a text sent by they’re automated system saying that my appt was for 10:30 am, so I called and tried to change my appt time and the service says that someone would call me when the office opened up, no call ever called me back, so I called back another time! I called when they opened up and asked if I could come in at my original time which was at 11:00 am I was told no that they were completely book for the rest of the week, so to get three 20% employee discount I had to definitely keep my appointment for today! I explained to the lady that I asked to get off by 10:30 and that I was not off of work yet to come by 10:15am! So then she said that I can come in at 11:45am but try to be their earlier if I can! I waked in the at 11:30am and their were other people who walked in behind me were seen before I was seen! So finally I was called to come back and it was 12:15! I had my consultation with Julie and she is so warm and super nice! She explained the procedure to me in detail then we talked about financing and it not what I throught it would be! To do the upper and lower abs with sides it cost 8,675.00 which is wade more then I expected! Now this was with the 20% discount Julie took off! I definitely did not know that it would be that expensive and if that be the case if a person can not get financed then they sound give a much better price for the ones who are paying out of their pockets and you are paying cash they should make a way easier for patients who are paying cash to be given a much better price! We too want to look our best as well!

“So I tried to wait and give this company the benefit of the doubt but my experience just keeps getting worst.

I went in and spoke to Julie, everything went quick which was fine. I was scheduled for a 2 PM that Friday.

I came in on Thursday for the Pre-Op and they said I was scheduled for Friday at 9:00 am. I told them that wasn’t right it should be 2:00 PM. Like nothing the lady was like well they change it all the time. I told her right there that it doesn’t work that way, I accepted the appointment because the time worked for me. They sent another lady in and basically called me a liar that the consultation people don’t give appointments. I got so upset that I told her I didn’t want to go through with it. They said they did not do refunds. After me getting so upset that I cried they finally said 2 PM was fine and they would work with me.

The next day they called me at 12:00 PM saying I was late.
At that point I showed them the paperwork that said 2 PM.

Once the procedure was done they said don’t lift for two days and finish the antibiotics. That’s it nothing else.

I set up the follow up for a week after the procedure but I called the Tuesday after to talk to someone. They said they would call me back the next day.

No call back.
Friday of my appointment came, no call.

I called on Saturday they said my appointment was set for another day. Again, they said someone would call me on Monday before 8:30 AM.

No call.

This is ridiculous, they just take your money and that’s it! Terrible place, look elsewhere for a procedure.

Will upside anything gets better but I doubt it.”

“What a fantastic experience. I must admit, copious amount of research went underway prior to me deciding to move forward with a consultation. I read reviews, good and bad , so I definitely prepared myself to have an unbiased viewpoint going into this process. When I entered the facility, no one was at the front desk so I was a bit irritated by this and bombed out the initiation welcoming component was missed. Needless to say, after about a 3-minute wait or so, I was finally greeted and checked-in with front desk staff. My interview was scheduled for the morning and I believe I was in the waiting room for about 5 minutes or so before I was seen by the patient care consultant.

Let me tell ya, this woman right here, Shaena, is bomb.com and might I add, this was the most transparent, realist consultation I’ve engage in with a staff member. She was honest with my concerns, knowledgeable of the necessary steps for my unique case and provided answers to my questions when asked. But the coolest part about the experience was how Ms. Shaena provided such a comfortable environment and hands down kept it 100 with your girl. I loved the fact she provided background knowledge for all surgeons at the site, their history, their practice etiquette and their time with Sono Bello. At no point doing my consultation did I feel pressured to hurried my questions, felt she was annoyed by the boat load of question asked or when unsure about something, she simply replied “I’m not sure but let me find out”. I’ve had previous experiences where people just embellished a response, make-up something they thought sounded good or just pulled a response out there (well let’s just say hind quarters).

After I explained where I was at in my decision-making process, I didn’t get that salesman’s response to hurry up and make a decision. It was a concerned and relaxed approach/tone, putting the client needs first as oppose to trying to get another person on the books. I was also provided financial options, if needed, and final thoughts were shared. I’m super stoked about my future relationship with Sono Bello and I must admit 100% credit is due to Ms. Shaena, who is definitely the dopiest consultant on the block, in my opinion. There were such good vibes in the air which made the perfect recipe for a great consult experience.

Final words, If I may add, part of your experience with Sono Bello is going to be heavily dependent on you (the potential client) as well. I’m a firm believer in putting great energy in the universe. I read reviews, good 😊 and bad ☹, so I definitely prepared myself to have an unbiased viewpoint going into this process. “I am very disappointed with my results. I wanted a tummy tuck and I get allot of fat in the areas I didn’t do anything. They response was I was the same and now is more visible because I did my belly which was a bit hanging. I don’t know why I needed anesthesia to my arms and back since I didn’t do anything there?! Now I have access of fat to those areas which I didn’t have before. They responded me that I should do those too. The procedure was extremely painful and the nurse said to the dr that machine is old and maybe is not working so the body might not be under anesthesia but he just wanted to have it done. “Save your money and get a real tummy tuck!! They sell you on how great you'll look, but fail to tell you it's temporary if you don't diet and exercise for the rest of your life after the procedure pretty much. Went there because had a hard time keeping a diet to lose weight, they said this is perfect because you don't have to diet or work out, lies!! The minute you stop you gain all your weight back in the places they claim you won't. Not worth the money, I have seeing friends get better results permanently with a tummy tuck at about the same price! Very disappointed with how they tell you satisfaction guarantee, but when you're not satisfied they brush it off and say nothing more they can do. Save your money and run!! If you have to diet and exercise permanently after you'll end up looking great without spending the money anyway!!”

“Read these past reviews...most were about the initial consultation. This is a real review about the process. Procedure for upper, lower .waist and back rolls about 6,400. Procedure took 3 hours..pleasant nurse and staff..Dr. Paresi performed the surgery, pleasant surgeon. They give you antibiotics, Xanax and a pill for nausea the day of the surgery. No anesthesia. He gives you shots to numb the area..ok stomach a little painful..can hear and feel the pressure of the instrument going into the surgical openings to numb the area. "Turn on your side." These are the worst words you want to hear. Shots..incisions, probe with numbing solution.
Horrid pain. Shoulder blades cannot be fully numbed. I was in excruciating pain
Both sides of my back rolls were lipoed and I felt horrid pain. Day 1. Take pain killers and antibiotics.
Day 2 take a shower and remove bandages? No wonder they gave me anti nausea meds, taking the bandages off almost made me faint from the pain. You definitely need someone to assist you. 3 days later you start to feel better. Please take Arnica to reduce swelling! Day 6 went for my follow up. Gained a lb from swelling. They said it's, "normal." This isn't for weight loss. This is body sculpting 🤔.
My waist is thinner and I hope to actually lose weight. They said they took 3.5 lbs of fat. If it's not fat removal than why promote that? I give them 4 stars vs 5 bcz if they had told me how excruciatingly painful it would be to do the back rolls, I would have opted out. Be honest about the pain and what sections cannot fully be numbed. Still, very pleasant staff. Note: If you are scheduled for surgery at 6am; show up a little later the security guard doesn't open the doors until 6 am.

She actually reminded me i am okay without any liposuction but if this will make me more confident proceed. and i did proceed. she remind me i am beautiful but I deserve this change due to the obstacle in my life at the moment. Life is short I booked my procedure and will be going at the end of July. “My experience is not favorable and l had just walked in the door. Today 24 Sept. 19. I had a 1:30pm appointment. They ask you to arrive early to fill out paperwork, so l arrived 10 minutes early. I did and the woman said it'll be just a few minutes. During my wait 6 people came in, and they were visibly unhappy after surgery. Not a good impression. After waiting 20+ minutes the front desk staff informed me that the person was still working on finances with the previous person and she'd see me in about 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later l asked her if we both understood how long 10 minutes was, and she informed me "sorry the staff members still working on financing paperwork with the person before you" please continue to wait. Ok (for the record l financed a car quicker than 45 minutes, and in 45 minutes you can't get financed or do it, you shouldn't be present). Apparently my presence and my time was only worth 2 Sorry's, my patience had run its course as l realized this was the cattle call of shape shifter surgery. I thought at least the alleged finance staff member or an administrator would call to address my care of not being seen in a timely manner. Good luck. Oh btw, they want your FULL social security number. Yikes.”

And my week check up I met with the nurse and I feel so bad that I don’t know how to spell her name BUT she is the African American nurse there OMG she answered so many question I had for my after care she was not rushing and very knowledgeable. Today I am 4 weeks post and I am loving the results I see so far, I am still a little swollen, I had four areas did my upper lower abs my hips and waist so it will take time but so far so good. I know in July for my 3 month appointment I will be snatched lol. “This is my third day out of surgery. I’m in very little pain, and the results where more than expected and my swelling hasn’t subsided yet. My girlfriend couldn’t believe what was removed. My love handles were gone and I had a flat stomach. I haven’t looked like this since college if you can believe that. Granted, I didn’t have a ton of fat to be removed, however I didn’t like what I had and I didn't like the way I looked. I didn’t think it would’ve went this well. I’m excited to see the results when the swelling is gone. There is some discomfort the day after, however I went to work and made it through the day. “Well, I am just a totally different person (specially shape wise, :) after making the RIGHT decision to trust my favorite doctor; Dr. Flagg and my sweetest representative Shaena. Before, I move into my experience that I must share! I want to thank the Sonobello team; I walk into the Oakbrook office and I get a "hello Rosa", my nurse Tanisha is very patient and lovely. I just feel like part of this place. Ok. About 6 weeks ago I had liposuction in my upper/lower tummy, waist and back rolls. Dr. Flagg is such a professional that he makes you feel super comfortable, he doesn't take anything for granted; he is very diligent with each step (he earned my respect and trust). During this procedure I was awake; the procedure is a bit uncomfortable because you feel as you are being poke but not hurtful. At the end of this procedure I couldn't believe it, I saw the immediate changes in my waist (super small). The lower stomach was something like bulgy (so I was a bit concerned, but I clearly remembered that Dr. Flagg explained the procedure and what to expect and he clearly mentioned it, he was soooo RIGHT!! in about 2 weeks the bulge was gone!! yayyyy. Although, I am still swollen I receive compliment everyday about my shape!! Yayyy!! Well, 2 weeks ago I had my second procedure: liposuction on my inner thighs, knees, arms and the same day I added the chin (do not regret it)... These body parts are a bit easier but you see the change immediately as well. Oh!! I returned to work the very next day.. I know I am kinda crazy!! But, the pain as long as I took the meds timely was fine. Well, overall I am very very happy with the RESULTS; I look at my waist, arms, legs & back and I just love it!!! I look forward to do my outer thighs next (oh! my cellulite is less since the inner thighs liposuction). The healing process was good for me because I follow all the instructions given, specially using the Arnica cream and pills. I was lucky that both surgeries had the same surgeon (Dr. Paresi) and nurse (Norma). I chatted and joked easily with both of them and that helped me feel more relaxed during the procedure. I was so pleased when both were on duty for my second surgery...it was like being with friends! My pain and discomfort has been really manageable after each surgery. I was able to go to work on the 3rd day. Everyday the soreness and swelling gets better. And, today, on the 3 week anniversary of my mid section surgery, I found that I've lost 4 inches off my waist! How crazy is that!! I'm so happy that I took the leap and did this for myself. One might think that at 60 years old I shouldn't care about how my body looks. But, for me, the boost in self esteem was just what I needed.”
