“I went in for a liposuction, and they upsold me on a tummy tuck as well. I told them about my medical history, they didn't see any problems with that. The day of the operation, they gave me massive dose of Novocaine, which at my age (60s) produced a dangerously low heartbeat, and I almost died right there on the table. They had to stop the procedure, and now I look the same as before, but with pain lingering from the procedure (1 year ago). They refunded me all but $6000 and offered me 8 sessions with a cellulite reducing machine. I took them up on that offer and completed 7 sessions, but the technician left. They promised to call me when another technician was available, and offered another 8 sessions for my time, but I'm still waiting for that. For me it wasn't a good experience. I don't recommend for anybody. Too much Novocaine can stop the heart, and with me they used a lot. Additionally, the doctor made a stereotypical comment about my Mediterranean personality, which i didn't appreciate.”

They require commitment in writing to the full procedure before you're able to meet the surgeon. This deviates from the two other practices I've researched, where meeting the surgeons is part of the vetting process. I just wanted to make sure the surgeon was a good fit for my needs before committing to the procedure, and I'm still surprised that was such an issue.

If meeting the surgeon is important to you before you commit to a procedure, you'll want to look elsewhere (frankly, almost anywhere else). If that's not a red flag for you, then I'm sure Sono Bello is a fine place.”

“I recommend it for liposuction. I only had a small procedure done on my abd as I was already athletic build. I worked out for years and no matter what I did, I couldn't get pass the threshold of a defined 6 pack. SO one day I said the heck with it and tried this clinic.

The procedure - as expected, the procedure area on your body is going to be sore and you are awake during the procedure. Make sure you have someone help you at home as your recover for the first few days or so.

Results: The results won't be immediate as the swelling takes a few weeks to subside. But when it did, the results were better than I had expected. I forgot the Doctor's name but thank you. Job well done. I had the best summer that year.”

I hadn’t any problem discussing my body issues and I felt completely taken care of by a group of people who love what they do. The consultation alone is worth the discovery. The entire Bellevue staff was so helpful, and easy to reach out to with any questions. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is thinking of having a procedure done.

***Edited to include my experiences with my follow up appointments*** I saw Nurse Anh for my one week follow up, and then again today for my 3 month follow up. She is just as amazing as the rest of the staff. She answered all of my questions, and was extremely positive and kind as to where I am in the recovery process. What my body looks like at this point. Her comments keep me motivated to do the necessary work on my end, so that when I come back for my 6 month check up, I'll be rockin' it, and feeling great in my own skin once again.”

For my procedure I had Dr. Sobrino which was also great for me. He told really horrible dad jokes during the procedure to keep my mind busy while also working quickly and checking my comfort throughout the procedure.

Dr. Sobrino isn’t quite as comforting as nurse Anh but it makes them a really great team. He is more straight to the point and straight to work (which is totally fine by me! But I could see how some people might need more comfort in their bedside manner) this is where nurse Anh really shines! I highly recommend them, they are a great team and will take great care of you.”

“Every single person I worked with at Sonobello was absolutely wonderful. It was a great experience and I am more than thrilled with my results. So glad I decided to go with Sonobello!

UPDATE it was a year in March since my procedure and I just wanted to say that I am still thrilled with my results. Having all that excess fat removed gave me the impetus to get on a diet and exercise regime that I could stay with and I continue to make progress towards my ultimate health and weight goals. I just couldn't do it before, looking at my belly and thinking at 2 lbs a week I would NEVER achieve my goals and would STILL be left with all that hanging skin. Having this procedure was the single best thing I ever did for myself. It did not make me perfect but it did give me a head start and motivation. I think I came with a very realistic attitude and was told that my arms would likely still have some sagging due to size and age but they turned out better than expected and have firmed considerably with exercise. I did follow their instructions precisely and have virtually undetectable scarring that is completely hidden in even bikini underwear. I CANNOT say enough how accommodating and caring the staff were as I was from about 400 miles away and had to come in to town many times as I had 2 surgical days encompassing several areas.

Leading up to this experience I never thought I would tell anyone (except those closest to me) that I had anything done, but now that I’ve had my surgery I cannot stop telling people about it and how happy I am! I was excited for my preop to FINALLY address an issue that has bothered me from a very young age and that I have been struggling to deal with on my own. I tried to have no expectations, I just knew that this decision was going to be better for me and my goals. Becca was my nurse at preop and was very sweet and supportive, she definitely kept me hyped up and made sure I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. After speaking with Dr. Sobrino and talking about what could be done and the areas that bothered me most, I left the pre-op even more excited and couldn’t wait for my surgery. Day of surgery, I was a little nervous, but focused on how much I wanted the results, how excited I was when I left before and everything I remembered being told at the preop. My nurse for surgery was Megan and she was an absolute sweet heart. She kept me supported, happy, and laughing throughout the entire process. Dr. Sobrino was a joy to work with, during surgery he also made sure that I was happy and comfortable and definitely showed he has a lot of care for his patients. It is very clear that he puts a lot into his profession and his skills are absolutely amazing. He kept me informed the whole time and it was a fascinating, unique, and surprisingly fun experience being in surgery. I really enjoyed it. Now being post surgery and healing, I know I am still swollen, but I can already see the AMAZING results that this team helped me to achieve. I cannot believe it. I get comments almost every day about how wonderful it looks and the first time I truly got a good look at these areas, I instantly knew the difference and nearly teared up. My confidence has skyrocketed and I’m actually loving my body now, I’m finding it a lot easier to love and care for my body. This was exactly what I personally needed to help me with by own body issues and I really wish others could experience the feelings that I have been following this process. Its truly wonderful and hard to describe. I’ve always tried to be body positive, but now it’s like a huge emotional weight has been lifted off of me. I am so relieved and incredibly happy. I still have some healing to do, but I am soooo excited to see the final results and I am so incredibly grateful to Sono Bello for providing me with this opportunity and their continued care. I will always look back on and share this experience in joy.”

“I had my surgery on August 31, 2021 .

First of all, you will be awake for this procedure. There was someone screaming the whole time I was waiting to have this surgery. I was advised that no one had touched this patient as yet. For the amount of money you would spend having this procedure you could be put to sleep and have a tummy tuck. (That is what I should've done.)

I was in pain during my surgery. The only part I did not feel was the skin removal and sewing. I felt the suction and my back hurt terribly from having to hold certain positions for a long time. They say this is to help keep everything even. I think it's so they can maximize profit.

I have only saw my doctor once to date and that was the day of the surgery, right before the surgery. I went to 3 follow up appointments. The appointments were rescheduled due to staffing issues and my last one was canceled, the 6 month follow up, and no one had called to reschedule it today.

Lymphatic massages are 100% necessary when having this procedure or you will be lumpy. I followed all of the protocols. Bought the Pro T, took the tablets they provided and drank the protein drinks to help my healing. The tape that was supposed to be provided was not.

Trying to get a resolution or your money's worth from this company has been exaserbating to say the least. I am a real patient. I am really dissatisfied. I would not recommend this location of Sonobello to my worst enemy.”

“I would love to give my review a 5 stars but a couple things felt funky to me. Before I go into that, I must say my experience with nurse Becca was amazing! I would say she was the best part of the whole experience and really took her time to connect with me, not just treat me like another patient coming through. At my pre-opp I felt slightly rushed and the nurse who was helping seemed stress and our time felt rushed. It also felt every time I saw the doctor, things were rushed. When you come in for your pre opp and procedure appointment, you want to feel like your the only one that matters at that appointment. I get there’s a lot of people that come through the doors but the patient shouldn’t feel like that, in my opinion. I was also taken aback that about 50% of my procedure was done with a doctor I had never met before other than in my procedure appointment, when the doctor draws on you before you go in to the OR. This doctor hadn’t come to my pre opp and only saw me for the first time at my procedure date. Felt like he was “in training” and even though my doctor was supervising and would step in the other 50% of the time, I would have like to been given the option to say I don’t want him performing any of my procedure due to it feeling like a training session. I understand people need to learn, watch etc. but when he was working on me, I had more “owe, that hurt” comments then when my doctor was working on me. Couldn’t say anything at the time, nor did I feel I was allowed too but that did bother me. I hope that the work done was to the best it could have been coming from two different doctors. Only time will tell. Again, LOVED nurse Becca and if I were to return for any future work, she would be the reason why. I also will say that receiving a phone call from my doctor at 10:30pm (even though I was asleep and didn’t answer) was really refreshing and kind he took the time at that hour to reach out.”

“I’ve been looking forward to getting my ‘sexy’ back after 3 C sections with the 3rd being in my 40’s.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and during the procedure made me feel very relaxed with their sense of humor and music playing and keeping it very professional.

I asked nurse Becca if she would be my bff, it could have been a little of the drugs talking but she seriously was awesome!

Dr. Sobrino did excellent work! Very friendly and you could just feel that he really wanted to do the best job for you!

I am grateful I was able to help myself feel better in this way. It’s only two days after the procedure and I was brought to tears seeing the transformation.

A huge thank you to the team! I would highly recommend doing this for yourself if you’ve been thinking about it. It is so worth it! ”

“Phase 1 done! Based on my first two visits to Sonobello, I knew the landscape and was familiar enough with staff that I wasn't nervous at all. They were perfectly on time and as I walked through the office, I felt like I had cheerleaders all around me, everyone asking how I was, was I excited, etc.. and the nurse who took me back said she was so happy for me. I can't remember her name, but her sweetness was so endearing. We joked about the procedure "outfit" and during the first part of the procedure she would check in with me and did everything to make me comfortable and calm. Halfway through, there was a shift change and my original nurse introduced me to Nurse Becca. Although the surgeons were amazing, I know who did all the work for me. Becca was funny and kind, she gave me clear and direct instructions and also did everything in her power to keep me calm and comfortable. She shared her personal lipo story with me and assured me of what the next few months will be like. She gave me some great tips (put a pillow between you and your dog), and kept me laughing in such a familiar and "best girlfriend" way. When all was done, she cleaned me up, gently got me dressed into a compression suit that she adapted for my specific needs and maximum comfort. We found my son who was receiving after care instructions from the surgeon, and then she rolled me out to the car where she told me she hoped to be part of my phase 2, and I hope she'll be as well. Later that night, the surgeon called to check on me and was so kind, and also very humble.

There isn't one person I've met at Sonobelllo who hasn't been excited for me and kind and gentle. I've had nothing but good experiences and really encourage anyone who's thought about it to jump out of their nest so they can fly!”

“Amazing! I went in for a consultation and was scheduled two weeks later. Nerves were calmed down by Dr. Sobrino’s bedside manner and friendly staff. I had 4 areas done at the same time with skin removal, so it was a lot. The expertise provided by Dr. Sobrino allowed for all to be completed in one visit, which was preferred. Recovery was as expected with swelling and some pain, but following the post operative directions which made it tolerable. I returned to work in 7 days which surprised me. I am 5 weeks out now and am astonished and excited by the results. Still work to be done on my end with diet and exercise, but am well on my way to feeling comfortable in my clothes. “I am blown away by the Bellevue Sono Bello staff. From the moment I made the first call I’ve been warmly welcomed, deeply informed, and all my concerns have been heard. The staff is wonderful, the location is clean and inviting, and the attention to detail and care flows abundantly.

I had my; waist, upper and lower abdomen and hips. Again, the results are incredible.
As far as the procedure itself, you are going to feel it. They do give you some local anesthetics and some pain meds/muscle relaxers... however, I would be lying if I said it was painless. Its very do-able though, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I signed up for almost the full body and went on this journey with Dr Sabrino and Nurse Morgan, who were great all the way around. Dr Sabrino offered a thorough explanation prior to each surgery and displayed the upmost professional care. I got extra skin removed from my lower abdomen and almost a year later after I'm all healed up I don't look much different. I went to see my surgeon Dr Sattler to do my last visit and showed him I still had extra skin and told him I was not happy. He was very nonchalant and apathetic about the situation and shrugged and said "let's do liposuction then" I said "why would I do that it cost more money and I don't need liposuction, it's skin" and he littlerally just looked at me and said, "no it's not, you can schedule a consultation with the front desk" and walked out. I've emailed and did the customer service survey and haven't heard back from anyone. Do not go to sonobello. Do a bit more research and go to a more reputable surgeon. I did the laser treatment. It felt like it was done in 10 minutes but it really was two hours. I didn’t feel too much during the process but did feel pain a few times but nothing too bad. You definitely need help the first day. Not gonna lie the healing takes time and you probably will feel like you had no work done but believe me that’s normal and it’s been two weeks for me and I still have swelling. The staff explained that this would happen and to be patient.

I can see the difference in my body however and I look forward to seeing the results. I am happy with my experience and would recommend Sono Bello to anyone needing a treatment

“Having laser lipo and a tummy tuck already leaves you will mixed feelings on whether you made the right decision with how much stigma is out there in society. I came in nervous, afraid, and emotional as I didn’t want to feel judged or was afraid that I was going to be scolded. This couldn’t have been farther from the truth!

Yes, it was awkward to be evaluated and all of the precursor stuff prior to surgery but the staff did everything they could to make me feel the most comfortable as I could. All of my questions were answered in a professional way and I never felt dumb for asking or saying anything.

During the procedure, they tried to keep me as comfortable as possible and continually asked how I was doing.

Post procedure I was in a lot of pain and worried. They took my concern seriously and helped ease my mind and gave me helpful advice that made a difference in my recovery.

My advice to anyone reading this would be that if you are considering body contouring but are unsure or feel bad about thinking of it, please schedule a consultation with Sono Bello! They have done a great job throughout everything so far for my personal experience.”

I had liposuction on my stomach, and excess skin removed, with my abs sculpted, my waist-lower back fat liposuctioned. I had the surgery December 3rd 2020, and here it is January 18, 2021 just over 6 weeks later and my waist is looking more and more like the tiny waist I had always dreamt of.
My stomach is flat, and my belly button is small and tight. I had wanted this surgery done for twenty years. I am in my 40's, had two kids in my twenties and had always longed for my stretchy skin from pregnancies to be repaired, and for an attractive belly button. The surgeon was professional, thoughtful, funny, and a bit of a miracle worker. Highly skilled, but very down to earth. Made for a stress free experience. I am truly grateful for this.

The best part about this outpatient surgery was that it was efficient and smooth. All staff and the surgeon worked in unison non stop to keep me comfortable and to perform the surgery swiftly. “Wow, where to begin? First off, a little bit about me. 57 year old male who works out daily and eats healthy. I'm in great shape. However, I just couldn’t loose that last 10-15 Lbs. A dear friend had Sonobello do some sculpting for her and she was really pleased. So I called and made the appointment. Kiely was really nice. The actual procedure was great. Dr Sobrino and his assistant Anh are the best. Serious attention to detail but at the same time, they made it fun. Recovery was as expected. “Don’t do it. My friend had a scheduled procedure at this location which never happened. Sono Bello cancelled and then would not call him back for several days for his refund. After he left a review Sono Bello contacted him back stating that he must sign a contract to get his money back. The contract was basically a blackmail for him to remove his review and they would credit him his money back. My question is how can you keep some money for a procedure that was never done? He should not have to sign a contract. What a joke!”

“I had an excellent experience at Sono Bello Bellevue. I am in Week one of my final recovery phase. I had my chin, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, hips, waist, knees and inner thighs done broken up into two days two weeks apart. I was provided with all the post op materials needed such as garmets, supplements, creams, medications and a starter pack of padding. I never once felt any pressure to purchase. I was thoroughly educated about the procedure and any questions I had answered. I was able to schedule within my ideal time frame and met with Dr Sattler for my Pre-op. The office was very clean and Covid restrictions in place. I was prepared for realistic expectations and post op recovery. I never once felt like a number and I would give my experience a 10/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! AND NOT TO MENTION MY RESULTS......AND ITS ONLY BEEN A FEW WEEKS!!!!!! I received a call from sono Bello canceling the appointment for my procedure. I have since called on multiple occasions about receiving a refund and no one will return my phone call. It’s amazing how consistent they were with contacting me leading up to the procedure and to receive payment but now things have changed dramatically. They only want your money and they can care less about anything else. Go somewhere else other than Sono Bello.”

“I was pleased with most of my experience. I would say that the office is tooo hot at 6 am and it made my experience getting an iv not well. Also i think that the chairs in the room should be positioned to lay back if feeling faint, it would have saved an issue. The other comment is if someone dies not want to see the fat container do not demand them to do so, some people don't need or want that visual and it is upsetting.

“After wanting to do this for more than a year and researching it online and watching testimonials at youtube.com I decided to make an apointment with Sono Bello. I had known of them for several years so I knew they had been around awhile. I was disappointed to find out that the nearest office was in Bellevue. I called made my appointment and brought my form of payment with me. By the end of my exam as a candidate for surgery and going over the financial aspects of the procedure, what to expect, and timeline, I was sold. I paid up front and got a huge discount instead of using the zero percent financing. I used a credit card that I had just gotten with a 1 percent cash back and a 150 dollar cash back bonus for use in the first 60 days. Went in for my pre op visit with the doctor who was pretty young and had a great sense of humour. Showed up at 6AM the day after Thanksgiving for surgery. They gave me some pills to swallow waited 1/2 an hour went in and almost went to sleep on the surgical bed. I really did not feel anything. Got my compression garment on and compresses to absorb the leakage. Got my clothes on and had my neighbor pick me up and watch over me for 24 hours. Had to change those compresses several times and soaked my clothes right through with mostly blood and liquid seepage. Spent the next 3 days sleeping on a shower curtain so that I did not damage my bed. Took my meds as prescribed and ended up just taking it very easy for a couple of weeks. I did not have any job to return to unless I wanted it so I stayed at home and just waited till I could go back to the gym to work on the fat beneath my muscles. The stuff they give you for bruising really works. I was shocked at 10 days I had no bruises.

Post script : it has been 9 months going on 10 and there is a large area around my navel that is hard solid flesh about an inch thick that protruds from my belly. Going to see a plastic surgeon about repairing the damage done by the healing process.

Final note : if 62 or over don't have this surgery done.”

“What an experience! I had no idea this procedure would be so painful or difficult to recover from. Having said that, I know everyone deals differently with both. I can share that everyone of the staff and doctors has been very supportive about every aspect. I am still not there yet to see the final results, has only been 3 weeks, but so far there are definitely improvements. A special shout out to Kiely, who is always there to answer my questions/concerns and for her candid response to my questions. Also, Anh my nurse, was exceptional. If I were to give one suggestion, it would be that each patient see's the same nurse through out the visits. That is probably not feasible, but it is more assuring than meeting someone new each visit.”

I Met with Dorothy, a consultant in the office and again she made me feel very comfortable! The day of my surgery Theresa was my nurse and I was feeling really nervous about not going under all the way for my procedure - she stayed by my side the entire time and gave me words of encouragement! “After doing some research and then finally contacting Sono Bello, they were able to get me in within 3 days due to an opening. My procedure (male chest reduction) was Sat. 12/14/19. I was incredibly nervous and apprehensive and made this known from the very beginning!! From the initial (free) consultation, and still throughout the post procedure process-the team/staff I had were amazing and made it very comfortable, given how intimidating/traumatic the whole situation was (especially for men). My team was great and did an amazing job! They very comforting, easy going and professional. They made my wife and I (mostly me) feel at ease immediately and throughout the entire process. He was honest and told me exactly what he felt he could do for me and what my end results would be based on his experience. He didn’t give me false hopes which I truly appreciated. During my procedure he distracted me by talking to me and singing while he worked and what took him almost 2 hrs felt like 1/2 hr. The staff that worked with him was also amazing. 3 months later I am happy with my results and I totally recommend them. “I was already on the fence about going to Sono Bello for a consultation given how many great surgeons there are in this area. I gave them a try and booked my appointment and was scheduled a week out. I got an email confirmation, an additional email confirmation a couple days later and a reminder text message the morning of. Took time out of my work day to drive there, fill out my paperwork, sit in the waiting room for 15 mins then be told they double booked and I could not get in. Had they called me in morning I could have rescheduled but the fact they are so disorganized NO ONE on the staff noticed the double booking takes away any faith I have in them. Not to mention the front desk staff was not friendly at all, not a single smile from either of the two girls at the desk. Complete waste of the time I took off from work. The consultant also said she would email info and prices... that also didn't happen. Most certainly not going to trust them to perform any kind of procedure on me or give them thousands of dollars. The experience certainly made it easier for me to book my procedure with a different facility I had seen the week before.”

“The one thing I was worried about, aftercare, given the doctor and the practice had a tragic death for lack of after care, has come to fruition. After suffering insanely painful 5-area surgery (inner/outer thighs, banana roll, flanks, knees) I was given 2 days of prescription medication after I was promised weeks of pain management. The pain was unbearable to the point I almost didn’t continue. I cried the entire time and endured it by biting a blanket and squeezing a ball. I have a huge back and a huge rib tattoo, I’ve been to Mount Everest, I can endure, I am not a wimp. I begged for more anxiety medication, because I couldn’t stop crying. Instead, Dr. Sobrino gave me the option of continuing after pumping me full of the lidocaine on the first leg, at that point he hadn’t removed any fat. I continued, but cried the entire time. I wasn't going to mention two things the doctor in training (don't know his name) said while I was crying in pain on the table, but I figured it would better illustrate my experience and you can make up your own mind about the level of service you can expect. He said "well this is one we are going to talk about around the dinner table." Later, he asked what I did for a living and in response he said "that's why you are so upset, because you like to be in control and you aren't in control of this situation". While I was suffering and asking for help, he antagonized me and indicated he would be making jokes at my expense around his dinner table.
I actually liked Dr. Sobrino and believe it will look amazing, but he straight up lied to me when I expressed my concern in the pre-op and asked for help during the agonizing procedure. When he called to check on me, he said that in the week since I was there for the pre-op “they” changed the policies and would only provide aftercare for 2 days. He was very argumentative and wouldn’t listen. I even asked him to quit interrupting me, but it didn’t work.
This was a huge mistake. I regret it fully. Regardless of how great my body may look after, I would not do it or recommend it ever. They give you one tiny 1mg Xanax and one tiny pain pill before they shove giant needles, lasers and rods under your skin for hours and send you home w 2 days of pain management. They promised me sufficient aftercare. A patient lost her life from lack of attention and aftercare on their watch 9 years ago. That was a tragedy, but I believed they would help me thru the pain, because I flat out asked him repeatedly. Instead, I am shaking with pain and anxiety and have 2 days of medicine before I have to ride an hour or more in the car (when I can’t even sit down) to see the very doctor who promised me management to begin with.
Please think twice. Go where they put you to sleep. If you do it, take your own medication before you arrive because they will leave you hanging for the absolute most painful experience of your life. If the nurses and office staff weren’t so wonderful and caring, I would have gone home with one fat leg and one skinny leg.
Update: (24 hours post op) they just called, not to ask how I was, but to ask if I would take this review down. I said I would allow them the chance to make things right. and if that happens I will update this. All of these things actually happened, I do not need to take down the truth, but I will update it to reflect their “making it right”, should that happen. Not surprisingly, Dr. Sobrino called 20 minutes later, but I was asleep and didn’t feel like listening to him talk over me, tell me I’m wrong and that I don’t need anything. Update: (6 days after) They let my husband pick up my RX, so I didn't have to go back. I am bruised like crazy, can't go back to work, since I can't sit down for long periods of time or drive/ride in the car. I expected to be back to work today (they said 2-3 days). Getting up and down takes my breath away and I have to kind of roll around to get up, but I am able to do light housework, cook, etc. I do like wearing both compression garments though, it helps keep everything nice and tight.”

I feel intensely alone to suffer in silence while they cash a $7600 check. ”

“My procedure was very recent so I cannot give a long-term review but what I know at this time is that I have no complaints. The Bellevue, WA. staff was wonderful; I love my doctor. I have yet to see the full results as they say it can take up to six months although most of the areas I have seen immediate results to my satisfaction. I do have two areas (the primary areas that I went in for primarily) where I would like to see a little more trimming but they told me to be patient because as of today, I'm only three weeks out from my first procedure and 10 days out from my second procedure.

It's just like anything else you here, you always hear the negatives you rarely hear the positives. Every time a plane crashes it's all over the news but they failed to tell you how many successful flights have occurred because there's no drama in that LOL.”

I workout 5 days a week with my Trainer, Anthony, at a fantastic Gym (Emerald City Athletics - Everett). I've been faithfully training for 10 months. I've lost a total of 116 lbs through my Gastric Sleeve Surgery and exercise. The loose skin will not get any better through working out, so the only way to get rid of it was to remove it.

I'm sitting at home now, reflecting on the past 1 year and 8 months since my Gastric Sleeve Surgery, how far I've come and how grateful I am for the challenges I've been through and the gifts this new life has given me.

I can't wait to be fully recovered from my surgery, see the final results and get back to my workouts! 💪🏼🏋️🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

“I went the fair with my daughter last weekend. We were looking at the rides that we wanted to get on. As many of us know there isn't a lot of room in the seats. My daughter and I decided that we wanted to go on the Ring of Fire. if you have been on that ride then you know there is NO wiggle room at all. So we get into our seats and pulled the bar down to lock in. We are not necessarily small girls. I started to laugh. My daughter looked at me and asked me what I was laughing about. “I have been unhappy for 15 years with my “love handles”. I spent hrs at gym and could never get rid of them. I went to Sonobello and shared my frustration. They listened and then did assessment.
