“So the staff here are great. I had a consolation in Nov 22 and scheduled surgery for Jan if 23. Your consolation is set up with a surgery cordanitor and she takes pictures of you then shows them to the surgeon. He told her to book the surgery while I was there. Long story short when I go to my preopt the Dr was honest with and didn’t think I would be happy with my outcome so the surgery was canceled. Now my complaint is not about being cancelled. I’m greatful… my complaint is that I paid 8000.00 and I have not received my refund!!! So don’t pay any money until the preopt! I’m not happy Sono Bello! Do better!!!”

I went in for my pre-op a ball of nerves as my procedure is this coming Thursday

By the time I left the visit I was reassured of every doubt that was in my mind after first sitting with Yolanda, as she was so patient with me and answered all my questions… then when it was time for Dr Wright to come in for his diagnosis I was nervous and embarrassed all over again but yet he made me feel just as comfortable as nurse Yolanda

As Dr Wright finished up with me and left the room after making sure all my questions were answered, I was left in the room with Mary and Yolanda, I had one last question that brought me to tears and Mary immediately walked over and hugged me with reassurance that I would be ok…. This is a great team of 3

“My nurse was Kam, she was great. A lot of personality, very sweet. Shes had lipo twice and gave me so much advice. And helped me decide on my third lipo section and thank goodness for that because my body is looking snatched thanks to her. Dr. Wright did my surgery. He has 30 years of experience and you can tell. I was scared because I've seen a lot of tiktoks where doctors are just jamming that stick in so fast and aggressive. My doc was gentle and thorough. This is day one after surgery and I feel great. A bit sore but I can walk around and move pretty easily. Just feels like I worked out too hard and got sore. Although early this morning was tough but after a nap im feeling fine. Overall I love my results and can't wait to be healed so I can show this new body off.”

“Do NOT BELIEVE the hype! Sons Bello is a scam! I am a former patient. Made the mistake of believing their “salesperson” doctor that they could reduce the fat in my thighs & love handles. Not only did the surgery NOT reduce the fat in those areas, I woke up during surgery in excruciating pain as the doctor was working on my love handles. Then I went home & was bedridden for 8 days as fluid & blood POURED out of me from the surgery. The only time I could get out of bed was to go to the bathroom. I literally dripped the fluid & blood as I walked back & forth to the bathroom. The fluid & blood seeped through the STACKS of 5 towels I laid out on my bed. It poured out so much that not only did it deep through the stacks of towels, it made it to my $1,900 mattress, which has an outline of my body in dried blood spots. It’s RUINED. All I have to say now is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DAMAGE YOUR BODY, BLEED & LEAK FLUIDS FOR DAYS & THEN GET NO RESULTS! Going to Sono Bello was a HUGE MISTAKE. They really TAKE ADVANTAGE of women like me who are desperate to get rid of unwanted fat. I PRAY you have the discernment to JUST SAY NO!”

“I went in for simple lipo and came out botched. I have a permanent seroma because the doctor was way too rough during the procedure. He was also listening to loud rock music the entire surgery and refused to listed to me when I was screaming in pain.
I have spent thousands of dollars in seroma drainage, after care, and massages to get my swelling and scars to go away. I eat healthy and workout, and it’s been over six months since my procedure, but I’m still super swollen and looked better before.

My doctor never even bothered to look me over after my procedure. I begged to have him meet with me and make sure I was healing, but he was always too busy.

They also lied about my recovery time. They say it takes 1-2 weeks. It took me at least 2 months to get back to normal mobility.

One lady in the waiting room told me she had a major injection from her surgery and had to get rotten skin cut off. Another patient said she got her thighs done and was in the most pain of her life. She said they lied about her recovery time too.

Please do not go here.”

“Please save your money and go to a plastic surgeon or a place where they won’t lied to you. I paid $15,000 for skin removal and liposuction. I would take it back if I could. I had 2 C-Sections in the past from my pregnancies and the scar runs from the belly button down. Dr. Patel stated he was going to remove my pouch with the C-section scar. To my horror he didn’t remove my C-section scar he only removed some of the extra skin under the belly button. He removed my belly button and left me with what a call “half moon” no more belly button. I requested to speak to him after I saw what he did and he told me that I have to wait until the 6 months are up and he “might” but he’s almost certain he can’t but “might” try to give me a normal belly button. I still have extra skin in the stomach since he didn’t pull the skin like he said he was. I am very dissatisfied, disappointed and sad to know that I spend all that money and will never be able to wear a bikini like he promised. Staff is amazing, every nurse, the personnel at the front desk, they are awesome and they are the reason I’m giving this place 2 stars otherwise they would get 0. DO NOT go to this place.”

During my appointment Victoria looked me over and gave me an approximate quote of $12,000. and booked me with Dr. Patel here in the Dallas / Addison office. She had me approved for Care Credit and asked for a $2000. non refundable deposit. My appointment with Dr. Patel was the following Monday. During my preop meeting he told me that the $12,000. quote wouldn't even begin to give me the results I needed. He said I had to double it or I wouldn't be happy and he was even hesitant to preform the surgery unless I agreed to the extra cost. Dr. Patel even went as far as to tell me I would look worse than I do now if I go with the original plan. Needless to say I didn't have the surgery, I have tried to contact Victoria several times to see if I can use my deposit on their other non surgical options. No response from her or any Sono Bello employee. A big rip off.”

“Not a good experience.

My first consultant was Mary Schwartz. She reassured me multiple times I did not need skin removal. I was also advised I would only need 4 days off of work. I paid the down-payment, not realizing $2k was nonrefundable. I was scheduled to see Dr. Southard.

Dr. Southard immediately said I needed to add skin removal to make the procedure look right. I also needed to get my blood pressure under control. I explained to Dr. Southard that I am resistant to ladicane. I watched her document it in my chart.

I told Mary the info. She said Dr. Southard was wrong and she tried to schedule another doctor. I declined, saying I wanted to wait.

A few months later I decided to not do the surgery. Mary told me about the nonrefundable part. I decided to have another consultation.

I have the email with the appt. date and time from Mary herself. I show up and the office is closed. A receptionist arrives and tells me Mary never scheduled the appt. and she isn't in the state. I waited to see Mary's boss, Jennifer.

Jennifer said I would need skin removal. Jennifer said I only needed 4 days off from work. I stressed I work in law enforcement. She promised I wouldn't need more than 4 days off. We added the skin removal and she made my appt. with Dr. Atun.

A nurse advised I would need 1 month off of work due to being restricted from strenuous activity for 1 month. That's a lot more than 4 days...

Dr. Atun says I need skin removal. I tell Dr. Atun about my resistance to ladicane. I specifically explain to Dr. Atun that my problem area is my pubic area. I asked about compression in the pubic area after surgery to make sure it turns out how I want it. Dr. Atun said I did not need to worry about it because he was cutting that area off.

Day of surgery. The nurse gives me the cocktail that is supposed to make me relaxed and loopy. I've never taken any of the meds before. I tell the nurse that I'm still anxious and the meds weren't working. She leaves to tell Dr. Atun. She returns and says he said no more meds. The nurse was treating me as though I shouldn't be able to stand on my own. I felt completely normal and did not need help.

Dr. Atun did a few incisions which were mild in pain. He said he was injecting the ladicane and fat melting fluid into my abdomen. The pain was horrible. I cried and told Dr. Atun I was freaking out because it hurt so bad. He told me if I freaked out he would not do the procedure. Dr. Atun left the room so the meds could kick in. I decided to focus on calming down.

Dr. Atun returned and began the lipo. I felt everything. The only part that was numb was the center of my abdomen. I sobbed, couldn't catch my breath, jerked away, and said I was in pain. Dr. Atun only said to remain still and that I looked great.
Dr. Atun said he was going to test for dumbness before starting the skin removal. His testing for dumbness was to slice across my abdomen. I yelled and started sobbing again. I felt him cut me from one hip to the other. I told him it hurt and to give me a minute to recover. He didn't wait. He injected more ladicane and immediately cut again. I felt the second cut on my right side. My left side was numb. I told Dr. Atun I felt the second cut and the stitches. He said "that's impossible." And continued to work. He stitched me up and left the room.

This man wrote in my chart that I handled the procedure well.

As soon as I got in my car I sobbed, heaving sobs. I went home and was wide awake until 11pm. I was told by the nurse on my 1 week appt. that most patients sleep the entire day due to the cocktail.

My recovery was great, easy, painless compared to the procedure. I felt like I had really sore abs from an ab workout and that's it. I was able to move around without help the very next day.

I am disappointed in my results because my pubic area is not flat like I was told it would be. It

I think my experience shows that Dr. Atun has absolutely no bedside manner and does not care about his patients.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the nurses. I love all of the nurses.”

“I left work early to make my 4:30pm appointment. I arrived at 4:15pm to fill my paperwork, by 5:00pm I noticed folks coming in after me & being seen I just thought maybe they have a different type of appointment than I do no big deal. Another new comer just like me showed up at 5:10 with a 5:30 appointment & was taken back about 5mins after I was which was 5:25pm. When I finally saw someone, Jessica, she asked me to show her my problem areas then advised she didnt "think" I would be a good candidate for lipo, but a less invasive treatment that would require multiple visits. She stated that she would grab the lady that does that particular procedure to explain more, she then returned & said the lady wasn't available to come in so Jessica proceeded to show me before & after pictures, during this whole process she made the comment to me "you don't have fat" I'm 200lbs mind you so my reply was "yes I do" she then said "you do but you dont, its your body" not sure what that meant however I still asked about pricing & was trying to make a decision on my payments options & what was available. I guess I was taking too long because she anxiously said "you don't need to make a decision today" which I understood but I came planning on deciding. Every bit of time was about 15mins after waiting almost an hr to see a Doctor I never got to see. I felt very discouraged after years of trying to decide & find the right solution for myself I'm still nowhere. I will not be using Sono Bello.”

“My surgery was April 30th with Dr. Atun and it was painful! The meds b4 surgery did not work at all. 65% of the surgery REALLY hurt. I was told when I feel pain let the surgeon know and he will numb that area again and move to another area until the numbing kick in. That did not happen. In fact, Dr. Atun said, “Don’t tell me how to do my job!” I replied, “I didn’t tell you how to do anything. I asked if you can pause a few seconds.” Then maybe a few mins later he said he’s done. So I asked is he done bcus the procedure is truly finished or is he done bcus I complained about the pain? He said saying things like that hurt his feelings and he’s done bcus the procedure is done. Tears could not stop rolling down my face. As I waited for my husband to sign me out Dr. Atun came in to see if I needed pain meds bcus I was crying. I told him I understand he’s double certified and does this procedure all day every day but he lacks empathy for his patients bcus I am a woman who has never had surgery nor given birth and this procedure was painful for me and he not only disregarded my pain but he was dismissive and rude. He put his head down apologized and walked away. Every patient’s pain tolerance is different but either way, the surgeon works for the patient! This is a life changing expensive procedure and it’s not just what you say it’s how you say it. With all my heart I believe he stopped my procedure and was not truly finished. Praying I won’t need a revision bcus my surgery was pure hell but if needed I will definitely get it bcus I dnt hve thousands of dollars to just give away. My areas I got done was upper and lower abs, waist, back bra rolls and pubic.”

“Well I went in for the first consult arriving at 12:30, as requested, for a 12:45. When I got there I approached the counter to a less than friendly male employee who proceeded to push a clipboard at me with some paperwork to fill out. I grabbed a seat and, went to work while listening to him and another employee make fun of other, what I presume to be clients, who were not present. Very off putting as was the “cold” atmosphere in the office. At 1:20 I leaned over to another client and, inquired if they are always this far behind. She said it was her first time but, that her appt. was for 12:00!! I inquired about this with the male staff member …were they running that behind, he replied in a snarky tone “ that is correct!” I can not for the life of me understand why this wasn’t mentioned at check in. Time is truly our MOST valuable resource and, I find it personally offensive when mine is wasted and, especially by less than friendly people who want me to spend my hard earned money with them! Let’s remember who is getting paid for their time and who isn’t in this situation. I have rescheduled but, am looking at other options…I will update if I decide to return. Also to the young man at the reception desk, I disapprove of your dismissive tone and find your discussions about other clients highly inappropriate.

Update: I did decide to go back for the consult and, had a much better experience. My appointment was 9:45 and the center was right on time. The patient care consulant (Jessica) was kind, knowledgeable and, answered all my questions thoroughly. I was even given her cell number if I had follow up questions. There was no pressure and, a very straight forward quote. Additionally, the young man at the counter was kind and, had kept my paperwork so I did not have to redo it! Thank you for that.”

“Let me say I didn’t know what to expect! So I was nervous and almost went to Miami to my work done, but something told me to try Sono Bello. I went in and though they were more I went with Sono Bello!

Here's why: It's not about just the day you go to have the procedure, it's everything that happens after that. My medication was in my hand, my follow up appoints were ready, and doctor called the next day, along with the nurse! They made me feel welcome! I am a veteran, so excellence is a major part of my life, and they gave me excellent service! Cameron who sits at front desk was awesome and Scott who I believe the nurse, was way cool! He has an awesome mannerism that is old school, meaning he cares! I hope I didn't mess up Scott’s title or name because needs a raise! Yes, my doctor was the one where people said he has or gives more holds or openings, well just want to say, no compliants! That doctor knows his profession and just listen to what they say!

I had made full plans to Maimi, booked hotel and flight, plus paid a good amount, but I paid twice the amount I would have had to pay in Maimi, because once you're in that recovery period, you're going to need a tangible doctor and staff to be there, and answering machines will not be enough! You're going to need to know and feel as if you were not in a chop shop!!! It may sound crazy but know that customer service matters! Dallas Sono Bello, you get a 10plus rating!!!! You are not a chop shop!!!!!”

“BLUF: Sono Bello has been as far THE BEST cosmetic surgery experience I have had in 10 years. Would recommend to ANYONE.

Sadly I have had MAJOR weight loss, and I had been lucky to get cosmetic surgery procedures paid and done for no charge. I have had civilian and military doctors both work on me. This was THE FIRST time I have had to pay and I was hesitant and scared to do it . I would not turn back on my decision, and I am very humble that Dr. Wright took a chance on me and helped me on my career. The experience by far has been THE BEST. The front desk staff is possibly the most helpful and knowledgeable people and just with a text I was able to get all my answers. The price range was EXCELLENT and did not feel as I was getting taken advantage.

For new people : Cosmetic surgeries are painful. But know with pain comes reward. “I was very nervous about coming into the facility even to have my questions answered because there are a lot of times when surgeons don’t have the best bed side manner and always act as if they are too busy to assist their patients and are only out for your money. I didn’t get this feelings from Sonobello at all. Dr. Feldman was very honest and up front with me and the results that he could provide. “I had liposuction on my upper abs, lower abs, my waist & a tummy tuck on 5/25/20. Dr Feldman preformed my procedure & he did a phenomenal job from the initial pre op visit to the actual surgery! Even though the procedure is done with out anesthesia, Dr Feldman exceeded expectations making sure that I was sedated to my comfort level. After the procedure was over, I received at least three follow up calls from the office, nurses, etc. within the 1st week after surgery. This surgery has already been life changing for me thanks to Dr Feldman aka (in my opinion ) the artist! He is super talented, but super humble/modest under promising & over delivering!! “I was referred to Sono Bello by a friend who I trust and respect. So when going into Sono Bello for my consultation I already had expectations.

When walking into the main waiting room I was greeted with a friendly welcome by Camron. Camron took his time in explaining the paperwork needed to be filled and in answering all my questions. He later helped with scheduling my surgery appointments to best fit my busy mom and work schedule.

My consultation was done with Rachel. Rachel really took the time to listen to all my wants and needs and never made me feel rushed. She also gave honest suggestions that never sounded like a sales pitch and made me feel comfortable in my decisions. To help pay for my surgery Rachel helped tailor a monthly payment plan around my budget without interest. As I later reached out with any questions or concerns Rachel was super hands on always responding back the same day and helped with scheduling.

My surgery was preformed by Dr. Southard. Once Dr. Southard walked into my waiting room her calm relaxing energy, immediately made me feel I was in good hands. Dr Southard was patient listening to all my wants and needs and has a great eye for detail. She explained what the procedure would look like so I knew exactly what to expect and gave her professional advice on what was going to get me the best results in the safest way.

I was lucky to have Kamerial as my nurse. Nurse Kamerial has a warm and inviting spirit and stayed by my side the entire procedure. She made me feel comfortable and helped calm my nerves with great conversation and positivity. After my procedure was finished nurse Kamerial wrapped me in my compression garment so well I didn’t have any issues with leakage during my recovery.

Over all my experience with Sono Bello and the team is 100% five stars!
My suggestion to you is read all the litterateur given, listen to the feedback/advice your nurse and Dr. give and apply it! Doing this helps makes a smooth easy fast recovery and happy results”

“This review applies to the lack of professionalism at the Addison TX office.
I had a confirmed appt on 4/16 for a free consultation, for which I showed up on time. Immediately I felt the curt energy of the male staff member at the front desk. He barely gave me eye contact while I was standing right in front of him. I told him my name and that I was there for an appt. He just handed me a clipboard of what seemed like 50 papers to complete, with no instruction or anything, like I was at the free clinic! (fill this out and take a number)
After I completed the paperwork I returned it to him. He took the clipboard, didn't say a word. I sat quietly and patiently in the waiting room. Then I realize OMG, I've been waiting for over ONE HOUR. I went back to the rude man at the front desk and asked him when did he expect I'd be seen. I told him I'd been there over an hour and that is unacceptable. He told me he'd check on it. He came back to the front desk and said they are running behind. I asked him how much longer did he expect I have to wait? He said "It depends on how many questions customers have" Again, I asked for an estimate. He said "I don't know" then offered to reschedule my appt. I told him I'd waited over an hour and this was completely unacceptable to leave a potential new patient waiting that long with NO communication. I also told him I would be leaving a review on Yelp. To that, he responded "Ok". Then I left!. I arrived at my appt at 12:45 pm and left at 2:00 pm without being seen by a professional !! I've received no follow up phone call, no communication, no explanation. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!”

“I selected Sono Bello to preform a cosmetic procedure based on the promise of a satisfaction guarantee. To clarify ...if I was not satisfied they would perform an additional procedure at no cost. This made my choice a no brainer... I had the procedure performed, I followed all of the Doctor's advise... I work a garment for almost one year. I scheduled my satisfaction surgery and the day of the surgery they charged my credit card account $3500 without my consent. The Sono Bello will not take my calls...each time I call to speak with the office manager... She's in a meeting or out of the office. Most likely out spending my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I did find out the Doctors do not work for Sono Bella they are contractors... Please do your research before doing business with Sono Bella. Will stand behind his work. PS... The Doctor that perfumed the procedure is willing to provide the second procedure but Sono Bello will not allow it to be performed at their facility for free. “Horrible experience. I felt the whole procedure and I was screaming for dear life. Nobody cared. I felt every rip. I felt like an animal. It's been a couple years and I still have nightmares that I'm back on that operating table. Afterwards, I developed an extremely painful seroma and when I told them, you would've that I grew a unicorn horn. They acted so surprised and they didn't know what to do about it. I ended up having to go back every few days to get it drained with a needle and syringe, instead of getting a drain bag like I've seen from other places. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone and I'm praying I eventually mentally heal. Oh my body doesn't look any different. I paid $8000 for a large incision across my lower stomach, an awkward bulge where the seroma was, and terrifying nightmares.”

I am in my second week and doing great. I am doing my house work and cooking I am doing treadmill at a slow rate walking a half a mile till I think I can do more. I am wearing my dress pants (they are loose now) and can see some shape to my body. Yea. I do have So tenderness but no bad. Brushing is fading
I will have my one month vist in an week and feel really good.
I am now waiting to see the swelling go down and I know I will be very pleased with results”

From the moment I began contemplating my procedure and scheduling my initial consultation with the front desk, Cameron (sp?) and all the other girls were very more than helpful. I don't trust too many of the good reviews, especially when there are so many bad reviews because people get paid to do good reviews on company's. So my advise is for everyone to look at reviews before making such a big life decision. The youtube review where the lady was actually in the hospital was it for me. I decided to just work on toning my body naturally.”

“Do not go to this place unless you can exercise and stay on a diet. If you have any medical conditions that would prevent you from working out daily or during the week don't do this surgery. I LOST 10 POUNDS in the beginning but after everything settle and went back to normal it was only 5 lbs and then it I went back to my before weight. I felt like I wasted my money for nothing and one side of my stomach is bigger then the other. I told them that it did not do anything for me and they acted like their were surprised but did not offer any other remedies then doing more surgery at more cost! I am not happy at all big waste of money for nothing . I thought it might help me get going on a weight lost journey but after 3 months nothing was happening and nothing beyond that! Big scam! 7,000 for nothing!”
