Showed up at 9:11am left unseen un assisted at 10:10am because I had leave in time to honor another appointment. they never assisted me.

“There are absolutely no words really on the lack of care this place has. I recently did lipo. The procedure was fine however I developed a bad rash after wearing the garment for a week. I didn’t notice really until the day after I received the stage 2 garment. I called to the office to report the rash asking if there was possibly another garment I could wear because the ones provided didn’t agree with my skin. I was told someone would call me back. Nobody ever called after 2 days I called back and got a nurse. She asked for pics and referred to my concern as a “complaint”. Uhm I have a serious rash, that’s not a complaint but a serious concern. She told me to send pics, I did. I got a text back, not a phone call, saying put on a T-shirt under my garment and she’d let a dr review it. That’s was 2 days ago now, still didn’t hear back. I have an appointment scheduled with my dr but won’t put the garment on for fear it will get worse, so that was money wasted. Someone said in another comment they get your money then don’t care anything about you after that. That I was a true statement. I am sad because all I wanted to know was there another garment I could use instead and got completely blown off. I wouldn’t recommend the King of Prussia Sono Bella to ANYONE! They do not care it’s all about the money not the after care. I will put in the work to make myself better because I certainly won’t be returning for any follow ups at that place, I’ll take the loss to not be mistreated again as my health is my priority as it’s certainly it’s not theirs.”

“My journey actually began back in 2019 with my first consultation in the Cherry Hill Sono Bello office. I had scheduled my consultation and procedure appointments and due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to cancel everything and knew I wasn’t going to be able to take on my process. I mention this because I felt it was important to share how professional and understanding Sono Bello's establishment was when I was given an option to reschedule or to be reimbursed my deposit. That alone spoke volumes to me in giving them a 5-STAR rating.
They are not about taking advantage of a potential client, but instead being understanding and compassionate. For this, I have to thank you all because 3 years later, I once again came back ( 3 years older) and so so nervous to go through this procedure which should have taken place 3 years earlier.

Well…I did it and it would be remised of me not to share my fantastic journey with all who may have reservations about moving on in your life to a newer and better self!

Staring in Cheery Hill with my consolation with Miss Maya, who was very informative, knowledgeable, and understanding worked with me and made it easy to afford the options provided, ( this was very important!! ) I was also provided with information/credentials of Elie Goldenberg, MD who was performing the procedure, (important as well) putting me more at ease on my decision.

In the King of Prussia, where all took place, I was just as impressed with all as I was in the Cherry Hill office. The cleanliness and ambiance were amazing and welcoming and all the staff involved from the front desk to all medical staff, truly are amazing!

My procedure took place on July 11th, 2022 and my recovery progress is coming along faster than I personally was expecting. I say this, not knowing what to expect outside of what I read in all the resources provided to me and how my body would react. However, I must say this…I personally read all literature provided and purchased all mentioned and followed instructions to the “T”. I’ve reviewed the recovery videos pre-procedure and performed the process consistently pre-op, and I feel fabulous. I’m still in recovery mode and I have had my first Venus message by Susan who educated me through the whole treatment on what my body will be experiencing she was spot on and I greatly appreciate the open communication provided!

As I continue through my recovery journey, I just want to say thank you to Dr. Goldenberg, all the nurses who were there for me and going forward, ( Adrienne, Melissa, Alaina, Allyson, and Erika), and to Judy and her amazing smiling team at the front desk! “I went in about 5 years ago and was so embarrassed by my situation I never talk to anyone about it till now. I recently went to another plastic surgeon to have the work Sona Bello did fixed and it will cost $27,000.

I went in to get a face lift and the consultant was amazing. She made me feel like I could have a refreshed look without looking over done. I went in to have the procedure. I was awake the whole time and it turned into a nightmare! When I was done I looked like I was hit by a Mac truck. I was told this was to be expected.

I ended up with massive scars, pixie ears (my earlobes are gone) and a cobra neck (my neck is split and looks like a cobra) I try to cover it up but it is obvious and people can see the horrible plastic surgery that was done.”

“I recently had the EX procedure by Dr Brown stein. I am very pleased with the procedure. Dr Brownstein is very professional and has bedside manners! He treats you like a patient, not a number. I saw immediate results with the removal of my lower belly flab and the flatness of my belly.
The first month of recovery was extremely difficult, but after you get thru the first month, it's amazing.
The scar tissue therapy is helping the scar tissue recovery.
I will have my three month follow up in 2 weeks and my stomach scar tissue recovery is 60% better. My stomach is softer and I can final sleep on my belly again.
The scar is a line and healing beautifully!! The bruising is gone.
I look forward to the continued healing and progress by my 6 month follow up.

After consulting with Dr. Brownstein about what areas were of the biggest concern to me I chose to have my back bra rolls, hips and love handles done. Being that I had never taken any type of narcotic pain medication before in my life I was worried about side effects such as nausea. The doctor worked with me and prescribed certain meds that were less likely to cause nausea which worked out perfectly. Recovery was very smooth and easy for me. I am a bartender and was concerned with how much time off I would require but I was back to work by day 5. I never required any pain meds besides Tylenol after the lipo. My results were amazing right away and I know I will have even more improved results in the coming weeks! I highly recommend Sonobello to anyone considering laser liposuction. You will not be disappointed!”

“I have had a great experience so far with Sonobello in KOP. I started looking in October but the only office open during covid was in nyc. With my work schedule and limitations with covid, I was thinking that I would not be able to get my procedure done. The team there let me know as soon as the office opened in December and worked with me on my budget. Each time I go in it has been clean and I was the only patient, so I feel very safe going in during covid times. Each person I speak with is pleasant and informative- I had lots of questions, and they all answered them to their best ability or referred me to a new person to get the correct answer. Dr Brownstein was very open and honest about my procedure and recommendations to get the best results. We adjusted the locations to be done so I am very happy with the results. 1. There was a problem with your phone systems. Frequently when I'd call, the line would go dead, accompanied with an unending stream of white noise. I kept bringing it to the attention of the receptionist.
2. I arrived 15 minutes early for my first follow-up appointment, and then waited a 45 minutes before the nurse arrived to see me. For such a simple and brief interaction with a nurse (photos, new gown, answer a few questions), I'm disappointed to have waited so long; I didn't even see the doctor. The nurse explained that an important member of management was holding a meeting. I have a hard time with your decision to make me wait 45 minutes to an hour rather than having the nurse miss 5 minutes of the meeting to get me in and out. The receptionist gave me a free treatment of some kind, which made it easier to bare. But just waiting naked in my gown, alone in a small, cold room for 20 minutes shouldn't have even happened.”

“Hello, thank you for asking about my experience with sono bello overland park office. I would like to first commend Jessica. She was the first person that I met with. She was so kind, knowledgeable and found ways to explain to me and my mother (sometimes difficult but my support system) all of our concerns. The front desk staff was kind and relaxed which also was awesome. The surgery was scheduled on a Saturday which was awesome for me since I come from 3 hours away. Pre o.o day went smooth, the nurse that helped is no longer with you but she was kind and informative also. The day of surgery was so easy for both myself and my mom. The fact that I was not put under and was awake was one thing that I thought was going to be the scariest however Dr O. Was phenomenal in easing those fears. She just seemed to know that I use humor to deflect my nervousness and she made me laugh and eased that in the most natural way. The Dr. Called while we were still on way home to check on us, answered questions we had then and reassured us to call any time we had questions. My pain was minimal considering I had been warned by friends that have had skin removal or tummy tucks that pain is horrific, I was so surprised. I will say that the majority was I was just tired and that was about it. I now have had 2 follow ups with Jerry, she is great the first one she was just unsure of a spot on my ex site so she had a doctor come and check it out. The second visit went smooth and Jerry reassured me that I am not fully healed but that it is looking great. I do look forward to the final results but that comes with time. The actual sono bello staff at Overland Park is the most welcoming and kind staff I have ever met. Thank you so much for my life changing experience.”

“After a rough start with a snow storm and power outage, this team at Sono Bello took amazing care of me rescheduling my Saturday surgery ASAP and a making special time for me. Taisha spent a lot of time by phone keeping me posted and listening to my sad voice on the other end of the phone when we had to reschedule for circumstances beyond their control! Dr. Brownstein And his team came in on the following Monday for me, a day they usually do not perform surgery. Dr Brownstein and Adrienna quickly put to rest my fears about the procedure and the medication I needed to take to relax. I cancelled my other appointments with other places. I was even considering bypass surgery. Everyone was nice and I was treated very well. “This procedure has totally disgusted me. If this review allowed me to give a total of NO stars I absolutely with have chose that option. My mother got this procedure done a couple of months ago: she wanted her hips to be a little narrower and she wanted some fat removed from her stomach..... and her turn out is absolutely horrendous. Her body is left lumpy with more fat on one side than the other. Yes I’m speaking for my mother because I see how upset she is with the outcome and I really want whoever chooses to get this procedure to really do the research before because we did not!!! The healing process is not what it was expected to be. It was long and painful. The only way my mother feels comfortable in her body is when she wears the body suit that “holds everything in place”. The results may be different for some, however If you chose to do something like this the results should be a guarantee and not based off what you hope the turn out will be. This is coming from a 17 year old senior high school student. Do your research ladies and gentlemen. Spend money smart.!!!!! Reading is fundamental!”

“After years of exercising and running multiple 5ks with no resolution to my “muffin top”, I decided to go to Sonobella for a consultation. I was informed that my procedure would be an easy one because I did not have a lot of fat, just fat that was exercise resistant and that Tri Sculp would be perfect for me. I opted for having both the upper and lower abdominal areas. I was disappointed to find out that the hip areas were not included in the price, but I opted to have them done as well anyway. I’m glad I did.
Two weeks later I was headed for my appointment. I had so many emotions running through me. I was afraid of being in pain. I was anxious, nervous, and I was afraid I may be disappointed with the results.
From the time I got there to the time I left, the doctor, nurses, and staff made me feel very comfortable. The entire procedure was explained to me as we went. The doctor drew on my skin the areas where he would be removing the fat and explained that this would be done through six small incisions. The area was numbed with a local anesthetic and once numb I never felt any pain, only pressure. The entire procedure took approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours.
Post operatively, it was a breeze. The nurse explained everything I needed to do at home to my wife and me and we were on our way home half an hour later. At home I relaxed in bed and I only needed my pain medication the first day. After that, I was able to switch to Tylenol only using my pain medication to sleep at night. There was some initial bruising, but I was told that this was to be expected. My procedure was done on a Friday morning and I was back at work on Monday.
I cannot emphasize enough how great the doctor, nurses, and the entire staff were! They were attentive, patient and explained everything in detail easing any fears that I had. I returned after a week for my garment change and I am so pleased with my results so far. I’m very excited to see my final results. I highly recommend Sonnobella!”

“I went in a couple weeks ago for liposuction of my upper and lower abs, hips, and waist. Everyone was very professional. They made me feel very comfortable and the doctor was very honest with me about my expectations. I’m pretty petite but I have this problem area. I tried diet and exercise but that alone did not help. As soon as I walked into the door they took me back and we started. I was pretty sore for the first few days after but nothing too bad. On day 10 I was completely free of any discomfort at all! I was able to get up and move around the same day, just a little slower than usual. I would have given a 5 star rating but i did have a little confusion with the sales rep about pricing. “DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I had laserlipo done and I could not be more sorry. I expressed my concerns about "droopy skin" after the procedure. I was assured that the "laser" would keep that from happening. Not even close. My skin is now almost like dough and leaves imprints from all of my clothes. Heartbroken. I truly hope my review saves someone else from wasting their money on empty promises.
Update: I heard from the Practice Manager almost immediately after posting review. Went back to office, was offered an additional procedure to address my concerns. Was told that procedure was at a significant discount, but was still a few thousand MORE dollars. On the fence as to whether or not I will pursue. I do intend to seek a 2nd opinion.”

I questioned how a decision could be made without seeing me and she stated i would have up lose more weight. “I was set up with an initial consultation with Dr. Gary Brownstein and nurse Bobbie Martino at the King of Prussia office. I was so nervous you'd think I was going in for a job interview. Nurse Bobbie gave me a pair of little surgical underwear and bra to change into and a robe - now I'm more nervous and feeling very vulnerable. Throughout the entire experience the staff took every opportunity to ensure my comfort in an uncomfortable situation.
As I'm standing there in my surgical bra and underwear, everything hanging out, Dr. Brownstein was checking everything out & I'm doing everything not to catch a reflection of myself in the mirror behind him. He then asked what my expectations/hopes we're for the procedure & out of no where I said "I just want to be skinny" and started sobbing. In that moment every negative thought I've ever had about my body image or others' comments came flooding in. I didn't mean to say it nor did I expect to start sobbing.
Dr. Brownstein & Nurse Bobbi immediately stopped what they were doing sat me down and talked with me about my body image, what was motivating me to seek a surgical option, alternatives and realistic expectations. They spent the next hour+ showing genuine compassion & care about my experience, what was happening for me emotionally in that moment and ensuring I was making the right decision, for the right reasons for me. They created a safe space where it was okay to be vulnerable & honestly express how I was feeling and answer every question I could think of and some I didn't think of. Nurse Bobbi hugged me and I could feel she truly understood what I was experiencing. Dr. Brownstein was honest in providing me with realistic expectations based on my body structure & what I was looking to acconplish. They never rushed me and in all spent over 2 hours with me.
Throughout the next week before surgery they were always available for calls & emails answering any questions I've had.
My surgery was last Friday 7/7/17. Surgery went well & I was well prepared for what to expect before, during and after thanks to Nurse Bobbi & Dr. Brownstein, they've even both called me to check in on my recovery which is amazing - I've worked in the health care field for over a decade and have rarely seen the empathy, care and personal attention I have recieved from my team at Sono Bello, King of Prussia.
I wanted to share my experience not only because of the phenomenal care I recieved but to talk about the real experience of the process. Now I'm "one can of those people that got lipo" - a person who was self conscious and uncomfortable with my body, having no one to talk to about it, but I had the great fortune of finding professionals who truly care to walk with me on my journey to now being the best version of myself feeling like my outside matches my inside, comfortable and happy with my body.”

“My experience with Sono Bello has been amazing thus far. The whole staff is super welcoming and warm from the receptionists to the doctors. I just had my upper & lower abdomen done along with my waist line. I am one week post surgery and I can see a difference from before until now. I still have a longs ways to go because I am still very swollen and sore but I know with in a few more weeks I will see more change. On the day of my surgery the doctor walked me through everything that was going to be done which calmed my nerves a lot. During surgery he made sure I was comfortable and pain free. After surgery I received a call for 2 days straight from one of the nurses checking on me. I thought that was great! Today I had my one week post visit and the nurse who assisted me today was so sweet and reassuring because I was a little nervous about not seeing good results but thats only because I didnt factor in the swelling and the fluids. I go back in a few months for a final review. Im excited!!! So overall I would definitely recommend Sono Bello!”

“I went in a couple weeks ago for liposuction of my upper and lower abs, hips, and waist. Everyone was very professional. They made me feel very comfortable and the doctor was very honest with me about my expectations. I'm pretty petite but I have this problem area. I tried diet and exercise but that alone did not help. As soon as I walked into the door they took me back and we started. I was pretty sore for the first few days after but nothing too bad. On day 10 I was completely free of any discomfort at all! I was able to get up and move around the same day, just a little slower than usual. I would have given a 5 star rating but i did have a little confusion with the sales rep about pricing. I look and feel amazing so far and I'm hoping to see even better results in the time to come. If you're already pretty small and just need a little help with a problem area I'd say go for it!”

“I would just like to share my experience with Sonobello from the staff to my results. This procedure is something that I've wanted to have done for a very long time. Everyone always thought I was crazy to want to do this and not just focus on diet and exercise but the truth is after having a baby my body just will not return to what it looked like before (still wasn't happy before but...). There were certain problem areas that I could not get rid of no matter what. VERY DISCOURAGING! I had a pocket of fat (saddlebags) on each side of my outer thigh, and a pouch on my lower abdomen. It just wouldn't go away, EVER. So I decided to move forward with this procedure to get a kick start to a healthy lifestyle. I must say best decision I have ever made. Immediately after the procedure I noticed a major difference, and by immediate I mean the next day! At my one week post op I was shown my before and after pics and I literally said that's not me. I didn't believe it. I then realized it was in fact me (same belly button) and I was just so overjoyed. I am now two weeks post op and my coworker says to me she cant believe its me from the back bc my waist is so small! I am still swollen from the procedure but already so extremely happy. Oh and those saddlebags.... GONE. FINALLY!! So happy :)) As far as the surgery itself.. piece of cake. I thought for sure since the procedure was done while I am awake I'd want to jump off the table bc I'm a huge baby.. nope, I was completely comfortable and my nurses Adrienne and Christina talked me through the nerves and made me feel beyond comfortable and like they were in this with me. “After months of consults with various doctors and offices I chose to consult with sono bello, I'm not gonna lie, I walked in very defensive due to some negative reviews on other sites saying how they were some sort of lipo factory. But not true, it's a very well put together corperation that has ur new body image in mine. All surgeons are board certified and that is huge! Yea there job is to sell,... The doctor called me the night before and that call definitely calmed me down . He has the best bedside manner. “I wanted to come by and provide some insight into the KOP Sono Bello Office. From the beginning my interactions with the Office have been pleasant. I contacted them over the phone and set up my appointment. I was contacted to set up my consult, which was within a few days.
I must say the day I came in I was a little nervous but so ready to see what Sono Bello KOP would be able to provide. As I waited the receptionist asked if anyone needed something to drink or eat. Very nice gesture,even though I was nervous but a few others did oblige. It was now my turn to speak to Bobbie, a lovely lady ready to answer any and every thing I threw at her. It was easy to speak to her and understand what was going on because she took her time and made me feel comfortable (guess the laughing at everything didn't help). As we finished the consultation I was able to see a few pics, prices, and the doctors credentials.
So by now I am ready, and I set up my pre-op appointment. I went and meet with Dr. Talaie. He asked a few question, looked at my body and then advised as to what he would do. It was a little weird because he didn't smile and was about his business. But as we conversed he then told me that it was due to the weather. What a nice and personable man to have do my surgery. After he left the nurse provided instructions and medication for me to have for after care. I also received some emails on how to prepare for the BIG day.
Four days later, I came in for my procedure for my upper and lower abs, and flanks. Yes, like any procedure I had a few jitters and ran to the bathroom like 6 times. lol :) But Erin (LPN) had me calm and made sure I was comfortable. As the time grew closer for the procedure to start, I was told by Dr. Talaie and Erin of everything that was to happen again. I can say that the most uncomfortable part is the beginning (a few pitches and the motion of instruments). Nonetheless, Dr. Talaie had me in a calm place, made sure I was comfortable and able to talk during the procedure. As Erin was there also to make sure I was comfortable and able to remain in a calm state during the procedure. It only took about 3 hours from the time I got to the office to the time I left.
During the first day or two I was in the bed, moving around when I could. I had to be in an incline position most of the time because of the wrap and compression outfit looking like a superhero with a swollen mid section. lol But I was glad that Dr. Talaie contacted me the day after the procedure, it was nice. :)
But after the days progressed I was able to move around a lot more. I also was provided a few email from the Dr. on after care. I was able to decrease my pain meds and sit up straighter. I found that light massage and rubbing my abs and flanks keep some of the pain down also. I also have noticed that I only had a few hard knots and those are around the incision site.
After seven days I came in for my post-op, it was amazing to see the transformation. I was amazed because for so many years I was not able to get rid of my pooch in the front. I have done diet after diet and workout after workout, but nothing would work. But the happiness I had when Adrienne came in with the before and after photos, a big difference. Again, I had to be reminded that this was just my first week after the procedure and that I still had a long way to go. I was just amazed that the results are showing and clothes are fitting differently. I know, all results are different but I have found that if you prepare before (a little cardio and meds) and then after (a little cardio, massage and meds), until you are able to get in the gym hard. As I was told this is an investment and you must let it do what it has to, before you see the finally result.

I got in the car and about ten minutes later I could not keep my eyes open. I was totally exhausted. If you experience that it is totally normal! I slept the two hour drive home and then got into bed and slept for about 12 hours straight. The next day i was very sore but the more I moved the less sore I was. About three days after the procedure I was able to go back to my usual life with very little pain.

“Wonderful experience at Sono Bello! My husband went in with me for the consultation and they explained everything! I had really been getting down about my appearance, since I am getting older, more and more wrinkles are showing up on my face and I wanted to do something about it that would be safe and non invasive. My procedures were split within two weeks of each other. You can already see the results, especially the muffin top. For something you are completely awake for, it wasn't that bad.

“I don't know where to start.......... For the past 5 years I have gained weight in my abdomen area. It stuck out so BAD!! and hung over my pants!! I was reminded of it every day when I got dressed. it was right there!!! tearing down my self-worth and self-confidence all I could think about was the bulge I had hanging over my pants. no matter how many layers I put one or whatever shirt I owned that could manipulate it to not look so bad ...it was still there.... I never thought in a million years I would have elective surgery to fix it.. I don't even like getting surgery I have to get done like tonsils removed or wisdom teeth pulled. I still cant believe I had this done! I'm such a worrier plus I have bad anxiety so I had some hurdles to overcome to go through with surgery. I'm so glad my worry of the unknown did not stop me!! Response to my follow up visit with Sono Bello in San Antonio:After the first post Sono Bello contacted me and asked how they could make me happy. She scheduled me to go in to the office the next Saturday. When I got there the girls weighed me and I had not gained anything and took pictures and then a "doctor" that I had never seen before, came in and just looked at me for a minute and said "what do you want me to do for you-you need to lose a tremendous amount of weight" I could not say a word and then he said that is fat on your organs and told the girl to show me the pictures from before and now and she said look the crease is gone on the back. I cried all the way back to Lubbock. If nothing else they should have told me this beforehand if this fat was unremovable. I think I deserve a partial refund for all this. I would never have returned to be insulted in such a horrible way.”

“From the moment I walked into the free consultation to the day I had my surgery, Sono Bello nurses, Dr.'s and help staff demonstrated above and beyond customer service. My husband and I went to the consultation together and they answered any questions I had. I was very comfortable asking questions about procedures, credentials and costs without feeling judged. Within an hour, my decision was made to have my upper and lower abdomin, waist (love handles :) and inner thighs. For all 4 sections, the cost was $4996 no hidden costs. I called many times before surgery to ask questions that came up and every time was treated with respect and was getting more and more excited. On the day of surgery, I felt like I was with friends. The nurse held my hand because I tend to get a little shakey and talked to me the whole time. I got to watch the fat get sucked out! For some that may seem disgusting but for me it was awesome! They had put me on pain meds prior to surgery and I had taken arnicare 2 days earlier to help with the brusing (mild) and swelling to come. I left afterwards with antibiotics, arnicare and instructions which were clearly explained on the phone previously and then the day of. I am currently 5 weeks post op. Many parts look considerally better. My upper abdomin still isn't quite where I hope it will get to but they told me I will have about 65% of my results at 8 weeks so I am still hopeful. However, seeing how I fit clothes with no love handles is one of the best feelings in the world! The day after surgery I was out of commission because of the pain meds but I was able to function ok by day 2 without people knowing. I was in discomfort for about a week and could not comfortably hold my child for about 2 weeks. I took advil for a week but nothing stronger and was fine. Yes, I could hold him day 2 but comfortably it took a while. I didn't really lose weight in the process but my shape has changed significantly. I started out in surgery about 128 but had lost about 65 pounds over 10 years ago so I wanted to have the body I always wished for. Things I wish I knew. . .bruising on my thighs took 2-3 weeks to dissapear and became worse a few days after the surgery. Buy a good compression garment and wear it as much as possible for at least the first month (the one they give you is only good for a few days), it really does make a difference and be patient but it's definitely worth it. Thanks Sono Bello!”

“I had my laser lipo surgery on April 7th. The procedure was on my upper arms, which were so large that I always had to get a size larger of clothing just so my arms would fit. Sono Bello is a first class organization. From my initial consultation with Jackie - the procedure - to my follow-up visit, I was impressed. Jackie knew the entire process, she was very well trained in body assessments, and she has just the perfect personallity to put you at ease.
The procedure itself did go smoothly, although it is not painless. The nurse and Dr. G. did everything in their power to make me comfortable. I've given birth two times - this pain was nowhere near childbirth pain - deep breathing was a great help. I had the expected oozing from the portal sites but came prepared with towels for the trip home.
My recovery was a breeze. The compression garment helped with any aches or mild pain I had in my arms. The one week and one month follow-up visits were a pleasant experience. The office is beautiful. Exam and procedure rooms are sterile and comfortable.
The results are truly amazing! My upper arms are two inches smaller and still shrinking. Once self conscious about my arms, I now wear short sleeves and sleeveless tops with pride!”
