“The people were nice here BUT I highly regret getting my procedure done. After the procedure there's lumps you have to massage. I did it as instructed. Ate well. Worked out. Still was the same size AND almost a year later still have the weird lumps on my lower stomach. I saw 0 results and now I feel disfigured and wasted my money and put myself through a traumatizing painful experience. it definitely wasn't worth any of it. And they had to reschedule me 2 or 3 times which was very inconvenient since I worked and I was wanting this done before my wedding. I even asked if there would be enough time in between the procedure and my wedding. I was told "oh yeah definitely" didn't lose an inch or a pound at all. Just gained new hard lumps on my lower belly that I never wanted. Now stuck making payments every month now for gosh knows how long for 0 results and torture and disfigurement. Just don't go here.”

“I’m one to do all my research in advance. Had a bit of a wait for my appointment which I was ontime for. My consultant Sierra was super amazing Very friendly and easy to talk to. I was very open and honest about what I was looking for and my struggles. I wanted to make sure we agreed on exactly what I wanted. Healed up really good. No one has noticed any marks or scars which is good.

3 months…. Nurse Skye has seen me my last couple visits. Super friendly easy to talk to and answers any silly question I might have.

Not all the exact results I thought I was going to get but my stomach is flatter than when I first walked in.

I’m back in the gym and eating better. Age has a hold on me but I can’t expect perfection. We are all so different. Age body shape etc. take care of yourself ladies. Self love always ❤️”

“Dr G. Jess, and Javier were all fantastic. I also got to meet the PM Merissa who checked in with me during the procedure. Kara and Sarah at the front desk were pleasant and answered questions with a great attitude. The facility was exceptionally clean, had modern styling, and the operation suite was large with a great view from the 5 th floor. During the procedure Dr. G was very communicative and always making sure I was comfortable. Jessica, Dr.G's assistant Jess not only was compassionate and bubbly, she was the DJ and played great music. Overall I have had a great experience so far. I did my procedure October 18, 2022, tri sculpt. I think it was called. Even though no one ever recommended it to me, I did lymphatic massages for one month straight three times a week. They only give you an original outfit when you have your procedure which mine was the wrong size, too big and I have my procedure, but they said no worries wear it anyway... the nurse told me where to buy a...”

I haven't seen my lady part in over 30+years with out having to lift my stomach up. I can now tuck in my shirt, with no problems at all. The procedure itself went well. My appointment was planned at 11:15 am per the instructions I arrive at 11 am to complete paperwork. 11:45 rolls around and I ask for an update, at that time they inform me that the person I'm scheduled to meet for the consultation wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes. That's 1 and hour and 15 minutes late and totally unacceptable.

Why wouldn't they give me this update at the scheduled appointment time?

She is very vague and dismissive. It was hard to get her to provide any information on the actual procedure. I had to keep probing her to get her to explain the procedure to me and even then, her answers were short and condescending. The surgical consultant that was assigned to me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt that she wanted to make sure my expectations were realistic. I gave only four stars because I would’ve liked to have met the doctors that would perform the procedure before putting a deposit or agreeing to it.

All a lie , my experience was that of horror . During my procedure started experiencing excruciating and intolerable pain . Both doctor and nurse completely ignore my cries for help and intolerable pain . All I heard is “ you doing ok ,” no I was not doing ok I was going through the worst pain . Whatever lidocaine they put in my back did not work . Spoke to supervisor after a week and told me they would follow up . They lie they seem not to care. Be careful they like to take your money and then you don’t hear from them . Don’t go to Ontario facility .”

“I got upper and lower abs done about 10 days ago and the results are looking phenomenal already even though my swelling will take some time to resolve. I am very pleased with Maribel who helped me manage my expectations during the initial consultation. Dr. Zachariah is truly a perfectionist making sure I get the best results I can. A lot of that is good post procedure care and I followed his instructions 100% to ensure I get the maximum benefit. Dr Zachariah checked in on me night of the procedure and day after. “From beginning to end the staff at Sono Bello Ontario Branch were amazing! All my questions were answered and I would get a check up email or call at least every other day before and after my procedure. I was super nervous but the doctor and nurse were very caring and made me feel comfortable. The recovery wasn’t that bad just make sure you do what they tell you and take the meds as directed and you will be fine. I’m on day 3 of recovery and the results are amazing! “My positive experience began with my in-person Sonobello patient Care Consultant Joanne Ebinger who was very personable, informative and extremely supportive. I had fun and it only got better.
At my pre-op appointment I was so nervous but the Reception Desk personnel were so incredibly nice that I began to feel more relaxed.
Upon meeting Dr Bhuller, I was most impressed with his bedside demeanor and how he really took a special interest in the areas of my body I wish to change; also explaining in great detail exactly what he would like to do with respect to my procedure and why. “I am 4 days post-op and very happy with my whole experience. I had an unexpected break in my schedule and within about 1week was able to have my consultation (Maggie was supportive, up-front, and great to work with), and pre-op appointment (Dr. Bhuller assessed me, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and put me at ease). The nurse had had a procedure 5 days prior and although stiff and sore, was back at work and very happy with her results already. A week later I had my procedure. Patricia was my nurse, she did a great job explaining the process, started my IV, and was with me through the whole procedure. My blood pressure was a little high from excitement and anticipation and nerves so when Dr. Bhuller came in he described what he was to do, showed me how it felt and talked to me patiently which helped me relax and brought my BP down. Dr. Bhuller, Patricia, and the meds all worked together to make my procedure as comfortable as possible. Afterwards, I felt great. Now I'm a little swollen, stiff and sore but I keep moving and even with the swelling I can see a difference in my shape, which I love.
If you're thinking about reshaping your body, I would contact them, the consultation is free and you've got nothing to lose. They were very responsive through email and the whole process of setting up an appointment was super easy. I highly recommend meeting Dr. Bhuller and the staff at the Ontario Sono Bello location.”

“I had lipo and E/X procedure two days ago and I'm already noticing the results. Im swollen, purple and a bit of pain...but I can see the light.
Yuli at the front desk is so sweet and accommodated me when I was stuck in traffic for my consult.
Karen was very knowledgeable and helped my financial needs. Dr Bhuller was great and helped me in making my decision and focusing on what my concerns were. He listened to me and helped me make what I think was the best decision for me.
The actual beginning of the procedure was very painful in my opinion and then discomfort pretty much the whole way through, and I thought I had a high pain tolerance. Even though I had to commute some miles to and from the Ontario location, just for a consultation I was willing to do so because of how I was feeling about my appearance. Upon arriving the staff was very friendly. I especially appreciated meeting with Karen Vega, I believe She is the main consultant there, they were extremely busy that day and Ms. Vega had to power through her busy schedule on what appeared to be on little downtime if any for herself to take at least a short break. “It is lipo suction and you are awake...but the laser part impressed me so i went for it. The staff couldn't be nicer. My experience was painful but tolerable. Nurses couldn't get my IV inserted. Succeeded after 4th try. Doctor and nurse were very good in following up with me and checking on me. When I got home I did not do well with one pain pill. Was very sick and couldn't even keep a bite of cracker down or extra strength tylenol with water. My healing improved but turned very purple in areas. I couldnt go to work the next day due to vomiting still. Im now doing better and going for my follow up in 2 days. I am hopeful that the results are going to be all worth it!!!
Because of no anesthesia and hospital room or operation room....it was a cheaper price than conventional lipo. I am also hopeful the laser part is a plus in this kind of procedure. I am also getting follow up Venus treatments.”

I chose the Ontario, CA. facility and met with there consultant Ms. K. Vega. She listened patiently to my thoughts and concerns and answered all questions. “When I decided to check into Sonobella, I had no intentions of signing my name on the line. After meeting Karen , within ten minutes I signed on the line. My experience in the Ontario center was nothing but professional, kind, caring and perfect from start to finish. Karen was enthusiastic , positive and made me feel comfortable, confident and excited about what I was about to do. She relieved all fears, introduced me to my surgeon and left me feeling hopeful that what I wanted for a long time was actually coming true. From there my feelings of being safe in my decision remained at a high level. The day of surgery was pleasant, pain free and supportive. Nicole did my prep, very confident, professional and experienced. She was a gem, answering all my questions about their training, sterile technique, infection rates and complications. Then.... my BP went down and I doused in and out of sleep. I cannot say enough about Dr Bhuller. I love him. He presented so kind, confident and positive, I could only feel I had landed in the right place and my decision to have the procedure was the right thing to do. He is very professional, explained everything clearly and I felt in confident hands. He also has amazing patience, to wait for my BP to come down. He could have cancelled it but he waited. I thank him for that decision. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my surgery, what a very positive experience in a first rate facility. “Meeting and consulting with Karen Vega was great she explain everything in detail of what to expect from start to finish she also called a couple time before and after the procedure to make sure everything was okay !! everyone from the receptionist to the all nurses and Dr Stewart was great to interact with I would recommend anyone to go to the Ontario location if they wanted any procedure done !!! “My experience with Dr. Bhullar was fantastic! He answered all my questions. He walked me through the process. Provided helpful suggestions prior to any surgery.
The aftercare was all I could ask. A friend that had similar service did not see her physician for any visits after the surgery. I was fortunate that Dr. Bhullar has been there for each visit. When I did an after-hour call, he returned the call within 10 minutes. He also smoothed the way for me to get an appointment the next day.
Highly recommend him as a surgeon. He is personable, encouraging, and knowledgeable about the procedure and aftercare.”

As it turns out I was not a good candidate for body contouring at this time and she was frank about it. I havent seen my results yet, since I have to have my binder on for 3 days. My post op is Friday, and then we will see the results! I'm so excited. The procedure itself was scary, but they talked me through it and were very sweet.”

Usually with free consults the visit is rushed because the office doesn't get paid, but not Here! I was in office about 45min learning about the procedures available, getting to know the staff, and having every question answered. I set up a pre op appt that day. I met with Dr Bhullar. He is such a people person. He has such a great personality. Dr went over procedure and gave me a realistic expectation of what's to come. Day of procedure Dr Bhullar and the sweetest nurse ever Nicole walked me through everything. Best part is I didn't need General Anesthesia. Classical music played and they kept conversation going the entire time. From start to finish this office was amazing. And my results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. ”

“Horrible service!!! First of all the receptionist can't even give directions properly, doesn't even know what's around. Second of all because I was late the girl with lip filters said I'd have to wait till the consultant came back from get lunch, but she was big herself so I'm wondering if the weight loss procedure that they offer really works. they asked me if I wanted to wait and I said No and then asked me if I wanted to reschedule her as if I have gas and time to waste, I won't ever return or recommend this place to anybody.”

“I went there for a quote on arm lipo, but was directed towards the VENUS treatment instead by Karen. I'm not happy at all with the results. I see absolutely no difference. I paid $2,000.00 for 8 treatments of basically no results. I'm SUPER disappointed and I would NOT recommend this at all. Save your money.”

“In a nutshell - BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE FOR MYSELF!!! Second best decision - using Sono Bello, Ontario. I apologize in advance for not being able to do this rating justice and the put into words the recognition that it truly deserves. My experience with Sono Bello,Ontario was top notch - BETTER than I could have even hoped for. From the beginning - there was a bit of a mix up with the initial scheduled consult appt. I thought, "great - nothing good can come from this..." I wasn't a happy camper when I met with EV. However, her contagious smile and ability to calm me down and relate to me instantly turned my mood and in all honesty it wasn't her fault scheduling was messed up. EV took the time to explain the process, gave me realistic expectations for results, down time, pain levels, etc. She was amazing!!! EV unknowingly set the tone for what I could expect from the rest of the staff at Sono Bello. Before I could even ponder what I was getting myself into, I told her "where do I sign and how quickly can we get this done?" EV magically did her thing with financing and had me scheduled 1 week later. From that initial consult things moved very fast due to my scheduled procedure date. I met with Dr. B. the next day - Wow!! I was completely blown away by a Dr. who really took the time to meet with me and talk with me regarding the areas of my concern and made suggestions that would ultimately make the experience THAT MUCH BETTER. Dr. B was personable, didn't make me feel rushed or overwhelmed and was easy to relate to as well - I trusted her immediately and knew I had made the right decision. The LVN's, trainers and surrounding staff - TOP NOTCH!!. When I walk thru the doors at Sono Bello, I don't feel like a client. I feel like I am part of the office family. Everybody that I came into contact with was positive, smiling, encouraging and always put my well being and comfort level first. It was that level of comfort that made my experience a great one. Last, but not least - lets talk about the RESULTS of Dr. B's magic hand.... I COULD NOT be happier!!! Thank you Dr. B for your suggestions, professionalism, and for your ability to bring back a level of happiness in myself that I haven't seen in awhile. I am blown away by the results and it has been less than 2 weeks. I can't wait to see the final result. I have recommended Sono Bello, Ontario to everyone who has asked and I will continue to do so without hesitation. A HUGE Thank You to the Staff at the Ontario location.. You are all simply AMAZING!!!”
