I think what made my experience over the top is the care and customer service I received from my Surgeon and care team. Dr. Miller is a master at her craft, she took care of all my problem areas. I got my back, hips, upper and lower abs done and Abex and I am more than pleased with my results. Samantha my nurse was so personable and made me feel very comfortable before during and after surgeries. “I was very scared and nervous with 1000 + questions and I previously had horrible consults with plastic surgeons in the Bay Area.
Naomi the consultant was very helpful and with out hesitation answered ALL of my questions. I left the initial consult with a surgery appointment and ready to go. I booked my procedure 3 months out so I can get through my semester at school, Naomi understood and never pressured me into moving my appointment sooner . I met with the surgeon a week before my procedure and just like the previous visit ALL of my questions were answered and I was given detailed Instructions to follow to prep me. The Day of the procedure came, I was a nervous reck and like always the nurse reassured me and made me feel comfortable. The procedure it’s self was pain less and it was smooth. Great team overall. I scheduled the Venus after care massage treatment and once again aesthetic Technician Ilani was great. The procedure was awesome in relieving tension and helping with the healing process. I continued the Venus with Illani and each appointment I felt better.
Over all great staff and I feel very good about my choice with sonobello”

“I’m 1 week post op lipo and I’m feeling really well. The process has been very easy from the beginning. My initial meeting was with Naomi, she was very easy to talk to and very informative. Surgery day went well also. Dr. Miller and Nurse Stormy were a good duo, very efficient and informative. Dr. Miller explained what the sensations were going to feel like along the way. Knowing what to expect helped me alot. I work from home and was able to go back to work the next day. “I got liposuction treatment from here and spent 12000$ but was not What they advertise, and claim, on their first attempt they didn’t remove the fat fully What did they charge me for then after 8 months when I ask them they call me again for another attempt and I went thru again and this time it was another doctor perform because previous doctor no longer with Sono Bello and 2nd time Dr poke me all over and Uneven but my under arm fat still the same as it was original, and still it's uneven one side fat another side flat, I didn’t write reviews yet because I wanted to see final results because they claim full results take time, they just fill your body with lots of liquids then remove that with some of the fat. when I asked them if the problem still there fat still there Then lady manager said that's What we can do, even when I went there for 2nd attempt lay manager was not happy or willing to do corrections willingly or what they promised originally
So I lost my money u don’t”

“I'm still going through the process I'm 3 months in, results are not what I expected, should be smaller but the Dr is still working with me so I may be changing this review soon. I'll keep posted.
I'm now 6mos since surgery and I am not happy with results. It wasn't as the Dr explained to me I would look. That was a lot of money for such a small person and surgery. I went back to fix it and was quoted even more for a second procedure.
BIG UPDATE: It's been a year and guess what?
Sono Bello contacted me about my concerns and procedures. We are currently working together to see if we can get the results I desired the first time. I talked to an amazing Sono Bello consultants who was very nice to me and seemed to genuinely care about my disappointment and concerns. She gave me a great offer and assured me she would do all she could to help me. Almost in tears, I am truly excited for this because it would totally boost my self esteem and change my life. I'll keep you posted....
UPDATE... it's 3/23 and I am scheduled. I can't wait to complete my journey and my look. I am very excited. Sono Bello staff has been very kind and worked with me to give me what could be a great experience. Soon I'll be on the route to recovery and hopefully some great results. I'm updating my stars and I'll be back after surgery to share my experience and results.”

“I did my research before coming to Sono Bello! You would read different reviews good and bad, will get scared like I was but I believe that we have different body types and results will be different for everyone! It was truly painful, for reals but it's worth every pain. I am very happy with the results and lost 20 lbs in 3 months. No exercise so far but just really watching the food that I eat and still wearing my garments which I'm will continue to wear until I am done with my 6th month appointment! I am very comfortable now with how I present myself and dress up the way I wanted. Sono bello frontdesk receptionists in Sacramento are awesome thank you for always greeting me with a smile which makes me feel comfortable whenever I visit the clinic. I had a morning appointment for my 3rd month post op and I learned that they are now offering the Venus lympathic massage, the front desk lady was able to get me an afternoon appointment instead of driving another 90 miles in a different day. I got everything done in one visit! I am very satisfied. Only thing I would recommend is it would be nice to see the surgeon again after the procedure I mean during the post op visits just to hear their feedback on how good or bad their patients' progress after recovery. It was excruciating and traumatic for me. I was screaming out in pain and trying to use my hands to protect myself, Dr Meiniczek was so mean. “I went for consultation on June 17th and met with Rosie. She was friendly during the visit and sent a follow-up email to thank me for coming, provide links to customer reviews and told me to reach out with questions.

I watched customer videos on YouTube and read the reviews and then sent Rosie a list of questions on June 18th. I followed-up with multiple phone calls the week of June 20th and left a voicemail as I wanted to get my procedure booked. Rosie did not return the phone call nor did she respond to my email.

I called the office again on June 27th. Same thing. Unable to reach Rosie. I called the office again on June 28th and spoke to Courtney; explained to her that I had been trying to reach Rosie. She instructed me to send the email to her; which I did. Courtney confirmed she received the email while I was on the phone with her and stated she would have Rosie call me. No call. I followed-up with Courtney this morning (June 29th) and she stated that Rosie was in and transferred me to her office. Rosie did not take the call.

I'm not sure what happened between June 17th and June 18th but I guess Sono Bello doesn't want my business. Maybe I asked the wrong questions or too many questions. I don't know. Or maybe they have so much business that losing me as a client isn't important.

Whatever the reason, I guess all I can suggest is that you get ALL of your questions answered during the consultation because customer service after that initial visit is piss poor. Oh well....life goes on.”

“Simply amazed. This office in Sacramento, California is really well run. All of the office staff are kind, considerate, patient, and well versed in their process. From the initial call, to reception, scheduling, consultation, through every text, email, all the way to pre-and post-op; every set of instructions were clear. Each step of the way has a friendly staff person to see if I had any questions.

My first procedure was in 2019. My legs turned out so well that I came back to have the whole torso done. I started with my most difficult area and moved forward. My next areas included: lipo’ on the upper and lower abs, hips, lower back, and tummy tuck. Having 5 areas done at once was no more challenging than only my upper and lower thighs.

Now; I am two weeks post-op on upper and lower torso and I see amazing results. Knowing that I’m still 80% swollen provides excitement beyond measure. Very much worth the investment. This part is painful. That is for sure. I’m still looking forward to arms next! Highly recommend this place!! Thanks SonoBello for giving me my body back.”

“I gave it 2 Stars because they did have very nice workers there everybody was very friendly however ,I didn't give it all five stars because the surgery its self was most painful thing in my life and I just got the upper and lower abs done... They gave me 1 Percocets 10 mg + 2 Xanax I think 2 mg and some other things I don't remember the names of... the fluid they injected in me was supposed to numb the area they were working on however I felt everything up to the moment they were done... the good news is the Percocet kicked in right after my surgery so I finally started to not feel pain 😐 also during the surgery the nurse that was helping the surgeon gave me a stress ball to use and she also let me hold her hand for the pain.... they did put more fluid in me during the surgery because I wasn't supposed to feel pain however I did, the fluid did not work at all, I'll tell you what I've had kidney stones in the past and I thought that was the most painful thing in my life but this surgery with no numbing was by far the worst pain I've ever had... on that note they sent my prescription for pain pills to the wrong Pharmacy so I barely slept last night was in so much pain barely can move.... so if you want to possibly have pain and be awake for your surgery I would highly recommend them after all they did do what I wanted, the surgery was a success... a painful success...”

“It will be a year in June since my procedure. For the most part I'm satisfied. I got the results I wanted, BUT have had to work really hard to keep it. I wasn't a big woman to begin with, just wanted a flat tummy and the curves I had before children. I did get that from the procedure, but I still work out every day to maintain this look.
When I went in for my consultation Naomi reminded me of the typical car sales person. Promised me everything, even told me I would be able to return to work in a few days and it would feel like I just worked out. The day of my procedure the nurse and doctor were great. The procedure went great and I didn't feel anything during the procedure.
NOW I'm glad I took the whole week off because I hurt like he'll for the next several days. Black and blue everywhere, even places where I didn't have surgery on. I was able to go back to work after a week with Slight discomfort.
The garment, I was told a few months of wearing it. I had to wear it for almost 6 months.
They don't tell you any of this pre op. If I had known all that I would have not done the procedure in June because I was miserable all summer.
Bottom line ask alot of questions and make sure you know exactly what to expect before you go through with it.
Again final results, I'm happy but I work to keep the results I want. It not just 1 procedure and bam your gorgeous like they Promise in their ads. And the staff definitely reminded me of car dealers.
Would I recommend this, only if you truly understand what you are doing and realize it must be maintained. You have to change your habits to keep the results. IT'S NOT MAGIC like they make it sound.”

The doctor told me that I might be awake, not a chance with the meds they give to relax you. I had no complications and I got exactly what I wanted. I had my tummy and thighs done and my double chin. The wrap around my face was really funny and my friends made fun of me but I am so happy I did it because now I don’t have a double chin anymore. There are no cons for me, all pros. I guess the only thing that could qualify for a con for some people is how expensive it is but then again it’s plastic surgery. “It took me one year to finally make the decision to walk through the door. I was so glad that I did. Naomi was my consultant not only was she beautiful, but she was extremely attentive, and just a phone call away or a text away. She was a true consummate professional. It helped that she had gone thru the procedure as well.

The day came of my surgery and I was nervous. The nurse made sure I had Meds to put me in the Twilight Zone.. I was very relaxed. Doctor T. who performed my surgery did an excellent job. He was kind, efficient, focused and thorough. I felt that I was in the best hands. The procedure itself had some moments of discomfort, but nothing over the top and the discomfort was fleeting.
My best advice to people getting this procedure would be the post procedure days. Please make sure you have loved ones that could care for you as I found it difficult to move for the 1st couple of days after the procedure.

It's been one week and I cannot believe the results. I'm still considered swollen, but I look like the skinny version of myself that I have dreamed of. No matter how much diet and exercise that I did, and I did a lot, the abdomen area was not shifting. Great people working here and the doctors here are all amazing, there’s a group of 4 of us who has surgery in the same month with Dr. Tavassoli and Dr. Desvigne and we are all happy with our results. Beverly Hills quality work here without paying quite as much or traveling.

CONS there’s always such a long wait with anything you do here and it’s frustrating. Change that and there won’t be any cons.

My advice is to do whatever makes you feel more confident and do this for yourself, not for a man! They benefit, it’s not for them though and you shouldn’t do it for someone else! Worth the price! Go for it!”

“I’m so glad I didn’t get negativity influenced by some of the bad reviews I’ve read. My neighbor referred me and then I almost got too nervous because of bad reviews. Naomi was my consultant and she’s amazing, she helped me so much. I love her! She’s down to earth and kind. I had my procedure a little over three months ago and my belly fat is gone. I fell asleep after they gave me the medication and I don’t remember much, I didn’t feel pain until the next morning. I was sore for a week, nothing major though. The recovery suit isn’t bad, I just stopped wearing mine. This will be my first summer in a bathing suit and feeling confident in it. Dr. T was my doctor and he is wonderful, honest and talented. All the people who work there are so positive and nice, I was treated extremely well. One tip, ask for a hot date because there’s a discount connected to it.”

My experience with sono bello wasn't a good one today. Today I came in for a consultation, which was a waste of my time. Naomi was not very friendly at all. Literally in the consultation room she did not explain anything to me. She sat and staired at the computer screen the whole time while I sat there in complete confusement. I waited for her to go over everything and she didn't. Anything that I wanted to know I had to asked. Honestly, I was expecting to see a doctor for my consultation and I didn't. I felt I was just another number, like "next". Naomi is only interested in her bonus/commission then the patients best interest.”

“I had an incredible experience. It was fast and painless and I loved everyone I dealt with. The consultation was free, Naomi was my consultant and she immediately made me feel really comfortable, she asked me questions about my health, weighed me and measured my height then she took me to the giant mirror and asked what I wanted to see happen, I told her and she explained everything really well, it made perfect sense, she made me as comfortable as one could be standing in their undies with a stranger. I didn’t feel judged one bit. Naomi is very professional, so nice and not snotty at all, I thought she might be when I saw her, I wasn’t pressured to buy at my appointment unlike the other places I visited. When I had my appointment with the doctor, Dr. T, it was so easy because I already knew almost everything Anna and Dr. T told me since I had many questions written down on a note pad for Naomi, there wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. I only had like 2 questions for the doctor. Anna is really kind and funny. Dr. T is quite awesome! He made me feel comfortable and confident, I chose him because of all the people recommending him online. On surgery day, I fell asleep and I don’t remember much, it’s kind of a blur. I was sore for about a week and I went back to work in 4 days, I already see a huge result! My stomach is almost completely gone! This medical group is outstanding! I highly recommend them.”

“I am kind of a gym rat and something about my family genetics I guess, I was just unable to lose my weight in my lower abdomen and inner thighs. I had some upper arm fat as well. Sono Bello was the best option for me after looking at several different places for liposuction. After you try all the rubs and creams and cold sculpting options, you end up just wanting to spend what you did on all of those things to get something that you know is really going to work. That for me was sono Bello. I priced out so many places and Lora was able to get me a great deal on my liposuction services. She really worked with me and scheduled me to get in sooner than anyone else could have at any of the other places I looked at or talked to. Dr. tavassoli was incredible and I saw results results faster than I expected to. I don't mind the garment and in fact order a second one in a different color. It seems to fit nicer than Spanx and well I feel I already achieved my results that I want, because I really want this to be as perfect as possible I'm going to continue to wear it as long as they tell me to. Meghan the nurse there is super sweet too. And I am hoping I look like Naomi the other consultant after all of this but I'm pretty sure she hits the gym more than I do haha thank you Sonobello sacramento!”

“I had surgery there several years ago. Yesterday I called to get information on the method of liposuction was done on me back then, and ask if the procedure had been changed since that time. I was put on hold and no one every returned to my call. I attempted to call back several times and was transferred to a number where I had no one answer, or I was just hung up on. I needed the information for a medical procedure I need to have done, and the doctor is requesting specific information about the procedure I had done at Sono Bello. This information is necessary because my risk factors can be greater if a particular method of Liposuction was done. Having no one help has convinced me no one should be going to this business for a medical procedure.”

“Initial consult 4:30pm, was told to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Got there at 4:00, I completed paperwork in 10 minutes. Waited to be called, meanwhile those who came after me were being called in, seen and dismissed. The 5:15 appointment came in at 4:55 saying she was told to come in 15 minutes early and was called at 5:04 while I was still waiting, unacceptable. Not wanting to wait any longer I left. Upsetting I took time off work to make this appointment.”

“First off I want to start by saying all staff have been more than amazing. It started as soon as I walked in. (Being nervous and unsure of what is to come )... but feeling at ease in such a peaceful environment. I was called back by Laura. I had lipo done by dr. Tavasolli at Sonobello in Sacramento December 3, 2020. Results are above and beyond what I expected.Dr. Tavasolli Pre op consultation was very important in my decision making of areas to have done. He was informative, transparent, clear, honest....and he was right, and the results are amazing. My body took the procedure a bit hard but the staff was always there to support and help me in any possible way. Joana, my nurse was so kind,
helpful and supportive during the pre and actual procedure. That made a huge difference as it put me at ease. Both ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and provide the best customer service. My postop nurse Megan is also terrific and very attentive Dr. Tavasolli actually provides you with his direct cell number after the surgery so if you have any questions you can call him any time. I recommend dr. Tavasolli 100%. He is the BEST, and the Sonobello team, amazing.

“Like most on here I initially was impressed with my results and with the staff. I had been working out constantly, got a personal trainer and dieting and wasnt losing any weight or inches. The doctor had told me in the 20 something years he had been doing this he hadn't seen fat cells as fibrous and difficult as mine. I was only 26. After the healing process and working out constantly I was in the best shape I had been since high school. But after I started a new job and was unable to workout like I was I gained all the weight back in the areas. They say it removes the fat cells permanently. That's a lie. Not even 2 years later after the procedure I looked exactly the same as I did before I went in for the procedure. Since all the weight came back in the areas it's been just as hard to lose the weight as it was before the procedure. 4 years ago I even went through an intense law enforcement academy with extreme workouts everyday and still unable to relose the supposed permanent removel. It's an expensive procedure but only worth it if you are going to be able to permanently maintain your workout routine because as soon as you stop or slow down the weight in the areas comes right back.”

I was accompanied by my Mother( my assistant) who is following Covid 19 protocol by wearing a doublesided ventilation mask and seated in the chair next to me, when this individual walks into the room ( I can only assume the identity because she was not wearing a badge nor did she introduce herself ) looks at my mother and says..."Oh wow! Is that a horse? "Are You A Horse?"You look like a horse!!"--- To my astonishment, embarrassment, and humiliation; and to the credit of my Mother, my Mother she simply answered "No, this is a Covid mask that blocks micron particles"."What type of mask are you wearing? My mother asked.

As the examine progressed this individual proceeded to take my vitals by placing a wrist BP on my arm and left the room...My Mother quickly observing that Nurse Jackie, Megan, X was not wearing gloves when she placed the BP monitor on my personal and advised me not to have her touching me without gloves...Just then Jackie, Megan, X re-entered the room and proceeded to remove the BP Cuff when my mother promptly chimed in "Where Are Your Gloves?...Of which, Nurse Jackie. Megan, X retorted "They are right here"....as she began pulling a pair from the box.

I did not feel safe with this individual and question her level of expertise as they relate to health regulated safety protocol and bedside manner.

Although it has been explained to me that Sonno Bella does not provide tissue for the examination chairs, I seriously question whether the woman I saw today is following all sanitation guidelines as they pertain to Covid 19, in that she had to be told to wear gloves, and was floating from room to room with the same disposable mask on....”

“Words just cannot suffice for how amazing and wonderful Dr. Nickodem and nurse Amanda are.
I was rather nervous but they both were encouraging and calming.

Dr. Nickodem answered all the questions I had, she was patient , kind , attentive, pleasant, respectful and definitely respectable

. I researched and read about her online prior to my procedure and the great comments and online kudos just didn’t do her justice.

She has an unparalleled bedside manor and she even kept conversation to help keep me distracted during my procedure. One of the things I liked the most is that during my or procedure, she explained what area she was doing next and asked me periodically how I was feeling.
Her bedside manor speaks volumes for the type of doctor she is.


Amanda.... just an absolute great nurse. She knew I was nervous walked me through just breathing and staying calm. Prior to my procedure she asked if I had eaten and provided me with crackers and water to ensure I would not get sick.

She treated me like a person and not as though I was just another patient. She was kind to me. When she provided me with the cocktail of meds she explained which each one was and what it was for. She assured me that I was in good hands and even said if I needed to she would hold my hand literally. She played a huge part in calming my nerves.

I left the waiting area and entered the surgical room feeling more calm and confident that both Dr. Nickodem and Nurse Amanda would take great care of me.

My sister is scheduling a procedure at Sonno Bello and I truly hope and pray that she gets you nurse Amanda & Dr. Nickodem.

“So far the experience as a whole was really good. Just a couple of glitches. There was the botched Covid 19 test that's caused some stress because my procedure could have been rescheduled if I didn't get one on my own, which I did. Descar en Sacramento was wonderful.
I applaud the Sacramento office because they excel at their jobs everyone from the front office to nurses the doctor was kind of funny and I start on time but wonderful doctor really good at his job.all of the medical staff showed genuine concern and preceded in the most compassionate and warm manner.
at no time at all I was I ever rushed in any way, they addressed all of my concerns answered all of my questions.
Amanda is is very assertive but not pushy. She gets things done very competently.
To make a long story shorter, the procedure went on as scheduled. I'm recovering. It has only been a few days I have not had my follow-up appointment yet. And there's of course the expected swelling and bruising. What I should have probably been more prepared for is the level of discomfort that followed. For the first I'd say four days, I can only compare my experience to, having someone tie a colony of African killer bees around my body and kept them alive and angry all the time. Today is day five and I have finally been able to stop the pain medication all together because it is now bearable. And today I can finally feel but my body is healing.
I will probably write another review in a few months from now and I could actually see and descibe some results.
Keep in mind that I cannot yet speaks to the quality of the results, however the experience of my procedure was as good as it could have been for a medically elective procedure. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello of Sacramento, to anyone considering the services they offer.”

“I definitely recommend Sono Bello in Sacramento. The staff are very friendly and customer service oriented -that is unusual these days!
The procedures are minimally invasive but still require a great deal of self- care afterward and the healing process is slow 3-6m. Don't get anything done unless you can take the time to really take care of yourself for months after. The Dr. that did my procedure saw me the day of the procedure and not once after, so that is really my only complaint in the whole thing - I think he should have assessed his own work at some point. The nurses who did after care appts. were generally nice and did a good job of ensuring all was healing well. i had a few garment problems...that was the trickiest and most annoying part of the whole thing! Wash and wear everyday is a real thing to get used to, and the don't fit curvy girls that well - so beware!”

“There was a couple of bumps in my road to getting my procedure done, some my fault, some trying to over accommodate my situation. My initial visit was so smooth and easy and that was all Naomi helping to get me the results I wanted. I was going to have the surgery the following day but my blood pressure was a little high so I had to get it under control and by then I was losing my nerve so I rescheduled.
and by then i was having anxiety so I took a pain pill to calm down and that was a no no so it got cancelled again and I wasn't coming back until I got nudged by Naomi and she reminded me what my goals were so if it wasn't for her I would not be on my fifth day of recovery and I'm pretty happy with the lack of pain so I thank Dr. Stewart and his assistant for the speedy recovery.

My procedure went good, yes I felt some of it while it was happening but I was so in and out, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I must add that in the midst of getting to this point I have text Dr. T several times and called the office about different concerns I had and he and the staff again treated me like Family. “The team here is great! No pressure from the consultant. She walked me through the process and was honest about what to expect. I loved the details given about each procedure and the realistic expectation of what each procedure offers for me as an individual. She was clear that results vary and clear about what I can do for the best results. She took her time with my appointment and seem to have made more time for my everlasting questions. The price is affordable. The physician and nurses were all kind and professional. Very personable with great bedside personality and manners. The day of the procudure the team exceeded my expectarions and didn't rush through the procedure. Everything was explained again. I was prepped and given time to acclimate to the environment and medication. The finance team was very patient as I was not clear on the charges she made sure I understood each charge and clarified step by step how I was charged. Did I mention I had everlasting questions? “The customer service was great. My doctor did the procedure well. I'm happy with the results. I just wouldn't recommend this place if you're someone who's even a little bit resistant to Lidocaine. It turned out Lidocaine doesn't work on me...at all. And they don't have a general anesthesia option. So once we got started I was stuck until we finished. They didn't force me to continue. I chose to tough it out rather than end up with a lopsided area, but I can't tell you how brutal the pain was. The whole thing is pretty medieval when you can feel all of it.

The doctor did what he could do as quickly and carefully as possible. They kept a close eye on my vital signs in case I passed out from the pain. They were very kind and concerned for my well being. They finished my hips and belly, and the procedures they weren't able to complete were refunded to my credit card. I don't blame anyone at Sono Bello for what I went through. None of us knew this was going to happen. And they absolutely tried to make it right.

If they eventually offer general anesthesia I'd gladly go there again. In the meantime, I'm hesitant to recommend them.
If this helps at all: I've looked into it and some studies show that resistance to Lidocaine is often genetic. It's more common in redheads and can run in families of Irish descent. I'm not a scientist, but if you fall in either of those categories you might want to ask around in your family and see if anyone else has a resistance to Lidocaine. I found out after the fact that it runs in my family.”

No body reduction after procedure & nothing done in one day!
After paying over $9,000. I had an incompetent Dr who forgot to do one of the areas I paid for and didn't do a good job in the other areas I paid for. After the surgery when I complained they said I had to wait 6 months for all the swelling to go down, they said they are not a weight reduction process but you will lose clothes sizes after the swelling. My procedure was done 4/10/18, and after 6 months I have not reduced 1 dress or pant size. When I brought it to the Drs attention he said their wasn't any more they could take out. I told him I didn't expect to look like the models they used on their commercial, but I did expect to lose at least one dress size. I asked why they told me I was a good candidate and let me pay for all these areas if they weren't going to be able to help me. When they are taking your money you are a good candidate, but when they do a terrible job they say they took all they could. Heed the warnings you have been given ( I didn't) or feel the shame and thousands less in money for not.”

“Nothing but pure bliss!!!! Plastic surgery is so much more than vanity, what kept me from doing this years before was a few friends being negative saying I was being vain. Nice clinic, it's really pretty, everyone you meet is beautiful and looks like most have had surgery it's kind of obvious, probably a good perk of working there. My friend that referred me to this place said that I would wait a really long time to be seen and I only waited about five minutes or less, my consultation was with Naomi and I was introduced to Dr. Stewart they were both so nice. The process is simple, I was not in much pain during the procedure, the nurses are some of the best I’ve experienced, extremely knowledgeable and caring, I don’t remember much from surgery day. I think I was talking with the doctor during part of my surgery and sleeping the rest. Its been about two months and none of my old clothes fit they are loose and my belly is gone! Finally have my flat stomach back. I am tickled pink with my decision to do this and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to look good again. I had a personal trainer for over a year paying over $1500 a month and in a few hours I got the results that I didn’t get even close to in a year. Bye bye fat cells, it’s permanent! “My initial visit with the patient coordinator I was scheduled with did not go very well...I went back approx. 7 months later to the Walnut Creek Office the patient coordinator Jen was attentive, patient and I felt like she really genuinely cared and I felt comfortable talking to her...I scheduled my pre-op appt with Dr. T and he was very informative, detailed and explained and showed me precisely the areas that were going to get done...
On the day of my surgery, the nurse staff were nice and answered all my questions...the actual procedure, (particularly, the numbing phase) was painful but Dr. T talked me through the process and was very focused! The nurse in the procedure room held my hand through process and was very encouraging...That being said, it’s important to note that everyone’s pain threshold is different and if you’re getting multiple areas done anticipate some discomfort during the procedure. I was very please with the doctor and nursing staff...I’m approximately two weeks in my recovery and I am so far very pleased with my progress and look forward to my full recovery!
Overall, I had a good experience with my patient coordinator (Jen) and Dr. T. I still have several months of recovery, but again, am very pleased at the overall process...thank you!”

“The day I went in for my consultation, I waited an hour which I though was so disrespectful of my time though they did a good job of updating me, Naomi came out 2 times to check on me, brought me hot tea and some crackers and gave my daughter a coloring book & crayons, there were a lot of people that day. Kiana brought my daughter a blanket and moved us back into the family waiting room. My consultant Naomi more than made up for the wait, she was very nice and made me feel comfortable, she answered like 30 questioned without getting annoyed while also engaging in conversation with my daughter even my husband gets annoyed with my many questions. My package also included a $100 added discount for my wait time, much appreciated. Be prepared to wait, it’s worth it though. I scheduled surgery for two weeks from my consultation date because I felt really confident after my visit and I was referred by my neighbor who had really great results she went from being a size 14 to I think a size 10, her old clothes just fall off now and she has an hourglass, flat stomach and they removed her loose belly skin, most of her stretch marks are gone. Tips to remember, ask for HOT DATES they provide extra discount for taking certain surgery dates, they have zero interest financing with the Care program, buy 1 extra stretchy suit for your recovery the #2 suit talk to Kiana to order, they have before and after pictures from the doctors in that center. I’m happy, no regrets and this has changed my confidence like nothing before. My husband says I look like the woman he married 20 years ago. “I want to tell others about my experience at Sonobello; great and no regrets!
From the beginning when I called to schedule an appointment to find out what it was all about, Jennifer who spoke with me, made me feel like I could do this transformation. She wasn’t pushy about selling me anything. Jennifer explained to me how I could afford it. I am retired and I live on a set income. The next step was giving me time for me to decide, that was important for me, as I don’t like feeling guilty about saying “no” if I feel rushed into something. Once I decide to do the next step, I met with the surgeon in Sacramento. It was a commute for me and though I didn’t like it, I found it gave me time to formulate questions and I didn’t get lost. The place wasn’t hard to find. Upon my arrival I was met by young women who were friendly, made me feel welcomed and again not soliciting, pushing me into anything. I found them doing their work quietly, cooperating with one another, I found them in harmony with one another. That sort of environment helped me to decide that I was in the right place for any service that I would accept. The examination was simple. The doctor was clear in what could be done and also clear on what could not be done. He made me feel like he cared about me but not in a gushy manner but with respect and consideration: not like a piece of meat that needed trimming. Everything was explained to me and I was given a number to call if I had any questions. The day before the surgery I was called to see how I was doing and asked if I had any questions. The post op garment arrived and I was certain that I would be taken care well. My husband took me on the day of the surgery. He was made comfortable and he felt relax because he figured if the staff was being attentive to him then it followed that I was in good hands. After the surgery the care continued with a very attentive nurse, frankly I was more worried about my husband driving us home than the aftermath of the surgery. Within 24 to 36 hours the doctor called to see how I was doing, then it was the nurse. I never felt felt alone. Recovery was challenging because I am older and I have disabilities. Have I been successful, yes because I continue to have their support and I know that very so often they call to see how I am doing. My surgery was on December 29 today is January 30 and I feel confident and I look better to myself. Thank you Sonobello!”

“I've had friends who have had gastric, tummy tucks, and I've been on just about every diet and exercise program known to mankind. I sent SonoBello an email requesting information and I was contacted almost immediately. I was scheduled for a consultation right away (faster than I can get an appointment at the DMV) and met with Naomi. She was remarkable! She talked to me a while, looked over my body type and gave me a recommendation of what she thought would work best for me (she was more personable than my hair stylist!). She gave me a breakdown of the procedure and what to expect. She even gave me her personal cell number if I had any follow-up questions which of course I did. Who does that? SonoBello was amazing through the procedure, all the employees were so warm and welcoming. Post procedure 1 week, I received an email about what to expect. Actually, this was confusing to me because it said that any remaining swelling and bruising would be gone in a week to 10 days. I had a lot of swelling and was disappointed in the way that I looked if I was truly only 10 days away from all swelling being gone. During my post procedure office visit, Taylor took the time to explain that it takes up to 90 days to be about 80% healed and 6 months to be completely healed. “I went into Sono Bello in hopes to get this liposuction they perform, after getting approved for financing i was nervous and excited to get my procedure done which was 2 days after getting the approval then get a call that night to move up my appointment as the doctor had a cancellation so i agreed. Once i got to sono bello i was totally nervous knowing i will be awake during this is scary and i voiced it to the employees including the managers they insisted once i had the medication in my system (xanax and something else) i would feel more at ease , and i let all the staff know i do not take medication not even ibuprofen and have never taken a xanax so i was feeling anxious about that already . So go to the back the nurse gave me the two pills and left me for 40 mins she came in an i told her i feel anxious still and would like to wait a little bit longer , the nurse left and came back 5 mins later and said sorry the doctor wants you in now and now im kinda freaking out like this was suppose to relax me and i should be aloud to wait and not be rushed but i went with her got on the table the doctor proceeded to wash my tummy off and inject 4 shots to numb the spots where he was going to cut and i kind of panicked and said hold on on second and the doctor stormed out and said he is not going to do ky procedure and at this time the medication hit me and im upset that he just left as im laying on the or table like what the heck! For the next i dont know how many minutes the nurses are yelling at me to get up and leave im going in and out of conciousness now , all im hearing is you need to leave get out and finally i get up get dressed and start to leave i end up at my car to charge my phone and surrounded by like 7 employees one takes my keys and phone the other tall lady grabs my throat and i was told i bit her and she pulled me out of my car by my throat mind you again my keys were taken already and i was not driving just charging my phone to call my sister .. after getting pulled out by my throat and being held to the ground by 2 other people , i am freaking out trying to get away from them have swollen neck , bruises all over my body from these woman attacking me while on medication given to me after getting them off me i began to walk away and then police came not because this comapny called by a worker called this company did not follow protocol when having something like this happen .. i should have never been abused and attacked by these woman and threatened if i file a lawsuit they will file against me because i injured a lady that was absuing me ... so beware anyone coming here i will proceed with legal action on this place and for them to threaten me with a law suit while i was suppose to be under their care trusting them if something happened they would follow protocol and they did not! So if your planning going here honestly recommend to go to a different place! God forbid something goes wrong while doing your procedure and them not following protocol and something even worst happen to you!”

“Ok, I've never done a review before, so here goes. I went to Sono Bello after I saw what great results my daughter had. To be honest, I was very hesitant when my daughter told me she was having surgery done there because of all of the negative reviews. My daughter said that everyone there was so nice, she didn't feel like she was pressured whatsoever and that they showed her hundred of positive reviews, so I felt a little better. It wasn't until I actually saw her results myself that I considered going there too. My daughter is getting married in September and when I saw her in the wedding dress she chose, I cried, she looked so amazing. I met with Naomi, who is super sweet, no pressure. She explained what they could do for me, but also that my expectations had to be reasonable. I then met with Dr. Tavassoli at me pre-op and he was so funny, but at the same time very professional. If as many people took the time to share their wonderful experiences, I think you would find a far more balanced rating. That goes with any business. I am a business owner and shudder to think how badly affected my business would be if one negative interaction was posted when I have so many wonderful, devoted clients.
I guess ultimately it is incumbent upon us to do our own research and make choices for ourselves rather than immediately believe negativity.

“Sono Bello staff was absolutely so wonderful and welcoming from the start of my very first appointment to my actual surgery day. Everything was explained to me very well from the medical staff including Dr. Tavisoli which I must say was very awesome. They made me feel very comfortable the day of surgery and talked to me throughout the whole procedure. I never felt any pain during the procedure just little pinches every now and again but nothing I couldn't handle it was expected I was also able to get up and dress myself after it was done. The medical staff and doctor asked from time to time if I was ok. So far my experience with Sono Bello has been great I even received a call from Dr. Tavisoli that night to see how I was doing most doctors I know don't do that. I received more calls that week before my follow up from medical staff to see how well I was doing. Sono Bello this far has been wonderful to me and I'm seeing results. All staff was great I would recommend to anyone out there looking to get the laser lipo to come check out Sono Bello it's literally in, in and out procedure. I had surgery on a Friday morning and went back to work that afternoon. It's almost been 2 weeks since my procedure and I'm already back to limited exercising.”

I had lipo on my inner/outer thighs and knees. The procedure went well. I didn't feel that much discomfort. I was able to return to work after being off only 4 days. “this place is horrible , went in yesterday for my tri sculpt and of course I am going to be super nervous to be awake during this and I had let the staff know this ,also I do not take any medication ever and let them know this as well. so I wait an hour till they call me back nurse was nice she looked like bella thorn haha very cute. she then gives me a xanax, something for pain, something for infection and something for nausea. after what I'm told was 40 mins I'm a taken to the procedure room. doctor washed my belly then stuck me 4 time with as he said numbing shot ro make the incisions okay cool... then I see the scalpel and kinda freak out and tell the doctor hold on , on second so i can get my brain around this .. then the doctor says no I'm not doing this surgery, like are you kidding me i literally and seeing u cut into my stomach u wknt let me put something over my face so I cant see it and just like that the 6grand i spend ur just not doing it .. so now I'm pissed and high from these medications I've never taken in my life so i lay there and tell them i spend 6grand yall are gonna do my procedure this is bs. they keep telling me no were not u need to leave .. so I ended up passing out for a bit . woke up got dressed and phone was dead so i started to walk to my car so i can charge it (none of the people told me to use the phone in the office ,member I'm beyond out of it due to this medication) so as I'm walking down i have 4 nurses coming saying i cant drive and me saying no sjit i need to charge my phone so mu sister can come get me as planned . get to my car now there is like 6 people following me turn on my car since my charger doesnt work unless it is turned on . the a tall blonde lady grabbed my throat took my key out of my car pulled me out of my car while for nurses are literally choking me grabbing my arms as if I killed someone .. member this is all because I needed to charge my phone ! u have a nurse who punches me in my stomach to lay me on the ground . this is literally the worst place they treat patients horrible. I've never taken that medication in my life and they did all this to me when in reality It could have stopped when I ended up falling asleep in the room before they woke me up . I would never recommend this place I am filing a law suit on them . brused all over from these people”

“Dr. Tavassoli is off the charts amazing! I now have an hourglass figure and feel so good about my body. I can’t believe how easy the process was and I was literally back to work in 3 days. I had my surgery on a Thursday and was back to work Monday morning, I drove myself and I did not even need to take the pain medication any longer. Honestly, the pain during recover felt no different than how I feel when I have my fitness trainer in the gym, I was sore for sure and swollen though getting my boobs done was a way worse recovery. This surgery was worth every penny. My experience from the initial consultation to surgery was just easy and that group of people in the office are the best, loving, fun, knowledgeable, all beautiful and made everything easy. “My experience went really well at Sonobello. I'm happy that I decided to move forward with having my procedure done, and not allow fears to outweigh my ultimate goal. The overall procedure went as expected, I was awake the whole time and did not feel a thing. Honestly I did feel a pinch hear and their but nothing that made me to uncomfortable. I noticed the results right away, but I did have some swelling that blasted about two months. After a few months I was fully able to see my results and the way it makes me feel I can not put into words. I would do this all over again no questions ASK!!! “If you have all day to wait this is the place for you. I have been here numerous times for a revision on a surgery over a year ago. Always running at least an hour behind if not longer. The front desk NEVER says anything. Most of them are not friendly. The only reason I gave a star is because the office is beautiful (of course you're paying for it) and the two doctors I've seen are very personable. Save yourself a LOT of time and go somewhere else. Oh I almost forgot- good luck calling the office if you want anything but a procedure. And not all the doctors are plastic surgeons. They scheduled me a face lift with an ENT doctor! When I realized that I complained. Like I said it's another revision or else I'd never, ever go here.
So it's been 3 months since I had a different procedure done on that area. My issue was finally addressed and I am extremely happy with the results .”

“I would totally recommend going to Sono Bello to anyone and everyone i know. I just had my 3 month check up after getting my chin and jowls done and I am BEYOND happy with the results. I’ve never felt so confident. But besides the results, the staff is amazing!!!! I’m actually really sad that I only have my final (6 month PO) appointment left. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. Sometimes I would feel like I might be asking them a stupid question, but the ladies there always reassured me it wasn’t stupid or silly and of course answered my questions or concerns. Ok, so a lot of people are freakin out about my post. Whether positive or negative, so allow me set the story straight. If you don’t believe the results, please look at my before And after photos on here, you may see for yourself. But do keep in mind that I was a compliant patient, I exercised and ate healthy after my surgery. Due to these small lifestyle changes over the 6 months I lost 30 lbs. I weighed in at 165lb my first visit and are currently 123lbs. The doctors say that healthy weight loss helps improve results and by taking that seriously, this is what I got. And the staff were always sweet to me, so that is my experience and we’ll leave it at that 🙂 hahaha”

After consulting with several doctors, I decided on Sono Bello. The staff was very welcoming, answered all my questions and I felt the price was reasonable. I was nervous the day of my procedure but the staff was understanding and put me at ease. I was awake but relaxed during the liposuction. It does hurt, but it is manageable. “OMG!! Best decision I ever made for myself. My doctor, Dr. Renteria was AMAZING!! He gave his opinions as to what was best to do for my body type, he was extremely knowledgeable and informative. “This review is in reference to Howe Avenue location in Sacramento, CA. First off, I scheduled an appointment for a "free consultation" prompted by a radio ad that stated, "Receive $500.00 off if you schedule your appointment BY December 31, 2017." Semantics is important and ADVERTISING is tricky. I called to be sure that "BY" didn't mean get $500.00 off if you schedule to have the service performed BEFORE December 31 OR it if meant that as long as I scheduled the appointment for ANY date before or AFTER December 31, I would receive the discount. The person who answered didn't know for sure and had someone call me who stated that as long as I paid $1,000.00 down, I would receive the discount! Even though I thought that was pretty f'd up (and FALSE ADVERTISING), I wanted to have some things done, so I went to the scheduled appointment. I arrived at 10:37a for my 10:30 appointment. There were a couple of people leaving and one person waiting. I was given paper work to complete, which took about ten minutes. Several more people with appointments arrived after me. After about 30 minutes, the lady who had been waiting before I arrived, was called in. It was apparent that she was actually having a procedure, not a consultation (she'd brought a change of clothes, and her husband, who'd accompanied her, was told where he could wait.) Thirty minutes later (a full hour at that point) I was still waiting. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She stated that the doctor was 45 minutes behind schedule! Apparently, there was NO ONE ELSE to do consultations! I didn't have a problem with the actual doctor doing the consult (better, IMO), but I DID have a problem with her expecting me to wait until she could fit me in! This ish isn't cheap and MY time is just as valuable as hers! I will go to an office that RESPECTS that.”

I tried to book an appointment for a Saturday but was told for a so called FREE appointment it would cost me $50 so instead I made one for a Wednesday afternoon that apparently is FREE!!!! an hour before my appointment I had a message left saying that the consultant had gone home sick, so I needed to reschedule, I phoned back on the number they had phoned me on and left a message asking for the following week.
What a surprise no phone call back from them whatsoever, not even a follow up call or email to check if I still wanted to go and see them, obviously they don't need my money. So won't be bothering.”

“Once you pay service stops!!! Results are nothing like they say . They say 75% fat removal - I say 25%. They order me gourmet that I returned as it took month to get it and here we r 4 months later I m fighting to get the refund. I paid 7k cash and can't even get 90$ for item I returned. “TODAY my mom got a face lift and fat removed from upper eyelids. I obviously don't know the final results of it because she is still swollen and bandaged up but so far it looks great. The staff was very nice, informative, and made my mom feel very compfortable. The only complaint she had is that she was also going there for testaments on her arms to remove cellulite and they told her a few days ago after already having one treatment done and paying for all treatments in advance that she can't have it done anymore because she has eczema. She did mention it to the dr and he said he was going to handle it. My mom loves him!”

“I went in with $1045 ready to book my procedure. Online it says $1295 and there's a $250 coupon. I met with Naomi and she was very friendly. She answered my questions and made me feel cmfortable being there. Let me tell you the truth about the pricing: It's not cheap, It's plastic surgery. I thought it was like some laser stuff they do on Doctor Oz but no. Pricing is figured by your height and weight and body mass index. The stomach actually has 4 areas and there's also a surgery room fee. It was $1595 each area, some I am going to seek some help from my family. This place makes people look awesome, I also want to look into the cellulite treatment. I would recommend this place to anyone even if it is just to check it out. Be ready to spend money though, because it is not as cheap as they make it out to be.”

“I met with the sales counselor at Sonobello October 22nd 2016 and was very clear, I needed my procedure completed November 25th. I would be off of work and have time to heal. No problem she said. Dr. Griffin was working that day and he had an opening. We even joked about it being Black Friday and how i was going to miss the early bird shopping. I was scheduled, paid the deposit and was so excited.
I received a call on November 8th, telling me the doctor was going to have an emergency on the 25th and they would need to re-schedule my procedure. I asked, the doctor knows 17 days before that he will have an emergency?? I WAS OUTRAGED! I asked, what is the procedure to refund me my costs. I was told, that because I was within 14-biz days of the procedure that the penalty I would have to pay was 1/2 the cost of the procedure. I asked how-so. I am fulfilling my contractural duty. Sonobello is the one who is not. Round and round we went and I finally caved in. My procedure was moved to 12/2. I am going to post before pictures shortly. I wished I would have read their reviews to committing.
Anyway, I am having my upper and lower stomach done; and my inner and outer thighs.”

“Drove out here to check the place out for my wife because I wanted to just have a flatter stomach for summer and just in general I guess. One day I looked into the mirror and saw someone that I didn’t like and had no intention on getting to know. I have always eaten clean and worked out in the gym 3 to 4 days a week. Thanks to menopause my weight was not coming off. Menopause had changed my body and there was nothing I could do about it. “I'm all for it NOW. Price isn't what I expected so I threw a fit at first poor Naomi had to deal with me. She was nice to me even though I was rude to her. It's not $1200 for fat people that's for a skinny person and the stomach is 4 areas not one, after Naomi explained it to me, it made since. The advertising is tricky basically $1200 is where the pricing starts again for a skinny person. For an overweight person to do the stomach it's around $8,000 or more. “Here's what I have for you about my trip to Sono Bello. I haven't scheduled yet because I have to get a yes from my husband but I would pretty much be on the table now if I didn't need to discuss and get his blessing. There's no magic wand, it is surgery and it's expensive with that being said I spoke to three patients who had it done and they all said results are incredible and worth every penny. When making a decision, I always have to make a pros and cons list so here it is.
Pros: Board certified plastic surgeons, local anesthesia, there's not much down time, it's lipo so they actually suck the fat and fat cells out, Sono Bello docs do more lipo than other docs-I did my research, they accept Care Credit, everyone is really nice, it's a very nice facility and really clean. The office is accredited by AAAHC.
Cons: It's expensive as anything is in the plastic surgery world, you can't drive yourself home after and you need someone to stay with you for 24 hours after surgery so you can't keep your surgery a secret, if you change your mind after scheduling surgery you will lose your deposit which is $995.00. That's about it. The pros definitely out way the cons.”

“I went to support my mom and translate for her. Naomi was very kind and patient with the language barrier. She treated my mother kind and listened to what she wanted instead of recommending things she didn't ask for like another place we went to. She also wasn't rude when I told her my mom had to wait for a few months to save money. I can tell they really care there, Naomi gave us a folder with all the doctors bios, a few pamphlets, pricing and a woman body chart, really professional. Naomi shook my hand, hugged my mom and walked with us to the front she held the door for my mom. My mom smiled all the way home. My family and I are going to help my mom with money because she really wants this and she deserves it. We will definitely bringing mom back to Sono Bello. “I went in for my consultation, I was seen on time, the lady I met with was professional and informative, it's very expensive but I got in on the Black Friday deal so I received a big discount. So far so good, I feel good after my decision to book surgery surgery them. I'm scheduled for December and I'm getting most of body done. My husband is a doctor so he helped me research my surgeon, Dr. Zingaro, all ducks are in a row. I give thumbs up. I've read complaints about people waiting but I didn't wait, the lady after me did though because our consultation took an hour or so.”

“This was one of the worse experience of my life were do I begin I went in for my free consultation and was called fat and was told how Much it was going to cost that was it I never got to meet with the doctor. Once I was able to get the money together I had my procedure all they gave me was a Xanax to relax for my procedure I felt the whole thing it was the most painful thing I have ever been threw and I had a c section and was in labor for 22 hours. I was crying during the whole thing the doctor did not stop or comfort me in anyway. After the procedure the nurse gave me pain medicine and I felt better . I went back for my post op appointment I had to pay for my compression garment and was told to come back for my 3 month Check up well for family reasons iI could not make it so I called to cancel my appointment I was told someone would call me to reschedule my appointment well its been 6 months now and I have not herd from them. BTW I had to pay $8,000 for my procedure. My results are horrible what I really needed was a tummy tuck and that should only be about 5k or so . Sono Bello is a rip off please no one go to them I will never recommend them”
