“I had my procedure with Dr M. She was great! I was alert during the procedure & she talked me through everything she was doing along with some chit chat! I felt so at ease! I had little to no pain throughout! Nurse Jo was also great! From start to finish she let me know what was going to happen! After my procedure she gave me all the knowledge that made me feel safe when I left.”

“Don’t do it!!! It is a complete joke and waste of money. I went in for my 6 month follow up and explained I was not satisfied with my results. I honestly don’t think I am healed and still have a lot of tenderness and pain after 6 months.They then set up a follow up appointment with the surgeon and wha do you know, they cancelled it and I have not heard a word from them. Very unprofessional. Don’t do it, you will regret it.”

“They suck you in stating it’s affordable and it’s not ! I I waited 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment. The consultation was eye opening . Local anesthesia to cut off fat on your abdomen ? For 16,000? I am getting a second opinion at a reputable cosmetic surgeon’s office . Yes I am sure the people are happy with their results but the cost can’t be justified. It is for the rich . I hate to see young girls go into debt when I am sure other reputable plastic surgeons can do it for much less . Big disappointment with the cost .”

“From the first consultation to the final 6 month check in, everyone including the folks at the front desk made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and rolled out the red carpet for me as a patient. I was very impressed with this facility and my surgeon and they even advised me prior to surgery that I did not qualify for a specific procedure be aside of a pre-existing condition and told me ahead of time. I appreciate the communication, transparency and professionalism that everyone showed me.”

“Kristi is very friendly. I drove 2 1/2 hours for my apt that only took about 10 min just to take pictures a review them. She Touched my stomach a told me to just keep dieting. She was not able to answer my questions on how much fat was removed and could more be removed. I’m not fully satisfied with results. Another appointment had to be scheduled. I would really like to know if I’m eligible for an enhancement to remove more fat cells before I have to make another trip up. If I’m not able to then the trip may be a waste of everyone time if I’m just going to be sent home with no follow up procedures as part of my 100% happiness guarantee.”

“Courtney was amazing with my consult! I fully expected to be pressured into making an appointment and also paying for it that same day. I brought my sister with me in case that happened to remind me that this was a big decision to make. I didn't even need my sister in that way because Courtney was so pleasant, she explained everything in great detail AND all my financial choices. When I walked out I felt that I had time to make my choice and consider all the payment options she gave me! Courtney u were AMAZING!! “I love going to the SonoBello-Omaha! I have never been to an office that is run so efficient and is so well organized! From the minute you are there you are felt as though you are the most important person there! I had just sat down and was welcomed back to the clinic room by my nurse, she checked me in and left me to change and as soon as I had finished the surgeon came in! Like I said, efficient! Dr. Armstrong and Shirley were a delight! They were very professional yet compassionate! I had a whole page of questions and Dr. Armstrong ( knowing she was busy ) gave me her undivided attention and patiently answered all my questions! Shirley also was the one to take the pictures, yes THOSE, pictures! I felt so embarrassed but she immediately put me at ease and ma de me feel comfortable. I simply loved her and even requested her to be with me during my procedure!

“Very nice office and both staff members I talk with were very nice and very professional. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the pricing. Hardly affordable for most people. Almost $9000 for a belly roll (or a they say "upper abd, lower abd, abd waist). I just cant figure out $1895.00 for EACH of 3 areas plus a "Diamond PLUS recovery package" which I understood was a binder that costs $921.75 AND then there is a "Surgical Fee" of $2495.00!!! What is the 3 charges of $1895.00 for as the same fat sucker machine is used by everyone and just the tips/hoses are disposed of. ? This should be all covered under that surgical fee and a small fee for using the room which I understood wasnt used for long. Oh and then on top of all of these exorbatant fees they charge you for a PRE OPERATIVE appointment for $495.00! That should be included. From what I saw, most of the staff looked like they had taken advantage of the "perk" as they were slim and trim even though that might be a pre-requisite to work there. Courtney was very nice and professional but I dont know a lot of people that can throw $9000 to do this. Lower their prices to the surgical fee only would increase their business substantially! I d have done it for $2500 but not $8346! Those people on TV got that done for being "paid advertisers". ”

“I had a consultation in February and it went great. I did shed a few tears, but they’re there to help you achieve what you want too! They get it! They understand! The discount were good, but it was a little pricier than I had imagined. But that’s with everything nowadays. Megan B was my consultant and she made me feel so comfortable. By reviews and photos of Sono Bello’s work, looks amazing and people have had great results! The procedures also seem invasive and safe! ”

“I was extremely pleased with my initial visit with Sono Bello! The office was very clean, updated and modern which was going to be my gauge. It met and exceeded my expectations! Vicki, the receptionist was very kind and patient with me while I sorted out some billing issues. She was the type of person you could hear the smile in her voice! My consultant, Courtney, was exactly what I thought I didn’t want to work with- she was gorgeous, beautiful body, stunning in her clothes, and the minute she called my name and we said hello, I realized she was EXACTLY WHAT I DID NEED! She was reassuring, down to earth, we found we had a lot in common in the work world and even during the mirror time made me feel comfortable. She answered my many questions without hesitation and seemed totally invested in what she did. She never seemed disinterested in me or what she was doing.
The whole experience was wonderful- I left with a date to have my procedure! It is all paid for and I am ready to have it done!”

“Before scheduling my free consultation with Sono Bello, I had been contemplating this decision for a year. When I walked in the lobby, my first impression was how nice and serene it felt. My consultant was Meagan. She was very professional as to be expected, but she also made me feel comfortable at the same time. Within minutes, we were talking like we had known each other for years. Meagan was very knowledgeable and detailed in what I was to expect from the procedure. The thought of my being able to look good again after two C sections. By the time I got home and the excitement I felt, it did not take long before scheduling my surgery.”

“I just had my surgery yesterday. I”ll review my experience so far. My pre-op visit was informational. They explained what to expect and I was able to meet Dr Vu. She was very personable and knowledgeable as what would give me the best outcome for my surgery. At the end of the pre-op appointment I was given very detailed verbal instructions and also detailed written instructions. I was called 2 days before the procedure with a time to arrive at the center and reviewed day of procedure instructions again.
The day of procedure was well organized and prepped quickly after I arrived. Dr. Vu came in and marked up the areas she would work on and I was given my meds for the procedure. The procedure went great. There was very little pain and I actually slept through most of it. Would highly recommend Sono Bello Omaha.”

“I would give this facility negative stars if I could. I work in the healthcare industry and the lack of care and compassion this facility and “medical professionals” offer is disgusting and unacceptable. Do not get any procedures done here if you want to have any amount of comfort during or after surgery (lipo and Skin removal is what my sister had done twice because they did a hack job and incorrectly the first time). They are okay with you feeling THE WHOLE SURGERY and they expect you to poison your body with ibuprofen and Tylenol (her surgical cut goes from HIP TO HIP). They were okay with her feeling her whole revision surgery which cut her from hip to hip… elective surgery or not people deserve to have proper care. If you enjoy pain, suffering and terrible medical care get your work done here. Fake and generic medical care, if you can call it medical care at all. I am passionate about patient care and it made me sick going to my sister’s follow up appointment with her. This place is a joke, do your due diligence before choosing this facility.”

Day of operation...woooweee! I was the first patient of the day & Shirley was incredible. She was so fun to talk to, laid back & gave me a run down on what to expect. We had lots of laughs! Dr. Vo came in shortly after & drew around everything on my body that she'd be working with/removing. I looked ridiculous , but was relieved to actually SEE what would be happening when I went in.

“I had liposuction in May 2023, so I am almost 5 months post op. I am very happy with my results so far. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The procedure went smoothly.
There are a couple things that could have been better. First I never received my before and after pictures. Second I was told I would be able to go back to work in 2-3 days. What should have been said is everyone has a different recovery time based on your procedure and profession. I am a truck driver I went back to work three weeks after my procedure but I really needed 4 weeks. Third my after care instructions were vague at best. Drink a gallon of water per day, walk and eat healthy. There are many other things you can do to speed up the healing process that they don’t tell you about. I wish they gave me more options with my after care instructions.
Overall it was a good experience. After about 30 days I started to see results and I am very happy with my results so far.”

In response to the one-star review: the CONSULT PROCESS IS NECESSARY because pricing is determined by a combo of what you want done & your BMI. You really can find all the info you need on their website, but to get into specifics and actually find what they can do FOR YOU and find out cost, you absolutely need a consultation. There really isn’t any pressure to commit right away- Courtney is wonderful and will get you every possible discount offered (different specials each month or so) and she will let you walk away to think about it.
I happened to be there the last day of the month, and that particular discount was going to be lost the next day, but I knew I wanted it, so I went for it and decided on TriSculpt. However, we discussed if I would want to do more and have the AbEX procedure instead. She was super helpful and understanding and gave me amazing discounted quotes that I could still take advantage of after speaking with Dr. Vo during my pre-op. I was so thankful for this, and was very comfortable when I had my pre-op and decided to go with AbEX! Since I already knew what the additional cost was going to be, the decision was easy!”

Recovery because I am in my 50's was not as relaxing lol. There is swelling and much uncomfortableness. It took me two weeks to feel good again.
With that all being said - it is so worth it. It's a journey and I am so very happy inside and out.
Kristy was the best. She has totally motivated me. I was not always the best eater. She has taught me about nutrition and has to me excited again about eating healthy and exercising!
I can't believe I no longer have to hide behind oversized shirts. I now have a waist that I have not seen in years.

“My surgeon was Dr. Vo and she was/is AMAZINGGGGGG!!! She answered all my questions (even the 1500 I had after taking the meds for surgery 🤣). She is very patient, down to earth, professional, knows how to make you feel extremely comfortable while feeling super vulnerable and she’s got a great sense of humor. I can’t say enough positive about her. My nurse Shirley…..she’s the best!!! Jo came in to assist while Shirley helped with something else in the clinic and she is super sweet and helpful as well! I’m so happy I didn’t talk myself out of this procedure (I had multiple areas of Lipo as well as the AbEx procedure). Also I had ZERO pain during the procedure and very minimal discomfort the first night and next day. I wouldn’t even call it pain. Just discomfort. It can only get better from here!!”

They don't even have you see the Dr. before you pay the 2500$ "non refundable fee." They have a medical device rep fill you full of information, take your money and when you finally see the Dr for the consult they tell you it's not gonna give you the desired results you're looking for. Don't you think you should meet with a doctor first before you pay them??
Whoever built their model clearly has no strategic planning education..
