He shared confidence with me so I trusted every step with him. Dr. Garner took his time in shaping my body and made it look beautiful. He did not rush to get the job done. He’s the best. The nurses Mariel and Simone, loved them, both made my experience feel relaxed, eased and friendly. I’m glad I chose Sonobello and got to have the greatest team to take care of my case. “Complete waste of 5k. I went in for chin and jowls , a small area I told them what I wanted (no fat in my chin area) . Since it’s such a small area I thought this was achievable and realistic. Wrong it’s been 3 weeks since the surgery and my chin looks pretty much the same as if nothing was removed from the area . I compress 24/7 , I use the arnica for swelling , I lightly massage the area yet it still looks the same . My friend who is much bigger than I am got the same procedure at a sono bello out of state and her results were amazing right after surgery you can see the definition and slimness in her chin area that’s what made me want to do it but unfortunately I didn’t get the same end result. Major disappointment and complete waste of my time and money . Currently back in the gym to try to do it naturally, honestly should’ve done that instead of wasting my hard earned money .”

“I am currently one week post op and I swear, I could cry. For as long as I remember, and non pregnancy related… no matter how little or how much I weighed I always had a lower belly pouch. I have been following sono bello for over a year and decided to finally go for my consultation, not thinking I’d ever pull the trigger.
I left my appointment with Nicole at the Woodbridge location telling her “if I do this, it wouldn’t be for a really long time.” To going home, thinking about it, and deciding that this had to be done for me.
Next thing I knew, I was booking an appointment that was a little over a month away. Excited and nervous, I counted the days as they passed, not really knowing what to expect.
My procedure was done in the Roseland Location, truly not knowing what to expect and not knowing much on the doctors, just trusting in the company and hoping for the best.
Dr. Garner blew me away. He exceeded my expectations. He had the most wonderful bedside manner, he is caring, and funny, he was able to make an anxious situation so much more comfortable than it could have been. He talked me through each step, he explained what I was feeling, and why and reassured me the entire time. I felt safe and comfortable with Dr. Garner. We exchanged stories, we sang along to the music playing, talked about relatable topics. Most of the time I didn’t even realize I was having something done.
Arlene, my nurse has been wonderful. She even made sure the day of the procedure to keep updating my mom who was anxiously waiting in the family lounge. At my one week post op appt she was so excited to see me and my results making the whole experience really personal.
Janeris and Mariel, Dr. Garner’s assistants literally felt like family. We discussed and sang our same love for old school music and although I was awake and aware of what was happening, experienced some pain from time to time… the experience overall was so enjoyable because of the staff that I got so lucky to have that day.
Today I put on real clothes and got dressed for work, looked in the mirror and cried. I couldn’t believe my reflection. I am so grateful for you, Dr. Garner and the staff who has been my support system during this journey. Thank you is an understatement. Forever grateful for my results and experience at Sono Bello, Roseland NJ.”

“Let’s start with my “assistant/guide”, SIM!I she has been 99.999% customer centric (as it should be). Nothing was out of her knowledge purview and had answers to my unformulated questions. Very patient and a great guide to what to expect, how to manage, I can go on but she was able to address the concerns, as they arose, while we were on the phone. I do t know how long she has been with the company but i felt like she took the time to know only be customer centric, but learn and store the ongoing learning experiences and bring out the necessary nuggets as needed. This lady is very knowledgeable and customer centric. Had it not been for her I may not have landed there. She never pushed. She explained and asked very relevant question. Well… gotta go so this is going to be a brief review. The staff for the procedure were user friendly. Answered questions and introduced processes and procedures. Had it not been for Ms. Simi (hope I’m spelling it correctly) I may not have scheduled. I have my day in the coming sun soon …will update then @ the before/after, healing (etc) process.”

Simi & Jay went above and beyond to work with me in order to make this procedure possible & I can’t thank them enough for making my dream come true! Surgery day was a breeze thanks to my nurse Symone & scrub tech Mariel. Laughing and joking with these 2 before and during my procedure made my entire day! Their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge & compassion that they showed assisting the doctor with my procedure was incredible and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. “Absolutely ridiculous! I drove 40 mins to my appointment and arrived 10 mins early for what was suppose to be an 11am consultation appointment time. I was checked in and asked to fill out paperwork with no mention of any delays. After an hour of sitting in the waiting room, I finally asked the front desk if I messed up on my appointment time and they confirmed it was at 11am. I asked how much longer it would be and was told they would ask the consultant. After another 10 mins I went back to the front desk and was told it was going to be at least another half hour before I was seen. Over an hour and a half late for a consultation is not a good first impression for a business! Absolutely horrible first impression.”

All my questions and concerns were answered and all my fears went away once meeting Kelly who is absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable.
The doctor and nurse at my consultation were helpful and very honest.
I ended up not getting the surgery and was refunded my deposit instantly with no problems (which I was worried about).

“I saw Sono Bello being advertised for quite some time now. I wanted to get liposuction on my stomach and hips forever and never thought it would be possible. I decided to go for the free consultation. Simi was amazing and went over everything including pricing. A few months later I scheduled the surgery and had it last week (9/24/24). My overall experience has been life changing. My surgeon, Dr. Shehadi was amazing, along with my 2 nurses that day! They all made me incredibly comfortable, Nothing was a surprise as they tell you everything to expect that day and the days to follow. “When I got up the courage to go and make a change to myself I took my husband with me. We were impressed with the fact that sono Bello was located in a corporate building. The waiting room we liked the way it was set up it was comfortable and low-key. I spoke to a receptionist who had a big smile on her face and already knew who I was. I handed in my paperwork and waited a few minutes and another woman came out who said her name was Kelly. We found her to be informative but down to earth. She was kind and patient with us. Talking with Kelly was like talking to a close friend about something very personal to me. She had a sense about her that said I’m a woman too I know how you are feeling it’s OK to want to change something about your body. we also found out that she was a nurse and that she loved helping people. We picked a plan and started my journey. A week after my surgery I started the healing process I started on the balancer pro. The receptionist who took me back to the room was so excited about the machine it was such a treat! She had placed a bottle of water and an eye mask to block everything out on the table. She pointed to a doorbell in case I needed her right next to the bed. She said I hope you enjoy The experience! She was just so excited about the machine and she wanted me to have the right experience with her exuberance how could I not!!Eeven the music was just great! When my session was over she came back and asked what I thought I said it was awesome I feel so relaxed and I can’t wait for my second session.

“Had abdomen, waist lipo and Abex. Down time for everyone will be different. I was lucky enough to stay with my mom for 9 days. She helped me with bandages and gave me her recliner. I can't imagine having to change bandages myself, but i guess if you have to, you can. You only need a full-length mirror. Staff is awesome. Starting with the receptionist. I'm 1 week post-op, met with nurses yesterday and they were very willing to answers questions and 1 of them helped into my 1st stage faja. My initial consult was with Simi, and 1week follow-up were at Summit office. Because of scheduling I had procedure done in Manhattan. Staff also awesome. Thank you Dr Z, Sophia, and CeeCee.”

Simi remembered us by our first name (it’s been over a month since our initial consult with her) saw us in the waiting room and made it a point to say hi. Arlene the head. It’s is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Takes the time to answer questions and get clarification. Manager of the office (not sure if her name) is also very pleasant and always checks up to make sure all Is ok.

When I read reviews where they implied “treat them and street them” type of visits. Well I can assure you, that is not the case in the Summit location. They take the time needed and do not rush you. Very happy with the service!”

My journey first started with my consultation with Simi, she was very knowledgeable and guided me through all the steps I needed to get this process going, she was very sweet and nice and was available any time I had questions. When I came back for my pre-op I had the pleasure to be welcomed by Arlene. She is such a caring nurse that detailed every step of the way and even comforted me and my anxious feelings. I felt a warm connection with her and she made me feel at ease. Now it’s time for surgery and I couldn’t have felt any more mixed emotions, but here, I met with Mariel (amazing) and another awesome nurse (so sorry I’m forgetting her name) but she was great and had patience with me.
