“Dr. Singh and his team have easily become my favorite group of physicians and nurses. From initially speaking to and then seeing my consultant Liliana, I knew this was finally the right fit for me.

Upon presentation for Pre-op Nurses Kristen and Stacey made me feel so comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. They were extremely friendly and courteous, listened to my needs and overall goals and were true professionals. I sometimes feel I live such a different lifestyle to most, that I’ve had some negative experiences & judgements when having to converse about it. They were complete opposite of that and not only encouraged me to converse about it but joined in. That was very important to me.

While anxious on surgery day, Nurse Monica got the ball rolling super quick and made the entire process smooth.

Dr. Singh is an absolute pleasure. He really honed in on me personally, spoke to me the entire surgery about my life, my worries and my needs. I did not feel a thing during surgery and his conversation was a great distraction from the actual surgery, because he was genuinely interested. His bedside manner is stellar. Everything went smoothly, as planned, with no complications.

At my 1 week follow up I got to meet Nurse Marina, who I can not say enough about. She was patient, kind and again made me feel extremely comfortable. Working in medicine for over 20+ yrs, to transitioning into a second career, where body image is at an all time high, can be difficult -but she is proof that customer service is not a lost art, as I have been feeling in general these days. To me it’s so important.
My results so far have been amazing and I can’t wait for the upcoming weeks and months to see even more progress, which she assured me I would and I have total faith in her, Dr Singh and the entire team.
Thank you again for your expertise and for making this whole process as easy and less stressful than I had initially anticipated. 5 star status all the way!”

“My experience with Dr. Brandon was amazing! I suffer from anxiety and he made me feel at peace and at ease during the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable, he kept asking me if I was okay, the type of music I liked, if the lighting was okay etc... The nurse also made me feel comfortable. She was very patient with me as well and made sure my head was propped during the procedure. I could not ask for anything more. Dr. Brandon himself called me after the procedure to make sure I was okay followed by the office calls as well. “These are NOT cosmetic surgery professionals, they are con-artist and thieves! I went for the “free consultation” that they keep spamming my email with and got the worst shock of my life at the consultation with a representative named Lilia. She was very uninformed about how cosmetic surgery procedures work safely and informed me that my entire 2 hours of procedures would be done without any general anesthesia! I almost hit the floor but knew I had to continue to investigate.

I also explained to her that I received coupons from Sonó Bello for $250 off each body part that had a procedure, to which she scoffed at me like I was making the whole thing up. I even had the coupon on my phone to show her and she kept saying, “No, no, no!…we don’t have that here!” It took everything out of me not to get up and just walk out of her office. She was rude and condescending to me and I happen to have a great deal of medical knowledge and training, especially as a former first responder for the City of New York.

Let me be clear, Sono Bello is a dangerous organization performing complicated procedures by cutting corners so that they can keep more profits instead of making sure the procedures are done more safe. Invasive procedures such as these require some form of general anesthesia for the safety and comfort of the patient, for the $14,000 this should all be included within the “package” she was selling me. I could not get any doctor or medical professionals to approve me for the surgery because I have a condition that could be potentially fatal when met with the dangerous surgical methods practiced at Sono Bello.

Although Lilia scheduled me for the procedure without my personal physician’s approval, she instead decided to harass me into speaking with her about not canceling, like some kind of high pressure sales tactic. I was a very successful sales agent for many years within the real estate and insurance industries, and I NEVER pressured any of my customers or clients for a sale. If it’s a good deal today, it will be the same good deal tomorrow. If not, then it’s some kind of fraud taking place and it is currently being investigated.

I want my $1,000 fully refundable deposit that was fraudulently taken from my credit card returned to me at once. Thank you.”

“OK, My Story...Only wanted one thing Chin done. I was talked into adding 4 other areas. Honestly, for the price of one, the deal to add on was the best choice (I stand by that). Now this is where it gets Tricky, and They Will Not Advise you correctly! They can only remove 10lbs, so if you are getting more than one area at a time, you Will Not See no defining difference. They Will Quickly tell you about breaking up your visit but then Quickly go into Why You Should Not!! Recovery, Pain, Healing and scheduling because their busy....If you are getting multiple things schedule more than one visit, it's NO extra charge!! Do not let them talk you out of it. The original thing I went for is still my issue because the one Visit for four areas was done with their best interest in mind Not mine. I actually recommend You Do Not Go! Not honest people, just want all the money they can get from you!”

The nurse was honest with me and told me it would be a waste of money and that she would get me a refund. Both she and my consultant were supposed to call me back. “I’m usually a nervous wreck when I’m faced with any kind of procedure. The staff was amazing especially Danielle the nurse. She was very attentive and made sure I felt very comfortable at all times. She kept checking on me throughout the entire experience. I was also grateful that the nurse Maurena called me within 48 hours to check up on me and make sure I was okay. She answered all my questions and assured me that if I need anything to please call her. I would recommend this location as I had a great experience here. “Had my surgery two weeks ago and I am excited to look and feel this good. My post-op visit was with nurse Mirina and Dr Singh. Both were very helpful in explaining the procedure and reassuring of my concerns. The day of my surgery I had nurse Lauren who educated me on the process and made me feel comfortable. During my surgery Dr. Singh was amazing. He has a lovely bed side manner and gave me the “step by step” while he was doing the surgery. The day after my surgery he called to follow up and see if I needed anything. One week after my surgery I was pleasantly surprised to see nurse Mirina who went over some at home care instructions and removed my stitches. She is just a great! She is so relatable and understanding. Mirina has a very warm, kind, almost friend like bedside manner.
The office is very clean and JoAnna at the front desk is great. JoAnna is very nice and accommodating.

I took off work to come and had to be back after my appointment so I wasted my time, lost money from work and didn’t get to see anyone for consultation. Do not recommend this location.”

Walking in the office I was greeted with a warm smile..gave sense of warmth and calmness.. Love it!! I have always wanted to get my big arms to a normal size but was hesitant after all its a type of surgery, but after my consultation I was convinced and this is what I wanted, so I signed up for arms and tummy. I met Dr. Singh about two weeks before my scheduled procedure. He was perfect. He explained the procedure, what to expect and answered all my questions. Nurse Tricia told me “ don’t worry, you are in good hands” and boy was she right. The day of the procedure I was so nervous but nurse Monica made me feel very comfortable, and Dr. Singh put my mind at ease. All through out my procedure, Dr . Singh kept asking how I was doing, if I was ok. I love that! That sense of caring let me know I was ok, I was indeed in good hands. My procedure was done with minimal discomfort which should be expected. One week later, still a lot swollen, I Look FABULOUS! I can’t believe my eyes! Dr. Singh is magical!! I went back to work 6 days after and got complimented, on how great and well rested I looked. I have weeks of healing to go but so far My experience has been super great.. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello of Long Island. I will let you know my more again after I’m fully healed.. so happy right now, I can’t stop smiling!

“I have gone several liposuction procedures in Long Island office with Dr. Sheridan. He is an amazing plastic surgeon who brought me down from size 18 to size 8. I found them out through a radio advertisement and I was so suspicious at the beginning if it possible to change in one session in couple of hours but it is true and very much possible. I had arms, waist. abdomen, tights, hips, upper back and lower back liposuction all were madden by Dr. Sheridan and I don’t have enough words to thank him. I had my last liposuction session a week ago with ex were he cat extra skin and after almost 20 years I was able to see flat belly without lifting it up. I had a saggy c section pouch with very visible c-section scar and various stretch marks (thanks to the pregnancy). They are all gone!! I have a flat belly with a super tinny and smooth scar which is million times better than my original c-section scar. I was able to hop in my car and drive a round the next day and following day I was able to continue my 10 plus hour schedule with minor discomfort. I am not a person who can sit and write reviews but this amazing doctor and his super nice and professional team brought me my 20s and I love to watch my teenage body.

I would love to thank to Katherine who examined my body and directed me what areas need to be done and how I would look after the procedure. She is amazingly nice and professional who gave me the best road and the results were exactly how she described! I will be honest I thought she was exaggerating but nooo!! The results were much better than I would ever imagine!! Thank you very much Katherine

Next, I did not forget you Kristen!!! I have been coming to this place over year and a half for different liposuction procedures and also other non-invasive treatments. Kristen knows all of her clients and from the first call as soon as she hears me se remembers me by name and responds every single concern or question with a greatest way that a big smile sticks in my face anytime after talk to her. She is very prompt and super professional who organizes everything very softly and smoothly. I don’t feel I am in a clinic when I go there. I swear I feel like I am visiting my close friends!!! Thank you Kristen for taking care of me that well!!!!!!!!

I also would love to thank to Andrea! She is a great nurse who patient responded millions of my pre and post procedure questions and gave me very clear explanations of my post procedure care. Anytime when I went there I left there with zero questions and no hesitation in the mind. Thank you very much for being so professional and caring Andrea!!

Finally, thank you Monica who assisted Dr. Sheridan in my last procedure as a nurse. She has such a great positive energy and smiley face that took all my pre-procedure worries away and I kept looking into her beautiful eyes through the entire procedure and talked to her and Dr. Sheridan very friendly during the entire procedure. Yes it was local anesthesia and pain free!!

Lastly, Dr. Sheridan is not only a great doctor but also cares about his patient very much. He called me a day after procedure personally and asked how I was doing. He and his team kept continue calling me and answering my questions until my one week post control. That is not it! You have also one month and three months visits to make sure you are healing nicely. They are one call away and it is too good to be true but real and TRUE!!!”

“This has been the most terrible experience of my life.

I had two Trisculpt laser lipo at sono bello. the first was on my stomach, lower back and side. My first surgery there was pain like on three occasions. I felt that I burned inside i was able to take that pain was awful.

However The second surgery was for my upper back, here is where the nightmare started, the medicine and anesthesia didn't work at all. I felt everything from the beginning to the end, I screamed and cried throughout the whole procedure. And the only thing the doctor said is stop screaming. how he wants me to stop screaming and crying if the pain is unbearable it feel like he is cutting me inside..

I did not have to live this experience. Sonó bello supposedly have qualified doctors to do this procedure. after my experience I doubt it.
the doctor who lets you scream and cry in pain doesn't care about the patient's health.

Sonobello is about quantity and not quality.
I regret going there to had this procedure.”

“I had my surgery in Dec 2018. I had some complications, and wound up in the hospital for a couple of weeks. I received a tummy tuck , liposuction on my hips and bra roll. At first the team was very warm and welcoming.after I came out of the hospital the Dr wanted to me. I was told that the head nurse would be overseeing my post opt. Well it never happened or I only saw her once. I still have the bra rolls etc. not 100% satisfied. 6”

“worst experience! i set up an appointment for a consultation. when i arrived, the staff gave off the impression they were better than the patients, the environment was not welcoming and the staff did not smile. they booked three people at the same time when they only had to "specialists". i was obviously the one who had to wait. after 45 minutes, i inquired with the front desk and was told it wouldn't be much longer. i decided to leave after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes. the previous patients still had not finished with their consultation. that meant that i would still be waiting and then the consultation would be near another hour and a half. 3 hours for a consultation is not worth it.”

“December 17 last year i had liposuction done on my stomach at the long Island location, I'm extremely disappointed, i saw no change after the 3 months, and I was told to wait 6 months and I still did not see any change after the 6 months. After the 7th months follow up, i was told I would get a revision in September, I called in September, I was told to call in October, and when I called in October I was told that they will call me, and i know it's a bunch of nonsense. I spent 3 years saving money to remove the fat from my stomach. I Paid $7000 for the procedure and I have before and after pictures to prove it. I'm very unhappy, and embarrassed when people asked me where did the money go because it doesn't look like i got anything done? I blame myself because I should have done my research before I went to sono bello.”

“I had my procedure on January 4, 2020 with Dr. Sheridan at the Long Island location. It was the most horrible experience of my life. The surgery was very painful as the anesthesia didn’t work well for me, the nurses expressed that it was the first time they experienced what I went through in the surgery room. Dr Sheridan claimed that it was scars from the previous lipo that made it hard for him and painful for me. Dr Sheridan said the scar prevented the anesthesia from working. Before my lower abdomen skin extraction, I begged them to stop the procedure cos I was in so much pain. I was scared that I was going to die. But they went on with the extraction and it was raw pain when Dr. Sheriden cut into my skin. I screamed and screamed then he inject my abdomen again. He said he has injected the maximum amount of anesthesia he’s permitted to use. After my experience at the surgery room. I tried talking to the doctor and the management of Sono Bello to explain to me why they almost killed me. The manager said she will investigate on what happened on the day of my surgery and call me back, but she never called back. I guess they were scared because I threatened that I was going to sue Sono bello. My surgery after result is something everyone call Botched work. My abdomen is facing down, one side of my belly is bigger than one side, I’ve been having abdominal pain and my doctor said it’s because my abdominal botton is over stretched and is very low, so now I’m getting ready for another surgery to fix the look of my belly. It’s been very very challenging for me cos I can’t get over the trauma i experienced during my surgery at sono bello. I am so scared of having surgery again. The only reason I haven’t sued Sono bello is because Dr. Sheridan was very kind to me. He has a great bed side manner. I had to force myself to see beyond the surgery pain and be grateful that I’m still alive.
Sono bello is a gambling center. You might win and you might loss. So Beware !!!”

“I had the procedure roughly 2 years ago. My immediate results were amazing. The staff was so so *mainly the chicks at the front desk* but the doctor and nurses were great. I didn't follow up as I should have due an unexpected death in my immediate family *my husband* so I completely lost track/focus and gained everything I lost back. “I wanted to initially go to Colombia to help me remove some extra skin on my stomach, after two kids and losing 30 pounds I was not happy with the extra skin, and all the running and working out wasn’t helping. A friend of mine got lipo here and he recommended it to me highly. After my consultation with Alissa, I felt so safe, I did so much research on the doctor and the procedure with my family and friends and after 8 days of meeting with her I got everything done, the Lipo and Trisculpt Ex. The stuff is great, Alissa is amazing omg, her personality makes you feel safe and sure about your decision also she texted you all the time and checks on you, the office girls as well are great. The doctors and nurses made the process easy and more importantly safe and comfortable. One quick tip is to make sure you buy a much better body sculpture girdle, it is super important that you compress your body and help shape it as much as possible 24/7 to be honest to achieve best results. Also do the lymphatic massages right away, like next day, they don’t do that there but it is a most to help drain and it makes such a difference on how you feel after. I am looking forward to my Venus treatment with them, I heard they are amazing and work very well. Thank you to all the stuff and I look forward to seeing everyone (I love 1 hr away from this place, and have other sono bellos close, but I still drive to them because they are the best)”

“So I met with the doctor (DiePietro I believe was her name) she was very nice and saw the problem areas I referred to. She also informed me that some of the excess skin could still be due to inflammation from the procedure and she would re-evaluate me in 3 more months. In the meantime she did comp me 8 free Venus Legacy procedures to see if this helped. Which was nice of her. Everyone at the front desk treats me nice, and my current Venus Legacy nurses have also treated me well and have been very engaging in answering questions. I will say some of the inflammatory areas that were hard have softened up some. I feel I was more informed this time around. My treatment nurses gave me a lot more information on the desired effects of the Venus treatments. I have 5 more sessions to go and around that time Dr DiPietro will most likely be re-evaluating me and my progress to see if any further steps are necessary. Thank you”

“I wanted to write on this blog for a while but decided to wait exactly 6 months. On feb 9, 2019 I had surgery at Sonobello Long Island NY. My surgeon name is Dr.Wiser. When I went for a free consultation I’ve met with Simi. We went over the area where laser liposuction would be perform and she assured me with the ex skin removal for my lower abdominal would fix my problem of concern. Laser liposuction would be performed on lower and upper abdominal and flanks and bra fat, basically my lower back and bra area. The day came and surgery happen. It went well, I assumed. As weeks went by recovery process was a bit tough. Around 2 rd week I noticed the “the tummy tuck look alike incision” had a small uneven towards the pubic area. I had spoke to the doctor and seen me and assure me that nothing was wrong and that within time it would heal and go away. Now I’m exactly a few days from being 6 months and it hasn’t gone away. Let me start by saying I regret getting the procedure. I was guaranteed I would be happy with my results and I’m not. I’m happy with how the scar looks like don’t get me wrong. I reached out to express my concern, especially because I paid $10,000 and did NOT look like I’ve spend $10,000. When I went for my 6 month follow up I express my concerns to the doctor, I told him how I felt like he took too much out from my right side hip, and my left side was normal. My línea negra is sideways and not straight how it should be and skin bulges from the pubic area bc of the incision where he left too much skin. Also how my bra fat area was still there no difference as to how I was before. I told him that maybe the procedure that I did wasn’t right for me that maybe I should of done a tummy tuck and that I’m considering on a revision. He then tells me that yes I needed a tummy tuck to begin with. I just stared at him with a confused look because here I am standing listening to the doctor tell me he can do a tummy tuck and add fat grafting to the side that he took too much fat from for an estimate of $10,000 again. Total $20,000 if I let him fix what he should of done from the beginning. I told him I would consider it but I’m not letting him touch me again. If you as a doctor couldn’t be honest since day 1, and tell the patient that I wouldn’t be able to achieve the stomach I was looking for and that I should of gotten a tummy tuck to begin with I would of saved so much money. Now I’ve done research and I found a doctor that will operate me once I have 1 year post op surgery. I wouldn’t recommend sonobello to anyone who wants drastic results, they will sell you what you want only to take your money and leave you unsatisfied results. I recommend sonobello for the skinny women who have a little bit of fat that want it removed. Anyone with a medium frame or larger please don’t waste your money and go to an actual plastic surgeon who will give you an honest answer on whatever procedure that your interest in. I dislike how I look now, and wish I looked like what I did before. Now I need to save up to fix a bigger problem that I was left with. I regret it 100% , if i didn't feel comfortable before to lift my shirt up, now i feel worse.”

“I had a procedure done last June. The surgeon was excellent, but the follow up care has been totally unacceptable. I called late February/early March to report some painful raised scarring that was not resolving. One itches incessantly, two still actually hurt. I got a message on my phone weeks later on March 25th from one pf the nurses stating they haven't forgotten me and will be in touch. That was over a month ago. Follow up care is just as important to the patient as the initial procedure, but my guess is since the check is cashed, they can't be bothered.

In response to the posted response: I only received the follow-up phone calls after I wrote the negative review. I called the office back and was told the surgeon who did my procedure is no longer with Sonobello, and Sonobello no longer does my procedure. Although made aware of the discomfort I have been in for nearly a year, the solution the office presented was to seek treatment at their Westchester office. This is not possible as I live in Western Suffolk County, Long Island. I am a nurse educator and I am quite aware of the importance of post-surgical care. For the patient, it is more important than any other part of the surgery. Sonobello had terrible aftercare to the point I thought I'd make a stink about refunding or possibly contacting a lawyer. Luckily for you, I prefer to move on (still scarred and in discomfort) with my life and consider it a bad life experience. However, I do feel the need to warn others.

“Don’t waste ur money !! Too much money plus no results equals A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! The sales consultant was very pushy and convincing even showing me before and after photos of her body after her lipo I can see why they got her working there she’s good at what she does I was sold worst mistake ever moving forward 3/6/2019 I was scheduled for LIPO they charged me over 7k for 3 areas and according to them gave me a free area which included my bra rolls I still weigh and look the same way I looked prior to my surgery. The follow up was a bunch of BS they took pictures and gave me some BS garment (by the way they have the worst compression garments made)also at my follow up i was sitting in the room in my gown and two other nurses on two occasions walked in without knocking or anything I felt a bit violated. Two weeks after my surgery I had a complimentary Venus laser session which of course was another scheme for them to get more money but I opt out and had already been getting massages else where for Like 50% less. The lady who does Venus laser (Gina) came off a bit racist she made a comment about my incisions and said to me oh I know “you people’s skin takes longer to heal” of course I am Hispanic of African American descent so I thought it was a little shady. Moving forward here I am now making these high payments all I get is a bunch of emails once a week to tell me a bunch of BS that’s not gonna change the fact that I came there to remove fat and there is still plenty of fat left and no results ! And I am very unhappy !! And even have had a few emotional breakdowns since then I’m so embarrassed I don’t even bother to tell my friends I got lipo cause it doesn’t look like I got anything done .”

“I don't even know where to start, I am so disappointed with the entire process, not to say angry, upset. I went to Sono Bello seeking to fix areas that in spite of healthy eating and active lifestyle I could not get rid of, I'm not going to complain about the staff since they were all very nice, the office is very clean, and my wait was never long, my surgery was scheduled for 10:00am, and it was done at like 12:00pm, Nurse was very nice, and attentive. When I went to them the 1st time, I explained to the sales rep (its what she is to me) what my problem was, and what I was expecting from this, I was told, and I knew that this (lipo laser) was not a weight loss process, but was also told, it will help my problem areas, and my BMI that was at 39 would go down, and that I may even loose a few lbs. Well this was on 7/23/2019. I did massages, went to all my follow ups, which were with nurses, I had to request to see DR. Bonomo, I wanted to know why 3 months later, I still had the same problems, I told him I didn't feel or see any results, he said, and I quote, its too soon, I had to give it at least 6 months to see results. Here I am 9 months later, just got a call to schedule my 6 months apnt. for 3/27/2019, I was waiting for this since I wanted to let them know how unhappy and dis satisfied I am, but got a call that my appointment had to be cancel, I was asked to call and rescheduled, I'm so disappointed, disgusted, and unhappy with the results, I really don't see the need to back, I know that they aren't going to do anything to fix it that will not cost me more than I am already paying, I should had researched more options, I guess I let the desperation I had to look better before my vacation get the best of me, and they know how to make you trust and feel as this is a good choice. I'm stuck with a high monthly payments, for nothing.. Very disappointing....”

“My experience with Sonobello thus far has been highly unsatisfactory. I had liposuction on both my arms and back bra roll. From the start it felt like I was just another quick sale for the company. After initially meeting with the patient care consultant (aka SALES CONSULTANT), I never heard from her again until I reached out to her with a question and she never even followed up with me after my procedure. My pre op appointment was scheduled and i received a call 2 days before the appt to see if I could come in that day given whatever circumstances and I was accommodating and left work early. The day of my surgery was extremely long as I arrived at the appointment at 2pm as expected for a 3:30pm surgery; however, I was not brought into the procedure room until almost 7pm. That was completely unacceptable as I did not leave that office until almost 10pm that night while having my driver having to wait that long and we live in New Jersey. The procedure went ok and when I went back for my 1 week post op I had some severe skin irritation on my arms to which the nurse told me not to worry about and that it was just bruising. The post op appointment felt very informal and rushed! 2 weeks after I went for my free venus legacy treatment in which it takes me 4 hours by train to get to the appointment and was unable to get it done given the skin irritation. Another nurse was called in and took a look didnt know what it really was and just walked out of the room without any concern or guidance. Thankfully the venus legacy consultant indicated it looked like chaffing and provided me with products to buy in order to clear it up (which it did very quickly). That entire office visit was a waste of my time.

Moving forward to trying to schedule my one month post op the receptionist continually told me I did not need one but I wanted one to voice my concerns regarding the significant amount of fat still on my arms. She was extremely rude and nowhere near accommodating when trying to help me schedule the appointment which would match my schedule. I left the office extremely angry and feeling as if I was dismissed by both the nurse and the receptionist (Anastasia). I then called to have a manager reach out to me to voice my concerns and did not receive a call back until 3-4 business days later.

Today I went for my one month and the nurse then indicated there was nothing she could do but take pictures and note my complaints. She even admitted that most of the arms looked like there was much fat remaining and NOT SWOLLEN. Yet again feeling dismissed as a paying customer.

I am now just extremely frustrated with this office and their customer service values. I am not just a sale, I am a patient and should not be treated as if I am insignificant to any other patients. I would NOT recommend anyone to use Sonobello for any liposuction treatment and I remain completely unhappy with all of the fat still on my arms. This has been a very disappointing experience for what I thought would be a life changing procedure. I wish I had gone to another plastic surgeon office where they cared more about the patients and their results. You dont even see the doctor again until your 6th month post op appointment. I am not a rich person so this was a hefty cost for me and now I am regretting it very much.”

Basically he was straight to the point and honest. I was recommended to do my upper and lower abs plus my hips. So far the outcome has been great. It's not as painful as a C Section for sure. “Poor results! Had, what they refer to as, upper and lower stomach and sides doneover a year ago. It seems like they divide you into as many parts as they can, because your charged separately for each. So if you want to do your belly area that can be as much as 6 different charges. After 3 months I saw no change, so I told the nurse at my 3 months check up I think I need to have more lipo. She said no your still swollen, wait 6 months. At my six months I was told it can take a year to see results. Really!! Then they tell me I will have to pay again, more money to get what I didn't get after paying $8000 the first time!”

“In my opinion it's a scam. If you like gambling, then this is for you. Myself and 3 friends, one male, three female decided to go to Sonobello Lake Success. I met first with a young lady name Carolina. We all agreed she was pleasant. We had our procedures done over a 4 week span. Not one of us got good results! I do not understand! I don't know if it's the procedure itself or how it's performed. There was minimal fat removal that left us looking like we need lipo, when we already had Lipo. None of us are over weight just a little fat around the middle and back, love handles etc, but that smooth " fat is gone look" that you see in their before and after pics was not what we got. When we inquired as to why the results were not good, we were all told the same thing, it was swelling and in 6 months it would look better. When in six months it didn't look better and wanted to have a do-over, we were told it could take up to a year to see the results. A year came nothing changed and we got the run around from Sonobello. Now they want us to pay again for the surgical fee and for the actual procedure at what they call a reduced rate (about an additional $4500 for me). The cost of the procedure and the laser treatments (Venus Legacy) that they told us we needed to improve our results cost me $10,000. A waste of money!”

“If people are planning to try this place, it really provides results. Pick Dr. Gheewala - an excellent surgeon and really does provide results. My problem, however, was with the nursing staff. They do NOT care about patient privacy - i dont think they're aware of HIPAA. The experience pre-op was wonderful, post op was horrible. One of the nurses also had problems starting a simple IV line (was beginning to consider how she got her license) - i had to direct her to a very obvious vein. As a fellow nurse, their care is simply disappointing.”

“I had a neck lift and now a year and a few months later the left side is hanging exactly how it was when I went in. When I complained last year they said he would redo it. Mean while I had left the New York area and it was difficult to try to schedule an appointment . I was angry because it should have been done right the first time around. The front desk said it often happened that people had to redo their procedure. That was not what I wanted to hear. They act like a redo was a walk in the park so now I am stuck with one side hanging and one side tight.”

“Worst mistake of my life. This place is running a scam. Any results I had was simply from me dieting after my procedure. I suffered so much pain & got very little to no results. The manager Amy who was handling my case left abruptly. My Doctor was Dr. BUGLINO. His bedside manners with me was horrible. “Hello, I had liposuction on my stomach upper, lower , and luv handles. On July 18, 2017, staff is always friendly. Dr. Dipietro was great and my nurse Tissa. The doctor called me the same day the nurse the next day to check on me. That third day as I was laying around a lot and email came and told me this is the time to start moving around and light exercise and a list of recommend foods to eat. Wow! I needed that gave me a great boots and I've been following my directions the exact way that I should.I recommend the Lake Success location. I'm on day five still LIL pain and still swollen but I see results already. I see my waist line getting smaller and shaping and my stomach getting smaller and flatter. If you actually follow their instructions you will see result immediately. Thanks Sonobello!”

Brian, I believe he is an RN and Instructor said: "I have to take you out in a wheelchair." I thought that was funny because I never felt better. I want to thank Brittany and Brian for everything; you guys made me feel at ease. I also want to thank the entire Sono Bello staff in Lake Success, NY. “I'm giving Sono Bello 5 stars although I am only 3 weeks post-op. The office is very friendly and willing to answer all of your questions, although there are moments where you may feel a bit rushed. The day of my surgery, I couldn't have been more nervous - but Dr. Neinstein was professional and made me feel at ease with his confidence. He called to be sure I was "ok" and the office emails are the added bonus you need to not feeling like just a number. No pain after the surgery, just a bit of discomfort but nothing you cannot handle. So far, my stomach is going down nicely and I will follow-up with this review once I hit the 3-4 month mark. “I went to Sono Bello 4 weeks ago for a free consultation. After my consultation, I found that the price was within my budget and decided to do the procedure. It so happened, that there was a spot open the very next week and I jumped at the opportunity. I did my mid section and waist. Its been about 3 weeks now since my procedure and I have already lost about 7 pounds, of course diet is very important after the procedure and some light exercise. I was able to return to work the day right after my procedure, with little swelling and very minor discomfort. I work at an office. I did not really experience any type of leakage or bleeding the day after. Dr. Anthony Buglino was very compassionate and caring, also nurse Gena. They explained the entire procedure to me before they got started and did their best to make me comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Buglino even called me that night, to make sure I was ok. “I am currently 2 weeks post op today. I got laser liposuction on my upper & lower abs , as well as my waist. So far I am very pleased with the results, however when I went for my follow-up , I was concerned about the look of the fat on my hips and I was told that it could be looking more prominent because of the fluid settling and/or the fact that I didn't get my hips done, but during my consultation , I was lead to believe that would be included as well. I am going to wait it out to see what happens with my continued diet & exercise plan and wait for the 3 month follow-up for my final thoughts. So, Let's start with the process so far, the initial meeting you do not meet with a doctor but someone who give you a consultation, they make you feel extremely comfortable and are willing to answer any questions you may have, they give you options on areas you may feel you would benefit from the laser, and then they schedule your pre-op providing at that moment you are deciding to go through with the procedure. During the pre-op is when you meet your doctor, everyone was very helpful and through throughout the process. The office is VERY clean and inviting, and it seems easy to book appointments at the times that are convenient for you. The day of the surgery was also great, my nurse & DR. were very informative and walked me through everything that was happening. Virtually no pain throughout the procedure & it was done within 2.5 hours. My only compliment is I was told that I would be able to go back to working out within days, but that was not the case, and this was after explaining that I Crossfit , and again I was told , yes within days you can go back .Maybe the consultation woman didn't truly know what Crossfit entails, and I am certainly no dummy , I figured I would be sore after a surgery , I just didn't think it would take me that long to bounce back- I am usually great with healing & pain tolerance, however, I was not able to return to Crossfit for about 2 weeks- maybe if you are just walking on a treadmill or doing a light aerobics class you would be OK, but I didn't feel good enough to workout like I regularly did. I did however return to work in 2 days. I am excited for this new beginning and so far I can see such a difference in the areas I have had so much trouble trying to get off with diet & exercise , I wish I would have done it sooner.”

I agreed and chose one of the doctors they had to offer for the procedure and made the appointment. The day of the procedure they made me feel very comfortable, it was done nicely with a bit of discomfort which should be expected, nothing life threatening. I am now 4 weeks in and the results are fabulous., I went to a family BBQ got complimented, saw friends I haven't seen in 3 month I was told I look 10 yrs younger and I still have some more healing to go and so far it's been great. My wife ask would I do it again I told her yes for the results as of right now only 1 month in. Now let me talk about the staff and office and procedure room. The office when you enter very clean comfortable, greeted nicely at the door and the procedure room CLEAN. The staff is very friendly they talk to you answer any questions you ask and they are knowledgeable. The doctor I had was doctor Sachin Shridharani M.D. and the nurse I do believe her name was Amanda very nice.When they were doing the procedure they often asked if I was ok, they were great. I have to commend the Sono Bello of Long Island. Thank you for a great experience. P.S. one review said they herd you like cattle. “I am a 53 yr old athletic male. I run, lift weights and play numerous sports. I've been as heavy as 215 lbs. and as light as 178 lbs. within the last 13 yrs. But no matter how light i was, i could never get rid of the "love handles" or the back fat. After much discussion with my wife, i decided to give Sono Bello a try. My biggest reservation was that i would be wasting money. The laser lipo is cheaper and faster than regular lipo but how effective would it be? It's been six weeks since my procedure and honestly i have mixed reviews. the staff at Sono Bello in Lake success are amazing , from front desk to examining room. My doctor( Neinstein) and nursing staff were great. From start to finish the procedure took about 2 hrs. with minimal to no discomfort. Im not 100 % sold on my results yet. It seems like my front abdomen is flatter (my "skinny" pants fit way better). I think that my "handles" could use more work but i will not pass final judgment until i go back for my three month check up. They did guarantee that if i wasn't satisfied they would redo the area. So we will see. I will say that it definitely has given me a jumpstart to really dig in with my workouts and watch what i eat and drink. And thats a good thing!! The day of the procedure they made me feel very comfortable, it was done nicely with a bit of discomfort which should be expected, nothing life threatening. I am now 4 weeks in and the results are fabulous., I went to a family BBQ got complimented, saw friends I haven't seen in 3 month I was told I look 10 yrs younger and I still have some more healing to go and so far it's been great. My wife ask would I do it again I told her yes for the results as of right now only 1 month in. Now let me talk about the staff and office and procedure room. The office when you enter very clean comfortable, greeted nicely at the door and the procedure room CLEAN. The staff is very friendly they talk to you answer any questions you ask and they are knowledgeable. The doctor I had was doctor Sachin Shridharani M.D. and the nurse I do believe her name was Amanda very nice.When they were doing the procedure they often asked if I was ok, they were great. I have to commend the Sono Bello of Long Island. Thank you for a great experience. P.S. one review said they herd you like cattle. Not true they're to the point and gets the job done without all the red tape period.”

I met with a friendly staff that did not pressure or "sell" the decision, but gave me some information that I found helpful. After researching both the facility and the procedure, I found it was a safe procedure, had the very benefits I was seeking (fat loss and better body image), and the facility was reviewed positively. I booked the surgery.
First, the procedure. The Nurse in charge of my procedure, Amanda Cardone, was pleasant, helpful, and extremely professional. The doctor, Dr. Neinstein, was equally comforting, and great at what he does. These two made the procedure a breeze! I was in and out in no time, felt no pain during my time on the table, and could not have had a better experience.
The results? Well, as you may or may not know, the weight does not change much. As they described it - taking fluff from a pillow, the weight stays relatively the same. The results, however, exceeded my expectations. The hard/impossible to lose body fat is no longer there. In one day I was able to lose the very fat I had been striving to shed at the gym for 5 years. My body is still in the recovery stage, and the "problem bits" are indeed reduced, and expected to go down even more. I had previously had no sucess with diet and exersize, as these parts would remain, while everything else got bony. All in all it was a very good experience. I had a problem with pain, post surgery, and the surgeon called me back quickly, and prescribed more pain medication.
I am also doing the Venus freeze treatments, and they are lovely - just what they said, "like a hot stone massage." I am an impatient person, so I can't say that I am perfectly happy with my body yet, but it is supposed to take 3 to 6 months to reach the full effect.
All of the staff are friendly, and the office is classy. Also I thought I might fell embarrassed to be doing this kind of vain elective surgery, but the staff but me at ease, indeed they showed off the work they had had done, which is really the best kind of recommendation you can have:)”

“My first experience with Sono Bello was amazing. I was obviously a little intimidated going in being a personal trainer/fitness instructor and having insecurities about my body. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Susan who took care of me right away, she offered me bottled water and informed me of the consultation process. She is sweet, polite, and willing to answer any questions you may have without hesitation. I had my consultation with Hillary, again very kind, understanding, and wants to help in any way she can to make this process easy, comfortable, and makes sure you are making the right decision with whatever procedure you choose. After being informed of all my options by Hillary, the surgeon, Poala (practice manager), and even one of the nurses I made a decision with their help and knowledge. I decided to go with the VENUS Legacy treatments. I had my first treatment today, and I loved it! It felt like a warm massage, it was relaxing, and the nurse Brittany that took care of me was so incredibly sweet! I did not feel uncomfortable at all. The treatment room was immaculate, there was aroma therapy scents which made it feel even more like a spa treatment. “I had my procedure done during the week of Thanksgiving and 3 months later I couldn't be happier with the results. I had lost weight using diet and exercise but the results were uneven. I went to Sono Bello at the Lake Success New York location and I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. Hillary and Susan answered all of my questions and arranging the surgery with Dr DiPietro was a quick and easy process.
The actual surgery was quick and fairly painless, with Dr DiPietro explaining each step as she proceeded and always checking if I was comfortable. I received followup calls from her to make sure everything was OK and to answer my questions.
