Please note that we may deny deletion requests under certain circumstances if the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
