“I just had the laser liposuction procedure done by Dr. Boschini. She was wonderful and even though I am still swollen the results are amazing! I am so happy. The nursing staff were friendly, professional and very informative. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the initial consult was accomplished by a marketing person and not a medical advisor. Had I not done my own extensive research I wouldn't have felt comfortable being advised on the best medical procedure for me by someone with no medical experience. The first contact with the doctor was at pre op after I had paid. The end result is exactly what I had hoped for. Oh and after my procedure I was contacted by 2 nurses and Dr Boschini personally. So overall this is a great place, with great staff.”

“I am very disappointed in my results. I have lumps and tunnels from the canula. Went in for revision and it is worse than before. Then was offered Venus to "fix" the issues but that did nothing. I feel discouraged and out 12k. 100% guarantee? How are they going to fix my deformities? It's been almost 2 years , I feel like my body is forever ruined. I wish I would have never done this procedure. It has destroyed my self esteem .”

“I had my procedure done on my belly and back in 2017. I was told I was a perfect candidate and that I would have most of it removed. I was also told that fat would not come back. It was not true and I work out 4 to 5 times a week. I didn't see much of a benefit and yes the back fat came back. When I mentioned that to the doctor he said they couldn't remove anymore. That's not what they said before collecting money.”

“I met with Tawnee for my initial consult and she was great at explaining the process and was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I was super excited for this procedure but after consulting with Dr. Rueda at my pre-op appointment, I was deemed not a good candidate for this type of surgery while awake...key word AWAKE. I have super high anxiety and a low tolerance for pain and a high tolerance to pain/anxiety meds so enduring the entire procedure while awake would have been a stretch for me. I appreciated Dr. Rueda's candidness about the procedure, taking his time to explain things and ultimately looking out for my best interest. His staff was lovely and I really wish I could have gone through with it but given the reasons I mentioned above, I probably would have freaked out, passed out or not been able to get through the entire procedure. They do care about their patients and they want you to be happy with your procedure and they take your overall health into consideration before moving you forward to your surgery date. I'm still a great candidate for lipo but it'll have to be done elsewhere under general anesthesia. Most would do great with this type of surgery while awake, just wouldn't work for me. Thank you Sono Bello for caring about my particular situation and making the right decision for me.”

“Very pleased with the team at SonoBello! From the get-go, Tawnee helped keep in contact with me to make sure my questions about the costs and staging of the surgeries were answered. Once I got my appointments set, Jackie & Tori at the front desk were helpful in making sure I was prepared for my pre-op appointment and my surgery day. At my pre-op, I met Sarah and Dr. Rueda (who would be doing my surgery), and they helped answer any and all questions I had regarding the upcoming surgery that week. I felt very comfortable going into my surgery day after this appointment. Day of surgery, I was kept calm by having such a kind surgical team - from Gaylon, who prepped me for surgery (she was so calming!) to Amanda, the scrub tech/assistant, who was great at keeping me distracted and comfortable during the procedure itself, and of course Dr. Rueda who kept checking in with me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and to be prepared for the sensations I would be expected to feel next. At my 1-week post-op, the nurse (I believe it was Rachel, but I could be mistaken!) was so patient and kind with me regarding all of my many questions. She put me at ease that everything I was feeling and experiencing was completely normal and that things seemed to be looking good! I thank everyone at SonoBello for their expertise and care, and for making me feel comfortable and at ease with something that I had anxieties about starting out. I have and will recommend SonoBello to my friends and family who have questions about starting their contouring journey!”

“I went in for a consultation. I will NOT be moving forward. This is why. I tried to review them through a survey they gave me but surprise surprise it wouldn't go through. The consultations, Tawnee Tarver talked about me to another employee as I was leaving and in front of other clients as well. She didn't even wait for me to leave the waiting room!!!! It was not exactly kind what she had to say either. I can't believe how unprofessional she was!! And this was after taking a walk in before my scheduled appt. If this is how you guys treat patients, I hate to see how you deal with the medical side and God forbid, any medical complications !!!! I am soooo going with an office that can control themselves and show professionalism and an office that doesn't treat me like 3rd rate garbage!”

“Nice facility, on time appointment. Thought I would be meeting with a Dr., but was assisted with a Consultant, who was very kind. You have to pay over $500 during pre-opt before you meet with Surgeon and only after signing contract. I would like to meet with with surgeon, at no charge, first, to ask more questions and make sure they are someone I want performing surgery on me. I was not givien any brochures, so that I could understand procedure better. Cost is expensive particularly for tightening of extra skin.”

“Dr. Rueda was fabulous, and nurse Gaylon was so comforting. They listened to my needs, and responded to my discomfort. The procedure took longer than anticipated, but they made sure they were happy with everything before ending the procedure. I had fibrous, hard fat cells from Coolsculpting (do not recommend to anyone!) which made it more difficult. Pain was worst 2 days after. I could tell the results would be amazing the day after the procedure. I should have done this 2 years ago!”

“I met with a consultant, a nurse and the surgeon before my surgery and the day of my surgery. Not one person told me this surgery is still very invasive and painful. The meds and lidocaine didn’t work and I felt everything! It is not painless! That’s misinformation. The surgeon was in a rush and was very rough! I’m 3 weeks post surgery and am still very swollen and sore! I did not get proper education or information. Worst decision ever - don’t be fooled by their promises!”

“My doctor was Laura Boschini. I’m not happy with the results. I felt like my procedure was rushed. The areas that I paid for weren’t addressed. The consultation didn’t go very well. I didn’t even get a chance to explain my ideal body. The doctor just said, we’re gonna do this this and this and that’s it. Like what?! The amount of pain felt during the procedure was awful. I was shot with lidocaine. I thought we had to wait for it to numb the area. But she didn’t? My doctor did the second procedure so fast. Not only did it get pushed back a few hours, but it lasted less that an hour. I’m just not happy with how the second procedure went. I wish I could get a second opinion from another doctor. I just know more could have been done. My arms are still in pain. When I left them up, I can still feel fluid going up my arms. I’m regretting this entire thing. Not looking forward to revisions. I just want this to be over and done with. But I’ll have to undergo another procedure because my doctor missed so much. I’m very disappointed. The fact that I only get one compression suit is ridiculous. I never got a smaller suit for once the swelling went down either. Not the experience I was expecting. You don’t receive any nutritional education. They just tell you not to eat sodium and sugar. And walk. See you in 3 months. I just felt like a number. Not a patient. I had no say in how I wanted my body to look.”

“Sono Bello has been amazing from the start. The day I reached out to learn more about the company Chelsie called me and walked me through pricing, financing, and the entire procedure. Chelsie was very knowledgable and so far has been pretty spot on as to what i would expirience. When I arrived for my pre op Dr. Morton and his nurses were so kind and patient with me. Dr. Morton had an intern working with him and he made sure his intern covered everything the way he felt was neccisary. The intern was pretty awesome as well. I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Morton and both time he was great. I was pretty emotional during the procedure (more of internal dialoge I was expiriencing) and Dr. Morton was so patient and kind with me. The follow up nurses and staff have been really great about answering ym questions and explaining the healing process. Even the front desk ladies have been super great and patient with me! I would recomend this company and Dr. Morton to anyone!!!”

“Okay I am not one to write reviews, but I had to write one for Sono Bello. When first researching Sono Bello I was extremely scared and reading reviews online made things worse. From people dealing with horrible customer service to having horrible results, I was very nervous. I wasn’t specifically looking at the Greenwood Village location though which had better reviews. But my experience with Sono Bello was NOTHING like that. My experience with Sono Bello was the BEST from start to finish. I would have been a lot less nervous had I not read those reviews. I first started with Brooke at Sono Bello with my consultation. Brooke gave me expert advice and helped me figure out which procedure I should get done. She gave me a quote and sent me on my way. It took me about 2 months to finally decide. I kept changing my mind on whether I should do it or not. Brooke helped me with every question along the way. She was quick to respond to my emails and answered all my questions. She was very patient and wasn’t pushy to try and get a sale out of me which is awesome.

Once I decided to get the procedure, I met with Dr Boschini who was extremely nice and helped me in deciding what I should get done. Originally, I wanted to get my waist/abs done but I asked her if I could instead get my hips/abs. She was very helpful in determining what the best procedure would be. She was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. For my appointments, I always felt comfortable because the employees were so nice and supportive. On the day of my surgery, I had Courtney as my nurse. My procedure was at 6:30am, and I am not a morning person. Courtney was there with a huge smile on her face. She knew I was nervous and assured me everything would be okay. Even during the surgery when it was hurting a little, the nurse would pat me on the shoulder and tell me it’s okay. That made me a lot more comfortable. Dr Boschini also made sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

After my procedure the next day Dr Boschini reached out to me to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I maybe had a list of 20 questions, and she answered most of them. One or two of the questions she told me I should bring up in my post op appointment. I have reached out to Brooke many times after my procedure as well to ask questions and she responded immediately. I had the best experience with Sono Bello thanks to all the employees. Dr. Boschini did an amazing job, and I am extremely happy with my results! I would recommend the Greenwood Village Sono Bello to everyone and would even go back myself if I needed to.”

A year older, same wight, same height - my inner thighs still touch at the top and bottom - BUT I have a huge divot on the inside of both inner thighs that is big enough you can see daylight through when I stand with my legs together. I've started a workout program and happily loosing weight and building muscle - the only downside is that as I loose weight and gain muscle - the voids in my thighs just keep getting MORE pronounced! “If you are thinking about doing liposuction, I would make sure you know what you are getting into. They make it seem like it's no big deal and that in one day you will look fabulous!!! They are very misleading and they are not upfront about a lot of things. I had 6 areas done in 2 procedures. Recovery is no joke!!! Im not happy with my stomach at all! It's deformed now and at every post op appointment they just kept telling me it was the swelling. Well 10 months later the doctor told me to go to his private practice for a tummy tuck. It's not sagging skin, it's a bulge!!! I weigh 1 pound more than I did the day of surgery,, so it's not me.. the nurse even said it should be fixed.They are only after the money. So disappointing.i so frustrated that I paid thousands to look worse!!! Just beware. Do your research, it's not a quick fix!”

“I wanted a liposuction. At the time of payment, I was told that it will be a ONE day prodecure for my abs, lower waist, and the love handles and then I can get back to work with 24 hours after procedure. NOT!
At the beginning of the procedure, the doctor told me he can only do the abs at the time and i will have to come back a second time after 14 days for the other three sections. NOT COOL! After 16 days I am still in pain and numbed at the same time. I have called numerous time to the facility for help. NOONE ever returns my call.
This is a very invasive, violent, and unprofessionally done procedure. I want my refund send back to me in a check form to the address of record. I am afraid to go back after the lack luster experience. I would like my refund send to me in a check form (FEDEX). My wallet is stolen and the debit card I used is no longer active as I have chosen to close it out and start a new bank account with a new bank. All refunds must be done through a check form. i had emailed them this request and again, no response.”

“Its been over a year now and I have not only lost weight but even doubled my exercise routine. Still not seeing the results that I was told during my consultation.
The last time I posted a review I was asked to remove it or my warranty would be void, that was before my 6 month checkup. During my 6 month checkup, the surgeon told me it was just skin and would tighten up as I would hit the gym
I even paid extra for certain area on the suggestion of the consultant but I still see fat in the area.”

Tawnee worked with me for weeks while I went back and forth before I decided to commit and she could not have been nicer. She paired me with Dr Hendrick and he has done an amazing job. He spoke with me about the areas we should focus on and was honest and kind about what would give me the best results. My appointment was broken out into separate procedures for my own comfort and for the best results. I still have one appointment left but the transformation has been incredible so far. I have gone from wearing a 1X in shirts to a medium and I am fitting into jeans I haven't worn in years. My only regret is that I didn't do this for myself earlier.”

“I had my surgery here and it was great. I went in for my post-op met again with Dr. Barker and a nurse and we decided it would be okay if I did a revision and add on one more area so everything would look even better. At that meeting I was quoted around 1700 because of the weight I lost and they gave me 250 off which was the special that was going on when I had my initial surgery so that was amazing. When I called to book my surgery the consultant told me the price would be around 2000 which I find ridiculous considering I was quoted something else. The nurse wrote on the paper work what the price would be so I feel that if the consultant just went into my file and looked she would have seen that. The phone call put me off and I'm not sure if I'm even going back to get the revision seeing as I'm going to be chatged more than what was originally quoted to me.”

“Steer clear of this very dishonest company. Run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. If you choose not to heed this advice and schedule a procedure, make sure to record every conversation. I verbally communicated at least four different times about the area that I wanted treated. I even mentioned concerns when the lines were being drawn right before I went back. I was told that I needed to add additional areas at an additional charge and I took that advice and added those areas but again communicated that I wanted to be sure that we get the original areas of concern. I voiced concern immediately after the procedure to say that wasn’t the area that I asked for, was concerned that the wrong area was treated, and was told that it would transition and that area would be resolved.
At my three month appointment I expressed concern again and the nurse that was with me agreed and assured me that this would be made right and that all of my concerns were absolutely valid. Today when I met with the surgeon for my post op he treated me beyond poorly. I have never been spoken to this way by a medical professional. He raised his voice at me multiple times, blamed me for the error, continued to cut me off as opposed to listening to my concern, and refused to make this right. His voice tone, facial expressions, and body language were aggressive, rude, and to say unacceptable is putting it extremely mildly. I left trembling and in tears after being treated this way. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.”

Everyone was simply amazing.

Day of surgery met my surgical Tech Marcus who was out of their Oklahoma office. Can not say enough about how relaxed and comfortable he made me feel. Along with Dr Z, Marcus was with me through the whole.procedure.

Both Dr Z and Marcus made the whole procedure kept up the conversation taking off what they were doing.

After care was very through. They made sure I was good to go before I was released.

“If I could rate 0 I would. My consultation was rushed bcuz she was running late. I arrived early...she seemed to care about money versus my concerns. I addressed the same concerns with the greenwood village location and not answering much including the financial piece. Everytime I went to the greenwood village location I was ignored or forgotten for my appts.even as a walk in they didnt see me for a long time. Noone went through with me the financial piece and I still have questions and I was overcharged and I never received a replacement suit. I have emailed them without replies about these things and to reschedule appts missed bcuz of covid19. No replies or communication. I never received my post op or anything...I have a bump on my stomach...and since the liposuction I have had ovary issues, back issues, and etc....I am saying do not use this practice. “I underwent liposuction surgery on four "sections" of my torso, this cost me $9,170.18. This was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. I do daily injections (mostly in the upper abdomen) for M.S., as a result, my upper abdomen has severe scar tissue. This concerned me and Sono Bello reassured me that this WOULD NOT be and issue. The consultant even double checked with the doctor. Needless to say, my abdomen looks the exact same.
The doctor told me I would not be able to undergo another session of Liposuction, so he suggested I get a "Tummy Tuck" for $10,000! They refused to do even a partial "post-surgery" refund....”

Finding the right suit has been difficult. I have lost several pounds on my own but have been uncomfortable with my body for as long as I can remember. I was very nervous to go through with this procedure but everyone was so helpful, informative, and patient with me. Ali, Katy, and Michelle with the PCC team really took their time to work with me and help me decide what I wanted to do without pressure. The staff at the clinic, Beca, Dr. Hendrick, and a few others that I don’t remember by name were all so friendly, understanding and comforting. Dr. Hendrick took the time to listen to my concerns about my problem areas as well as pain tolerance and fears. He was empathetic and had great bedside manner as he was sure to carefully numb those more sensitive areas in a way that lessened the pain while also making suggestions of having two sessions for best results and more likelihood of getting me back to my natural figure that I am looking for. He called to check on me after the procedure but I did miss that call. Lisa called me today and was so kind and so helpful in answering all of my questions and scheduling my post op appointment. I am three days post surgery and though still swollen I am seeing beautiful results already and feeling so much better. I cannot wait for my next areas to be completed next month and to see the results continue to come through over the next few months. I couldn’t be happier and am so glad that made this choice. “The day of my appointment I was excited beyond measure! After the appointment I felt disappointed, degraded and humiliated to say the least. The moment I got in my car where my husband was waiting.. I began to cry! You may think it's because of my weight, nope not at all! It's because I'm in a wheelchair! The consultant informed me that they would be afraid of blood clots forming. Even though I can transfer with great upper body strength and I also have a standing wheelchair (goes from the sitting position to standing up completely) Not to mention a husband who would gladly move me around if necessary after surgery. It's day surgery, so once at home I have a sleep number bed… which everyone knows elevates the head and feet! So what are the chances of me getting a clot to the walking person? Maybe Sonabella will get with the times and service ALL people. Especially being in the number one state for Multiple Sclerosis.”

The woman that I met with was not a very good sales person..condescending and suggest 3 more areas/procedures then I originally wanted.. all I wanted was a flatter tummy after 4 pregnancy’s. I’m 5’4” 150lbs. this turned me off and she ended up quoting way more then what I was originally told when I contacted customer service.

I was later contacted through email with a new sales rep. 10/10/2020. After making another apt with a lower price adjustment. I decided to get the ex upper and lower proceedure done 9/30/20. Since then I went in for 4 post op apts. The last two were to request more lipo on my right side as it is not even with my left side.

I could not get in sooner then mid April to have this redone.. More to come..”

“I am 6 weeks in to my post-procedure timeline. I have to start by saying what day 1 was like: the free consultation. I went in pretty much 75% sure I was going to do this, but knew nothing else about it, if it was affordable, if it was right for me, if I was a candidate... none of that. I met with Tawnee who was almost like a therapist, I felt heard, understood, and empowered. I really didn't get the sales pitch I've read some other people got, I got information, options, no pushing but just an honest review of what I could do if I wanted to.
She remained my contact throughout the process- even some after hours calls had to happen in order to get me completely prepared. For all the areas I decided to get, I felt like it was very affordable because she walked me through financing. I even added a couple last-minute areas before my procedure.
I have to say that as far as twilight sedation goes - it was an easy procedure and the staff (AMAZING nurses) held my hand through the whole day. I knew I was in good hands. So the procedure was very tolerable and I felt relaxed. Afterwards, because of an outstanding condition, I really can't take narcotic painkillers. I actually went through 2 procedures total, 2 weeks apart, got abdomen, back, arms and chin, and did not need any narcotic painkillers. Tylenol and Advil were enough. I'm not saying it didn't hurt, but it was doable, so if that is an obstacle for someone reading this, now you know it's possible.
I think the best part, other than looking and feeling like a rock star, is the caring atmosphere at the Denver office. The nurses, receptionists and Tawnee all seemed excited to see me each time I came in, and were genuinely happy to see me looking and feeling so confident... and skinny :)

When I asked the desk staff, I was curtly informed that there was only one consultant on hand and she was with another customer... soooo why are they scheduling multiple appointments for one person? After waiting an HOUR I was finally called back. The consultant was informative and friendly until I did not commit immediately to a $8000 elective surgery. Then our time was up and I was escorted out. Not sure I would trust my body with this place. It’s a big decision both financially and personally and I would have hoped for more respect all around.”

“I purchased multiple areas to get done. After the first procedure revisions were needed and so I added to that. The second procedure was outright horrible. The lidocaine numbing ran out. The dr. Still had to finish the procedure without it. This was excruciating pain. Although I was still in the procedure l, they shutdown the office, leaving my mother in the lobby locked in and didn't communicate anything about how I was doing g. Then they gave me a compression garmet that was the wrong size. And of course revisions needed to be done on the new ones. The revisions were postponed due to another medical procedure i underwent. U.for I would be on 81mg of aspirin forever after that. The dr. Was notified of that and stated if my surgeon would allow me to stop taking aspirin for 3 days the revisions would be done. My neurosurgeon approves 5 days. I then return to sonobello to set up for revisions and the dr changes his criteria to 10 days without aspirin. There are some real apparent revisions needed and I did not get what I paid for. I was not offered alternatives or options and left feeling that they were only out for the money and not doing good service.i will be seeking recourse here. I am not happy with this experience.”

“Thank God Sono Bello doctors are not like their administrative team. Today I went in for my 6 month check up, missed the 3rd month due to COVID and I was told they didn't have time for me, they were too busy. That they tried to text and call me, which is an outright lie. I was able to pull up my phone and show them that I had never been texted and but had plenty of other text from them, they never tried. Usually I wouldn't mind so much, but this is not the first time this has happened to me and I could have done an important job today for work but put it off due to my appointment. Just think, I didn't want to cancel with them at the last minute because that would be rude. I've always felt that the front office is a reflection of the Doctor. Last December I would have pulled out due again to the front desk staff, but they had my money and were not going to give it back. I will say this, I am thrilled with my results, but I will call them prior to next appointment to ensure I'm on the schedule.”

It was such a smooth procedure. I came in at 1400 for the pre-op: did measurements and drawings, got my IV placed (which kudos because normally I’m a hard stick and they did it in one go), took my my meds then within a hour was back in the OR ready to rock and roll. I was a bit concerned with how well I would tolerate the lidocaine as my only anesthesia, but it honestly wasn’t that bad. The initial numbing is uncomfortable but after the thirty minutes it’s tolerable. I’m not going to lie and tell you that you will not feel anything; but it’s more of a I just got punch in the gut as opposed to I just got a sharp object cramped in my abdomen. Which... I’ll take the former than the latter any day. But I relaxed mostly with my eyes closed and listened to 80s rock and chit-chatted with my surgery. And when an area did hurt, I just told him that that’s a bit painful and he numbed me a bit kore and came back afterwards.
Overall it was a pretty cool experience. And I’m super happy with the results so far and know they will only get better. I’m pretty swollen still but the difference is noticeable. My clothes are baggy and I love looking at myself I’m the mirror when normally that was not the case. I cannot wait until my swelling goes down completely and I get to see the total transformation.
Recovery wise, I was up and about day two. I finished my surgery at 7 pm on a Saturday and cleaned my house Sunday afternoon. I didn’t really feel the aches and pains until Thursday, but that’s mostly because I don’t understand limitations and overdid it. And that’s with having 9” of vertical skin removed and my abdomen tightened up. So trust me, it’s not as bad as you’re imagining. I pictured a worse situation and even kept thinking watch I get an infection. “Went in for my initial consultation and loved it. Everybody was super friendly.

Did my abdomen and skin excision here about two weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the decision to finally bite the bullet and put my big girl panties on and take the plunge. It was such a smooth procedure. I came in at 1400 for the pre-op: did measurements and drawings, got my IV placed (which kudos because normally I’m a hard stick and they did it in one go), took my my meds then within a hour was back in the OR ready to rock and roll. I was a bit concerned with how well I would tolerate the lidocaine as my only anesthesia, but it honestly wasn’t that bad. The initial numbing is uncomfortable but after the thirty minutes it’s tolerable. I’m not going to lie and tell you that you will not feel anything; but it’s more of a I just got punch in the gut as opposed to I just got a sharp object cramped in my abdomen. Which... I’ll take the former than the latter any day. But I relaxed mostly with my eyes closed and listened to 80s rock and chit-chatted with my surgery. And when an area did hurt, I just told him that that’s a bit painful and he numbed me a bit kore and came back afterwards.
Overall it was a pretty cool experience. And I’m super happy with the results so far and know they will only get better. I’m pretty swollen still but the difference is noticeable. My clothes are baggy and I love looking at myself I’m the mirror when normally that was not the case. I cannot wait until my swelling goes down completely and I get to see the total transformation.
Recovery wise, I was up and about day two. I finished my surgery at 7 pm on a Saturday and cleaned my house Sunday afternoon. I didn’t really feel the aches and pains until Thursday, but that’s mostly because I don’t understand limitations and overdid it. And that’s with having 9” of vertical skin removed and my abdomen tightened up. So trust me, it’s not as bad as you’re imagining. I pictured a worse situation and even kept thinking watch I get an infection. But neither happened and Ian about to go in for my second stage and honestly, now I’m calm as can be and not even worried.”

My only thing is my upper stomach still sticks out when that and my whole stomach is suppose to be flat. I did ask at the time and he said it happens sometimes? It still is sore too. My hips still have some fat but my body is Soooooooooo much better then it was. Big difference and I feel so much more confident. I exercised but now I can hardly walk with my knees needing surgery. “Surgery day. My 11 month wedding anniversary.
I arrived a little early because my stomach is sensitive and I knew I’d get sick. Nerves. I ate 1 ½ egg bites because they said to eat light. My husband is with me and extremely supportive. I decided to write this because I read a few stories here and there but it wasn’t answering all of the things I was confused about or new to. Just remember when they say listen and fills what we say DO IT. Dr. Morton was awesome and my nurse Brooke. She was so sweet the whole time.
They brought me back I changed into the gown. Doc came and marked me and the nurse gave me my pills. 30 min later I was on the table. I will not like the needles were uncomfortable but you want to be numb! It was uncomfortable sometimes, sometimes I felt nothing, at times it even tickled. Either way. I was done got wrapped up and dressed. Then we started on our 2 hour ride home. I passed out I felt great when I got home. Woke up every 3 1/2 hours to take Percocet and 2 extra strength Tylenol. I was an hour late on one and I cried in pain.”

Because I travel all over the US and I am only in locations for temporary hard to find time. I also researched locations and ended up going with Denver because closest to home base and they had excellent reviews. I have a figure again and I am so excited !!
But I also have more than that - The procedure released a lot of scar tissue throughout my injured area. My injured arm would not reach high enough to do my hair. As I was recovering from the procedure and and started to exercising again I realized my injured arm was moving much more freely. Today it reaches almost as high as my other one.
The procedure was the best thing I have ever done for my self.

“This was quite possibly the worst decision of my life to date. I use to be a figure competitor and had a perfect body. I gained a little weight when I stopped competing. I had them do my legs and "banana roll"... and now my butt has rolled completely off my backside. I have a glad but with a weird crease under it. My first appointment I waited 1 hour and 7min after my appointment time to be seen..I let it go as I work in a busy office and I understand getting busy and behind. However, my second appointment I waited 42min until I was seen and now at my procedure appointment and so far I have been sitting here for an hour and 20 min after being told I needed To arrive an hour before my scheduled procedure. This is extremely frustrating as I feel My time is not being respected and I’m sure my surgery is now going to be delayed well over 2 hours. I have Taken off work and moved my schedule around these appointments and honestly I would have spent my money elsewhere if I knew It would be like this. “I did not receive the results I wanted with my initial procedure as I could not tollerate the pain. I did not respond to the numbing meditation. So my DR. who was very sweet and felt terrible for the pain I experienced allowed me to get some Venus treatments. Venus is done with Cathy who is amazing. She is so friendly and helpful and she does a great job. I have only had 6 sessions so far. I have not yet seen a huge reduction but am still hoping to see the results I want. “I got this done a year ago and they tell you to wait to see the results completely. The problem is they don't put you under, so there are places that they can't get to because it's excruciating, namely the ribcage area. Of course, they don't tell you this. Because of this, I now look deformed in my upper rib area. They were very nice before they got my money and after that I couldn't get anybody to return my phone calls. I also have scar tissue internally, on my waist in the love handle areas that can't be fixed and will never go away. I also had to do it twice, which they also didn't say anything about until the day of the first surgery. The entry wound right above my belly button is a scar now because they used that area a second time for the second surgery. It also will never go away, I went into a dermatologist and asked, they said even with laser and $600 later, I'll still have a scar there. Don't bother with this. Go to a real cosmetic surgeon who has a real surgical suite, who can put you under if need be, to get the job done correctly the first time and you don't have to worry about deformities, pain and scarring. I now am going somewhere else to get everything corrected that they messed up and am paying less money than I paid sono in the first place.”

“I had an appointment today at 11. I ended up needing to cancel while I was there, because I waited for about an hour and 15 minutes and still wasn't able to be seen for the next 15 - 20 minutes. I had to take initiative and ask how much longer it was going to be. Next time, please let the patient know you will be running late to see them. My basic philosophy is it good practice is aware of a potential patients time. After all, we are the ones spending our money there. And a good practice should value their patients’ time; and their ability to run a smooth and efficient practice. If there is a hard time managing this- it makes me worry about the actual procedure.”

“When I first signed up for my procedure, I unfortunately, dealt with the typical salesperson tequnique. Nice to me when I paid and scheduled, but when I called to re-schedule, my procedure (due to a mix-up) the salesperson acted like I was bothering her and had some attitude. Dr. Morton is very nice as was nurse McKenzie. The nurse that I saw during my first post-op appointment was rather rude.
Here’s my point. This is not a regular doctor’s office. We pay A LOT of money to have these procedures done. The LEAST everyone who works here can do, is be BEYOND nice to the patients. We are nervous and scared and we deserve some extra TLC. I kind of feel like I was put through a manufactured, turn and burn experience. And my results? As of right now, they are not great, however, I am still healing.
And at this point, I would not recommend Sona Bella nor will I return for additional procedures. I would rather go to a plastic surgeon instead.”

“I had upper, mid, and lower abdominal contouring plus love handles. I was very happy with the love handle area, but had some fluid retention in the abdominal area resulting in a second procedure. I was told that my body is very fibrous and thus causes knotting under the skin and scar tissue to be very hard. I am one week out from the second procedure and was told I need to do aggressive massage to try to break up the scar tissue. I am hoping all will turn out as expected, but only time will tell.”

I ended up leaving after an hour. And the girl was snarky about it. There was a woman that drove over an hour before me and they were running behind with her too. “What a disaster! i started innocent in entering in for a consultation, what a nightmare. These people start sending emails and texts immediately to confirm and then they start making calls daily. they treat you as a child , or a collection agency.I never made this place for it. i went off to them and asked to never be called again. if i cannot lose weight on my own was no need to go anyway. then they offer a card of $500.00 it after you sign up with a procedure, and then u might as well use it for your visit, what rip off.not my cup of tea to deal with anymore”
