“For years l have struggled with my weight and especially around the belly area. I researched dozens of of places to have the fat removed and l was turned off by the prices and the down time after surgery. That was until l saw an add about Sonobello and then it hit me this is the perfect place. I called up went in for my consultation scheduled my survey. I had my surgery in January 2023 and l must say it was the best decision l had ever made. The staff was polite very professional and very caring. After my surgery they called to check on me and if l had any questions someone was always there with answers. I would recommend Sonobello to anyone and everyone who is considering getting fat removal surgery. ”

“I have made numerous attempts to schedule my revision surgery after the surgeon failed to address an area that I had already paid for. Unfortunately, I had to wait six months to recover from the initial procedure. When I informed them of my move to Atlanta, GA they assured me that they had another facility that could perform the revision. However, when the time came for my revision, about eight months after my surgery, they argued with me and insisted that I go back to the original location in Florida. It has now been a year and a half, and I have been back and forth with Sono Bello trying to schedule the revision. Instead, I have been placed on a waiting list, while they continue to take money from other women who are hoping to achieve their dream body, only to be deceived. I am currently facing a $10,000 charge on my Care Credit Card for half of the surgery that was incomplete. My advice is to avoid having your procedure done here and seek out a reputable plastic surgery professional instead. This is not the place to go for quality service.”

“Unfortunately this review is not favorable due to the fact that my consultation was for 12:30 pm and I was not see until 1:30pm. Having to drive 45min. to get to the location early as requested, no one bothered to come out and say anything, not one word. By the time I am called in by Ms. Jessica who asked “How are you today? and asked what can they do for me? What is the reason for my visit? Really????? If you had taken the time to read my profile you would have known. By this time, I’m completely annoyed by the lack of customer service! Then I am given this outrageous amount for the procedure without a breakdown them all. Just one price. Not good!!!!! Customer service is critical in this day and time. You never know how much influence a person may have and if I’m going to make any recommendations to my friends, well it may not be to this location. ”

“What I had done: full back, arms, outter and inner thighs.
After working in plastic surgery, I chose Sonobello because I wanted to avoid general anesthesia due to a longer recovery period post surgery.
The procedure is performed awake, and it is uncomfortable but it's not impossible. Trust me, it's totally bearable.
The best part is you go home the same day with all your garments and medications for recovery. At 2 weeks post op I was going dancing with my friends, that's how fast I recovered!
Day of surgery I was 198 lbs and by my 3 month follow up, I was down to 183 lbs!
The staff is excellent. They made me feel very at ease. My doctor was Dr Villadolid and she did an amazing job on my body.
Thank you Sonobello for helping me regain confidence after becoming a widow. Keep up the good work! ”

Though I have expressed my dissatisfaction, no corrective actions have been taken or will be offered by SonoBello until after 6 months from procedure. Had TriSculp double chin procedure and was informed after the fact that they do not offer Venus for that area in Ft Lauderdale which they could have mentioned prior to having procedure done. Wasn't given proper post garments and communicated that. Friend had same procedure and more for thousands less and you can see difference and she feels different. “Guys!! Don't come here for Gynecomastia surgery!! They do not remove the Gynecomastia, they just cut pieces of it off, something I was not aware of before hand!! Imagine saving for your whole adult life to be able to get the procedure and it's done terribly. I went in having Gynecomastia and I left still having Gynecomastia. I'm 6’ / 210lbs and I've been into fitness most my life, point is my case was not severe at all. When I asked why I still have Gynecomastia, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that's the best they can do. Satisfaction guaranteed is just a slogan for them. Just don't want any other guy to go through the same disappointment I did.”

“Reception Staff are Very Pleasant, Attentive and Caring. The Consultation was good but a bit misleading on expected timeline recovery. I had the Tri Sculpt in chin area and current results are very disappointing. It appears to have been a rushed procedure as if short cuts were taken since I was last surgery of the day and Doc was running late on surgeries that day. Hopefully time will prove me wrong and results will improve with time. Nurse Crystal has been phenomenal in positive support and better outlook as she assures process was successful and I will be very happy with final results. Thanks to Crystal and all Staff for their Superb Guest Service Skills. On Service I definitely would give 5 Stars/A+. Currently can’t say the same on procedure results. ”

I think she wanted to go home and did not care. I asked to please speak with he manager 4 times , and she completely ignored me. We worked and lost money time plus being treated so disrespectful by this lady who answered the phone. “I had an appointment scheduled for today in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office 6/8/2022 at 9:00am that was supposed to be with Dr. Conde. I made this appt 3 months ago at my 3-month checkup as I am unhappy with my results and the nurses clearly see and agree with me I need a revision. I originally saw Dr Eva Grohmann and she no longer works there, therefore I had to see another Dr for my 6 month follow up. I drove 1.5 hours to my appointment just to be seen by a nurse and I stated this appointment was specifically made with a Dr for review for a revision and was told the dr is not in; she is on vacation! The nurse took photos, NEVER took my WEIGHT today which they usually always do and was told there is nothing they can do without the dr there. I asked if the dr can just review the photos and get me on the schedule for a revision as I traveled far for this appt. They said no, I have to meet with a Dr. I explained the situation and Jamie was the one who scheduled this appt in the first place back in MARCH! No one called to reschedule me and now the front desk said there is nothing they can do and they can’t “fit” me into their schedule until AUGUST 17TH!!!!! I started crying and asked for a manager and the manager refused to meet with me! I had this appointment scheduled for 3 months now and I am getting married December 3rd which I would need the revision no later than the End of AUGUST to heal! The office knows I need earliest appointment like 9am so I can get to work and they keep pushing the blame on everyone else! I have paid over $8,000 and I only did this for my WEDDING! I have called multiple times, multiple numbers for HR/Corporate and no calls back! I am about to turn them into the BBB and dispute the charges and hire a lawyer as this is not completed properly! Something needs to be done ASAP, this is not right how you treat customers!”

“I purchased six procedures, they charged me 10,864, but the day of my surgery I just got 5 procedures done because they ran out of medication. I called them and let them know that I didn't want to go through the process again and I needed to know what my new balance was. The first time I was told by the receptionist that the person who could assist me with this matter was Kristy (my consultant) and they will pass the message to her.
I called several times for almost 3 weeks and they never returned my calls, when I called last time the front desk told me that the manager was aware and will call me back but it never happened.
Finally, I received the bank statement but they had BILLED the lender for all 6 procedures and it was sent 2 days before the 5 procedures were performed. I then called the lender and was told they would contact Sonobello Ft. Lauderdale office.
I received text messages from Kristy stating that there are no refunds but she could give me a credit for the services not provided. She offered me Venus Legacy treatments and garments. When I refused she texted me back saying she got busy and D.J. would call me. Till this day I haven't received any call and I still haven't met D.J.
I contacted their corporate office one week later (last Friday) and if they are not able to solve the problem I will be forced to take legal action to stop this fraud and my credit record from being harmed.”

“I actually appreciated some of my experience. What is ruining it for me is the Ft Lauderdale office's COMPLETE lack of communication with a patient. Initially I was assured Saturday appointments were no problem for follow ups, etc. I have tried to schedule a post op for my 1 month on a Saturday for 3 months now. What's worse is the office won't call me back, and when I leave messages they are never returned. I call during normal business hours and they don't answer. This office has ALWAYS had a problem with scheduling and their complete lack of respect for a patient is horrible. With a previous visit, I was rescheduled SIX times in ONE day with incessant phone calls, texts and emails and the office still got it wrong after I arrived at my scheduled time. This place can't keep a promise much less a scheduled appointment.
I wish I never got involved because clearly their clients are only important until they get their money. After that you're chop suy.

Update: after posting this review, the office called to make it right. Finally had a follow up and everyone seemed to want to help make things right. I appreciate the effort going in to correct the mistakes.”

So I went to their procedure, but after serval months I still look the same. So i reached out to them and , yes, they performed a revision for free , but I never got the results ! My pictures look the same as day 1 !!! , this is not worth it ! I believe I need a real plastic surgery to get the results I want”

“Stay away from this place! They destroyed my abdomen. I asked the doctor specially to advise me if I wasn’t a candidate and he assured me I would have great results (I have it in text). My abdomen was left with indentations and uneven areas. I spent over $1000.00 doing massages to try to improve the appearance but the damage was done. When I contacted the manager Danely Torres, she assured me I was going to get a full refund since I had such horrible results. Months went by and when I called to follow up, I was told she was no longer with the company anxtI was only getting 50% refund.
Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable office and an experienced doctor. The only thing SONOBELLO cares about is the money!”

A little more organized with paper work is needed make sure the monthly payment meets the person budget first we finally worked that out very happy a lot of it due to how wonderfully busy they are just make sure you slow them down to give all your required financial docs too. Beautiful people. I was scared they help relax me. I screamed a lot during surgery don't worry i just a big baby i scream getting blood drawn . Next day with meds i will.be fine. i recommends going. My body language was just nervous and scared. I hated i scream ouch the whole time. I hope my doctor got it all and i hope I didn't run him off sooner. Raquel is beautiful person. I wish we cam have a women's group with Sonobello I know men go to a people group once a month or more. Very therapeutic to have only folks that love yoze guys have our own club. 6:45pm 10/15/20 - UPDATE: My surgery was canceled by management and I was issued a full refund. Just to be clear, I never asked to cancel the surgery as it was something I was looking forward to and was very excited to have Dr. Frederick as my surgeon.

This is a quote from Sono Bellos president "we measure success by the positive responses we’ve received from the thousands of patients we’ve helped around the country."...what about the not so positive responses Mr. President??? Well, let me tell you dear readers how the top brass deals with dissenters...
So, I was sent home without getting the surgery because Mr. President didn't want me to be medicated while upset. I thought that seemed caring enough but was strange since I wasnt raving and had only expressed my discontent via this post. I even told Danely the assistant practice manager and Danielle the area director that I would be changing the review once the surgery was completed (both women were incredibly professional and caring). Unfortunately for me, this review was not viewed by top management as an opportunity to do better or to be better. Top management chose to act in a purely transactional manner, just like the sales staff had treated me. Clearly this transactional chop shop type of mentality stems from the top down. Honestly I dodged a bullet so I truly have to thank them for that. It's no wonder some of the employees are either sharks or apathetic AF. It starts with you Mr. President and the culture you have perpetrated. Dear readers, I can't tell you whether you should or shouldn't get a procedure done here but I do urge you to proceed with caution. Listen to your gut and pay attention to any red flags...they're there to warn you. Thankfully I was given my money back without a hassle and was able to check Sono Bello OFF my list of professionals. Best of luck.

10:45 am 10/15/20 - I'm currently in the waiting area, waiting, to be seen by a nurse to prep me for today's surgery. We're 40 minutes in and nobody has given me an update. Even though the office failed to call me yesterday with a time for my surgery and other strange front desk mishaps, I wasn't truly nervous about my procedure until this morning. It started after waiting outside for over 30 minutes with two other women while the front desk staff failed to unlock the door. We were finally let in when a sales person Raquel called one of the women asking if she was still coming to her appointment. Yeah, we were all outside the door. The worst part is that she proceeded to argue with us about how the front desk didn't receive any calls from us and that perhaps we didn't knock hard enough. She then turns to me and asks for my name and if I had an appointment . Yes, she sold me a $7,000 surgery just 3 days ago...she too was my sales person I felt AWFUL the way she didn't remember me and then didn't even ask how I was feeling. I've never felt so used especially since Raquel was so nice 3 days ago($$$$SURPRISE$$$$). Further, not one of the front office staff, Lauren or Julie have acknowledged me or offered any kind of comforting words while I'm sitting in the waiting room while kind of freaking out about the surgery. They've left me to sit here long enough by myself to write this review. I am so nervous now going into today's procedure. Wish me luck. I'm hoping the back of the house is much better than the front. This is the most disappointing experience so far.”

From the second I walked in for my initial consultation, to the day of my procedure, to my post op, the whole team was attentive, friendly, and took really great care of me. “The staff in their Ft Lauderdale location are awesome but the procedure itself left very disappointing results. My stomach is botched and I've been saying that even when I was swollen and bruised. This is a very expensive procedure to not have the outcome you were promised. In order to correct this I would have to undergo another more invasive surgery which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place and come up with more money. Due to COVID the surgeon that did my procedure is no longer available and they're not sure if she'll be back. I have to look at my botched stomach everyday (and regret I had ever done this) and I still have to pay for something that I am not pleased with since this was financed.”

“Frankly the whole experience was not the greatest. Although the staff is nice, there were several issues that don’t deserve 5 stars. Fail #1: I was supposed to have a jacket for compression for upper torso underarms...didn’t get one until day 11, which caused excessive pain and lymph node swelling, lasting for 8 weeks. This swelling didn’t show up until day post op of no compression to a significant area of treatment.
Fail #2: Excessive pain and abnormality of lymphadenopathy and no reassurance that this was normal/abnormal. Also had an incision that would not close and kept draining for 2 weeks and at 10 day f/u was given skin glue and told to glue it myself since steri-strips we’re not working. I didn’t get to see the doctor until 7 1/2 weeks post-op.
Fail #3: At my one month f/u which was actually at 6 weeks, I did not receive the Scar treatment and firming cream as displayed in their literature that I paid for. I had to ask for it. Very unorganized.”
