Janae is very knowledgeable on the whole process. From start to finish she made me feel relaxed as she set the Zen atmosphere. Now let's talk about the balancer pro, best lymphatic massage I've ever had. It goes from the tip of your toes all the way up to your torso right up under your breastplate. It really activated your lymphatic system for drainage. I highly recommend the balancer pro for your lymphatic sessions after any procedure.”

“Made an appointment online. Showed up on time and was told that there would be a two hour wait for my appointment. Explained that I had made an appointment and it didn’t matter. Evidently they double and triple booked, I drove an hour to get to the office on time and would have appreciated a call or text about the delay. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Not interested in doing business with a company that is that unprofessional. Beware if you have a long drive.”

Through the whole thing which carried on into the beginning of the following week, she was beyond patient, helpful, and truly had one of the most pleasant attitudes I’ve ever encountered in terms of customer service, especially in a situation that could be seen as frustrating to say the least! Her professional, yet personable, friendly attitude through the whole thing is truly something to be admired. Again, these two women are exceptional at what they do and they definitely go above and beyond when they don’t have to! “I had an 11:00 appointment and arrived at 10:45. NO ONE was at the front desk. I rang the service bell three times. No response. So I decided to just sit and fill out paperwork. 11:15 (30 minutes later) still no one although I hear something in the back. I decide to call the main number and they tried calling the office twice. No one picked up the phone. I walked through the building calling out to see if someone was there. NOTHING! NO RESPONSE. FINALLY someone came out around 11:23. How do you not know your appointments?. (I'm assuming they were possibly napping if they didn't hear the phones ringing and someone walking and calling out in their building)
By then, I figured if they're front house and customer service sucks then I can't trust them with my body. I walked out. Disappointed. Was excited about this consultation. Time wasted.
Way to go Pooler location. First impression sucked. Heading to Charleston location. 2 hrs away but hope they're more professional.”
