“I was there 2 days ago for my procedure and all the staff who assisted Dr.Wilder along with Dr. Wilder took real good care of me and helped me relax as I was very nervous when I arrived. I was not nervous because of Dr. Wilder And the fantastic staff, I knew I was in the the best possible care for what I was about to undergo. I was nervous for the first few days following as I knew it was going to be sore and swollen of course and I was not looking forward to that part. Like I said today is day two after my procedure and with the help of Tylenol and the homeopathic medicine provided by Sonobello, the discomfort is better than I thought it was going to be. It pays to be brave! So far so good, this is just the beginning of the journey, I’m looking forward to the next part. It should be great thanks to Dr. Wilder and his amazing staff.”

“The process was excellent. Communication was perfect and I never felt abandoned. I knew exactly what to expect. I will say the advertisement states up to 25 lb weight loss potential and when you sign consents, they make is very clear you will not lose weight from this. May have been misleading but it got me in the door. I am one week out from liposuction and feel pretty good, but still sore, but went back to work 3 days later. The procedure room was clean and the pad underneath me was warm!! I am anxious awaiting the results as some swelling has occurred.”

“Never allow your loved ones to seek any kind of surgery treatment here. My mom had a surgery there this morning. She has a huge incision that looks like she should have stayed overnight in a hospital for observation. While I was helping my mom change here dressings she almost passes out and I had to call EMS to make sure she was ok. They were surprised that she was sent home with the condition she was in. My mom also called the office to talk to her doctor and they said they would have the doctor call her back and we have still not heard from him. First and last experience I will ever have here.”

I had nurse Kerri today and she seems to be enthralled with her profession and not just there for a job of “for the money”; as well as Dr. Saxon. Dr. Saxon did a superb job with my stitches so the the scar is already barely visible and it has only been five weeks exactly from this day since my first surgery for the skin removal and liposuction-once I start using the silicone tape that will only enhance the visibility of the incision line as parts of the line is already not so visible at all and the parts that are, are faintly there…I appreciate that. Today I had my second series for the bra rolls. It is not a weight loss solution as we know; however with proper diet and exercise it only enhances the situation. The amount of fat taken is so much as to complement the natural figure of the person and the remainder fat enough to be the natural barrier of our organs and muscles (you have to have a certain amount of fat in the body for that reason and others). The doctor and nurse are definitely blessed with their skills and are naturally calming during the whole process.”

“Waste of money and time. Know that they will say over and over that they promise there work and if you aren’t happy they’ll fix it. Is a complete joke. You do it all right keep the weight off and you go in and they say you way more and act like you can’t read the scale. I was left with a scar higher on one side that i can’t even wear Bikini bottoms because my scar shows and i got told today my hips are uneven and my scar is even when it’s clearly not but cool and i got told a weight and than when the nurse came back said i weighed 5lbs more and that the doctor refused to see me and he’d see me if i lost 7lbs but til than they can’t help me.”

“Staff was very professional, kind, funny, and approachable and authentic. They explained everything before, during and after, and were encouraging and comforting. Nathan (RN) and Dr. Saxon had a great rapport during the procedure. As an RN myself, it was nice to note a mutual respect that is sometimes (stereotypically) lacking between doctors and nurses. A new nurse in orientation also shadowed the process and assisted me afterwards with getting dressed, the restroom, etc, and was just lovely. The way Nathan educated and explained things to her was kind and patient, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing and has a passion for it. Dr. Saxon had a great sense of humor, and was also very nice and encouraging. He was realistic with me about expectations, and during the procedure he communicated with me the whole time, whether I was fully aware/conscious, etc. He checked on me frequently during, and would explained things as he went. I felt like his attention to detail was strong, as I realized he was frequently inspecting his own work, and occasionally going back to fine-tune, like an artist would. The waiting and recovery areas, as well as the OR, were clean and modern with up to date equipment and I noted a communication board where they kept track of everything as they went. The first RN I met who prepped me for everything, was also WONDERFUL. I can’t recall her name which makes me feel terrible, but she set me at ease and is a pro at placing IVs. There was constant communication about vital signs and other things. As a healthcare provider, I feel they exceeded my expectations”

I absolutely love, Love, LOVE Dr King and Kerri LPN who were absolutely 💯 amazing, not once but twice for both of my procedures. Dr King has a wonderful "bedside manner" which is actually a nice comfortable "tattoo" chair. Kerri, LPN, made me feel so unbelievably comfortable and at ease! “Had a consult today. Every one was nice and informative. The only issue I had was I was told the laser lipo can be a painful procedure depending on how well your body tolerates the pain medication and lidocaine. They said for some people it’s painful and I asked if I had it done and it hurt would I be given any other medication during the procedure and was told no. They only Medicate you before it starts. So if you end up being in pain during the procedure your just out of luck.

I think if an establishment is going to charge more than a tummy tuck they should at least accommodate to the individual patients needs better. We’re not all built the same. I’m not paying $9k plus for a “ you might be in pain you might not be” not worth the money to me IMO.

Giving 3 stars because the girl at the front desk was super nice.”

I have struggled with my PCOS symptoms for many years and despite my diligence in the gym and mindful eating the hormonal weight has been so stubborn and
Near to impossible to rectify so this my decision to have it removed via Smart Lipo.

I consider myself a pretty tough cookie who has had one other elective surgery for my breast but the symptoms from this procedure are far more severe then that of 2 breast augmentations..in my opinion.

Although I believe I was pretty well informed I will say the nerve pain is a bit challenging to cope with but my results so far have been worth it!! I already see my abdominals..I almost already see a six pack and most of the bruising is no longer visible , incision locations are healing nicely and fading and the inflammation though subsided 70% (if I was to guess) and taking shape and I’m only 2.5 weeks post-op!! I am inspired and feeling much more confident already and am amazed how I have turned the corner in my recovery!

The only suggestion I have is that Sono Bello would be more assertive in guiding their clients with post-op guidelines on detailed steps to maximize what to and NOT to do to maximize ones results. I have been watching many YouTube videos, listening and watching closely to my body’s response and being diligent in wearing my compression garment(s).

I am so anxious to get back into the gym and week 2 did some lite walking on a treadmill at the gym and extra careful stretching .. nothing at all strenuous. . Listening to my body.. everyone is different and though I have gained great tips from you tubers it’s best to listen to your doctor and their recommendations ALWAYS!!

Thank you to Sono Bello for your compassion and professionalism and to my husband for gifting me with this life changing procedure!

If I can’t be a mother I want to rock the hottest body I can and feel confident in all I do!

“Tried to make an appointment and was degraded. They basically told me I was overweight when I just wanted my chin done. I was 110lbs once and my chin still didn’t lose that fat so that was my issue. Told them I was too small to do anymore procedures that they wanted to do and they told me my “BMI” was high enough to get work done...I’m 5’8 & 150lbs, talk about making people feel bad about themselves??? Also read real reviews. They all say they pressure you to pay thousands and results are awful.”

The nurses especially Melissa who I met with on a few occasions to the nurse by my side during the procedure were exceptional and professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. “I waited to write my review now that the process is done I can give my honest opinion. I’m half way satisfied with my results. The one area that I really cared about still looks the same. Originally I was supposed to do my bra roll, flanks and upper abs. With advice from the surgery we switch the flanks for lower abs. (Now my stomach wasn’t an issue for me because I didn’t care about it.) Well when I said I don’t like my result he suggested that we should have done my flanks or the upper back and or the front bra roll. Now that I have thought about the right suggestion should have been just to do my whole back and left my stomach for another time. I have paid all this money for nothing. Would I recommend right now NO I wouldn’t. I strongly feel that something should have been done to correct the situation. I’m still stuck with an area that looks like nothing has been done.”

“When I walked in that morning I was a bit scared for the decision that I had mad. To my surprise the staff from the Reception and all the way back to the surgery room were soo friendly. That I even forgot about the way I felt all morning and my anxiety level was less.

My surgeon Doctor Saxon and his assistant Kerry were amazing. They communicated every procedure to me and how it was going to feel. So by the time they started the lipo I knew already what they had talked about. But what I really loved was the way Doctor Saxon and Kerry communicated with each other. It made it so easy for me and I straight away knew they were a great team and was very relaxed during the whole procedure.

After the whole procedure I met with RN Michelle... all I remember was those beautiful kind eyes and she spoke with so much kindness about my after care procedure. She made a follow up on how I was feeling and still went in to explain every question I asked.

Yeaaaah I’m going for my 2nd one and I couldn’t ask for a better Place than the Sonobella in Olathe Missouri.”

My consultant did a great job showing me parts of body that I was selecting, breaking down prices, getting me set up with care credit, and telling me what to expect out of surgery. Nurses were very friendly, kept it light and fun to help ease my nerves, were right there helping if I needed anything, and helped me through surgery. Doctor did a great job going over parts of body we were going to do and kept asking during surgery if I was doing okay. Whole experience at Sono Bello was a positive one. There is not one negative I can say about it. All the staff there are phenomenal!!”

“Let me start by saying I was in a accident and received a settlement so I could afford this procedure. I am scared of needles and told the staff that. I was under the assumption I could be asleep. Dr Saxton told me I would not be asleep at my consultation. He was rude then after I had already paid in full. He wanted to cancel then!! I came to the operation and the nurse couldn’t get my I’ve in and dug in my skin. After two tries I asked for another person to try. When the new nurse was about to try the doctor came in, Dr Saxton, and told her if she couldn’t get it, they would give me my money back. The nurses were confused, and asked so do you want us to try? The doctor said no looked at me and said we will just give you your money back. I started to cry the nurses were sympathetic. I stopped the doctor when I came out and said why wouldn’t you let someone let’s try to do my IV? He looked at me and said you gave us all the information we needed, ( I made the mistake of telling the nurse who couldn’t get my IV in that I had been to prison. When the new nurse came to try my IV the one who could not get it in had to go to the OR with the doctor and told him what was happening and said) So, then he said, if you can’t handle the IV you definitely can’t handle what I’m going to do to you. So, I’m on my way home. No money, 14,000 no reason to have been treated like this talked to like this. I chose this instead of a car because I have lived with cesarean fat for 20 years and THIS is how I was treated. Like nothing but a number. I am outraged and couldn’t even be told when or how I would get MY money back!! People should not have to dig around on you to get a IV in and if your stuck multiple times why not make me more comfortable with Lidacain? I just hate needles. Shouldn’t it be about my comfort? Why talk to me like that? Dr Saxton was awful full of judgement and discontent like I should attempt to comfort him. I’m disgusted, and unhappy beyond compare. I am a welder I took time off and am now broke thank you for more I didn’t need.”

“I am 2 weeks post procedure so will update more down the road. The first week you are very sore and very swollen but very manageable. I did go back to work 2 days after my procedure but I would suggest waiting till day 4 or 5 before going back. Week 2 is much better but still swelled. The front desk staff Marry is great at answering questions, keeping paperwork organized and me on track with appointments, the consultants Erika and Colleen is very helpful in getting my paperwork started and telling me what to expect. I have one side with an actual indented area in my waist and the other side with a fat pocket still visible to the naked eye and this is after a 2nd revision surgery after 1st surgery with same concern as above. Spent over 10,000 dollars and 5 days of missed work due to 1st surgery and 2nd revision surgery. Spoke with manager regarding dissatisfaction and was told need to wait till 6 mo f/u of second surgery. Hopefully they will make this right. We shall see. Very disappointed in quality of results”

A couple of weeks after the surgery I called them a couple of different times with questions, left messages , no one called me back. 4 1/2 months later I still have not had my three month check up. The last appointment I had with them two weeks ago for a check up was canceled my understanding is they were going to be busy seeing patients. What am I chopped liver? For the money I am paying for this I should’ve been seen already. I see no point in going for a six month check up now. I went to the Overland Park facility off 435 and Nall. Therefore I would not recommend this place”

“I went, 2yrs ago around April/May 2017, while my immediate results were better than what I had long term..... Lets say its not what Sono bello is cracked up to be. IM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED with my results, I waited the entire full year or so that they said you needed to see the final results. If this is it, then that was the worse $5000 I spent in my life. I know its not traditional Lipo or tummy tucking, I understood that the skin would not be tightened by much, but What I DID EXPECT WAS TO BE FLATTER UPPER AND BOTTOM AND MY LOVE HANDLES TO BE MORE SCULPTED. You know like they proclaim in the commercials. My bottom tummy, is flatter but lumpy and uneven, my upper stomach protrudes more. The love handles are still there, they were supposed to have been sculpted more, and they are not. And Im pretty active, I exercise at least 3-4 days a week and eat pretty healthy for the most part. and my line of work in service industry so Im constantly moving never sitting and walk over 20k steps per day. “I have struggled with my weight and body image most of my life. After losing my husband, my best friend, to complications from type 1 diabetes, I decided a change was necessary. I had gone to and tried every diet and I ate healthy and worked out... I finally was able to work down to a reasonable and realistic size, however my skin and a few layers of fat continued to hold back any of the visual progress I was making. “I recently had a procedure completed at Sono Bello. My procedure only took about 20 minutes but my Doctor and Nurse staff made sure I was informed on everything that was to take place. I have never been to a place where everyone was genuinly nice, happy to see me and concerned about my comfort level. The pre op and post op instructions were spot on. In addition, I received the right medication doses to get me through the next few days. They definitely have it down to an art. “This wasn’t at all what I had expected. I was expecting the worst. I didn’t think the procedure or the weekend after the procedure to be terrible at all- uncomfortable but not extremely terrible. I’m kind of a baby when it comes to pain and needles and I have to say it wasn’t so bad. I have been through worse in my life. The binder was a bit uncomfortable, the compression garment is better. It’s not the prettiest but if the means gets me the results than I’m ok with it. I didn’t feel the need to take any pain killers after the procedure or last week- so I think that was good. I only planned on taking some if I really needed it. I went to my daughter’s volleyball game on Saturday & Sunday I walked our block on Sunday. I went back to work on Monday and I even walked the hospital that day. I didn’t miss any work at all. I’m pleasantly surprised by what I consider little bruising. I can feel some swelling still. Today, I feel a HUGE difference in the swelling- good difference. I’m liking what I see in the mirror so far. I’m following all the rules to a “T”. I can’t say enough good things about your office and staff. Everyone is wonderful. The girls in the front, Jessica, Kelly, Catherine, Bethany, Jerry and Dr. King (of course)! I have worked with many doctors & I think very highly of Dr. King. I would totally recommend her! I’m sure you all thought I was a pain for wanting to meet her first but that really “clinched” my decision to move forward. Dr. King really made the difference in my overall decision to move forward. I’ve been very pleased with the experience. I can’t wait until I’m all healed up! I’m still (kind of) in disbelief that I even went through with it! Some people are/would probably think that I was silly for even doing it. It wasn’t about them. It was all about me. I did it for me and no one else.”

“Open letter to Dr Bethany King, Jere, and Kelly. Medical errors happen. The way they are handled makes the difference between a doctor you can trust and the appearance of not caring. Prior to being notified of the mistake most of our conversations happened after hours when you were done seeing patients. My initial impression of Dr King was she knowledgeable and honest. She set clear expectations of what to expect. She was not warm and fuzzy but that was fine. She was honest. That all changed when I was notified by st Luke’s radiology department that it looked like there was an unintentional mistake during my procedure. It appeared my complications were secondary to a mistake that Dr King that was most likely responsible for. Two days after being dismissed from the hospital I received a phone call from a radiologist informing me about a possible medical mistake I needed to be aware of. I had to reach out to Dr King for an explanation. She blessed me with a 90 second conversation and never discussed the foreign body before hanging up on me. That was the last conversation she had with me. I did receive some text. One implying it was my fault that there was confusion in the treatment plan because I left the hospital sooner than they thought. Umm I left when I received my discharge papers. Ironically we followed the same plan I was discharged with. The only change was Dr King elected not to participate in my care and I was left looking for a new surgeon to remove the drain and foreign body. In another text she asked why I seemed hostile toward her. I am sorry if I don’t know the proper protocol after being assaulted by a doctor you trusted and then completely shut out when you needed them the most. I guess I should have been grateful for all the extra procedures and scars. Not to mention there is no way I will be able to complete my transformation after being diagnosed with MRSA. The results are horrendous so far and now I have a huge scar on my arm . Instead of offering any type of apology and helping me thru the complications from her mistake I was forced to have all communication go thru the corporate office. It appeared to me that they were trying to intimidate me with their high price attorneys. Problem is I do not intimidate easily. Only recently have they admitted that it looks like there was a mistake. Again mistakes happen but they way Dr King handles the situation was the worst. At no time did I threaten Dr King or her staff except to notify them of potential litigation since she was not following up and she dismissed me from her practice when I sent a message asking about a garment issue that she failed to follow up on. Instead they made me out to be the unstable one. I guess it is easier to blame the victim instead of taking responsibility. She always managed to shift any texts toward removing the drain and never addressing the unknown foreign body. Amazingly 24 hours after having the foreign body removed the pain I have experienced since surgery decreased drastically. Since I no longer have a doctor monitoring my post op procedures I have no limitations.”

“My experience with Sonobello and Dr King has been horrendous. I called the day after my procedure with concerns and was completely dismissed. After several visits and complications I thought she was there to help me thru this. Boy was I wrong! After she didn’t have time to provide follow up care I ended up in the Er with a MRSA infection. I had multiple procedures including a drain placement and picc line. The evening I was discharged from the hospital she confirmed I was suppose to follow up with her. The following day she informed me she didn’t have time to talk she was with other patients and she left on vacation saying I see the other dr in the clinic. When I attempted to contact the office about a garment issue that was suppose to have been addressed the day before I was told I was no longer under her care. Thanks for leaving me with friction burns, mrsa, Iv antibiotics, and a picc line. Dr King did not have time to speak with me during business hours and stated she could not be bothered during family time. This procedure caused more pain than I could imagine.

Hi Laura I have voiced my opinion. Dr King will not speak with me . The day after I was released from the hospital I received a message from sonobello stating they are long participating in my care. They would see me for a 3 month recheck despite the facts I still had open wounds, drains, and a picc line. Dr Garrison wants all communication thru him. To me this looks like we are more concerned with damage control than open communication. Any questions I have about my treatment has to go thru corporate. Oh and now with open wounds, infection, and a foreign body I am being dismissed from your practice.

Update I was directly told by Dr Marcus that Dr King was directing my care. Drain can be removed as soon as she removed the foreign body. Problem is she has not spoken to me about it. Now I get to keep the drain until we find a surgeon. Dr King h
