“In life, you’ll come across people whom you will never forget. Nurse Karly is one of those people. Words can’t adequately describe how amazing she is and how grateful I am that she was my nurse the day of my procedure.
A beautiful smiling face at 6am on a cold Nov morning, when your nerves are all over the place. That was Karly. (It didn’t hurt that she was in the “Red Friday” spirit, covered in KC Chiefs attire ❤️💛)
Nurse Karly doesn’t make you feel like ‘just another chart’, she’s genuine. She cares. She converses. She had zero judgement as she did her job that day to see me and care for me in my most vulnerable state. I can remember telling my husband in the way to the car how amazing she was. If you are blessed to have Karly as your nurse, don’t take it for granted. She’s amazing and I pray an abundance of Gods favor and blessings over her and her family. 🙏🏽🫶🏽”

“Got the chest EX and I knew I was going to need a revision two days after my surgery. They make you wait 6 months till they will even consider you for a revision. 6 months passed and I got approved for revision. Now since they don't any money on revisions they schedule you out an entire year to make a revision. But wait I could gotten my revision sooner if I pay more, of course! They want me to pay more to fix their mistake.

I couldn't recommend these people less, go somewhere else please. At least get the same surgery priced somewhere else.

Update #1:

I sent them an email and they said they would get back to me in two days. Two weeks later I have no response to a resolution. They don't care, clearly go somewhere else.

Update #2:

Still nothing from the email I sent.”

There were no false promises, no judgement about age , weight etc only positive truthful safe practices. “I'll be honest, when they said they could do skin removal and lipo while I was awake, freaked me out. The thought of that seems crazy! But....it wasn't bad at all, I don't remember most of the day actually. I'm about a week and a half out and I feel pretty good. I'm still sore but that's to be expected. Everyone every step of the way have been amazing. They're all so kind and personable. They are really easy to talk to and ask questions. They removed pounds of skin and liters of fat, wow! The rep confirmed that consultations and procedures are not done on the same day, so why would one be asked to stop a medication to schedule a consult? Sono Bello is willing to risk someone's health that they know nothing about by asking them to stop taking a medication before they even see them? “Day 1, I find out that the abs and flanks are not two areas, but FOUR. They break it up in the upper apps, lower Abs, upper flank, and lower flank (waist and hips). The advertisement for $1349 per area, but that's false advertising as it goes on your BMI-and if you're near 30 you're going to be paying 2300. That's not including additional fees, like the Diamond Recovery kit and is required.
So I go in to meet the doctor and I'm in a bikini thing. He asked for permission to be grabby and I say OK. What I did not expect was for him to yank my underwear down and grab my fupa. He gave it a shake and said this is still going to be fat. Rude and NOT an area he had permission to assess. So I do the procedure anyway, shrugging it off. At my one week visit, the nurse is telling me that they're really good about doing revisions, which is why the charge more than other places. Her comment surprised me because I hadn't been planning on at that point. I thought she must be seeing things that I'm not seeing. As weeks go on, the fat revascularizes and puffs out, although I've lost weight. Again, at my one month she tells me that they are really good about doing revisions. By the way, they also stalk you on social media, like their SB Facebook page and will answer your questions without you asking them...
Well, now that the fluff fairy came, I'm up for revision and I see what the nurse means and how it looked better if we did a touch up. I would have considered adding on the bra roll at that point. So I go to the 6 month appointment and I'm at the proper weight and they tell me that they're not going to do it. They say that I'm good enough, and everything is over unless I wanted more procedures. So, I felt kind of manipulated, that they had just suckered me in with a revision to all those appointments so that they could get their pictures to put in their binders to convince more people to spend money. Mind you, I got a cheaper quote for a tummy tuck with lipo. I think people should consider getting on wegovy or doing that actual TT so they don't have loose skin. Overall, I'm irritated with how I feel manipulated and wish I'd gone with the TT or pills instead.”

“Horrible place. My surgery was supposed to be 3 hours it took 8 and I could feel everything. I was crying for them to stop but they wouldn’t said just go back to sleep. My results are hideous and on top of all that I kept getting infections from the surgical site. The Dr I had Dr. Richardson left or got fired like within a month of my surgery. The rest of these recent reviews I hope are true and just aren’t people paid to write them because if you Google Sono Bello and read reviews across the whole US you will see many reviews just like mine with horrific experiences.”

“Never allow your loved ones to seek any kind of surgery treatment here. My mom had a surgery there this morning. She has a huge incision that looks like she should have stayed overnight in a hospital for observation. While I was helping my mom change here dressings she almost passes out and I had to call EMS to make sure she was ok. They were surprised that she was sent home with the condition she was in. My mom also called the office to talk to her doctor and they said they would have the doctor call her back and we have still not heard from him. First and last experience I will ever have here.”

Today I had my second series for the bra rolls. It is not a weight loss solution as we know; however with proper diet and exercise it only enhances the situation. The amount of fat taken is so much as to complement the natural figure of the person and the remainder fat enough to be the natural barrier of our organs and muscles (you have to have a certain amount of fat in the body for that reason and others). The doctor and nurse are definitely blessed with their skills and are naturally calming during the whole process.”

You do it all right keep the weight off and you go in and they say you way more and act like you can’t read the scale. Nathan (RN) and Dr. Saxon had a great rapport during the procedure. As an RN myself, it was nice to note a mutual respect that is sometimes (stereotypically) lacking between doctors and nurses. A new nurse in orientation also shadowed the process and assisted me afterwards with getting dressed, the restroom, etc, and was just lovely. The way Nathan educated and explained things to her was kind and patient, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing and has a passion for it. Dr. Saxon had a great sense of humor, and was also very nice and encouraging. He was realistic with me about expectations, and during the procedure he communicated with me the whole time, whether I was fully aware/conscious, etc. He checked on me frequently during, and would explained things as he went. I felt like his attention to detail was strong, as I realized he was frequently inspecting his own work, and occasionally going back to fine-tune, like an artist would. The waiting and recovery areas, as well as the OR, were clean and modern with up to date equipment and I noted a communication board where they kept track of everything as they went. The first RN I met who prepped me for everything, was also WONDERFUL. I can’t recall her name which makes me feel terrible, but she set me at ease and is a pro at placing IVs. There was constant communication about vital signs and other things. As a healthcare provider, I feel they exceeded my expectations”

“Had a consult today. Every one was nice and informative. The only issue I had was I was told the laser lipo can be a painful procedure depending on how well your body tolerates the pain medication and lidocaine. They said for some people it’s painful and I asked if I had it done and it hurt would I be given any other medication during the procedure and was told no. They only Medicate you before it starts. So if you end up being in pain during the procedure your just out of luck.

I think if an establishment is going to charge more than a tummy tuck they should at least accommodate to the individual patients needs better. We’re not all built the same. I’m not paying $9k plus for a “ you might be in pain you might not be” not worth the money to me IMO.

Giving 3 stars because the girl at the front desk was super nice.”

I have struggled with my PCOS symptoms for many years and despite my diligence in the gym and mindful eating the hormonal weight has been so stubborn and
Near to impossible to rectify so this my decision to have it removed via Smart Lipo.

I consider myself a pretty tough cookie who has had one other elective surgery for my breast but the symptoms from this procedure are far more severe then that of 2 breast augmentations..in my opinion.

Although I believe I was pretty well informed I will say the nerve pain is a bit challenging to cope with but my results so far have been worth it!! I already see my abdominals..I almost already see a six pack and most of the bruising is no longer visible , incision locations are healing nicely and fading and the inflammation though subsided 70% (if I was to guess) and taking shape and I’m only 2.5 weeks post-op!! I am inspired and feeling much more confident already and am amazed how I have turned the corner in my recovery!

The only suggestion I have is that Sono Bello would be more assertive in guiding their clients with post-op guidelines on detailed steps to maximize what to and NOT to do to maximize ones results. I have been watching many YouTube videos, listening and watching closely to my body’s response and being diligent in wearing my compression garment(s).

I am so anxious to get back into the gym and week 2 did some lite walking on a treadmill at the gym and extra careful stretching .. nothing at all strenuous. . Listening to my body.. everyone is different and though I have gained great tips from you tubers it’s best to listen to your doctor and their recommendations ALWAYS!!

Thank you to Sono Bello for your compassion and professionalism and to my husband for gifting me with this life changing procedure!

If I can’t be a mother I want to rock the hottest body I can and feel confident in all I do!

Dr Saxson did a amazing job I know I’m still healing but I like the results I see so far can’t wait until the the final results at 6 months . I definitely plan on going back and getting back and bra rolls area done . The LPNs and RN Michelle are very helpful and nice answered all my questions that I had . If you are thinking about going to Sono Bello do it you will love it !!!!! Loving the skin that I’m in thank you Sono Bello team .”

“Tried to make an appointment and was degraded. They basically told me I was overweight when I just wanted my chin done. I was 110lbs once and my chin still didn’t lose that fat so that was my issue. Told them I was too small to do anymore procedures that they wanted to do and they told me my “BMI” was high enough to get work done...I’m 5’8 & 150lbs, talk about making people feel bad about themselves??? Also read real reviews. They all say they pressure you to pay thousands and results are awful.”

The nurses especially Melissa who I met with on a few occasions to the nurse by my side during the procedure were exceptional and professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. “I waited to write my review now that the process is done I can give my honest opinion. I’m half way satisfied with my results. The one area that I really cared about still looks the same. Originally I was supposed to do my bra roll, flanks and upper abs. With advice from the surgery we switch the flanks for lower abs. (Now my stomach wasn’t an issue for me because I didn’t care about it.) Well when I said I don’t like my result he suggested that we should have done my flanks or the upper back and or the front bra roll. Now that I have thought about the right suggestion should have been just to do my whole back and left my stomach for another time. I have paid all this money for nothing. Would I recommend right now NO I wouldn’t. I strongly feel that something should have been done to correct the situation. I’m still stuck with an area that looks like nothing has been done.”
