Our location is 380 Knollwood Street, Suite 450 Winston-Salem. We are located in the Bank of America building; on the first floor of the building is Nobles Restaurant and the UPS store. Please park in Visitor Parking in the Bank of America parking deck and enter through the double doors. When you enter the building lobby, please take the elevator to the 4th Floor. We are located to the right of the elevator.

From Raleigh:

1. Head north on S Wilmington St toward New Bern Pl
2. Turn left onto E Edenton St
3. Turn right onto N McDowell St
4. N McDowell St turns slightly right and becomes Capital Blvd
5. Use the right lane to take the ramp to Wade Ave
6. Use any lane to turn slightly left to stay on Wade Ave
7. Keep left to continue on Wade Ave, follow signs for I-40 W
8. Keep left to continue on I-40 W/ I-85 S
9. Use the right 3 lanes to take exit 131 for I-40 W toward I-785 N/ Greensboro/ Winston-Salem
10. Keep left to continue on I-40 W/ I-85BL S
11. Keep right at the fork to continue on I-40 W/ US-220 S, follow signs for I-40 W/ Winston-Salem
12. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 206 for US-421 N toward I-40BL/ Kernersville/ Winston-Salem/ Downtown
13. Continue onto US-421 N. Take exit 236 for Knollwood St
14. Turn left onto Knollwood St
15. Turn right. Destination will be on your left.

From Greensboro:

1. Head east on W Market St. toward N Greene St
2. Turn right at the 1^st cross street onto S Greene St
3. Turn right onto W Washington St
4. Use any lane to turn left onto S Spring St
5. Use left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto Freeman Mill Rd
6. Take exit 81B to merge onto I-40 W toward Winston-Salem
7. Merge onto I-40 W
8. Use the right 2 lanes to exit 206 for US-421 N toward I-40BL/ Kernersville/ Winston-Salem/ Downtown
9. Continue onto US-421 N. Continue straight on US-421 N
10. Take exit 236 for Knollwood St
11. Turn right. Destination will be on the left.

From Statesville:

1. Head northwest on S Center St toward E Front St
2. Continue straight to stay on S Center St
3. Turn right to merge onto I-40 E
4. Merge onto I-40 E
5. Use left 2 lanes to take exit 188 to merge onto US-421 S toward I-40 Business Loop/ Winston-Salem/ Downtown
6. Take exit 236 toward Knollwood St
7. Turn right onto Knollwood St
8. Turn right. Destination will be on the left.

From Charlotte:

1. Head northeast on S. Tryon St toward W Trade St
2. Turn left onto W 6^th St
3. Use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly left to stay on W 6^th St
4. Use any lane to turn slightly right onto W 5^th St
5. Use the right lane to take the ramp onto I-77 N/ US-21 N
6. Take exit 51 toward I-40 E
7. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-40 E/ Winston-Salem and merge onto I-40 E
8. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 188 to merge onto US-421 S towardI-40 Business Loop/ Winston-Salem/ Downtown
9. Take exit 236 toward Knollwood St. Turn right onto Knollwood St
10. Turn right. Destination will be on the left.
