“In a accident the day after I went for evaluation for lipo. Just got home l a few days now , My wife called them numerous times 4 or 5 days before the surgery informing them I cant do the surgery. I was told I will be getting a full refund. It's been two weeks now waiting for refund. Will update when i get it. One doctor told me i couldn't do the surgery because if a large scare going across my stomach from gallbladder surgery. I was sent to another of their drs who said its no problem. The first dr said my skin mostly will die because of the scare the other one didn't even mention it. I hope to eventually try again if I don't lose the stomach while recovering.. I really liked the staff.”

“Be very cautious before signing anything here. When I asked if I could go home and talk to my husband before deciding, I was told I needed to sign right then and there to get a discount that if I left, the offer would no longer apply. That kind of pressure is completely inappropriate for a medical decision. What’s worse, no one mentioned that if I canceled  the procedure, I’d be charged the  $2,495 surgical fee. Even though I have not done anything besides the consultation and my doctor signed a medical clearance release. I specifically asked about doing part of it now and returning later, and that fee was never brought up. The paperwork was quickly reviewed, with key parts conveniently skipped over, especially while I was physically distracted as they made you wait and tried to talk about everything else. Christine never went over this either. You don’t even get copies of what you sign until after you’ve paid and are walking out the door, which gives you no real opportunity to fully review what you’re committing to.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Sono Bello. We originally had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM, but they rescheduled us to 12:30 PM on the same day. We arrived early at 11:30 AM and waited patiently until 12:30, only to find out that there were still two clients ahead of us. We were then told to wait in our car for another 40 minutes, so we came back around 1:15 PM. The most frustrating part? After all that waiting, we were told that the consultation lady couldn’t see us at all and that we’d have to reschedule for another day! We drove 2 hours and 30 minutes to get there, only to be turned away. This isn’t even the first time they’ve rescheduled us. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time! Would not recommend based on this experience.”

“I am very disappointed in this office. I am taking weight loss medication and was approved by my family doctor and approved by my cardiologist. Before this I was going through a weight loss program for surgery, to get the bypass surgery where it is a high-risk surgery because of the fact that I did have a heart attack and then open-heart surgery for a 5-bypass surgery. Which was severe but my doctors approved me for the weight loss surgery, but I chose to do the weight loss medication first. Now my heart surgery was in 2016, over 8 1/2 years ago, and this office denied me because of having the heart surgery. I am confused that I can get approved for a high-risk weight loss surgery, that is extremely invasive, but I am denied the sculpture/laser liposuction, which isn't as invasive as the surgery where they go in through the skin, fat, muscle and cut out more than half your stomach. I am not only confused but really disappointed that they didn't even just schedule me and talk to me, and possibly also talk to my cardiologist before denying me. I am hoping that I won't need any kind of laser or open surgery and can lose the weight I want and need to so my heart stays healthy and not have to go through that surgery ever again. Thanks for nothing SONO BELLO.”

“I am all for good reviews but I was disappointed with this location. I had an amazing consultation and felt great and confident afterwards. I was still nervous about getting a cosmetic surgery so I went to the consultation and wanted time to think on this is what I really wanted to do. I also recently had a prior non cosmetic medical procedure done and wanted clarences from my doctor before getting a cosmetic procedure done ( which he cleared me days later). I was emailing and talking to them days after explaining that I wanted to ask more questions and feel 100% sure before I put the deposit down. I guess I did not put the deposit down fast enough for them or they did not like that I didn’t jump on the opportunity the day of consultation. They stop answering my emails, would not pick up any of my phone calls, the call center that I would get rerouted to would leave messages for them to call back and never placed a call back. I have sent multiple emails and called several times. At this point, I feel as though I am being ignored and avoided due to me taking my time in making a life changing procedure. It’s ok to go to a consultation, gett all your questions answered and think about is this really what you want to do. Again, it feels like because I did not jump on the opportunity and put the deposit down, they did not want anything to do with me! Deposit is non refundable so I want to make sure this is what I wanted to do. This is all in a matter of days, within a week. Very unfortunate, consultation was great, but this doesn't make me feel comfortable and wanting to go to this location. I will be looking into this near by locations !”
