“Friendly staff but that's it. SONOBELLO IS A RIP OFF.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my results.
I went in for a consultation and went over the problem areas I wanted fat removal.
During consultation the rep stated if I were to be dissatisfied with results after the procedure they would rectify.
Unfortunately that's not true
I am left crooked and with massive fat and was told if I wanted more fat removed I'd have to pay and there's nothing that can be done about the crookedness.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.”

Hillary in Lexington office was very nice but told me the package I bought came with a complimentary Venus legacy treatment and the surgery center said no. So maybe they should communicate better.”

“Overall my experience has been good. The folks at the Cincinnati location were nice. Only issue I have had so far was a scheduling conflict. I had my preop appointment scheduled for about 2 months. Two days prior to that appointment I received a text from the Lexington location saying they needed to push it out a week. Unfortunately, my work schedule does not permit me to change my schedule at the drop of a hat. I believe the Lexington folks worked with the Cincinnati folks to allow me to keep my regular appointment.”

“My experience so far has been superb! The first person I dealt with was Alexandria and she was out of this word wonderful! My 1st procedure was yesterday and Nurse Devin was excellent, she made me feel completely comfortable and my dr, Dr Vashi was wonderful, great bedside manner and they were concerned about my comfort and made sure to explain everything to me. The front desk ladies were friendly welcoming and over all, I felt like part of an extended part of their family. “I had a great experience with Sono Bello up until I needed a refund. It has been 6.5 weeks and I have not heard from anyone in the office, not a text message or phone call. I've called and left messages for the office manager and Jenifer, and still I have not heard anything. Fortunately, I was able to get out of my financing contract, however I am sill waiting for my $5, 249 to be refunded. I gave them three stars because as I mentioned earlier, the process was seamless (Dr. Sharif and his nurse were amazing!!)up until the point I was medically unable to go through with the procedure and needed a refund. Ali explained that it would take UP to six weeks to be refunded, but can be quicker. I'll be entering 7 weeks shortly and still nothing. I wrote this review with the hopes that the manager will contact me before the week is out with next steps.

Update: Some one reached out to me today, and took full responsibility for the lack of communication and confusion, which is great customer service. I was pretty bummed I could not get my procedure, but when I am able to I do plan on coming back to Sono Bello in the future.”

“I've had a pre-op app and just went through my first procedure. The staff is great, the service was great, the doctor was great. I would highly recommend it.

Editing this to add that expenses I was told were included in my package aren't included. Granted they have been minimal, but I had to pay when I picked up prescriptions. Went for my one week post-op and was told I needed to purchase my secondary compression garment that was supposed to be included in the Diamond Plus Recovery Package I purchased. Doesn't change my initial review though.”

“I was very impressed with Jenifer, she was very professional and didn't try to sell me or pressure me. She made me feel comfortable and showed that she was interested in helping me. She allowed me to express my feeling about my physical appearance. She explained the process and options of techniques that were available for my personal issues. I was also impressed with my doctor and his nurse who both explained, what to expect during the pre/post-operate procedures. The day after my procedure my doctor actually give me a follow-up phone and text messages. “I am so glad I did this....I felt poured into my clothing even though I'm not heavy...I just had a lot of extra skin in the trunk area and a little fat....they made it happen for me! I'm at 2 week post op and feeling great about myself...clothes already fit great or are too big! I can zip things I couldn't before even though they were my size...the tummy area didn't fit right but now it does....I am at the beginning of recovery so my body will still change and I can't wait to see results even though I'm ecstatic about the lean hourglass shape I already have....sonobello made it happen for me because if it wasn't for their affordable payment options I would not have been able to do this. . thank you to everyone who helped me in this process! Also I was a little Leary about being awake during the entire process....I was so relaxed time flew and could only feel pinches and maybe a couple stings...and I slept through most of it. Not bad at all....and post surgery I was a little dizzy but so sleepy that I slept. The second and third day was the worst but not bad...I've had 3 kids and other surgeries so I knew what to expect!
Anyone interested in doing this for yourself....its one of the best things I have done for me!”

“Well. I have been a struggling with my weight for a long while. I girst had the gastric sleeve. Lost 75 lbs and decided that I was going to check out this "Sonobella" placlce that I've seen advertised. I have had quit a large lower loose belly and after having back surgery, where they went in from the side" it then became a shining belly.... um noooooo.
So I went online and immediately received a response, made my appointment for my consultation. I cannot even tell you how well received I was. I felt like those girls were my family. I was never uncomfortable. I didn't have to wait to be seen for even a minute.
Even though I was hesitant about how bad my belly looked, Mary Jones made me feel comfortable with what Mary was showing me, I knew I'd be comfortable with myself once again after Sonobella.
Mary walked me threw the expense and explained my options. I was never overwhelmed.
I chose to have my abdomen liposuction, and excess skin removed. After paying, signing.and making surgery appointment I actually was so excited!!!
I was originally secluded to have surgery in April, but Mary put me on a list incase an earlier appointment became available. Well, an earlier appointment did become available!!!! I had surgery now scheduled for March 17th!
The amazing people at sonobella worked at getting my preoperative scheduled and made sure that I had no questions and was completely prepared for the day of surgery and after surgery.
The day of surgery went very smoothly! My nurse April was wonderful and helped make me comfortable and she made sure I had no questions before we got started. Dr. Maier was nice, efficient, and always answered any questions I might have during procedure.
I received a call the next day from the nurse. She made sure I had no problems or questions.
My first follow up appointment was today. I feel awful because I cannot remember my nurses name at my appt. However she was so helpful, sweet, and Very knowlegable.
In all these words the most important emotion that im trying to get accross is that the Sonobella "family" has been so amazing to me. I have been happy, excite and at this point in my journey very satisfied and feel very strongly that i'll end with the results i was hoping for.

“I had received excellent service above and beyond from Felicia, Brittany and amber from the Cincinnati sonobello team. Ali was my consultant that provided a friendly, comforting and reassuring service , she made you feel that it’s all about you, and that you will not be disappointed about the choice you made when you became a part of the Sonobello family.After my surgery I received follow up call from Tori and other medical staff. I was so happy to know that they were there for me after surgery if I had questions or concerns , but to reassure me that they are there me. “Had upper/lower/sides done and I’m 8.5 months post op. I have dropped 25lbs since procedure. I am Now able to fit back into clothes from 20 years ago!!! However…not looking so good with cloths off and no faja 😳 I was told by my doc that my skin was healthy enough to snap back into shape but that is not what’s happening. I have lumps, lose skin, an uneven belly, and still have that stubborn fat that sono bello claims to rid you of. My BMI is 24 and after reaching out to sono bello with my concerns was quoted a price of 7000$ and recommended abex. I can’t understand why I wasn’t told from get go that to achieve the best results the tummy tuck or abex would need to be done and why are they trying to charge such a high price when this should be a revision with abex added, Especially when I’m paying upfront? So much for contracts or satisfaction guaranteed. I don’t know if sono bello dosent understand how embarrassing it is to have this done and feel so uncomfortable. I don’t even want to take my clothes off in front of my partner 😢 I am seeing so many other females expressing the same opinions and have to talked to several ladies on price that are not being quoted half as much as I am(same bmi).
Bottom Line…I am not satisfied & do hope sono bello does the right thing and corrects the issues at their Cincinnati location vs me reaching out to cooperate.”

“I met with Dr. Vashi today regarding a procedure and he let me know that he did not believe I was candidate and did not approve medical clearance at this time. I respect his decision and I appreciate him being honest. However when trying to cancel the procedure I had to meet with the sales representative Allie. The sales rep made it very clear that as a patient I was able to override the doctors decision. I explained to her his safety concerns were serious to me and that if he didn’t think I was cleared for the surgery then I would trust the doctor to make that decision and requested she refund the prepaid procedure as the doctor explained would occur since he declined me for the procedure. I cannot believe that a salesperson would, in front of a patient, disagree with a physician who is certified by a medical board and tell a patient to still do the procedure anyways. Clearly she was concerned more about the $$$ or commission instead of the fact that their physician with their practice relayed it is not requested as a safe procedure for a patient . At the end of the day I am somebody’s mother, wife, sister and that is what I appreciate the doctor being honest about, no procedure is with risk if the doctors had advised against it. I am absolutely appalled though by the lack of integrity with how it was handled by a salesperson after I met with their physician.”

My ONLY minor complaint was that I wish someone had gone over my post op instructions with my caregiver so we were both in the loop as I was out of it a little bit after the procedure. “I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m here to tell you that ANYTHING cosmetic you want done, to go to Dr. Cory Geiser at New Body Aesthetics in Cheviot, Ohio. I had such a horrible experience with Sono that I put down the non refundable 3k deposit and still walked away. The communication was terrible. I had my consult and was told I could finance and then right before surgery was told I couldn’t. They didn’t know my payment plan I made with the consultation and kept calling about payments after telling them many times I was on a plan. I had to reach out so many times to not get many responses. Nothing was made clear and when I restated what they told me when it came to the financial aspect they claimed they didn’t say that as if I’d just make it up. After so much I finally left a bad review here and they had the audacity to call me and tell me to change it. I did because they tried to improve and I thought we were finally on the same page but we were not. I didn’t get the surgery with them and walked away. I found New Body Aesthetics and Dr. Geiser spent 2 hours with me alone on the consult just answering all questions. He actually cares about what he does because it’s his name he’s representing unlike Sono which is just another company. The surgeons don’t care because it doesn’t affect their name specifically. Only Sono. But Dr. Geiser and his office have been nothing but absolutely amazing in every single way imaginable. They treat you like royalty always offering coffee, water, giving you all the info. They never kept me waiting. I’m so happy I chose to go here instead. I can really feel how passionate they are to please their customers and not to mention they do free touch ups until you and Dr. G reach the mutual goal you had for your body. Please do yourself a favor and go to a place where they remember who you are and treat you like an individual . Not a rating or a paycheck.”

“For the most part my experience has been really good, starting with my consultant, Ali. She was very welcoming, friendly and encouraging. The girls at the front desk are friendly as well, although there were a couple of times when I called that didn't come across so friendly which didn't sit well with me. Dr. Vashi has a quiet demeanor (to me) and that's ok, as long as my final results meet the expectations I've seen and been told about by others that have had him as their Dr 😊. The post procedural nurse (can't remember her name...Tori, Toria) was very friendly. Now that I am post op from my first procedure, I wish I would've been informed more about the different kinds of compression garments I would need and why and which to wear when. I feel like I've been trying to figure out which one to wear since the one I got one week out now feels too big and I don't know if it is still doing its job. Do I need an abdominal board, new compression garment, both? It's overwhelming to figure out on my own when there are so many styles to choose from and with the amount of money I'm putting into these procedures I wish I had better knowledge what to choose. That would probably be my only negative thus far in my journey. So at this point, I would recommend this office for your procedural needs.”

“Prior to having lipo two weeks ago, I read many reviews regarding Sono Bello and the services that they provide. After reading the reviews and watching a ton of Youtube videos I made the decision to go in for a consultation. I can honestly say that it was a good experience and Ali did not attempt to pressure me but provided me with the necessary information to make my decision. She was insightful and easy to engage with during the visit. I was even more pleased when I had a question regarding pain meds post surgery and Dr. Vashi called me himself regarding the concern. This was a great surprise to me because so many times medical groups will have someone contact you on behalf of the doctor. I think it adds a personal touch and provides you with comfort that the person who will be doing your procedure has no problem taking the time out to call you to address your concerns. During my procedure, Dr. Vashi kept me informed throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable. When we approached places that might feel a little uncomfortable, he would prompt me along the way. I am also happy to report that I did not have to use any of the pain medication that he prescribed post-surgery. Dr. Vashi took the time to call me and check on me after the procedure, so again, it's the small personal touches that matter. Overall, I can say that it has been a great experience with Sono Bello starting with the ladies at the front desk.

“I am going to be honest. I never do reviews. People either meet my expectations or don’t. I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service from every single person I encountered. Ali from the start made me feel that I could do it. It is so hard being a single mom but she did the surgery and was open to it and was so happy with it. You could tell how she radiated it. Dr. Sykta was so honest and matter of fact I loved it. We made some changes to my plan after she saw my body. Don’t you just always want someone to be real with you. Another plus is the over communication, they inform me from day one and kept communication open and checked in on me. Megan one of the sweetest nurses help ease my anxiety ahead of time and we made sure all the paperwork was in order. The lovely nurse I had first (so sorry I cannot recall your name) made me feel comfortable even when I told her I was nervous. To do this was a 2 year decision, but even bruised and battered. Still another great decision. If you are considering it. Just go talk to someone you will be happy you did! ”

“I just want to share my experiences with everyone about Sonobello. I had an issue that I had posted about previously in this review. The staff was ever so nice about it. As we all know Covid has messed up a lot of our lives and interrupted calendars and times. I was hoping to get a revision done but Covid came, mom got sick and passed away and life was on hold for a year. I messaged my issues with the receptionist hoping to start my revision appointments but was told too much time had passed to restart everything. I was disappointed...but I have to say that Sonobello came through and I am actually going to get the revision done. Ty Crawford was extremely nice and apologetic about the mixup. Thank you very much Ty!!

Update… after going for a consult the doctor assured me that they would do my revision. Well.. after many phone calls of me following up they somehow couldn’t find my file. I feel like I was just getting the run around. Highly disappointed! I do not recommend going there!”

“If you are wanting a quick one day fix this is NOT it! The commercial is a bit misleading saying done in one visit. That’s most often NOT the case. This takes time, patience, and willingness to make changes and do the work to get to your wanted results. I advise anyone considering this to take advantage of the free consultation and ask tons of questions keeping in mind that the consult is the SALES portion and it’s NOT cheap. The website price says “starting at $” for a reason! I would have liked to talk to a nurse too at the consult if I knew what I do now. My transformation thus far has not gone like what the sales rep told me it would. Everyone is different. Doctor can change his mind on plan of care once he starts a procedure depending on the patients body. My main issue has been with communication regarding the changes made to my procedural care plan. I didn’t know my procedure went different than planned until two days later when I changed the bandages! The nurses didn’t even know what I did or did not have done until I asked and they looked at the physicians notes on my record. Don’t get me wrong - so far every staff member there has been great….especially Megan at my post op visit. I felt comfortable and she addressed ALL my questions and concerns without making me feel silly. Another issue: Privacy can be improved big time at the reception desk. Personal information should NOT be discussed there for the whole waiting room and hallway to hear! ASK to speak in private. I have just completed step one of my transformation and have only had these few issues which were resolved or I might be giving a 5-star rating! I am healing fast and ready for step two and VERY excited! I will definitely give a full review once I am done and completely healed in about 8 months. ”

“PLEASE do not go here! I’m six months out from liposuction on my stomach and the best way I describe my 12 pounds I gained in my belly area is I’m mutilated! I went back for my second follow up appointment and asked to see a different doctor. He had very few words to say to me, except I did lose my 12 pounds! I just cried asking for his boss. The manager came in to see me as I was crying and at least she said “First of all, I’m sorry “. She offered me 8 treatments of Venice treatments. I said ok and came home and talked to family and decided I don’t want them to touch me! I have two appointments with two plastic surgeons in January to see if they can fix this mess. My belly button is basically gone as I knew it and my stomach looks as though someone used a pellet gun on me. I turned 60 this year and thought I’d treat myself to the stomach I acquired through this pandemic. This was the worst 6 months of my life. I called three times complaining how I hurt and they said it was normal. My pictures are too graphic to share and I’m only posting this to save someone else from the biggest mistake I made. I spent $6200 on this supposedly easy procedure and now I’ll probably spend another 10k on trying to repair me if they can. The Venice procedures they’re offering free to me for me to go every two weeks for four months won’t do a damn thing from what I’m reading and the doctor himself DID NOT RECOMMEND it and when I asked him, he said it’s not a magic wand. The manager offered this and of course, she was sweet and trying to appease me. This whole experience was terrible and I hope people read this comment before doing this.”

This procedure in itself is not a weight loss surgery or a miracle, you have to do some work! Keep your compression suit on like you are suppose to, eat like you are suppose to, walk walk walk and exercise. This is just a jump start, not a quick fix for your problems. “I went to Sonobello in March 24th of 2019 for trisculp. Although the staff was extremely nice and helpful and Dr. Berger was able to do my procedure as I wanted it, I was not pleased with the outcome. The compression suit stopped above my hipbones and right below that area were the suit ended and the part that was not in compression has left a unsightly road bump. I returned back to them 3 months later and I was still healing and they said it would go away. I went back in December of 2019 to show them that it was still there and that I was not pleased. Dr. Berger said he would do the revision and if I wanted anything else done at that time. Dr. Berger was going to be leaving that office in the next few months so they would fit me in. I was told by text message that they would definitely let me know when they could fit me in. Then my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer and moved in with me so I could care for her. Then Covid hit and elective surgeries were put on hold. Mom got worse and passed away in August 2020. I still have not heard from Sonobello. Well life carried on and the covid vaccine has allowed us to go out into the world again. I touched base with Sonobello to see if their elective surgeries were available again. They told me that they were doing them since June of 2020. Did they call me to schedule an appointment? No. Now they say I’m beyond the time for them to do the revision and that it’s been 1 1/2 years since I was there. Covid has been around a year so I’m thinking that they could give a little. I’ve read the other reviews and have read that it takes a long time to get an appointment for the surgery. I am guessing since I wasn’t buying any other services that I was low on the list of those to call and I would just forget about it. But I haven’t since this lovely road bump is still there and was told it would be taken care of for me. Very displeased with their customer service as of now and do not recommend getting a revision since it takes so long to get an appointment and no one will call you back to keep in touch.”

let me share my experiences. my wife elected to have a procedure on 2/8/21. after the procedure, my wife was brought to the car in a wheelchair. the transport person handed my two sheets of paper with supposed instructions on care. neither the dr. nor any nurse bothered to go over the instructions. as i read the instructions, i came to find out there should have been a prescription for pain and antibiotics. neither were there. after several calls back to the office, the dr. called in the antibiotic script. while talking to dr, my wife attempted to change her clothing into bed close. when i went in to help, the floor was covered with blood. once again i contacted the dr. and he was sure this was normal. i advised him of the amount of blood on the floor and carpet and he still insisted this was normal. i have NEVER BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY TYPE OF SURGERY WHERE THE ATTENDDING PHYSICIAN DID NOT PERSONALLY GO OVER THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WHAT TO EXPECT WITH THE PATIENTS SPOUSE. i just hope before you choose to have this done to you or your spouse, you research this business and hopefully make an informed decision and not go through what we have. “I didn't have a, lets say, bad experience but it wasn't good either. So after a friend encouraged me to get a consultation with Sono Bello (after she bragged on their work) I said I would check them out. First, the music was loud and it was hard to hear the TV that was on and the people who were at the front desk (nearly shouting over the music) and I couldn't understand why the music was so loud.

Anyhoo, it didn't take long to go to the back and meet with the lady (forgot her name) about what I wanted done. They do not do breast augmentation nor tummy tucks so I didn't want the service, but the book in which they allowed me to view was kind of old, raggedy, not up to date and didn't hardly have any people of color in it. Now, I am not saying it had to, but to be a women of color myself, I would have liked to see more individuals that looked like me.

Furthermore I was not impressed with any of the photos. I also didn't feel "comfortable" as the lady who was working with me, seemed possibly disconnected or maybe worn out as it was near the end of the day. My post isn't to bash, but to simply let Sono Bello know what I saw of concern and maybe it wont happen for the next person. #blessingstoall #surgerygoals #Ipraythingsgowell”

I had my abdomen, sides and bra roll done12/04/19 and had my inner outer thighs done on 1/09/20. With the abdomen procedure there wasn’t much pain at all but my nerves have been very active which causes a very uncomfortable sensation to your skin. Best description I can give is a very raw feeling almost like sand paper is rubbing against my skin. I am already 8 weeks out and Hopefully this sensation will go away soon.
My thighs procedure was painful but tolerable had a lot of bruising. I am approx. 3 weeks out most bruising and pain gone but I now have the nerve pain sensation on my thighs. It is very hard to wear anything close to my skin for long periods of time.
Everyone is different so everyone may not experience the same symptoms I am having.
On the plus side With both procedures I was up and moving around fine the next day and couldn’t be happier with the results thus far. ( still healing)”

“The procedure itself went well. The lidocaine wore off in a couple areas but the doctor was all over it and fixed it. I would say that the process should be reviewed more in-depth prior to surgery, it’s hard to go with the flow when you’re not 100% sure of what the flow is all of the time. Also with healing and follow ups I think that the actual physician should be more hands on. Just seeing the patient for 5minutes let’s them know that you’re truly concerned and care about their outcomes. Nurses are great but the physician provides that extra satisfaction and comfort for the patient. “The people there are so very nice, all of them. If I had one thing to say that needs improvement is what to really expect when you finally make an appointment.
I had lower abs, upper Ans, love handles, groin and tummy tuck. I was told that I might have bruising, swelling and some minor pain.
What I really had was the worst pain, scary bruising and serious swelling in the groin area.
A week later and it’s still bad, and according to the nurse at my weekly visit, it’s all normal.
My point, tell us the worst it can be so if it is that bad, we at least know what to expect. Then if it’s not that bad, the better it is.
I don’t know what the outcome is or if it was worth the very high cost, Jury is still out, but at this point, I’m very hopeful.”

The procedure was very painful and took a lot longer than expected to see results, and get to the point where the swelling went down enough to get into my regular clothes again. Months after the procedure I am still numb and still have bruised areas which I did not expect. I don’t think I would do this again if I had known it would be this traumatic to my body and painful this long. When they tell you you can return to work in 3 days, I feel that is quite misleading depending on the procedure you had. Most women who’ve had a C-section after childbirth would not return to work in three days and the procedure is quite similar. I did not like that after the procedure you don’t get to see the doctor again. I would’ve liked to have spoken to him directly during follow-up visits.”

“I will start by saying that i was really nervous to have this done. The day of the procedure the Dr and Nurse made me feel comfortable and explained everything as it was being done. There was some minor pain during procedure but was tolerable. I was really sore the first week, tomorrow will be week 2 and pain is almost gone. There is still some swelling and bruising but each day it gets better. Even with the swelling i immediately saw a difference the day of procedure. She treated her staff as they were incompetent and did not allow them to speak with me, when I wanted them to clarify something they said to me. She proceeded to act as if she was doing me a favor with the service she was providing. I was disappointed with the unprofessionalism she displayed, representing this company as a leader. The great care of the nursing staff and of the doctor eventually calm me down. I feel bad for them and they definitely deserve better. “I was first encouraged by Sono Bello when I read that they offered “micro liposuction.” As someone who has tried various diets and killed myself working out in the gym, I found that I just couldn’t get rid of my stomach pouch. I even tried a version of cool sculpting. What made me hesitate though was that I was fearful of the procedure - surgery. I have never had any major surgery in the past.
I’m 62 and decided if I really want to get rid of the fat I needed to give this a chance. Well, the surgery was a piece of cake. They really explained what to anticipate. Through the procedure and follow up the appts, the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I was initially concerned about the drainage and leakage from the procedure but I considered it to be minimal. I am not one to take narcotics for pain so I stuck with taking aspirin for pain and discomfort.
For me, the most difficult thing was being patient through the process. To be honest, I struggled with being “uncomfortable” with the swelling and the ability to do simple things like tie my shoes, put socks on.. someone to help is definitely a plus. I needed someone to help me put on the compression vest. Again, it was not so much pain as it was uncomfortable. You have to be prepared for that. I am into my 5th week and things have gotten a lot better! I definitely am seeing signs of positive results. I still have some numbness around my midsection but that reassured me that some more swelling should go done. The biggest issue I have now is “itching” which I take to be a sign of necessary healing. I know that most of what I said sounds a little negative but I think to see the results i wanted and needed, I shouldn’t expect things to be easy and pain free. I am looking forward every week and can’t wait for summer to get here! Thanks Sono Bello!”

“Sonobello performs liposuction to rid your body of the stubborn fat that won't respond to diet & exercise, especially as we age. It is not a painless procedure, but you are not put under general anesthesia. Instead, you are given a cocktail of sedatives prior to the procedure & then they perform localized numbing. You will feel it, but you won't "care as much" as you would without the pre-op cocktail. I didn't feel much if anything during the actual procedure, but you must prepare for a fair amount of blood afterwards as the staff will tell you. The first night & first day after the procedure were a bit rough, as it was hard to move - you don't realize how much you use your abdominal muscles until they don't respond the way you want them. By day two, however, it was much better & the pain was more of a discomfort than anything. I was able to do light exercise 4 days after my procedure, and now a little more than a week out, my stomach is getting flatter & flatter by the day. I have already lost an inch & 1/2 around my waist. I still have some bruising & tenderness, but the Arnica cream they gave me helps with this, as does time. I am looking forward to the Venus skin tightening treatments so I can see the final results!”
