“So my second time going in. February I did my mid section and other smaller areas. This week I went in for my lower bra and upper bra line. Kait and Kyla were amazing. Dr. Chase is first of all legendary after this. He was quite the comic and we were laughing in the room while getting my service done. He kept me distracted the nurses asked how I was many times during the procedure. I’m trying to figure out how to go back in just to see them. Hands down the best decision in my life. Dr Chase btw is very to the point. No fluff. He tells it how it is. I needed that to get motivated to loose the weight on my own after. With his beginning of sculpting I did the rest. I am down almost 30 lbs. I highly recommend Sono Bello and this team in Scottsdale”

“BAD results from DR ROBLES
I had a very bad experience with Dr. Robles and SonoBello. I had liposuction procedure done March 2022. As the summer months came around, I noticed a very large indentation in my stomach area from where Dr. Robles had perform the procedure. I was patient and waited all summer, thinking that this was part of the healing phase, and that my stomach area would even out, after I was fully healed. As fall approached, I became very concerned with the area because it was very noticeable. I was able to get a consultation for a post procedure Check up and talk with Dr. Robles about my concerns. Dr. Robles is clearly the worst Surgeon in that building. He looked at my stomach and pretended not to notice the large indent that he created. He showed very little concerned, nor did he care about his poor quality and technique when performing my liposuction. Unable to show humility, and admit that he did a poor job. I have spoke with 2 other doctors who special in body contouring and they have all told me, any indent that I have on my stomach from the procedure is a “ reflection on the skill set, poor technique, used, and overall lack of education by this surgeon”. I gave Dr. Robles the opportunity to resolve this matter and fix the situation, but he told me there is nothing that he will do. I asked him if the Venus program at their office would be any help to me, and with no reassurance, Dr. Robles replied “ maybe, you can book an appointment see what happens”.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from a business like Sonobello. I paid for their services, and their doctor, Dr. Robles made my stomach appear worse than before it was going into the surgery. I expressed my concern with the nurse that I spoke with on my post procedure exam that occurred on November 2, 2022, and she stated that a person would be reaching out to me shortly to talk about my results and see if there was any other options. It’s a month past being told that, and I have not heard anything. Like everybody who has gone to Sonobello, I paid good money, for good results. If your staff member messed up the procedure and did something wrong, then Sonobello needs to do the right thing and fix/resolve the issue.
It is clear that Dr. Robles is the surgical doctor that graduated, most likely graduated at the bottom of the class, but still is considered a doctor. I would highly recommend anybody looking into Sonobello, stay away from Dr. Robles and his poor surgical skills. All he needs to do is admit that he messed up, and he needs to fix the issue with surgery or any other treatment provided by Sonobello. He needs to be a grown man, show humility, and own up to his quality of work.”

“My experience at Sono Bello couldn’t have been better. I had some trepidation but all that melted away because of the support staff. From the time I contracted with Camille to the front office with Adrianna everyone was Fantastic! Then Kristin made sure I had all my ducks in a row for my pre-op and that I was comfortable moving forward. All along the process I felt like MY concerns and questions were #1 priority.

But the best part was Dr Wolfort ! He was great during the procedure and told what he was doing. He made me laugh ….. and by the way it looks like he has helped me immensely with my physical concerns 🤩

“I had pretty extensive work done including liposuction of the chest, abdomen and flanks. I also had skin removal done from the abdomen. I had lost over 130 lbs through diet and exercise and decided to splurge on getting things "fixed". Through the 6 months of recovery, I had concerns my flanks, some bumps and hard deposits under the skin, but was told to go through the process, and would look at the concerns after recovery.
As soon as I was able to start back at the gym, I was back at it! Building muscle, cardio and always watching my calorie intake.
At the 6 month review, the surgeon seemed annoyed that I had concerns. Accused me of putting weight back on, 5 lbs, and would need to lose that weight prior to anything being done. I emailed Sono Bello after that meeting with my concerns and never received a response.
They mention the 100% satisfaction guarantee throughout the sales process and recovery, but then find a reason to not fulfill that process in the end.”

“To everyone reading those horror stories, trust me if you do as you’re told you’ll have nothing but great results and positive feedback. My advice is don’t believe everything you read, but believe this! I was terrified due to all the horror stories I’d seen, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the care I was given. Those horror stories are more than likely due to people not following their aftercare instructions. I’m not going to lie, healing hurts, and it’s no walk in the park, but the staff follow up with you to check on your well being and truly show they care and want you to succeed. My doctor was forthcoming and told me exactly what to expect and everyone was very professional and showed a great deal of support and compassion. “My arms are completely burned after my procedure. It’s been more than a year, and it hasn’t gotten any better. They said it would improve, but that’s not the case at all. I didn’t feel comfortable wearing sleeveless before the procedure, and this hasn’t changed. I would rate it lower, but the MA was so kind during the procedure. I’ve read that the burns are more likely for a person of color, so please be aware. They won’t tell you this.”

“Worst experience I’ve ever had.
I put a deposit down and the The consultant Shannon refused to give me back my deposit after I decided to not go through with the surgery.
The consultant gave me false information and expectations and when I went in for my pre-op the doctor and nurse told me completely different expectations. I canceled my appointment 4 times and supposedly never documented it. Then refused to refund my deposit of $1995.00
I didn’t even have the surgery and they took my money.”

She kept asking how I was doing throughout the procedure and was very motivational. Dr. Case preformed the procedure and told me exactly what he was going to do before doing it. Music was playing throughout the procedure so the environment was not focused on what was going on but rather soothing and calming. I highly recommend Sono Bello to my family and friends. “I will start off by saying that every single person in this office is incredibly nice, kind, respectful. I have never been more pleased with a group of women.
I began my search for a surgeon who could remove my breast implants due to me having symptoms possibly pertaining to them. I had my first appointment with Dr. Gal and was given lots of information to which I did further research to ensure I was making the best decision pertaining to the capsules surrounding my implants.
Anyone who shows symptoms of this unverified “breast implant illness” are to remove both the implant and the entire capsule.
So I go into my second appointment with Dr. Gal and explain that I do want the explant + FULL capsulectomy. She then says a few times that “if it is not safe, I will leave it be”. Now as a non medical personnel, I am trusting the doctor I am having do surgery on me to do what I have made expected. I am paying for a full capsulectomy, so of course she is going to get it all, right?
Fast forward to surgery day..
I wake up from my surgery to the words, “the doctor didn’t get all of the capsule— she deemed it unsafe”.
The amount of disappointment, anger, sadness, regret that I felt post op was intense.
Post op I did more research..
•There is a HUGE difference between a plastic surgeon, and a board certified plastic surgeon. ( Dr. Gal is not board certified)
•If a surgeon is EVER hesitant that they cannot get ALL of the capsule, run.
•A board certified plastic surgeon CAN and DOES get all of the capsule even with it being stuck to the chest wall, because they have the level of skill to do so.
I was left with 10 percent capsule in my right breast, and 30 percent in my left breast.
I now have to go to another doctor, a board certified in plastics + reconstructive to have this fixed. I have to pay many more thousands of dollars to have this fixed. I have to put my body through more trauma so soon after this surgery to have it fixed. I should be recovering, and getting my life back that I had prior to getting implants in, in the first place, but I cannot.
What do I think should have been done? Well when Dr. Gal heard me adamantly say in my second appointment, after I had done further research— that it was just as important to remove the capsule as it was the implant, she should have told me to find another doctor. She should have explained that she was not skilled enough to get all of the capsule. She should have given me the chance to see a doctor with the level of skill that I needed— a board certified plastic surgeon.
Since having this surgery I have in many ways explained my incredible disappointment with the fact that the entire capsule wasn’t removed even though I paid many thousands of dollars to have the entirety removed. I have explained many times that I am going to seek out a more qualified board certified plastic surgeon to fix this mistake.
I finished my last appointment with Dr. Gal and was hoping to get some kind of closure, apology, acknowledgment, reimbursement even to pay for the surgery that I now need to have to fix this mistake— and nothing. I was given the round a bout about how “their intention was to remove the entire capsule”. Okay, but you didn’t remove it all? So why did I pay for a full capsulectomy yet didn’t get what I paid for? Why do I have to find someone properly skilled to fix this lack of skill on your part?
I hate this, I am a person who hates complaining. But this is not okay.
I went in hoping to get my life back, get rid of these symptoms that I believe to my core are caused by the implants— and now it’s turning into a 12k investment that I shouldn’t have had to make.
I would have appreciated more accountability on Dr. Gals part. I would have appreciated her charging me only for a partial capsulectomy instead of a full capsulectomy. Since she only removed partial.
The new doctor I am going through to have the rest of the capsule removed with is very confident that he can get what was left by Dr. Gal— and with that I am hopeful that I will get my life back.”

“So glad I did this! I’m only a week and a half out from my procedure and I can already see a huge difference. I’m loving the fact that my problem areas are now non-problem areas - Just Like That! But let me back up….to the beginning since it isn’t all roses and champagne. This isn’t a day at the spa. It’s more like a mini-torture chamber. I have to admit I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was I going to feel pain? Was I going to be so loopy that I didn’t notice? So I asked….and of course, I get the same canned answer every Doctor seems to give “it won’t hurt me a bit!”. Seriously!? Ok, now that I still don’t know, I’m walking into the “OR” having taken my cocktail of drugs just 5 minutes before. Ok. I can do this. As soon as I lay down, I feel all the needle pricks in my designated areas ( one for each are). Alright, not too bad and I expected this. Then, the real discomfort occurs, putting lidocaine through the probe under my skin in all those areas. Wow, it hurts. At this point I start shaking uncontrollably, mostly due to the lidocaine and probably some from shock. I also elected NOT to look so I can’t comment on exactly what happened. About 5 minutes passed so that the lidocaine could take effect and then the liposuction started. To be completely honest, some of it actually felt like I was getting a massage! Some parts of it felt great! The hard part was the lidocaine injections and the lipo / laser part was easy. I was awake and moved around so they could access all my areas, albeit increasingly slower. By the time I was done, the cocktail started to kick in. The nurse got me dressed and off I went, slept in the car ride home, slept for another couple hours. I woke up, had dinner and went back to bed for the night. When I woke up the next day, I was expecting to feel sore, oozing blood, swollen and bruised. But, no! I was sore but normal! Honestly I could have gone back to work! Yes, my areas were sore, but not more sore than if I had a tough workout at the gym. Recovery was easy. As I said I’m happy so far - final results are still pending. They actually didn’t move forward with one area so I thought I would have been charged less. Nope. Nobody called back about it either. It’s been over a week and nothing. I also haven’t seen any photos of my before/after. Maybe that will come later?!”

“I’m not sure my experience has been typical, so I hate to do a public review. I thought I’d come in for the procedure, feel good in a few days, and watch my results reveal themselves over the coming months. Instead, this is more like getting braces. I had the procedure, but won’t be “done” for months. I’m still in constant pain 3 weeks later. I’m all bumpy and bulky and have what looks like it will be a hideous asymmetrical scar. I have to keep making the 45 minute drive up to Scottsdale for follow up appointments , and I don’t know if this is what I am supposed to be experiencing at all. It’s certainly not “Remove unwanted fat permanently in one visit”, it’s WAY more than one visit. And I was not prepared for the amount of discomfort I’m in. Maybe in a few months I will look back and say it was all worth it. But you are asking me now. I wish I had been better informed of how long the healing process would take, and I still don’t know if all of the lumps and bumps and puckering I’m having are normal, or if they will be permanent. Hopefully at the one month mark someone will tell me. Bet you regret asking, huh? :)”

I was told I would get a laser treatment for skin tightening and didn't... When I inquired I was told that it doesn't really do anything so just a little confused as to why it was mentioned in the sales pitch but not followed through on. However, my immediate post-op experience was not great and stemmed from the ill-fitting compression garment. I am very short-waisted and the garment kept rolling up and caused me more pain than it helped. I bought one from Amazon but was without any usable compression garment for a full day. One week after (today) is when I turned the corner and started feeling human. Dr. Case's skill and customer service is not in question at all but I would suggest finding one compression garment as an option for patients like me.”

The procedure itself was MUCH more uncomfortable than I anticipated. Still quite sore on my sides and upper abs. I don't think the meds were given a long enough time to take effect before we started ... and we started with this area, which was unfortunate for me. Dr. Case said I would feel like I'd had "a few too many margaritas" (aka nicely relaxed) before we started, however it felt like I had had NO Margaritas. The other areas were far less sensitive, whether that is due to length-of-time with meds or because they are less-sensitive in general I can't really say. The "not-really-sedated" experience was sub-optimal. The only other surgery I have had was wisdom-teeth removal 25+ years ago under general anesthesia. That was certainly a more pleasant experience. I'd say this pain experience was on-par with natural childbirth transition phase.

Post-procedure follow up has been very good. I appreciate the inclusiveness of all post-care products and office visits (Arnica, compression garments, silicone tape). All these add to the overall successful results and feeling of being "cared for."

Would I do it again? Maybe. Overall a good experience.”

“I was not prepared for the pain I experienced during the procedure, it was so so painful. I’m thankful I had a great nurse and Dr coaching and reassuring me throughout the entire process. (Didn’t take away from the pain, but still encouraging. )
The pain post op is equally awful. Walking, sitting, standing, and don’t even think about picking something up if you drop it, it belongs to the floor now.

If I text with any questions after my surgery I was gotten back to you by the next day with an answer. The doctor tell me what I needed. I went in for surgery and was nervous, but the doctor asked me what type of music I liked and that's what we listen to in the operating room so that I could continue to feel comfortable. I am loving the look at my stomach. The only thing that I didn't like is the drainage bulbs that I had. I had four almost 9 days but there was no more drainage after three and so I had to lay, very uncomfortably, for the rest of those days with those drainage tubes for no reason. Other than the drainage tubes I would totally recommend them. I had went to them previously for Lipo and the tummy tuck EX was because after the lipo, I had sagging skin left at the bottom of my stomach.”

“I had my surgery done 1/22/2021 which was upper and lower abs and waist done (Tri-Sculpt E/X). Staff from beginning to current day has been nothing less than professional, courteous and prompt with return calls even when I thought they were ignoring me, but the truth was I had missed calls from them including my doctor due to me sleeping my pain away. Just to name a few staff that I would like to especially thank is Shannon who did my consultation, my procedure nurse was Nicole, my aftercare nurse Tia and Doctor Nobles were all kind, made me feel like they were listening and heard me of what I wanted and needed throughout this process. Tia was also very knowledgeable about the aftercare process and calmed my anxieties about my pain, discomfort and recovery process, as well as, results I should expect to see in the near future. Oh I don’t want to forget the two receptionists in the front who always greet me with a warm smile and friendly customer service! I’m six days post-op and I haven’t seen the results I would like to see but Tia reminded me to be patient because I’m still swollen with some bruising. Dr. Nobles even called me from his cell to check on me before my first appointment after surgery and informed me I can call and/or text him with any concerns! I don’t see that with many doctors today! Overall, my experience has been wonderful and I’ll recommend Scottsdale Sono Bello!”

“Got a consult for laser lipo. I was a good candidate on paper but then when she looked at my stomach said I have a bulge higher up and it's most likely separation of abdominal muscle after pregnancy. She said if they do the laser lipo then I will still have a small bulge at the top of my stomach and I wont have a flat stomach unless I go get a $15,000 tummy tuck surgery. I dont care about having a flat stomach i just want to lose some of the fat off my body. Guess with it being "Scottsdale" they only want candidates who will have a PERFECT body afterwards. But of course I started pulling back and thinking maybe it’s not worth it but she convinced me and can I say it is the best decision I’ve ever made. “While I am 100% glad I did this and am happy with the results I see already, I have to admit, I feel I was a little unprepared for the aftermath. My consultant made it sound like I could return to playing softball, even if lightly at first, after 2 weeks or so. This contradicted what the doctor told me later.

She also said I would lose about 10lbs in fat initially, and that did not include the skin being removed. When I mentioned this to the doctor, he said "whomever told me that lied and this was not about weight loss". And he was correct, I am not down any lbs, probably due to the initial post op swelling (I'm 2 weeks post op today). Which is fine because even with the swelling, I can see my flat tummy and smoother, smaller waistline and hips. That was what I came for. :)

I also was not prepared for how long the numbness and swelling was going to last and this was probably my fault. I was so eager for to do this, I may not have paid as much heed as I should have, or asked more questions. I also did not realize I was not going to be put under general anesthesia. I was put under local anesthesia and awake the whole 3.5 hrs, which was a moderately disturbing, uncomfortable, and sometimes painful experience. One I never want to repeat, yet don't regret, and I am glad I went through with it, if that makes sense.

My advice is to do as much research and ask as many questions to the doctor, at your initial consult with him, as possible to be better prepared.

As for the staff, they were friendly, genuine, and wonderful to work with, and they have helped make this an overall good experience.”

“****Update*** had to change my garment still waiting for that to come, I am on week 3 and in more pain then the first few days after no meds help the pain! For me its not just soreness from workout kinda pain its i still can't touch my body this far in, so uncomfortable! I will say that since you are dealing with your body and it may be possible you have to have some skin removed (such as myself)...just have some knowledge up front as far as POST-OP soreness. I had no issues with the surgery, the team was fantastic. Just know that our bodies adjusts in our own way.

“I am on week 2 and still having discomfort and pain,numbness tingling etc, I was fully awake the Norco and Zany never really kicked in. 2 and 1/3 litters of fat was removed from upper/lower abs and waist. Surgery was about 4 hours husband picked me up and we went to California Pizza kitchen then home and I slept off and on for 2 days walked 10 to 15 min. I went back to work last Wednesday and I sit all day that wasn't fun, I wore the compression garment for 24/7 the first week now I am 12 on 12 off I hate it its pretty much a full body with long legs so tight and un comfortable. It's hard to sleep and sit standing not so bad. Swelling has gone down but day by day it varies worse then not. I'm sure it will be worth it when all said and done. Dr. Case has great beside manner and the nurses TIA and Nicole where great. Rest of the staff was super friendly as well. I will post after pictures soon and will update in another week.”

“From the start of my first consultation in the Scottsdale office to post op, I would say this experience was a roller coaster for a newbie to cosmetic surgery. All the staff was extremely helpful and kind considering what I was there for. My deflated, "mommy" pouch and all the extra fat pockets that just would not melt away with diet and exercise. A lot of businesses worry about drawing their customers in, but don’t think about what happens to the customers after they’ve purchased an item or service.

I am beyond disappointed with the level of customer service that was provided. I had to follow up numerous times due to not getting a response from my previous requests. I think what‘s even more frustrating is the amount of money that was spent for the service and then to not get timely responses or any response when I had concerns with my results? Beyond frustrating & completely unacceptable making someone feel like they were just another transaction with something that’s so personal.

Never again will I be a Sono Bello Customer or EVER recommend to anyone. There are so many private practices and other surgeons that are out there that are more willing to ensure that you are satisfied with your results.”

While I understand it is a cash business and you want to overbook in case of cancellations it shouldn't come at the expense of patients who are punctual. “From the appointment to the procedure I loved having my procedure done here. Brooke helped me book my procedure, she was so kind and understanding. My nurse (same one for pre op and the procedure) was great and answered and talked to me during the procedure. Dr. Case was very detailed, he took out just over 3 liters of fat and did the EX procedure, removing skin below my belly button, can’t believe how flat that section is already. I never wanted a full tummy tuck so I was happy to find this option.
I was on the table for about 3 hours, and it was pain free. Many times I was laughing because I was getting tickled near the rib area. I’m still blown away that I was awake the whole time.
Day 1 and 2 I took my pain meds at home and got up every 2 hours as instructed.
Day 2 lipo spots stopped seeping
Day 3 I was able to reduce my pain meds by half and took a shower, changed my bed sheets and did a load of laundry. My drains are under 10ml each, draining them 3 times today.
I will follow up with the one week update.”

“I have heard about Sono Bello thru TV, after calling and setting up an appointment I was greeted by Carly in the phone, without knowing any nurse or Doctor, I felt very comfortable just talking to her, she was so positive, welcoming, making sure all my questions were answer, I felt care and in the right place, after meeting Brooke who coordinated and discussed with me all my options to make the financial part more affordable, then I met with the Doctor he did not made any promises that I was going to look like when I was 18 years old, his explanation was made according to my 60 years of age and my history of surgeries in the past, I have done many liposuction procedures in the past and when your body has gone under so many traumas your insides are not the same, you develop scar tissue, your skin is not smooth, you have to be reasonable in your expectations, all I knew iat the time is that I felt safe, well inform and down to earth expectations, the procedure went well, my nurse Patricia took good care of me. I had many areas done my arms, waist, upper and lower abdomen and front bra rolls plus a tummy tuck at the end, the first 2 days you are kind of sedated and you are not so uncomfortable until after 3 days, my arms are sore still after 6 days but you can do anything, but because I had skin remove from my abdomen the soreness is going to take longer to heal and see any great results at least for 3 months, I know I am going to look much better then when I went in, I also need to help the situation by following instructions, drink plenty of water, walk in moderation, eat healthier and follow their instructions. So far I have been very satisfied with all around care I am looking forward to my recovery, I know it has only been a week, I know I have to be patient but so far no complaints from me, I know communication between the nurses and Doctor is crucial for a great recovery, and I know without any doubt I will get that if I need it, so far I am glad I had it done. Yes, it can be painful and uncomfortable but through past liposuction I know the results will be amazing.

“I cant express enough what an excellent and positive experience i have had with Sono Bello! From my consultation, pre-op, procedure and all my follow up's The entire staff is fantastic and so friendly. And what can i say about my results...WOW! I had my upper and lower abs, bra roll and sides done and the results are better than what i imagined it would be. I am not going to lie but for me the procedure was more painful than I expected. I just may not have a high tolerance for pain. During the entire procedure the nurses and Dr.Bonillas tried to make me as comfortable as possible. They were so sweet and i could tell they truley cared about my comfort. That really helped me get through it. That evening Dr.Bonillas personally called to see how i was doing. I was still pretty medicated so i dont really remember what i said to him. The recovery was also more painful and took longer than i expected. That being said, it was worth it! I just had my 6 month post-op and had a couple of areas of concern. One was above my belly button and I was told that is loose skin and cant be touched up. Even with the loose skin, I am very happy. The second area is on my side where I have a small indent. Dr. Bonillas agreed that it can be touched up and we will be doing a revision soon. He could have just as easily said its loose skin as well (not that i would have known any different) and sent me on my way but he is a perfectionist and will be fixing it. Thank you to all of you wonderful ladies and Dr. Bonillas at Sono Bello! I would highly recommend you to anyone!”

Beginning with my consultation with Brooke. She was so nice, open and professional. She offered an excellent description of the procedure, the recovery time and the cost. The information she so expertly provided to me helped make my decision an easy one!

She met me for my pre-op appointment and the morning of my surgery! I could not have asked for a better person to walk me through everything, hold my hand and educate me about what to expect during and after the surgery. Finally, I met Dr Case.
After hearing so many glowing comments about him I was anxious to “size him up” for myself. He did not disappoint! I was most struck by his total honesty. He gave me an accurate assessment of the procedure, including all the possible complications and did not sugar coat any answers to my questions
Dr Case even called me that night after my surgery! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve had so many surgeries and no doctor has ever called me at home that evening! I was deeply touched and very appreciative!

In addition to Dr Case’s thoughtfulness and impressive professionalism I love his funny, dry sense of humor!! He makes me laugh!
After meeting with him I had complete confidence that he would do an excellent job!

Which brings me to Tia. I met with her to have my drains removed (which I was almost more nervous about as the procedure) As it turned out, my fears were completely unfounded. She expertly removed them with me hardly knowing! She treated all my other needs and proceeded to educate me about what to expect for the next few weeks. Like everyone else I encountered Tia was kind, professional and very caring!

“If you're considering lipo here read this first...
I went in for lipo on four sections in early March 2019. I've been through a C-section, a lap band and labiaplasty so I had a pretty good idea of what I was in for. Everything about this lipo felt very much like some back alley clinic and I'm not exaggerating. It was terrifying. I laid on the table crying the entire way through the procedure. Every fiber popping and all the pain was terrible. The doctor's bedside manner was just as bad.
But that's not the worst part... The recovery...dear God... I've never been through that much pain in my life. The sales lady said I'd be back to cooking that night... Let me tell you...it was a week before I could function at all, and much longer until I was even a quarter of my regular self. If you're a single parent of a small kid, please get someone to help who is prepared to stay for awhile.
My swelling got so bad that I couldn't even hold still without crying. When I went into the office the nurse immediately knew I was retaining way too much fluid and said it needed to be reduced via syringe. When the Dr came in, he said I have no fluid and basically made me feel crazy. I told him to check for fluid anyways and had to really press the issue. When he finally agreed and got the syringe in my stomach, he pulled off 400ml of fluid. Think a Gatorade bottle worth. Every two days for two weeks after that I had to go in and have that much fluid removed. When I asked him why this was happening he said they pulled out the maximum amount of fat without hospitalization... As in 1 cc of hospitalizing. The Dr then told me he's done over 1600 procedures but only 10 with the amount of fat they removed from me which is why I had so many issues. Had ANYONE told me this could be an issue or given me the chance to say take less fat I most certainly would have. Now it's 4 months later and I still have no feeling in my hip areas. One side of me has an extreme dent where he took too much.
Of course I am definitely flatter on my stomach but what I went thru to get here is something you see on TV shows.
The only great party about this sonobello was my nurse. She was awesome and seemed more intune then the Dr.
I hope this helps someone.

“Worst experience of my life. I showed up 30 minutes early to fill out paper work, when on 15 minutes was asked of me. I got that paperwork completed 10 minutes before my schedule apt. I had my Trisculpt procedure done November 2018. I did my lower and upper abs, bra roll and love handles. It has been 3 months (I'm halfway to full recovery) and I have to say...I AM CRAZY HAPPY with my results so far! Even if my results don't get better than where i am right now, i will NOT be disappointed.
Prior to my consult with Sono Bello, i did a ton of research on TriSculpt, Lipo, Coolsculpting. I looked into just about every clinic in my area that offered these services.
You can look up reviews on Sono Bello and will find mixed reviews. One constant that kept coming up with Sono Bello is that women felt pressured at the consult. They just want your money, it's all about sales, they don't have your best interest. In my experience, I met with Liza. She impressed me right away with her knowledge of the procedure. She took her time to explain everything to me. She kept asking me if I had any questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at anytime. My husband went with me and she would ask him as well if he had any questions. Even my husband was impressed (and he wasn't crazy at the thought of me wanting it done). At the end of the consult I decided to schedule my procedure, my decision and not because I felt pressured in any way by Liza.
My next appointment was my pre-op with Dr. Bonillas. Once again, I was very impressed. He took his time explaining everything to me. He wasn't rushing through the appointment. He wanted to make sure any of my questions or concerns were addressed. My husband went to this appointment also and Dr. Bonillas even asked him if he had any questions. After leaving that appointment, I knew I made the right decision by choosing SB.
The procedure itself, I will be honest, was not what I expected. For me it was painful, long and cold. However, the nurses and Dr. were so kind and caring. They did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I may have cried at one point. The recovery was also more painful and uncomfortable than I thought it would be. Lots of swelling and bruising. The recovery pain was longer than I thought it would be. For me it was about 5 weeks before it didn't hurt to touch my skin. This is just me though. I don't have a high tolerance for pain. But now, 3 months later, I don't even remember the pain and the results are worth every bit of it!
Bottom line is... I was very skeptical to go to Sono Bello because some of the reviews I read. I am so thrilled that I didn't pass this up. From my very first appointment to this last appointment I had at my 3 month, everyone there is awesome! The front desk, nurses, Dr, they are all so friendly and professional. I have not had one bad experience with them, in person or on the phone. I have zero regrets!

“After wanting liposuction and XR for years after loosing weight and carrying flabby excess skin I saw a sonobello add while visiting my sister in Scottsdale. I made my initial consultation in September and from that initial visit felt this was the right fit for me. First the consultant Liza listened to me about my goals and expectations and only then discussed how sonobello could work with me to achieve my goals.
I was so completely satisfied with the quality of answers I got to all my questions that I paid a deposit that day and called back the following month to schedule my procedure for last week. I am day 4 post op and feeling wonderful, having the XR skin removal and liposuction to contour and define waist, abs , bra roll and arms after wanting this done for years. This was my last but most important step in my weight loss journey and I am even at day 4 post op feeling comfortable looking in mirror without flabby excess skin looking back at me.
I went in with a complete understanding of procedures and expectations from sonobello and am extremely pleased with results even at this early stage of recovery.
Was the procedure and post op recovery period uncomfortable? For the most part no it hasn’t been bad at all. I have felt sore and tired the last few days and though there were uncomfortable times especially in first 24 hours ... I was never in pain.

In addition to getting a call from my surgeon to check on me at home post op the day of the procedure, I was sent emails to reinforce expectations and guidance to make the first few days as comfortable and productive as possible. I followed Dr. Cases instructions for rest, walking, fluid intake and compression garment etc... it was easy because it was explained at consultation, pre op visit, day of procedure and in emails received in first couple days post op as well as in writing for me to bring home and refer to.
I believe sonobello is a success because They took the time to hear my goals and budget and together with me created a plan to accomplish those goals. Communication and a comfortable environment with excellent surgeon and staff comes together perfectly at sonobello in Scottsdale AZ. From Alexandra the receptionist to Liza my initial consult to Tia and Julie the surgical nursing staff to Dr. Case my surgeon and I am sure many other behind the scenes staff that go unnamed but are part of the team effort to make the Scottsdale sonobello a perfect fit for me. I came from out of state to have this procedure done instead of someplace closer to home because I felt from the start they listened to me first. Secondly was the completeness when answering all my questions which was exceptional as well as the qualifications of my surgeon Dr. Case. They checked all the boxes that were my priorities so that I had complete confidence to move forward and choose sonobello. I write this review honestly and with pleasure will recommend Dr. Case and Scottsdale AZ, Sonobello to anyone that wants to learn more about options that they provide to meet your goals and exceed your expectations.

I had a feeling thai isn’t going to be good. 2 days before surgery I tried to cancel my appointment and they said it’s none refoundble and also they said they’ll send my documents to collection egency. So they literally made me do it. And nothing has changed still look the same... there’s a dent in my inner thighs and still sore after 7 months. Went back to see the doctor they said she’s not there so waist of time. I live 30 minutes away from this office. On my visit they said they won’t give money back but they can redo the surgery. “I also would give a 0 if I could. Not sure what the end result will be, but this is my story: I went to Sona Bello in Woodbridge Oct 18, 2018. The sales person had me mesmerized, she was telling me I'm going to look great and fit in a size 12 after the procedure. I wanted my top front and stomach worked on, along with my upper arms made smaller.
When I went to the doctor appt she set up, the doctor informed me he did not believe I would reach the goal the sales person discussed with me. He also stated there was no way he could do the arms , chest and stomach all in one day. He also said he would need to make a super large cut for what the sale person suggested and that my belly button wouldn't look right after the surgery. He also so said, due to the condition of my skin on my arms, cuts would have to be made to remove skin. The sales person assured me he could "do the surgery in one day , and you'll look great!"
When I told her what he said, she wouldn't take no for an answer, I told her that there was nothing left to do since the doctor did not recommend the procedure. And when I told her about the cuts on the arms, she said Sona bello does not do that. So then Sona Bello can't do my arms. You can't expect me to do this procedure and have lots of hanging ugly skin.
She insisted to give her a day to have a second opinion from a different doctor, but she expects him to give this opinion without seeing me. This is no appropriate, and I got no call today. The doctor needs to see and feel my skin to know how it will respond to the surgery.
Truthfully I don't feel comfortable with her forcing a second opinion on me. I offered to do different things that will cost as much, but not make me ugly,and she didn't want to hear it.
